From the moment I arrived at the dealership yesterday, to the moment I left, they really made it a great experience. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they even offer quality coffee, which is great news for someone like me. Mark Stonis really helped make the process fast and fun instead of making it the dreadful experience I assumed it would be. Great personalities, impeccable customer service, and they really want to make sure you get what you want. I couldn't be happier with my car, and my entire experience at the Virginia Beach Hall Acura. Highly recommended.

JOE C and GLENN both are compulsive pathological liars. I was told "oh it's a state law and that is why this car has been on the lot for several months while the recall was being fixed". I than call JOE to ask for an explanation of the lies he told me, his response was "I NEVER SAID THAT", GLENNS response was "BMW is full of shit". Yeah, newsflash, BMW doesn't even have the parts to fix the problem yet. To make a long story short this experience was automile fraud at its finest and that is why JOE had no problem rescinding the sale. Than neither of the two liars could look me into my eyes, man up, and apologize for their shenanigans.

I would give this ZERO stars if I could. I will make this short. First off, Glenn the sales guy knows how to talk a great game! Than when called out on his BS he said "nah, they full of xxxx". JOE C. the finance manager is an arrogant liar and will continue to lie even when called out in his fraudulent deals. DON'T tell a customer certain maintenance was done and state "by law I needs to fix the issue in order to sell" along with other BS. JOE C is so bad and dirty, he was willing to rescind the sale because he knew he was screwed if this went to legal. KEEP UP THE GREAT LIES!!! I cannot wait to share this entire fraudulent experience with corporate!!!

Ron & Rob at Hall Acura VA Beach made my dreams come true. I found myself in the market for a new car sooner than I had hoped -- due to the need for a larger vehicle that was AWD. Ron was polite and prompt in answering my questions and in getting my new RDX detailed and ready to take home. Rob worked diligently to get me the best rate possible for my financing, while also ensuring I understood every step of the process. Nothing is worse than being out-of-town and the maintenance required light comes on - in this case it just meant an oil change and tire rotation. Hall Acura in Virginia Beach was excellent to work with - the ease of the online appointment process; the text follow-up to ID additional needs; and the follow-up after the servicing are what I would expect from Acura. Still, being able to get my car in, get the needed maintenance done with a courtesy wash and drive out inside of 1.5 hours was awesome. I was from out-of-town yet I was treated like a long-time customer and that made me fee great.I heartily recommend Hall Acura for your Acura servicing needs in the Hampton Roads area (especially the one in Virginia Beach). They'll treat you great and get the work done right. Special shoutout to Brian Thompson, my service advisor, who explained everything and clarified the choices to me (even though it was just an oil change, it's still nice for him to take the time to discuss and review it).

From our first visit to Hall Acura until my wife drove off in her new RDX, it was one of the most professional and "non-pressure" sales experiences I have ever had. I can honestly say I enjoyed it. Of utmost important to me, the staff, especially Joe Cuellar and Ron Perry, were interested in what we were looking for and wanted in a new vehicle. They listened to what we were saying, and then provided options for us to consider. There was no pressure, no rush to buy today, just an honest, professional dialogue on what would work best for us, and on our schedule. Unlike other dealerships we visited (and we had been researching and looking at new vehicles for ~ 5 months), we found Hall Acura easy to work with and extremely professional. With each succeeding visit (and test drive) at Hall Acura, I truly left with the sense that I was being treated as a valued customer, not just a quick sale. I've purchased three vehicles from Hall Acura. After returning from a deployment in 2002, I bought an RS-X. this was the first car I'd ever bought on my own and the experience was very satisfying. The salesman at the time, Chris, worked with me to find just the right vehicle and got me a deal that worked for my budget. A couple years later I moved west to the Appalachian Mountains and needed a ride that could better navigate the terrain and climate of the region. Again, Chris found the perfect option for my needs and helped me through the trade-in process without a hitch. I kept that Honda CR-V for a decade before moving back to the area deciding it was time for an upgrade. Imagine how pleasantly surprised I was that my old buddy Chris was still at the dealership! Once more, he found the perfect vehicle for my situation and in no time, I had swapped out that reliable old Honda for a smooth, shiny Lexus. My wife even bought her Nissan Sentra through Chris. I could not give a higher recommendation to Chris and the team at Hall Acura. From a maintenance and service standpoint, I also have no complaints. They've done all the major work on each of our cars. They're always thorough and we've never had to take anything back to be redone after they've fixed it. Purchasing and maintaining a vehicle through Hall has always been a fantastic experience. I will certainly go back again for my next car and recommend you do the same!

