Eric has always provided great service for my ultimate driving machines, but this last experience goes beyond great. I recently purchased my dream car, a 2017///M6 Competition. I have had three 650i coupes, but this was always the pinnacle for me. After just 500 miles, I got rear ended at a traffic light. I was devastated. After a month and a half at the body shop, I finally got my ///M6 back. I drove it directly to Eric at Northlake to have the control modules and safety systems reset. He and the technician did a thorough exam and informed they had to order some parts from Germany and wanted to check the alignment and exhaust system while they had it. As usual, Eric made sure I had the best courtesy transportation he could provide.He called me on Thanksgiving eve to let me know I could pick it up. When I arrived, he informed me of all the repairs they had completed including an alignment (body shop didn't do it like I was told) and a full inspection of the exhaust system that was impacted during the accident. All was good now and just like new car delivery day, the car had been detailed and was in prestige condition when I drove away.Truly an "Ultimate" service experience!

I recently had a 12:30p weekday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took these guys more than 3 HOURS to do what should have taken about an hour. That's the whole point of making an appointment. The service adviser, service manager and dealership manager were courteous when I voiced my complaint. But courtesy does not overcome poor service, nor does it address the wasted time. This is why so many people hate taking their cars to dealerships for routine service

My experience at Northlake BMW has been totally positive...appointments scheduled to fit my schedule; Service respectful, quick and professional; Analysis of problems, solutions and costs explained factually without pressure to act immediately on issues that only need to be monitored; a nice waiting room if you choose to wait; the potential to get a loaner if a repair will take a long time; transport to and from a mall if you would rather go there then use the waiting room. It's very clear that customer care is a number one priority period! Most of all, quality service and repairs done right the first time around. I have an older BMW which I bought new and now has just gone over 175 thousand miles...I have always taken it to BMW for service and repairs...Northlake service, repairs and regular maintenance keeps it running like the first day I brought it home....


I won't take my cars anywhere else!

Hendrick BMW Northlake is a 1st class organization. In my error I missed my scheduled service appointment. I called for new appointment and was worked into the schedule later same day. Service work was completed in a timely manner. Car was washed and then started with A/C cranked to cold, so initial ride was in total comfort.

Believe it or not, I flew to Charlotte from Delaware yesterday to pick up an immaculate certified 2013 328i convertible in like new condition and drove it 8 hours home. Hunter McCreery was my sales associate and he could not have been more helpful in the process. I had identified the car on cars.com, called right away and put a deposit down, but didn't actually see the car myself until I picked it up. I had faith in the dealership and Hunter based on good reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. After many emails and text messages and Hunter picking me up at the airport, it was the best car buying experience ever. They treat you like a prince there, with an awesome gift bag loaded with BMW goodies when you drive away. Highest recommendations for honesty, integrity, and fantastic service from Hunter and Hendrick Northlake.

I had to get a new hydraulic control unit installed after my BMW M5 broke down in Charlotte along with new brake pads and rotors. After reading the good reviews maybe the dealership just had a serires of bad days. My experience with BMW Northlake was not pleasant. - An initial client advisor who didn't understand the car's operation, a facility that failed to call me back when the client advisor quit to let me know. Eventually a communication department that called me constantly (daily) but failed to seem to remember the car and Options I was looking for. (Maybe start a file????) After about 4 weeks and about 20 calls, in total frustration I thought I'd try Independence BMW even though it's owned by Hendrick. I found Hendrick BMW Indpendence to be the exact opposite and excelled in every conversation. Maybe it was a bad day(s) but my advice is to go to the established BMW dealership on Independence. It only took one day to accomplish a purchase which couldn't be done in 4 weeks at Northlake.

Darryl Warren is the sales person to ask for when going to Hendrick BMW Northlake. The dealership itself is just a pure joy but dealing with Darryl was a perfect experience. He is knowledgeable of the product, friendly, available and just overall pleasant to deal with. I came in several times with a long list of questions that I had sent ahead. He had done his homework and had all the answers to the numerous questions and where he was not an expert on a particular item he made arrangements for me to speak with the expert. He had me talking to all kinds of people. That allowed me to get very detailed explanations and make an informed choice. He was extremely responsive in returning calls and never pressured me...and I took a good month to make my purchase decision. After the purchase he has followed up to ensure that I'm happy and offered to set up appts to learn more about my car if necessary. As a woman buying a car alone I can honestly say this was the only car purchase in my life that was actually pleasant. Yes, pleasant. Ask for Darryl....he'll take good care of you!

I bought a 2007 BMW with 80,000 miles on it for $20,000.00 less than a year ago from Northlake. It looked great and drove good. I have had the service engine soon light come on twice. $5,000.00 later in repairs, Hendrick screwed me. It even had the original air filter in it after I bought it. Went in for an oil change and they gave me an estimate for over $4,000.00. Unbelievable! Now I know why he's a millionaire! Stay away from Hendrick BMW!

