they have a new service manager. he seems to be very nice and helpful. we bought out car new here and have had a good experience overall. we have only had service their and been much better (than the other guy) so we are happy people.

I was sent an email from Cars.com for a possible match that I was interested in. After Mike contacted me it wasn't quite the one, after a day or two of searches he came up with one that worked. I had a GM supplier discount and from what I understood there is only one way to price a vehicle with it. My local dealer(s) had the same information but for both it was hard to see if my discount was even applied. Hart had everything listed out and was very easy to see all charges and discounts that apply. Hart is 150 miles from my home but they were more than happy to come and pick me up for a ride to their dealership. It was a bit of a hassle, mostly on their part, but felt very comfortable in my purchase in buying my new Encore. I don't buy a lot of cars but they will be my first call the next time as well!

We truly appreciate the fine service that we receive when we bring our vehicle in for service. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and willing to help address any issues . . . so far we haven't had any issues, but we appreciate the staff in the service department. We were in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done with minimal wait. We asked about the amp gauge, but we were reassured that everything was okay. We love of GMC Sierra ! As a courtesy, I wish they would have run my truck through the car wash. This was the only time that didn't. The vehicle could have used it at that time ! Thank you !

Ross Elliot's experience should be a bench mark for your dealership. My credit score was not the best, but that did not matter to Ross. Persistent Technician Finds Root Cause Of Problem

I live in West Branch but had recently purchased a pre-owned Cadillac, with remaining GM Warranty, in the Detroit Area two and a half hours away. When I became concerned with an unusual and elusive engine noise I decided to take the car to Hart for diagnosis as it was impractical to return to the selling dealer. I had previously had good experience with their parts department for a previous Cadillac. The service consultant that took down the details of the problem did so precisely. The technician could not instantly diagnose the problem and retained the car for further investigations. I was provided with a loaner (brand new!). To arrive at the root cause of the problem involved dismantling the engine! The problem was found to be a bolt in the timing gear train that had sheared off (manufacturing fault). Repair was deemed impractical. GM authorized an engine replacement! I feel that the accuracy and attention given to me by service consultant and the perseverance of the service tech who was not satisfied until he reached that ah-ha moment turned what could easily have been a frustrating experience into a satisfying one.

My 2014 Buick Enclave is all that I could ask for. The Hart family makes you feel like part of their family and free to ask question about any and all concerns. Roger spent a lot of time making sure I knew what all of the buttons did and what all of the safety features of the vehicle were. The Hart family are not only there to sell cars, but to sell safety. Roger even came to our home and programmed our door opened.....he knew my husband just had knee surgery and didn't want him to climb the ladder. Another shout out goes to Greg for having our somewhat strange transaction all listed and ready without any problems. Both my husband and I will deal there again, this is the 5th vehicle purchased there, and I highly recommend West Branch, Hart Buick GMC to any person interested in a new or used vehicle!
