My family of 5 recently purchased a Pacifica mini van from Hellers in Pontiac. We had amazing service and a great price. We have also used them in what past for oil changes and repairs. We have always received friendly and quick service.

Was looking for a car for my younger brother and found one for myself. Kyle Fajardo is one of the best salesman that I have met. He had a vast knowledge of the vehicles but most importantly he had an understanding of people and what they were looking for in a purchase. Purchase of our sixth Heller Motors vehicle

We were looking for a replacement second car. We had looked on line and found a 2008 Ford Escape at Hellers. We made arrangements to test drive the vehicle online and soon a salesman called to confirm and bring the vehicle to Pontiac. We had to call back and reschedule the test drive and that was not a problem. Jake Heller ended up being our sales representative for this vehicle as when we reschedule the original sales representative was not working that day. Jake took us for a test drive, explained the features of the vehicle as we were driving and made the test drive pleasant instead of uncomfortable. Jake wanted to make sure we were happy with the vehicles appearance, features, and reliability. We decided to buy the vehicle after the test drive. Jake worked with us every step of the way. Introduced us to the business manager, made sure we were not thirsty or inconvenienced in any way. He even offered to meet with us the next day, his day off, in order to complete the sale. We had enquired about how many sets of keys with remotes came with the vehicle. It was noted that there was only one key of this type. A week or so after the sale I received a voice mail from Jake stating that he had located a second key with remote. He said he would drop it in the mail for us so that we would not have to make a return trip to the dealership. Jake Heller was very professional, very friendly and very customer oriented. This made purchasing our sixth vehicle for Hellers very easy. Your dad would be very proud.

Best car buying experience

This was one of the best car experiences I've ever had. From the moment we talk on the phone, until the moment the deal was done. I had set up an appointment for 8:30 on a Monday morning, and we decided that we weren't going to buy and cancelled the appointment. 12 hours later, we were in the showroom with our minds changed yet again. Our salesman was Kyle Fajardo and he was wonderful. He established relationship with us, listened to what we needed and wanted. When he and the staff didn't feel as if what we had chosen would work out best for us, they suggested a vehicle that was just as good if not better suited to our family. Kyle, John, and Jeff were awesome. They stayed until 9:30. We were able to take the van for a test drive, discuss the price, and close the deal all at one time. They didn't make us feel rushed or like we had come at a bad time. When we left, we couldn't believe that we'd actually just bought a vehicle. We will definitely be returning. Outstanding people at Heller Ford

I recently went to Heller Motors with my Brother-in-law to look at and hopefully purchase a new or used car. I really prefer to purchase a very low mile car and Heller had one for me I liked on line. So, I made appointment and we were on our way to see a 2014 Ford with only 7,800 miles on it. As we drove up, I see a very clean modern deaIership on the outside and the inside, I find a very clean good looking sales floor. We were great at the door by a receptionist. She knew of our appointment and the manager to the front. We were greeted by Glenn Radebaugh Manager. and then introduced to Salesman Jeff Butcher. Jeff had the Car I wanted to see all ready. But first Glenn and Jeff wanted to know a few things about what type of vehicle I would like to own. They really wanted to make a proper choice as this is a large investment for me. I test drove the car about a 9 mile test drive. Jeff rode along gave good directions and was not pushy. I really liked the drive and so I asked my brother-in-law to drive it too. He found the car to drive perfect and no problems. Now, I had a trade and figure here come problems.. No Problems at all. I knew what my trade was worth before I arrived at Heller Ford.. My deal went so smooth, I want everyone to know about Heller Ford. Finally, to write this review I waited a few weeks after the sale.. I AM EXTREMELLY HAPPY WITH MY HELLER FORD PURCHASE.. Jeff Butcher and Glenn Radebaugh are the best people I ever worked with to buy a car. Additionally I forgot my I-Pass. and called just over 2 weeks later. Glenn found my I-pass still in my old car trade and put it in the mail for me.. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.. I traveled over 70 Miles to HELLER FORD to purchase my car. Excellent car buying experience.

My wife and I recently bought a Ram from Heller Motors. We had spent some time online searching for trucks in the area and emailing dealerships. We came in contact with Jake Heller and he was one of only a small few that was willing to answer questions via email or over the phone. He was not at all pushy to get us to come in to discuss things further. When we did go in the no pressure attitude continued, which we greatly appreciate. I looked online for a dealership that could help me find a vehicle for my wife and could finance me. I called heller motors and talked to justin gillard salesman after asking a few questions about several jeep vehicles they had on there website and justin answered them and took some information over the phone and told me no problem and setup for me to come in the afternoon that day. I came in and saw the vehicle outside and i liked it alot and took it for a ride and wanted to purchase it. I was impressed that within 10 minutes he had the financing secured and i signed some papers with the finance manager jeff stearns and was explained the process of the financing and purchase and was ready to go. This was very impressive to me because i was all finished in an hour and have never bought a vehicle this quickly. Both justin and jeff were both great to me and my daughter who was with me. I am looking forward to not having to worry about service on the vehicle because there service department is very good because ive had vehicles serviced there before. This is how its done correctly! Excellent service that went above and beyond

We purchased a van from Heller a couple of years ago, and it was suggested to us to buy the GAP insurance. We debated, because you never think you will need it. We did purchase it, and were unfortunately involved in an accident that resulted in our vehicle being totaled. It was an excellent recommendation and we couldn't be more grateful that the Heller staff (Glenn R.) suggested this to us. Jake Heller and Glenn Radebaugh have been working with us since the accident to find the right vehicle to replace the one we lost. Jake listened to our needs and found us a new van that is perfect for our family. Glenn and Keith Kabureck made the financing and paperwork so fast and easy. (Yes, we purchased GAP insurance again!) I wouldn't buy from anyone else!

