Gaetano was great, straight forward, patient and was able to meet every expectation I had of a dealer immediately. I had shopped for a RAV4 at another dealer locally, but wanted to price check their offer and Gaetano blew it away without any hesitation. My recommendation, if you get a price from another dealer, check it with Gaetano first. In addition to great sales abilities, he made the rest of the process quick and easy.

A Most Pleasant Buying Experience

Buying a vehicle is one of the most stressful things we can experience; however, this won't happen at Hartford Toyota. Wonderful, Easy, No-Pressure Experience with Jeanette Garcia

My mother was in the market for a reliable pre-owned Toyota. We shopped around online and she saw a car she liked on the Hartford Toyota website. She called to inquire and spoke to Rosa, who coordinates appointments and serves as a liaison for the sales team. Rosa was very accommodating and pleasant. We scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Rosa, who introduced us to Jeanette Garcia, our Sales Representative. Both Rosa and Jeanette were very pleasant and knowledgable. We explained our budget to Jeannette, as well as the fact that we felt a used car would work best to keep my mother's monthly payment low. Jeanette showed us that for a few dollars more, my mother would be able to lease a brand new car. She never pressured us into a lease. Instead, she presented us with our options and respectfully gave us space and time to discuss as a family. My mother made the decision to lease a 2016 Toyota Corolla and she couldn't be any happier! The car we initially went to test drive was ten years old. While the used car was beautiful (and impeccably maintained), we felt more at ease knowing that the maintenance and service would be included with the newer, leased car. After choosing my mother's model (she went for the Super White exterior which is gorgeous), it was time to sit down with Eduardo over in the Finance Department. Eduardo made the process as easy and stress-free as possible. He laid out all of the maintenance/service package options, and was never pushy. Once my mother found a package she felt was the best fit, he was able to customize it to her needs. The rest of the staff at Hartford Toyota was also very friendly. We were offered refreshments by team members who we weren't directly working with, which made us feel very welcomed and at ease (and showed us what a great team they are). By the time we wrapped everything up, it was almost closing time. We never felt rushed, nor did the time negatively affect our experience. Jeannette scheduled a detailing appointment for later in the week due to there not being enough time to do so before driving the car home that evening. We are very grateful to the entire team over at Hartford Toyota and absolutely recommend them. Thank you for such a great car-buying experience!

This dealership is quite large with a huge selection. Jay, in particular, is the nicest salesperson I've met, after being to 5 dealerships, selecting a car. He really listens to the customer's needs and makes you feel comfortable, allowing you to take your time in assessing a vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and gives you all the information you need, answers questions clearly, and does not make you feel like just a blank check. He is genuinely a people person. 2016 Highlander Lease

On a whim, I decided to try Hartford Toyota after receiving quotes from 2 dealers that were 20 minutes closer to me. Excellent buying experience

TK was very professional and not at all pushy. He took the time to listen to my particular need of having to fit into a garage of an 100 year-old house. He let me drive to my house to test out the fit, which turned out to be perfect. He also had nted around and got me the 2017 car with the safety package I wanted right away. Henry was Awesome!!

