Tammy Keith was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend friends and family. Another gentleman was giving me a fine tour of the car while Tammy worked my paperwork when I discovered the car did not have cruise control (it was past 6 pm and the dealership was closing) . I have since found that I can have the dealership install cruise control on my new vehicle. Perhaps it was my own rush to not have either of them work late, but it could have been an opportunity for the gentleman to offer their shop to install the cruise control had he known it was available. Over all experience was very positive and I am very pleased with my new car.

This was the first Chevrolet I have ever purchased. I've always been a ford guy. I fell in love with the new Corvette , so I jumped ship and bought my dream car. Came to Hamilton and talked to Anthony Pellerito who made the transition very easy and smooth for me to do. He answered all my questions and walked me through the purchase of my new Grand Sport. He was never in a rush and made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. I defiantly would recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy a new chevy.

I spent two days emailing with Brook to set up a test drive. Drove out from Plymouth to see it and when I got there I was told the car wasn't on the lot, but at the detail place down the street. I was asked to 'hang out' for 'a bit' to see if they could get the car down to the lot. When I asked how long a bit was the salesman told me: "Could be ten minutes could be thirty. Can you come back on Tuesday?" He claimed there was an accident up the street which was making traffic impossible and that's why the car wasn't on the lot. (A lie or at the least an exaggeration since traffic was moving fine and I saw no evidence of a horrible accident.) I offered to go to the detail place instead to look at it since traffic north bound seemed fine and I had an appointment to keep elsewhere.Of course, I couldn't find the detail shop and when I called both of Brook's phone lines as well as texted the cell number on his card and I received no response. I even called the dealership's main number to ask for the detail shop's address and they gave me the address to their dealership! I went home without seeing the car, having wasted three hours of my time, and I never received a call back or an apology. Hands down the worst experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If i could give zero stars i would. They sold me a warranty with my car and refuse to honor it. I was directed to speak with the guy in charge of the repair part Joe Ankrom and he completely blew me off telling me to call the warranty company myself. I called them and they said that all the work done should have been covered and that it is the dealerships job to call and make the claim. I couldn't do it if i tried. Also, their prices for repairs are ridiculous!! Go elsewhere!!!! Now Joe Ankrom will not even respond to my email or my calls.

Terrible customer service in the service department, The powertrain warranty expired 2 months pryer to my phone calls. Only 60.000 miles on my 2011 Equinox. Was hoping to get some help from Chevy Corp. or Hamilton which is where I bought it. After explaining my situation to jack. And making an appointment. They never returned any of my phone calls not even for the appointment I arandeged though the Chevy support. If there's nothing your going to do, just tell me not ignore my me. A transmission is very expensive and shouldn't have went bad at 60,000 miles We were going to trade this in and get a new vehicle. We will go somewhere else now.

My salesman (Darren Lee) is wonderful! He was on top of it every step of the way. Everything was ready for me when I got there. He took the time to go over each and every aspect of my new car and made sure he answered all of my questions. Darren is very knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. The rest of the staff was also very nice. Darren took me around the entire dealership and introduced me to several people. One of the managers (Kelly) even came over to say hello and introduce herself. Buying a car just isn't just a purchase. It's an experience and my first experience (of many more) with Hamilton Chevrolet was a great one. Keep up the exceptional service!

Brought car in for battery issues and traction control system warning light. Electrical cables to battery were burnt and had to be replaced. Brake pedal switch needed to be replaced. Everything was in good working condition except for the tail lights were not working when brought home. Still needed to replace that fuse.

I recently took my vehicle in to have to have a recall taking care of and brakes done. I sat for a half hour with not so much of a "Hi" from a service tech. I watched car after car go through. When there had only been myself and another vehicle in the bay, I thought I would finally get helped; I was wrong. Another car pulled into the bay and got helped straight away. I left; I didn't even get questioned as to why I am leaving without having been helped or if I was even the owner of the vehicle.Service department is awful. I only went because it was close to work. I will not be making that mistake again.

Last visit for oil leak went well, took me right in and fixed the problem. Shuttle was great. Being a VIP custormer there, I was surprized they didnt wash my truck, also left the floor mat & seat protectors in vehicle and my console was moved from where I left it.

I brought my 2015 silverado in for oil change, tire rotation. My truck was detailed by hand before arrival. I requested not to have it washed. When it was finshed your porter washed it anyway (hosing it down).totally screwing it up!!!

Came to Hamilton Chevroloet for the following: Oil Change= Excellent, Rotate tires = excellent, Service Advisor recommended Fuel Injection Service = Good/Excelent, wasn't ready for the cost of that service, and I also requested a headlight to be replaced. The headlight and connector was replaced but at a cost of $224.50. The high cost was due to VERY POOR ENGINEERING. Really, would anyone need to remove a bumper to change/repair a headlight?! Had to pay for an hour labor because of the VERY POOR ENGINEERING. The Service at Hamilton was excellent. Due to this design, may not lease another Equinox. In 6 months, I will be leasing another vehicle. At this time, although I like the drive of the Equinox, I'm not sure I would want to incur additional expenses due to POOR ENGINEERING!

How much better can it get - when you get a loaner so you are not inconvenienced when your car is in service, you get continual updates to the progress of your car down to the minute details and when it is time to pick up your car the service mechanic comes out and talks to you so you know exactly what was wrong, what it took to fix it and if there was anything else I needed to make sure I called and advised him and the service advisor so corrective action could be taken right away if needed. My understanding was even the Service Manager took my car for a test drive before it was given back to me to insure it's proper operation. In my opinion, it just does not get any better than that. A customer for life!

