This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at Hastings Ford Lincoln back to back due to their staff and service. I work full time, have two wonderful boys and have to manage call for my job. Needless to say my schedule can be kind of hectic. All the staff at was great to work with, especially Jeramie Benson. He worked with my busy scheduled and even offered to come in on his day off to assist if necessary. I would and will recommend Hastings Ford to friends and family. The offer for trade in was only 25% of retail, which was way too low. The sales person Jacki was very friendly, not pushy and pleasant for dealing with on the vehicles available. Email communication was good as saved my gas. While we did not find something this time in my price range, I will go back in two months with a couple thousand more and try again. I do want to finance a used car as there is no need when my current vehicle still works.

I searched the web for a pickup truck in my price range and found it at Hasting Ford. The sales staff meet me with a smile and quickly and explicitly worked to earn my trust. No pressure. We negotiated a fair price such that the deal fit my budget and was consistent with my research on the fair price of the truck. I came away feeling good about my purchase and will return there for my next purchase.

I was searching for a used Ford Super Duty Pickup with an uncommon combination of options (Supercab, short bed in Lariat trim), and after several weeks of searching, a match turned up in Hastings. Unfortunately, I live near Denver, which is about 400 miles from Hastings -- a long ways to go to look at a used car. I had several email exchanges with Dave Kubik, their online sales consultant, during which he answered a bunch of my questions and sent me some additional photos. I always suspicious of used car dealers, so I was worried that the truck was priced below book value, and I could not figure out why it was as cheap as it was. After thinking about it for a while and failing to find anything closer, I ended driving to Hastings to take a look. My main objective was to figure out why it was below book price (i.e. was there something wrong with it..). I looked it over very carefully when I got there, and could find nothing wrong with it. I visited a body shop, a mechanic and a tire store, none of whom reported they could find nothing wrong with it either. In the end it seems that it was priced below book because they mark their vehicles with what they want to sell them for, and I ended up buying the truck. I guess I'm now a believer in their fixed pricing policy. This transaction much less stressful than any previous car buying experience (although the business manager did still visit with "one time opportunities" for extended warranties and add on protectants that I politely declined). The whole process was relatively painless, and I would buy from Hastings Ford, and from Dave Kubik again.

Bought a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix & it broke down on the same day i bought it because the head gasket blew,bad oil leak,spark plugs were very dirty.The online ad was misleading too!

I bought this car on a Friday. The sales staff wouldnt leave me alone including two phone calls the week prior, right up until the time the papers were signed. When I showed up to pick the car up on Saturday nobody had time for me. They were supposed to do a "delivery" to go over the car and see if I had any questions. I went home and read the owners manuel so I could sync my phones and learn how to disengage the parking brake. I also realized that they did not give me the factory code for the keyless entry. I came back a month later and the service guy acted like it was a hassle to give me the code. What a joke. I like Ford and the vehicle I purchased but am very dissapointed in this dealership

We bought a used Tahoe from Hastings Ford Lincoln and it was quick, easy and most of all they were great to work with. They gave us many finance options and actually called the bank the next day to get us a better rate! Their up front best price was by far lower than ANY comparable car we found at other dealers.