The other 5 vehicles have all been Acuras, which we love, but I went out of the box this time and purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I bought my car from here in April of 2014. As a first time buyer & someone who worked for the Hall company I was skeptical but this dealership has been the biggest help! Today I brought my car in for routine maintenance and as I left I realized my car had a screw in the tire that wasn't there before. If I would have known it would have been replaced! Well, I left my service advisor Ed know what my new problem was and he spoke with his manager and they fixed it at no cost! It's very rare you find a dealership that is 100 percent honest and isn't just for the money! I highly recommend Hall Acura to anyone! Not all Hall's are this way but Acura definitely goes above and beyond!

My wife and I were considering buying a 2003 Acura MDX. Having very little information on the vehicle, other than typical internet searches, I decided to call your service department and get a proffesional opinion. I spoke with Brian Thompson and he put me at ease to make the purchase. At this time I did not own an Acura and I was purchasing the MDX from another dealership. Knowing this, Brian still took the time to answer all my questions. That is service. Thank you.After the purchase, the vehicle had some issues. The main one being a strong pull to the right. I spoke with Brian and brought it in the next morning. That morning I dealt with Kayla. She to was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. From the moment I drove my car inside the service department it took me less than 5 minutes to be seen by my service advisor - David. Unpleasant. We have been trying to cancel some extended packages. We have been ignored and refused service. We have been lied to. They won't provide us with a copy of the paperwork and we are paying for things they didn't give us.Find somewhere else. Car buying shouldnt be this type of experience. I bought a 2004 Ford Expedition from Hall Acura in Virginia Beach in March. My husband returned the following day to cancel the warranty we had purchased. When he arrived, he was told by the Financial Officer, Rob Voigt, that it was not necessary for him to come in and that he would take care of the cancellation. Mr. Voigt did not cancel the warranty and later claimed that since the car was in my name, my husband could not cancel the warranty. At no time did Mr. Voigt offer him the paperwork needed to cancel the warranty nor did he inform my husband that I need to come in at all. If paperwork was necessary, why was this not given to my husband at the time of the request? Mr. Voigt also never mentioned to my husband that parts of the warranty were not able to be cancelled when we bought the car or when my husband came to see him. So when my husband tried to return the kits, Mr. Voigt simply told him that it was not necessary (not that they couldn't be refunded). Now, according to Mr. Voigt, apparently we purchased a LoJack and a Paint warranty for over $1600. Regarding the Paint/Interior protection, we have not received any invoice regarding work that was done to the interior or exterior of the truck. Upon delivery of the truck, the interior had white animal hairs left in the seats, the ceiling and front moldings had not been cleaned throughly, and the exterior side paneling was left with a faded look (which was easily fixed with Armor All). This would not be have been a major problem except now they are trying to charge us for this. We are now being expected to pay over $1,600 in coverage. A word of advise...JUST SAY NO!