I found a car on cars.com and when I attempted to contact the dealership about the car and get a quote I was directed to Tammy Keith, the internet sales manager. I replied to the auto-reply message with a couple questions about the car. A couple hours later I received a response from Tammy asking questions about my eligibility for certain offers. I sent a reply email and NEVER heard anything back after that. I sent a couple follow up emails, but I got nothing. After waiting a couple days for a response, I called the dealership and talked to an April, who was able to give me a quote. Now that it has been over a week and I made a negative comment about Tammy not getting back in touch with me, she finally called me and left a quote on my cell for $5000 more than what April quoted me, with the exact same information. I was very disappointed with the lack of respect that I received at this dealership. Won't ever come here in the future.

The salesman, Scott Sodergren had the truck prepared and ready to drive home, even though I had not committed to the purchase when I arrived. But, there was NO pressure to make the purchase. He was thorough and professional in finding all the rebates/incentives for me. He went above and beyond in his effort secure the best deal possible for me and in the end, it was "an offer I couldn't refuse." TJ, in finance made that portion of the buying experience, fun and enjoyable, rather than the usually long and burdensome sales effort to buy extended warranties, etc. He explained all my finance options and made sure I got the best deal possible. Debbie, helped me clean out my truck and move the license plate to my new truck. In doing so, she added to the overall experience. She was funny and professional, qualities that I appreciate! AMAZING! I've never driven into a dealership, any dealership with a used car, traded the car in for a new lease and drove out of the dealership with a new car/truck and a check in my pocket for the difference. From meeting my sales person Jeanine Bellman day one, to having my jeep evaluated (by the way as this was being taken care of I spent time in the Hamilton Chevrolet customer lounge area - I felt like I was at a Starbucks. It was CLEAN, there was comfortable seating, well lit work areas for internet surfing, email, etc. A large screen TV made you feel right at home as i waited for the news). Jeanine came back with the amount and BAM I was ready to deal but the truck/color I was looking for was not on the lot. Trucks were moving fast and that's all they had in prep was a silver truck. But, Jeanine to the rescue. I left the dealership and Jeanine told me she'd see what she could find and she'd keep an eye on the trucks that had been promised with hopes that one would fall through into my lap. Jeanine was awesome in finding me the exact truck that I was looking for, at about 5 that same evening she called. It was difficult as the year end sales were making quick work of trucks disappearing but she stuck to it and found it. After securing insurance I drove to Hamilton the following afternoon, Jeanine again worked her magic in providing me a seamless handoff as I dropped off my 2005 Jeep and picked up my 2015 Silverado. A handful of signatures and initials, a quick test-ride in my new truck, a short conversation with the good folks at OnStar, and I was on my way in my new Chevrolet. First stop, my credit union to deposit the sizable check I received for the difference between my lease and my trade in. Yes, it was difficult to let go of my Jeep Wrangler, my son and I have shared many experiences driving with the doors off and top down. But, to jump into the Silverado with a check in hand is a gift to myself - the gift of peace of mind, knowing that each day as I prepare for work the Silverado will be ready to get me there safely with none of the concerns a 10 year old Jeep would cause. And knowing theres a cash balance in our auto fund thanks to the Hamilton check doesn't hurt either. Another happy ending for a Hamilton Chevrolet customer.

Walked in the door, told receptionist want to talke to new car sales, Anthony Pellireto saw me from his office, walked towards me, introduced himself, went to his office, told him I wanted quotes on Cruze and Malibu, gave me two quotes, accepted the Cruze after test drive. I came back a few days later, test drive the Cruze, signed loan application and got the car next day. Anthony showed me all the things I need to know, including OnStar then drove away with car. Same day, he called me that my new plates came in, arranged with Anthony for some to pick it up the next day. It was the most pleasant experience I had buying car in the last 30 years. I was pleased with the work that the body shop completed. I am not pleased that car washes are done 1st before oil changes. That does not make any sense! You can see the finger prints all over the hood of the car from the guy who changes the oil. This is not the 1st time, this is All the time. Secondly, who ever is washing the cars are literally damaging the cars. Whatever hoe they use to rinse the cars, is literally scratching the paint off. They are allowing th hoe to close to th car when they are rinsing the soap off the car. I have a couple of scuffs from the brushes and edge of the brush, they used to wash the car and scratches from the end of the hoe when they rinse the car on my hood and on the driver side of my camaro. I really do not want my car washed anymore from you guys. Thank you!

My salesman, Dave Asmar, was excellent! Starting with the call I made into the dealership, I knew Dave was a seasoned professional. He asked the right questions, didn't waste my time, listened to what I had to say, was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling and the process involved in leasing as this was my first lease. He explained the options, colors available and walked me thru the car set-up which took almost an hour. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I left the lot. He has communicated with me since the delivery to make sure I was enjoying the car and to check for any questions. Dave is not only a great salesman but a genuinely nice guy. Also, the finance guy that worked with me was really personable and explained my options thoroughly. The dealership atmosphere was "fun". There were jokes and laughing and everyone seemed very pleasant. I will and have already recommended Hamilton and Dave (I even told my rental car agent about the great experience when she was bringing me to pick up my new car). There is not a negative thing I can say.
