First time dealing with this dealership and it was amazing. I knew I wanted to lease a CR V or a Mazda CX 5 and after emails with Pernell and the Mazda salesman I decided to go to Hendricks first. I never made it to Mazda due to the fact that Michael Knight did not pressure me at all and got me the SUV I wanted. Chris in financing was also great. While I was with Chris, Michael transferred my grands car seats and then helped me transfer all the rest of my stuff, paired my phone and showed me how to use everything. Great leasing experience. I think I will be a loyal Hendricks customer for like now.

I have been driving Hondas since 1990. This is the 5th Honda CR-V I have owned or leased, the second from Hendick Honda of Bradenton. This time was by far the easiest and most pleasant visit I have had at a dealer. The price and color we decided over the phone and when I got to the dealer, everything was ready for me to sign. Sales staff were not pushy rather just very helpful. Michael Knight was the ideal salesman. He provides information in a clear and concise manner. As an older woman, I attempted to buy a car from several other dealership salesmen over the last several months. They only told me about the color of the interior; refused to quote me a price; and called me,"Honey" and other derogatory terms. Needless to say I was about to give up on Honda salesmen, but Michael made sure all my questions about safety features, performance, and cost were answered. Five hours later....

The second time I went to Hendrick Honda, I requested Christie Breaux, because she had treated me so well, the first time I went, "Just Lookin"! I took my wonderful son-in-law, Danny who had just leased a Honda in Ft. Myers, where he lives. He stuck with me and helped me wade through the lengthy process of choosing the right CR-V, deciding to lease rather than purchase at my AGE! I traded in my friend, my 16 yr old Acura which had cost me more than my first home and rather sadly waved good bye to her, as I drove away in a 2016 Cr-V EX that smelled just right! Didn't even notice that it didn't have a garage door opener until I got home and automatically reached for it!!! I absolutely HATE the process of buying/leasing a car (which is one of the reasons I held on to my Acura for so long) but I've got to say, it was a pleasant experience at Hendrick's, especially with Christie holding my hand during the entire process. I had told her the first time, what I was looking for, and she had emailed me several options, but it wasn't till Hermine that I realized I really wanted a car that was higher off the ground!!Thank you Christie for taking such good care of me, making me almost feel like part of the family there. I then arrived for my 5:45 appointment with Adam to finish up the paperwork. He was extremently profession and helpful completing the transaction. Once that was finished, Kaylin was on hand again to explain my new vehicle and make sure I was happy with the purchase. She's very passionate about fitting you with the right vehicle. Matt Schultz is a great salesman. I traded in my BMW convertible and got a fair price and purchased a used Toyota Corolla for my daughter. Very friendly staff, finance was a fast process, Matt was very tentative to make sure we bought the right car for our needs. Great Car Leasing Experience

I don't usually take the time to write a review for anything, but my recent car leasing experience was handled so well that I am was compelled to write this. It started later Sat evening when I began looking for the vehicle I wanted. I already knew it was a Honda CR-V I just needed to decide on the model. I found what I wanted and filled out a credit app so I could save time when I went in Monday am. Before I went to bed I checked my email and found several emails from Hendricks Honda in Bradenton. One of them was from Internet consultant Michal Knight. He had pictures of a couple cars and prices. I emailed him back and told him the exact model I wanted. The following day I rec'd a call from the dealership asking if I wanted to come in to see and drive the vehicle. I didn't know they were open on Sunday. We went in with the expectation to not buy, but just look. We new a Honda crv was a car we were interested in, but had never driven one or even seen the inside of one. We have bought our last 4 cars from this dealership. Last week we had a flat tire and went to the dealership with the intention of buying a new tire or two . We checked the price of tires at other places, Sam's Club and a local tire store and the dealership was the cheapest. My husband has been talking about trading our 2012 Pilot in for a 2016 and he was torn between buying new tires and keeping it another year or turning it it now. We talked to the Sales Manager who we felt was being very honest with us and decided there was no advantage of buying new tires . He introduced us to a salesman who showed us the cars we were interested in and that day we left the dealership in our new Pilot. My husband talked to both the sales manager and the salesman and told them how he calculates a good deal . While we were looking at the new cars the manager had the appraisal of our 2012 done and when we were ready to sit down and make a deal we were presented what we considered a very GOOD deal. We were extremely pleased. Our salesman explained all the paperwork to us and approximately how much time it would take to complete and we couldn't have been happier when we left. Even though there is a Honda dealership closer to our home we wouldn't think of going anywhere else . This dealership has done good by us for many many years and we would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Made Buying A Car...Easy And Fun!!!