I figured the "PROFESSIONALS" could figure it out. then u guys "diagnosed" my carand told me it was the fuel pump, the fuel PUMP i just replaced!! then Dave has the nerve to tell my dad i never changed it. We bothwant the car fixed. why would i fight and say that its not the fuel pump if i didnt already know it worked????U might have to hire some new mechanics bc the fuel pressure was fine and YOU COULD HEAR THE FUEL PUM PRIME when you turned the key on.DUHHH Theres your sign... So i told dave that im not gonna pay a magic 120 dollars for you to tell me the pump was bad when u and iboth know it wasnt. so he says if i dont pay the diagnoses fee then he cant give me my car back. When my car broke down in a flaming pile of metal last week, I had a panic attack: what was I going to do? How was I going to afford a new car? And what about the balance I still owed on this one?? For a week I worried and freaked out until this morning, when my brother and I drove over to the VB Acura and met with Chris Turnage, the godsend that helped us fix this mess! He was so knowledgeable, understanding, and completely straightforward with all of our options that I immediately felt better. Every time I think of a car salesman I pictured Danny Devitto from Matilda: Cold, consumed with greed and ready to bleed me dry. THANK GOD Chris was the complete opposite. He found a way to take care of my old car's balance affordably, take it off my hands, even tow it! I now have a GORGEOUS new silver Acura and I could not be happier! Larry Kelley, Bob Grosso, and the entire team at Hall Acura were a pleasure to work with! I first visited Hall Acura to peek around at the cars and that is where I first met Larry. About 2 weeks later I came back ready to buy and Larry welcomed me back and remembered exactly who I was. He even remembered that I said I was getting married the next week! He made me feel very comfortable the whole time I was there. I came to Hall Acura as a first time car buyer, and they helped me out so much! We were able to agree on a price that worked for both of us and I left with my very first brand new car! The process was a little long and tedious (lots of signatures and paperwork), but that is expected with a purchase like this. I did appreciate the fact that when I declined all of the extra warranties and protection plans they did not continue to harp on me about how important it was to buy them. I have known Mark on and off for over 5 yrs as i would hang around the show room while getting my car was getting serviced and talk about cars. I love cars and have owned 3 acuras in the past and have been waiting to get a new TL, after its recent face lift, and sell my 05 TL. I initially test drove a 2012 TL AWD w mark back in the spring time and was very impressed with his knowledge of the car and his honesty. I told Mark that i will be waiting until the end of the summer to buy a car and sell mine. During the next few month mark stayed in touch with me through emails and let me know of any sales they were having. A few weeks ago i had my TL serviced and james was nice enough to give me a 2012 TL w advanced package. I loved the car and decided it was time. I saw Mark there also and he was kind enough to give me some advice on selling my car and how to post it online. He said he would send some pricing to get started. Because of his help, I was able to sell my car within one week and during that week Mark was extremely helpful in finding me the right model and most importantly the right price. His service and countless prompt emails to update me on availability and pricing were invaluable to me as it saved me countless hours of having to actually be at a dealership. It allowed me to continue with my work and life with my family. By the time i was ready to purchase my car, i was well informed and most of the negotiating had already been done over emails. The only criticism I have is with confusion about pricing on the website. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated with the utmost respect. I wasn't hassled or rushed into making any decisions, and the dealers didn't try pull something over on me. They explained everything clearly so that I could understand, let me make my choices, and didn't try and talk me out of any choice I made. Once everything was done, they went out of their way to make sure the vehicle was in top notch shape before they let me drive it off the lot. My wife and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car for the following reasons: the sales representative that we worked with, Ron Perry, went above and beyond to get us the lowest price possible. We purchased a used car from the dealership and got the best price out of all the used cars like it in the whole Hampton Roads area and beyond. The way they treated us and communicated with us was very professional and kind. When it took longer for them to prepare the car for us (it had just gotten in and had to go through cleanup and get some work done on it) they ended up giving us a car until it was ready. We have now had the car for about two months and have been completely satisfied with it and have had no problems. After we purchased the car, they followed up with us and checked to make sure everything was going alright. After some extensive shopping in new dealerships and used car dealerships, Ron was probably the nicest and most honest guy we dealt with. He was not just looking for a sale. I then did some research on carcritic.com and found some disturbing criticism about the Accords seat comfort and excessive oil usage in the V6 engine. I rate Mark Stonis and Hall Acura a top rating of 5 and here is why. I bought a 2009 Acura TL from Priority Acura May, 2009. Unfortunately I was rear-ended in June 2010 with damage to the rear bumper, impact bar and some unibody damage in the trunk area and some back injuries to myself. I had the repairs done at Priorty's Collison division with all original parts. Once the repair was completed I contacted Priorty Acura asking my salesperson who was aware of my situation, for their dealership help to provide a documented Appraisal of my auto for me to keep. I even offered to pay for this service if required. This would have aided me for Diminished Value of my car for legal insurance puposes. The games that went on for the next four and one half hours there are too numerous to write here. I was very dissappointed, but good things come to those who are patient and wait.Here comes Mark Stonis and Hall Acura. Mark Stonis first provided me with a fair written valuation of my 2009 TL in which I could take and keep. He also provided me several written scenerios of purchasing the vehicle versus leasing. I also was given these documents for my keep. Well to say no more, I got a Black Crystal Pearl 2012 TL. Here's where it gets impressive. It was getting close to closing time and Mark Stonis knew I wanted to take the car that day. The detailers who prepare the car for delivery were gone. Mark Stonis himself and one attendant who normally doesn't prep the cars for delivery jump in and get the car ready for me. From the initial start process with Mark Stonis, to the finance manager and then the delivery of the car was a great process. Outsatanding service Mark Stonis and Hall Acura team. The auto industry needs more Mark Stonis types. I nominate Mark Stonis for President.