I was able to schedule the sales session in advance at my convenence. Shannon made the process very easy and worked hard to meet my specific needs. I had a very specific model, color and configuration in mind and knew they did not have one in stock. Shannon worked to find the right 328d xDrive for me that did not require a special order. I think everyone has had a nightmare story when it comes to dealing with a car dealership, salesmen in particular.Well, I finally can say I've had a fantastic one.I recently was considering trading in my Mercedes E350, my wife wanted to trade in her BMW 3 series as well,we went to Hendricks BMW of Northlake for a look.In the back of my mind I was sure it wouldn't work, either they would try to sell me something I couldn't afford, make me pay to much for a car, or try to rob me on the trade in value.I was greeted by salesmen Shannon Hubert, who right from the beginning was very polite,well spoken,and professionaly polished .He didn't give me that creepy car salesmen feeling, he was actually genuine! We went into the dealership with a clear intent, we knew exactly what we wanted, but would they give it to us?Well, as for my trade in, they gave me more than what I expected.As for the price of the car, after some back and forth negotiations,I payed exactly what I wanted to pay.Amazing!!! Through the whole process, Mr. Hubert treated my wife and I like celebrities,Coffee, water, drinks, snacks, etc. always making sure that the process was a comfortable experience.Buying two cars in one day is quite time consuming, soooo much paperwork involved.I made it a point to tell Mr. Hubert that we had out of town guest coming, and that I need to go home and prepare, he then expedited the paperwork to accommodate us.He is undoubtedly the best car salesmen I have ever worked with. When I left the dealership, I felt that for once, I was the winner on the deal.

Had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Northlake. I've owned several BMW's, and when I moved to Charlotte, I started going to Northlake for service for my 2009 335i. It was getting up there in miles, so I was considering trading it in. A lot of women are worried to go car shopping - there's the stigma about not knowing enough about cars, or wondering if you're making the right decision. I love cars - I was proud of my 300 horsepower BMW baby, and I'm pretty educated about basic engine mechanics and knew what I wanted. But I've also bought cars in the past where salespeople make assumptions and the first thing they talk about is how great the storage is for groceries. At a regular service visit, I was checking out the new floor cars and Shannon approached me. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not at all like the "typical" salesman. He asked me what I was looking for in a car, rather than assuming. I didn't feel like he was talking down to me, and he didn't ask me if I wanted to bring my husband back (This has happened before!!!). He offered a test drive, but I was in a rush and honestly didn't have the time. He didn't push me for contact information, and understood that I didn't have a timeline in mind. He offered his help when I decided to come back in, and I went on my way. I returned a couple weeks later for a test drive of the 2014 335i, having called Shannon to see if he was available. Again, Shannon wasn't pushy at all. He took an interest in me as a person. We talked about the features I liked and didn't like, and was great when helping me choose what I wanted, rather than getting unneeded and unwanted extra amenities. That's when we went inside and I prepared myself for the hated sales talks. No one likes it, but Shannon and Brian made it incredibly easy. We just recently bought a house, so my credit rating had taken a hit and I wasn't sure how it would come out. Brian assured me throughout the entire process, and made a possibly painful experience into something that I could easily do again. Most importantly, since I was leasing and had never done so before, Brian helped me make the financial decisions that protected ME, which I am very grateful for. So the papers were signed, hands were shaked, I was in and out in two hours. I hadn't planned on buying a car that day, so my car was trashed. I had recently moved, so the car was still filled with random stuff, so it was kind of embarrassing. SHANNON HELPED ME CLEAN OUT MY CAR IN 15 DEGREE WINTER WEATHER. He definitely wins the extra mile award. He was also good about checking in a few days and a few weeks later, making sure I was happy with the car. Overall, 5 stars to Shannon, Brian, and the entire Hendrick Northlake BMW team for making the process easy and enjoyable. I'd recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I purchased a pre-owned BMW from Shannon on 12/31/13 and the vehicle was totaled on 2/1/14. Since I didn't choose to purchase gap insurance and the fair market value was determined to be lower than my loan amount they worked with BMW Finance to get me get into an even nicer pre-owned car with minimal out of packet costs and minimal hassle. I would not only recommend Hendrick North Lake but these particular team members to get you "off your feet and on the street" in style. They are truly "the walking man's friend." Back in August 2013 I stopped in to look at BMW X3 and X1. I talked to and worked with Shannon Hubert. He immediately made me feel comfortable not pressuring me. He answered all my questions and took me out on a test drive of both cars. I explained my intent to buy in the spring of 2014 and he was respectful of my decision. Over the next 4 months he would leave me vm letting me know when an X1 or X3 was available. Fast forward.... Two weeks ago I went to the dealership because I was ready to buy. Shannon was awesome. He took care of me and made my purchasing experience painless. In fact, he helped me make the decision to purchase a great 2013 loaner X1. I have just purchased a 2011 BMW M3 from BMW Hendrick through sales assistant Dane Hagy and I must say I was very impressed with the whole process. Having just moved here from England I certainly wasn't their easiest customer as I had delays/issues with my SSN, funding, insurance, etc. however even though this process took a couple of weeks, they were very patient and understanding. Dane was very personable and honest, which I feel is highly desirable in an auto sales assistant. The rest of the staff and managers were friendly and courteous too. The facility was modern and had all the amenities. All in all, I will be coming back to Hendrick Northlake for future vehicles and services. Thanks.