I just purchased my fully loaded Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Camry XSE and I love it. My salesman, Henry Montgomery, was awesome from beginning to end. There was a slight glitch with the initial pickup and Henry even offered to bring the car to me. Henry explained all the features of the car, paired my phone, and made sure the the car mats and second key were waiting when I picked up the car. I had a very good pre-owned purchase experience at Toyota of Hartford. My Internet shopping led me to Tina. She was incredibly responsive to my request to make an appointment to test drive a particular car. She was also very helpful in answering new car quote questions. I met Dave for a 9:15 am test drive and fell in love with the car. Dave gave us individualized and focused attention. He helped keep everything on track throughout our visit so that we could drive off the lot with a same day purchase. He was very attentive to details and ensured our car was properly car cleaned, washed, and polished. Dave stayed with us the entire time, helped hook up our phone via Bluetooth, and performed a voice activated phone call. Andrew helped expedite the paperwork with his high tech Docupad (Hawaii 50 technology) that made the financial paperwork seem more organized, fun, and less painful. Jennifer Rinaldi reached out to me and asked what car I liked. I told her I wanted a Scion tC, but I was pretty confident there was no way they could get me into an affordable payment within my budget. She said she had the exact car I wanted (6 speed manual too!!) and said they would work with me financially, so I gave it a shot. SO GLAD I DID!!! She greeted us at the door and my car was sitting front and center. She directed me to Leslie Richam, who did a phenomenal job getting me into an affordable payment. I can't believe I have a brand new 2016 Scion tC and the payments are within my budget. I highly recommend Leslie, he's a great guy. Andrew Lombardo took care of the financial paperwork and we joked around the entire time we filled out paperwork. That was probably the only time I've ever enjoyed filling out paperwork. I went in today for my first service, because I drive a lot (just bought the car 3 months ago). Alex Hodges took my car to be serviced. A Great Experience!

I like to buy my vehicles new and keep them for a long time, so as it turns out it was more than fourteen years since my last truck buying experience and to be honest was not looking forward to it. I went in to Hartford Toyota while in the area on other business. I was quickly greeted by a terrific sales associate named Guy, who knew I was short on time. I knew what I wanted and Guy was more than happy answer all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. From my experience I can say that Guy has extensive knowledge on both the Tacoma and Tundra lines and left no question or concern unanswered. He got right to the point when it came to the bottom line and to my surprise told me that Hartford Toyota extends a lifetime warranty on the power train at no additional charge. That was very appealing to me and helped me very much in making my decision to purchases. I plan on keeping my new Tundra for years to come but I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to return to Hartford Toyota in the future, and I hope when I return that Guy will still be there to help me! Picked up new 2016 Toyota Highlander, lease today. WeTurned over our Nissan Pathfinder lease right to the Toyota dealership, which made the transfer from Nissan to Toyota extremely easy. My experience started with the internet sales rep (Mike Colon). Spoke with several dealers from CT, RI and MA. Mike was by far the best to deal with. Excellent communication and his initial price beat all others dealers. Then on top of the price was a life time power train warranty. Mike was the deciding factor that led me to Hartford. Arrived at Hartford and Mike introduced me to Dave Goduti. Dave was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the Tacoma truck I was interested in. Dave ordered my truck to my exact specifications. He kept constant communication with me from day one. Picked up the truck today and it is awesome!!! The truck was exactly the way I ordered it. He provided me with his personal cell and insisted that I call him at anytime if I had any questions. He also checked in after I left to see how everything was. We scoured the internet looking for a used Sienna and our interactions with dealerships was riddled with overaggressive dealers who were not really listening to what we wanted, dealerships that just did not call back (even after I said I was ready to buy and what I wanted.... does it get easier than that?!) and vehicles that were not what was advertised. Hartford Toyota really listened to our needs/wants and were able to meet them with a 2017 (YAY me!!) for just a little bit more than the used Siennas we were looking at, but with a lifetime warranty on the powertrain. The experience there was was a seamless team approach. We appreciated their working together to find us the best possible vehicle for our family at the best possible price. Brand new car purchase

I had been in the market for a new car for some time and I did my research on a new Camry prior to my visit to Hartford Toyota. I was very pleased that my sales rep, Gaetano Pagliano, was able to pin point the exact vehicle that suited me in terms of style, performance, and financing. It was extremely easy, no pressure, and haggle free. Mr. Pagliano asked a bunch of questions and if I said, "No, that's not what I'm really looking for," he didn't try to convince to get something I didn't want. So, not only did I drive off the lot with the car I wanted, but I also got the service I wanted to! A+ experience all the way through. Thanks!!

2017 Toyota Camry XLE Purchase

Just took delivery of my wife's Camry and the experience with the dealership was excellent. From test drive to driving it home everyone at Hartford Toyota kept us inform and was very responsive to and all questions we had along the way. I went to at least six different dealers before deciding to buy here. Unlike some of the other places I visited I did not receive any sales pressure or bait and switch tactics. Wonderful Experience!