I came to this dealership after a bad experience over at Priority Acura where getting a car price was like pulling teeth. I had given up on buying a new car due to my experience at Priority but I went over to Hall to see what color selection was available anyway. Went to these guys last Saturday to check out a used Nissan Altima. The Altima was already sold, but Larry and Brian helped me get a 2009 Toyota Corolla that I absolutely love. Larry was my salesperson and never once tried to be pushy; helped me look around at all the cars and gave me great info and advice. Hall Acura was very pleasant to work with during my purchase of a 2009 Acura TL. Sales rep Mark Stonis was very knowledgable and obviously did his homework with the trade in and creative financing I desired. After I left with the car I noticed a nick in the window tinting on the driver's side rear window that appeared to be caused by the removal of the paperwork attached to the window. My experience with this dealership was nothing but great. I was a little nervous about going into the dealership to purchase a car, due to previous experiences, but from Day 1 Sterrick Frasier, walked me through the process, explained EVERYTHING in detail for me, and although it was tough finding me a car with my situation, he made it happen. My experience with Hall Acura was beyond exceptional. This actually was my 2nd time purchasing from them, in 2008 I purchased a CPO 2006 TSX from Bob G and everything went quick and easy, long story short I still loved my TSX but it was fast approaching 85K miles and I was a little upside down on the loan and knew I needed to do something quick. Bob and Larry arranged to get me into a lease on a brand new TSX and Mark and Chris worked their magic to get me in the car with a low down payment, and a manageable monthly payment...They all together helped me "see the light" in leasing as my best option to absorb my negative equity and plus to get me in and out of new vehicles every 3 years which I prefer to do. Considering this is the first Acura "experience" in over 35 years of car shopping/buying experiences, I have to state that Brendan Pease was instrumental in my "Acura-for-life" transformation. I had previously made a decicision to purchase a 2011 Suburu Outback. For that car, I had relied on my tried and true method of research and negotiation because I truly dispise how a customer is "usually" treated by salesmen and dealerships when making such a huge purchase. However, at a recent auto show the new TSX Sport Wagon caught my eye and I wanted to take it for a spin since it's brand new. Yes, the car itself was the reason for making my final decision, but if it were not for the professionalism, courtesy and customer care exhibited by not only Brendan but the entire Hall Acura Team, the deal would never have been made (and I've been to other Hall's and did not have the same experience, so this is by no means an endorsement of the Hall franchise). Brendan exceeded my expectations in every sense of measure. If not for him and his treatment of me as a valued customer, I would be driving a Suburu right now (no knock on that car mind you, but not my Acura), and Hall/Acura would have lost both a customer and now a confirmed "referral agent for life". I've had one follow on visit to service and Brendan was not only was there to greet me, but he took the initiative to work with a wonderful Service Department to ensure all my needs were addressed. Everyone at Hall Acura was very easy to work with. Sterrick Frasier helped me with my initial test drive of the RDX, but the model I was looking for was not available that day. He immediately let me know when the model I wanted had arrived at their dealership. The sales team offered me the exact price I wanted for my trade-in, and a very fair price for the RDX. I had a great experience at Hall Acura. Brendan was great and the manager was also very good. I think I got a good price and a fair value for my trade in. I purchased an Acura 2010 TL the first week in December online. I was reluctant to try the online pricing but it was the easiest, non stressful auto transaction I have ever conducted. I was able to purchase the new car at a very good price more competative than anyone else. Not only were they quick with the internet price but they also called me. At this point I put a deposit on the vechile and when I arrived the following Saturday from out of town the vechile was all ready for me to pick up with out all the haggling. It doesn't get much better than that. It was great and so was Mark Stonis my salesperson. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I picked up the new car and when I arrived. The experience working with this dealership has started a relationship in which any person who enjoys great customer service and quality of work would take great pride. The service department, especially Brian, has always gone the extra mile to inform us of the progress for the services performed. I have given the highest marks for every category; however, there is one thing I would want the dealership staff to consider and that is to enable people waiting in the lounge the ability to access social network sites while using the wireless network. Took the car in to get a recall completed on a replacement part. They offered a free car cleaning and vacuuming which I took them up on the offer. I asked them if they could clear the code, that recently appeared in the dash, indicating I needed a oil change and tire rotation because it reached 40k miles. I told the gentleman that my husband would do the work, that we just wanted the code cleared. 4 hours later they tell me they are complete with the work (thank goodness they shuttled me to the mall). They show me the bill, which should have been zero because a recall is free, and it detailed $70. I didn't understand and he explained that they did the tire rotation and oil change and I reiterated that I only wanted them to clear the message, not do the work. I told him that I don't mind paying for it since it was completed, however I did not ask for that. He gave me a coupon for a free oil change which was unexpected and very generous. We went to leave and saw that the tires had armorall on them, but they were still had brake dust on them and the car was not vacuumed.