My salesman, Justin Gillard, and the entire sales team at Heller Motors in Pontiac, IL are fantastic! Justin answered all my questions and helped me hash out what features I wanted on my truck before I even came in to buy it. Justin walked me through the entire ordering process and explained all my options to me with his manager, John Warren. He went through all the financial aspects and worked with my credit union for my financing. When my truck came in, Justin called me and agreed to stay late so I could test drive my truck. He even sent me pictures of my truck! I had a few extras added to my truck after it was delivered but Justin got it all arranged and I had my truck faster than we thought. Keith Kabureck explained all the paperwork to me as I was signing all the sales documents so I knew what I was signing. Justin explained all of the knobs and features of my truck during the test drive and when I picked up my truck. He helped me get my truck set up and I felt like I understood what everything was and where it was at by the time I drove off the lot. I took my truck back to the service department a few days later to get mud flaps installed. It was so easy to get an appointment and they got me in and out real fast with the installation. I called Justin after I had put around 600 miles on my truck. He not only remembered me, but he took the time to answer a few questions I had and talk with me about my truck. I felt valued, listened to, and treated with kindness and respect. With this kind of service and commitment to customer satisfaction, I wouldn't buy from anyone else!

Wonderful customer service, great deals

A few weeks ago I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Heller Motors of Pontiac. It was my first time buying a car and Luke Halterman helped me throughout the whole process. He was patient and constantly tried to get the best deals for me. He made the process enjoyable and stress free which I truly appreciated. Anytime I had to wait he was extremely friendly and personable. I got the sense he genuinely wanted me to have the Jeep at a price that worked for me, instead of trying to make quota. Everyone at Heller Motors of Pontiac was kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Bob Corrie & Heller Motors

I found a car that suited the needs of my wife and myself on their website and had the pleasure to meet and work with their sales rep, Mr. Bob Corrie. Bob was personable and professional. Driving 65 miles to the dealer was a commitment and a leap of faith, yet Bob made the trip worth it. Sadly, I was not able to arrive on an agreeable price (we weren't too far apart, but that's a different story), so we had to buy elsewhere. But I would gladly look to Bob in the future, should a different transportation need arise.

I was looking for a new truck and had already visited another dealership several days prior to my visit here. They treated me how a customer should be treated. The salesman went so far to search and locate the vehicle I was looking for and arranged to get it (from 400 miles away) They took almost all of the stress of buying a new vehicle out of the equation.

Awesome experience

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Heller's yesterday. I have been working with Chris, a salesman, from the dealership for weeks - emailing for information and asking many questions. When I had secured financing, I made a trip to Pontiac to test drive the vehicle. I was so surprised at how thorough Chris was in going over the features of the vehicle before the test drive. They found me the specific vehicle I needed - I need one with the cold weather package as well as power seats. I was NOT just a number to them. I was a person with a name and needs. Finally found one!

I was searching for cars everywhere after the Coal City tornado. I covered three counties looking for the right car for my father. The salesman (Bud Price) listen to what my father wanted and pointed us in the right direction. He made the whole experience such a pleasure! Then a couple of days later I told him that I thought I had left my phone in the car and he went out right then and found it! Why I Am Now A Customer For Life...

Sales Representative: Greg McCandless Vehicle Purchased: 2015 Chrysler Town and Country Minvan My wife and I were referred to Heller Motors from a family member who had recently purchased a Ford at Heller's El Paso, IL location. I've always absolutely dreaded the car-purchasing process, and typically I leave the dealership feeling exhausted, beaten down, and dissatisfied. Needless to say, our experience at Heller Motors was a breath of fresh air, and I sincerely feel that Heller Motors values me as a customer. Three specific items about the purchasing process stood out to us. First off, Heller did not have the specific color of van in stock at their location. Despite this fact, they were more than willing to find exactly what we wanted and have the vehicle brought to their store. Secondly, there were no "hidden" costs or "surprises" during the buying process. When it came time to discuss the cost of the vehicle, Heller (and our sales representative Greg) did an amazing job of laying out all of the costs, charges, and taxes. This was done in an easy-to-read, organized manner. Finally, I was extremely impressed with what Heller offered us for our trade-in vehicle. Of course we had done our research on all of the major automotive websites, and their offer was at the upper end of the spectrum of the value of our vehicle. All in all, I feel we received a very fair "deal" on both our trade-in vehicle and the new vehicle we purchased. Excellent Customer Experience

Recently purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300S from Heller Motors. I am very pleased with the customer experience from working with Jake our salesman to the finance office. I made it very clear that my wife was going to need to handle process due to my schedule and that I wanted her to have an extremely positive experience. The team at Heller Motors did a great job to make sure that she was comfortable and that the experience was positive for her. The little things, such as following up a day later w/ phone call to make sure everything is ok and checking if their any questions on vehicle make a difference. Fantastic car-buying experience!