I purchased a preowned 2008 Toyota Prius from this dealership and I've had the car for about 2 months now. Adam Foley (sales) and Tony Mumtaz (finance) helped me through my purchase and made the whole experience extremely easy and smooth. I came into the dealership with the intent of looking at that particular car, and it was in wonderful shape! I asked as many questions as I could think of regarding the car and purchasing it, and Adam was able to answer all my questions with ease. I definitely liked the car at first, but Adam really helped shape my decision to purchase it! I received some follow up calls and emails after the visit. When I went to purchase the car, Tony got me a great rate and explained the financing and warranty very clearly. I just recently bought my second car from the same dealer. I bought my first car 8 years ago and I have been going back for service regularly to this dealer. They always provided satisfaction with any issues and concerns. I met Gabriel Ortiz who used to be in service before and always gave me excellent customer service with his polite smile. I went back to Hartford Toyota to buy my second car because of Gabriel who now works in sales. I needed a trusted person and Gabriel was right match for that. He was honest and didn't try to over sell me any products I didn't need. I will highly recommend Gabriel to all my friends and family.

Several years ago I purchased a 2010 Toyota Tacoma, the initial process of buying the truck including the financing was simple, quick and hassle free. Since then the Service Department at Hartford Toyota has been there every step of the way - from regular service like oil-changes to solving any issues from daily driving, my Tacoma has remained well cared for at a great price and with the comfort of having only Toyota Certified Technicians to address any needs.Knowing all of that, the decision to use Hartford Toyota again this past weekend to lease a new Toyota Highlander was an easy one and of course, Hartford Toyota continued to impress. We didn't have an appointment so we had to wait a little bit but Cody took us on a test drive and he was great! Answered all our questions, showed us some of the features on the car and we did get a follow up call. Still going through my options but great service!

Leasing a new car

The experience was pretty smooth. I went to the superstore knew what I was looking for. Henry took me for a test drive on 2017 Camry SE which my friend Assad who also happens to be a finance manager at the store recommended. Loved the drive. Henry and Assad got the paper work sorted out in 2 hrs and I was back home with a new car in one visit. Henry dropped me off as well. Five star service.

Easiest, friendliest car-buying experience ever!

Amazingly helpful, friendly staff right from the beginning. Financed a used car and they helped me get a lower interest rate and took care of the registration and tags on the spot. Another dealer down the street would not sell me a car because I have an out of state license, but Toyota took care of everything for me. A few staff members who live nearby even invited me to hang out with them. And here this Southerner thought everyone up here in New England was supposed to be rude. Not at Hartford Toyota!

Hello All, I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Sonata yesterday from Thisady Khongdy. As a fellow sales professional, my customer service standards are set high. I found TK to be motivated, sincere and extremely courteous. He did all he could to make my experience at Hartford Toyota as pleasant as possible. During our initial meeting, he provided me with a Carfax Report for the vehicle I was interested in immediately, which I appreciated. Moreover, he was very patient on the two test drives we took together, answering all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. After my first visit, he also made himself available to me with follow up emails/calls for help or questions. What I found to be most impressive, however, is when I requested to take the vehicle to my own personal mechanic to be inspected, he encouraged me to do so with confidence. After we concluded with the paperwork, he followed me with my new car back home so I was able to drop off the Jeep I had driven to the dealership with. This eliminated the need for me to get a ride back to Hartford the following day to pick up the car, making things very convenient. In conclusion, TK was extremely accommodating throughout the entire purchase process which put me at ease during what can potentially be a stressful time. I truly enjoyed working with TK! He is an invaluable asset to Hartford Toyota and I highly recommend him to all car shoppers! Thank you again, TK!

I was able to get a good price for my RAV4 XLE Hybrid. Leslie Richman was an excellent sales consultant. He even got my lien release and then went to DMV to get my title for me because I live and work more than an hour from the dealership. Best Car Buying Experience

I have purchased 3 of my last 4 cars at other Toyota dealerships in Connecticut. My experience at Hartford Toyota for car number 4 was the best car buying experience I have had by far. There was no pressure, no hassle, and Luis worked very hard to make my experience a positive one. I don't want to buy car 5 anytime soon but when I do it will be here.