I set up an appointment yesterday to see a CPO 5 series today at 1:30 Savannah at the Northlake location. She let me know that the car was at the Charlotte location but would be delivered to the Northlake dealership in time for my appointment. It was very important that I let them know if I was going to be late or cancel as I will be meeting with a "manager" and that they work on an appointment basis. Savannah called not once but TWICE this morning to confirm my appointment.I walked in at right at 1:30 and no one seemed to know why I was there. They were looking for a sales person to help me and introduced me to Dane. I let them know I was there to see a specific car and they had me sit in an office for 15 minutes while they scrambled.Dane and Matthew both let me know that they had just gotten off the phone with the service department in Charlotte. The car was "just about ready" and they could have it in Northlake in about 40 minutes. I told them I'd be back to see the car today so, please have it delivered.Dane called me about 40 minutes later to let me know that the car will be in the shop until Tuesday and he'd call me to let me know when to come look at it.I have wasted half of my day dealing with these people. It does not appear that they have much internal communications and even more troublesome - are not completely honest.I would drive much further to buy a BMW - steer clear...

I would like to first state that Chris Cave had initially helped me through the whole process of getting a trade in value for my vehicle over in the internet, understanding that I was 3 hours away from their facility, and didn't hesitate to give me what I felt was a very reasonable offer. Kristy up front, as well as Chris were very prompt to respond and were very cordial. Overall the staff is very friendly and seems willing to help in both the present and future. I would recommend Hendrick to anyone in the future, and I hope they continue to provide the excellent customer service that I had received.

This is my second purchase in as manay months and I couldn't be happier with the dealership. As was my purchase last month, the entire experience was excellent. There are other dealerships closer to me geographically but I will definitely be one of Hendrick's repeat customers. The experience rivals the performance of the car, and that says a lot...a whole lot!

I had previous experience with Hendrick BMW, but this was my first time at Hendrick BMW Northlake. Everyone at the dealership was exceptional in customer service. Dane Hagy was pleasant and personable. He showed me cars and I actually bought a car from him without physically seeing the car except on the computer and never drove it. Nick worked with me for financing and I am the proud owner of my third BMW. The experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a car. The staff at Hendrick BMW Northlake was phenomenal. Jim Story, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, and Dane Hagy, my Salesman, were absolute class-acts. I was treated with respect as if I was the most important person in the building. I live 90 minutes from the dealer and Jim Story was respectful of my time and helped me with the initial process of the sale. We were able to come to a mutual agreement on the price of the car so that everything would be ready for me to sign when I arrived. I would recommend this dealer without hesitation. I absolutely love my 2008 MINI Cooper Clubman S!

I had an exceptional experience recently at Hendrick BMW Northlake. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the ladies that greeted me to my sales rep Chris Cave. The new facility was so clean and nice. I ordered my car and Chris kept me informed during the entire time. Tim, the sales manager, was always friendly and extremely helpful also. The day I picked up my car Chris was not there and Zak did a great job informing me about the car and making sure I understood everything. I will definitely recommend Hendrick BMW Northlake to my friends!

Purchased a pre-owned 2012 BMW 328I from Raj Patel at BMW Northlake. I came in two weeks ago looking for my wife a birthday bmw but was unsure which would fit her driving patterns. After the education of features on the lot, we came in and looked at cars across Hendricks network of dealerships. After narrowing down what we thought we would like, they let us take it for an extended period to test drive on our own. We ended up spending more $ than originally planning which is a great thing. Instead of "liking"the car because it was what we asked for...we ended up "loving" it because it absolutely fits us. We worked with Greg through the finance process and he was very helpful and nice for the full 2 weeks of shopping as he matched us up with a loan. This dealership is top notch and we will definitely be back to give them another shot at earning our business on a bmw again! Oh...and we had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us throu the whole process so the snacks and drinks were extremely helpful.