I recently had the misfortune of wrecking my beloved Chrysler PT Cruiser convertible and was in the market for another one with very low hopes that I would actually find one, but luckily for me, Heller Motors not only had one in stock, but made the buying process nearly a dream come true from beginning to end. Professional and Courteous Dealership!

I searched and searched for the right used vehicle for my family and I found it at Heller Motors. We searched via the internet and found the vehicle on a Saturday morning but couldn't get up to Heller Motors for a test drive until 3pm that day and they closed at 4pm. Everyone involved stayed until the sale was done and we left by 5:30pm with our used 2012 Acadia Denali. We had a wonderful salesman by the name of Jeff Butcher----he was incredibly personable and calm. We even talked with the owner, who was straight forward and honest when he was explaining our trade in value, which we felt was fair and reasonable. The whole process via the internet and phone conversations was painless. We were greeted with a friendly smile the moment we parked our vehicle and they had our Acadia ready to go for a test drive. We even got a welcome call the next day from our salesman, Jeff, who found another set of keys for our vehicle----Yeah! Very Happy

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Ken "The Brit" Perkins. I found the Jeep while cruising through there lot on a very cold 5 degree day. Ken met me out on the lot as I was checking it out and we went inside to get the details. I checked out a couple of similar vehicles at some other larger dealerships but came back to Heller because of the small town feel, no high pressure, and I heard that their service department was great. On a subsequent visit Ken was busy with another customer and manager John Warren helped me and answered my questions until Ken became available. After purchasing the Jeep, I had just left when I remembered I had one more question. I came back in and couldn't find Ken and Marty Heller came outside and answered my question. From top to bottom I had a great buying experience.

Very Impressed with Service

I recently purchased a 2005 Hyundai Tucson from Heller Motors and I was very happy with the car buying process and the integrity of the business. I primarily worked with Jeff Butcher and he did everything he could to get me a deal on this car that fit my budget. He was never pushy or aggressive and I enjoyed working with him. There was one mechanical issue that was found with the car when I had it looked at by a mechanic after I purchased the vehicle but Heller reimbursed me for the cost of repairs because it was something missed by their service department. Not many car dealers would take responsibility like that for a used vehicle after purchase so I was very impressed by their integrity and commitment to stand by the vehicles they sell.

Had a great experience in buying our new Chrysler 200. Gary Propes is a great down to earth salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a vehicle. Incredible service! Wonderful experience!

I was in the market for a new Town and Country, and after three other dealerships not returning calls and/or not trying to find the vehicle I wanted, I contacted Heller Motors by email (even though they were located two hours from my home). I was responded to quickly by Chris Price. After speaking with him, he got the ball rolling for the car I wanted. I had several questions over the next day, and he was VERY quick to respond with the information I needed to make my decision. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed any help (no wandering around trying to find someone!). Chris took me on a test drive and took the time to show me all the options on the car and to answer all of my many questions. After my decision to purchase, the financial process and then the wrap-up with Chris went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership! They were worth the 4-hour round trip drive! We went in to look at one vehicle that wa were told was there and ready for us to look at, but when we got there, after an hour and 45 minute drive, they told us the salesman and the vehicle were not there. then they show us another vehicle, we drove it, decided we did not want it, but the salesman would not listen to us. he kept trying to push us into a vehicle we did not want. Finally talked him into showing us the vehicle we actually came to see, he did bring it closer to us so we did not have to drive so far. My wife and daughter were there to see the vehicle, looked at it, it was dirty inside, then they drove it, it had a knock and the salesman told them it was nothing, probably just the exhaust. We decided we did not want the salesman continued to try to sell it to us, to the point that he was badgering my wife and daughter, wish i was there for that, so my wife just said good bye and left. since then, 3 days later, the salesman is still calling us, we told him that we have purchased a car and he gets mad and hangs up on us. On his business card it says "The Brit". I promise, I will never drive to see any vehicle let alone buy one from them.

They friendly, courteous and professional, everyone from the ladies that answer the phones, service department, sales department, to Greg and Marty. I purchased several vehicles from the Heller Stores and have no complaints. If I did, I know they would do whatever they could to resolve the issues.

This is the 2nd car I've bought at Heller in the past 3 years. This time I bought a Chrysler 200. I can't say enough good things. Everyone is very friendly, and I got a great deal on a great car. I like that they hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth in the car, explained the navigation, etc. They even called my insurance agent for me to let him know I had purchased a new car. Awesome people!

From our salesperson, Gary Propes, to the General Manager, Greg Koch, who handled the financing that day due to the illness of the finance person, I could not have asked for anyone more qualified or friendly.