I received good service from Cody in leasing a new Camry. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. As with most dealerships they say they'll offer you a great deal from the start but in reality you have to negotiate a deal and this dealership was no exception however in the end I felt that I received a reasonable deal for my new lease.

Our experience with hartford toyota was a 5 star experience if you are in the market for a toyota they are the people to see. Knowledgeable sales person, great business manager and the manager is from our town and offered to pick up our toyota when it needed service leave his vehicle with us and return ours at the end of the day. Was overcharged and mislead.

I dealt with Tony as my older brother had dealt with him for many years. I was going in to try to get an affordable price on a Rav4 (LE only the basic) but I was charged a lot of money and told that because I was young he needed to put all these "extra coverages" on it. I believed him and went home that day with my car. I don't understand how a basic model, with nothing in it, could cost over $36,000.

My Wife and i were in need of a family vehicle for our soon to arrive twins. I originally spoke with Michael Conlon via phone and email after i made an inquiry on their website. Once i decided to make my way to the dealer i was set up with Gaetano and he made it the best buying experience we have had in the last few years, This was the 5th new vehicle purchase we have made in the last 4 years so i have a good idea on what usually happens. Excellent purchase experience at Hartford Toyota

We purchased a new Highlander at Hartford Toyota in early August and our sales person was Adam Foley. He was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we were interested in purchasing . He discussed the safety features and mechanical functions of Highlander. He quickly responded to an email and texts to answer additional questions after our initial visit to Hartford Toyota . It was an excellent experience and Adam was very helpful leading us to make the decision to purchase the car.

This place is a rip off

My husband bought his truck back in may the financial guy jack up the price and try to rip us we try to refinance the truck and get a better rate it took them close to Two months to book the loan when they finally book the loan like in July they refuse to reimburse the difference to this day they are scamming people and they all of them are stammers especially that Tony the financial manger I am definitely going to take legal action against them because that is our money we pay for it so we should have gotten it back they suck

Easy and Excellent Buying Experience

I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I took it on Saturday). Luis Gonzalez was my sales person. He was really good, calm and patiently shown all the available vehicles, explained all the features, he always considered my opinion and cared. Richard McAllister Jr/Jim Webster offered good deal and trade in value, which made me to finalize the purchase. Marc and Tony were also very helpful in my buying process.Overall It was great experience buying a new vehicle from Hartford Toyota.

Excellent Sales Follow Through

I received excellent attention to my specific requirements. Henry listened closely to my need for safety options and found a Camry to meet my needs. My wife loves the hybrid knowing she is saving gas and the environment. I also found the other support people very helpful. I am glad I looked outside my local area for dealership associated with my bank. Getting a finance program that met my requirements was nice too. I met with Guy last Friday after a really lousy experience at another Toyota dealership. After I went over all the particulars, Guy not only met the price from the other dealer, but also threw a couple of important things. I was also happy with your dealership's lifetime powertrain warranty. My wife was happy with the deal (she's the boss) and so was I. We love the vehicle. Then Tony was extremely helpful in getting me the very best possible interest rate for my loan through Bank of America, which was a great benefit from my excellent credit rating. Then, I have dealt with Carl and Grant in the service area and they have been terrific as well. If this experience is any indication, I would expect a long and fruitful business experience from here on. Keep it up. You are doing a great job!

Fast, quality experience

I will start by saying that I came to this location because they were ACTUALLY open on Sunday! And I came early. Next, Thisady Khongdy started his work day 30 min early just to help me. After his knowledgeable overview of my soon to be new Tacoma TRD sport, and a quick drive, he made the transaction happen within an hour or so from start to finish. His entire team from financing to the GM Jim were awesome and really hooked me up with a great deal on the new vehicle, which is rare on Tacoma's. I have nothing but great things to say about this location. I highly recommend them.