I've been to several other dealerships in the past before and its always been such a nightmare with xxxxxxx sales people filling my head with lies and pressuring me into a car I didn't even want. The vendor, Zoe, ask me if I'm okay with any features of the car or if I want change something; I felt so amazing because we can personalice everything about the locks, smart key functions, screen color, etc. Also, my car had a full fuel and was very clean. One of the proudest days of my life and the best Cinco de Mayo ever was May 5, 2016 when my son graduated from college with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. Thats right; my son is a rocket scientist! His personal vehicle died about two months ago and he was now not only in the market for a new job, he was also looking for a low mileage previously owned automobile. Buying a vehicle in this day and age isnt exactly rocket science, but I must admit both of us began this journey with a little bit of trepidation. After all, who truly enjoys negotiating with a stranger in a business where there is historically low trust? Having done our due diligence by researching a major consumer reporting company for vehicles with the best reliability and perusing other websites for pricing in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, we earmarked three consecutive days, May 9-11, where we visited no less than eight dealerships with the last on our list being Hendrick Honda Bradenton. It should have been the first! We reached out to them initially via their website and had subsequently received a response from Melissa Richardson, their Internet Manager, who ascertained our needs and put us together with a sales person.Enter Christie Breaux our sales consultant who listened to me bragging on my son, my family and talking about everything else under the sun besides a vehicle. She introduced me to multiple people at the dealership as we walked around chatting and all stopped to visit briefly and seemed genuinely interested in Christopher and me. I spoke to Christie about this and she bragged on her familythe Hendrick family. Christie was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. Always professional, Christie never rushed or pressured us as was done in several other dealerships. She not only showed us previously owned inventory, but also counseled us on new vs. used cars extolling the benefits of both Honda products. She was with us every part of the way, made the buying process friendly and she personally eliminated all the fears we had reference our car search. Ultimately, she teamed up with Melissa Richardson and they presented my son a package on a new 2016 Honda Civic EX that he simply could not refuse. We not only left this dealership happy, but found extended family at Hendrick Honda Bradenton. Last week I purchased a used Accord for my daughter from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton. Over the years I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership. Walking on the lot my family met Rob Hawley. We were specifically looking for an older vehicle with low mileage for a specific price. Hendricks had such vehicles however they were located at different company owned properties and would need to be transported to Bradenton. Unfortunately, we needed the vehicle ASAP. Rob asked for our patience and walked the lot. He discovered a used car that had come in the prior day and had not been registered for sale yet. Rob asked his Sales Managers permission to show us the car and we immediately fell in love with the vehicle and his offered selling price. Rob explained clearly the selling process and timeline. We knew exactly what to expect and were comfortable trusting Rob guidance. We purchased the car with the expectation that Hendrick would repair any safety issues found. Much to our surprise the Shop replaced many wearable and permanent parts to ensure our safety and satisfaction. Needless to say, we were amazed. (and they didnt upcharge us with mystery charges!) I must say that this was one of our most pleasant shopping experiences. Rob Hawley is an honest and sincere individual. Professional, no pressure, positive experience

At first, I received I quote for a Honda Pilot that I was not considering. Upon clarifying what I wanted and offering an opportunity to beat a quote from another dealer, Melissa Richardson, the Internet Sales Manager, responded indicating she needed to located the vehicle I wanted, talk with her manager, and get back to me. I thought this was going to be another spotty communication with a dealer. However, Melissa got back to me, she had a very competitive quote. Upon moving to the discussion of my trade-in, she was also quick to respond and provided a reasonable offer. Likewise, she offered to beat a competitive financing rate I had already arranged and she delivered. At the closing of the purchase, Chris, the financing person described various options for extended warranty but we felt no pressure in the process. In turn, Alex took care of having the car and conducted a demonstration of the Honda Pilot features and technology. All in all, the staff were very professional, and we had a no-pressure, positive experience.

Professional, Pleasant & NO Baloney

This is the 3rd Accord I've gotten from Hendrick Honda. Salesman Greg Correia was extremely attentive, always returned calls right away and made the purchase smooth. I have to add that, on all 3 transactions, Sales Manager Mark Russell is the man behind the scene that makes it all happen. He's a true professional and that's why his staff is so good.

Don't Go There!

I traded 2 cars in last year and started 2 new leases with them (within a couple of months), and they were great to work with during the sales. Soon after leaving with the 2nd car, I realized that I had made a pretty bad deal. I contacted them not at all to protest (it was my fault), but to better understand the numbers. I was first directed to the finance associate who closed our deal, and he never returned one call or email. I kept calling the sales people, but they suddenly could not explain the numbers. After a couple of months, a higher up manager called, and he was extremely rude and did his best to demean me. Since that time, I have been able to turn away at least 4-5 friends/coworkers from buying there, so hopefully someone else reads this and thinks twice before giving them any business. Also beware of a scam they are running - they send you a notice that says you won a drawing and can claim a new phone, iPad, gift card, etc. When you go in, they point out the fine print that says you have to buy or lease a new car. Don't go there!!!

He is still available whenever I need him to answer questions or demonstrate how to use new technology. I went in today for a private lesson in using the navigation system and pairing my phones. Great Experience

Leased a CR-V from Hendrick Honda. I started the process by contacting the dealer via their website. Once contacted by the Internet sales team. I was given all of the information I asked for Including prices and fees before I walked in. When I did go in for a test drive Jeff Breaux helped me. He is great to work with, very easy going, has a great knowledge of the Honda brand, and is very enthusiastic about Hendrick. Everyone at Hendrick Honda made it clear that they want to make buying or leasing a great experience. I looked at multiple cars in different dealerships in the area, none of them were as open with their prices as Hendrick. The whole process was easy and did not feel pressured after taking a test drive then leaving to come back a few days later to lease.

First I Internet shopped and met Pernell at Hendrick at Bradenton. I'd been thru a few other places on phone only, and he told me they were going to earn my business and meant it! Talk to Robert Stewart and that reinforced I should go to the Dealership. I was treated extremely well. I told Pernell what I wanted to finalize sale, and he got Rodney to present what they would do. This was very acceptable. Quickly I bought this beautiful TOURING COUPE and Chris finalized it. He was excellent like the rest.