Before purching car people were friendly. Mr. Bright assured me that previous owner had 2nd remote to car and apoligized for not bringing remote but would drop it off. This turned out to be untrue. When I wrote a letter I asked for key to be replaced. When I stated key I meant entire key parts (remote and all). If I have a 2nd key and loose the remote there is no way to start car. If Mr. Bright had been truthful about 2nd key I would not have purchased this vehicle.Even though it is a used car, it seems that pleasing the customer would be a priority but it turns out that does not matter. Any business should be appreciated, whether one purchases used or new.Kathy Varrichio is stating Bernard Bright never told me this. Why would I continue to call him and even sent him an email if this were not true. One hears how sales people are not to be trusted and I will never do business with this dealership and especially the above mentioned people.The fair thing to do would be to replace the entire remote. Well, this was an experience. We actually called the number on the website and spoke to a gentlemen to make an appt. The day of the appt., I received a call from Mark Self (New Car Sales Mgr) and he was so kind :) We went to the dealership and was greeted so warmly by Mark Self and Mark Stonis. I met with Mark Stonis when I my prior lease was coming to an end. I was not sure which car I would want, the TSX or TL, and Mark hooked me up quickly with test driving both. I also dealt with the other Acura dealer in the area to get the best price as I was using USAA's car buying system pricing. Both dealerships said the would honor USAA's pricing, and I was honest with both of them with that was going on, but the day before buying my Acura, Mark called me and said he could take $300 off the USAA price. I told this to the other dealer, who balked at it, and waited to the very last minute (as I was pulling into Hall to buy the car) to match it and try to beat it. I was done. I told Mark by phone prior to coming in that I would like to enjoy my Saturday, so he ran my credit, got 3 cars that he thought I would like lined up, and got the paperwork ready to go by the time I showed up at the dealership. He actually brought out a different color of car than what I told him I wanted and put it side by side with what I told him I wanted so that I could compare, and I took what he brought out and I'm very appreciative of that because I didn't see the difference until they were side by side. I was in and out the door in under 2 hours. It was a great buying experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark Stonis and Hall Acura to everyone.

We went to the Acura dealership to end our lease 5 months early. Mark Stonis met us and immediately went to work. We were able to get out of our lease penalty free and purchase our new Acura. I used the website TrueCar.com (which everyone should use when purchasing a new car, as it has certified prices) and ultimately saved over $5,000 off of the sticker price. I was afraid that Mark would be upset when I handed him the TrueCar price certificate (which was a guaranteed price, no haggling!), but he was the ultimate professional. I talked to every dealership in Virginia in my attempt to secure a 2010 MDX in Dark Cherry Pearl with the Tech Package. Mark Self was the only Sales Rep that promised to secure the SUV with my specified options and at agreed upon price point within 2weeks as I am 9months pregnant; all other dealerships were quoting the end of May or beginning of June and were having problems securing the color that I requested. Mark answered all of my questions and followed up with me from the time of my deposit in a friendly and informative manner, unlike many of the Northern VA Sales Rep who were rude (called every hour of the day until 11pm at night), and even antagonistic when they learned that I had placed a deposit with Hall Va Beach.Prior to going into Hall Va Beach, I spoke to Mark Stonis, who was just as helpful and nice as Mark Self. Due to my pregnancy, I told them that I would be unable to sit at the dealership for an extended period of time and that I would like to get as much done as possible prior to going there. Mark Stonis was great and got 99% of my information through email/phone; in fact, after I got to the dealership the whole appt took a little less than 1.5hr. Mark Stonis knew all the technical details of the car and went through all the features that I wanted to know about and well as giving me helpful hints on certain options. I also worked with Mr. Johnson, for the financial papers, and even though that was not his regular job (he was filling in for another employee) you couldn't tell it because the process was just as fast and smooth. My wife and I recently bought a certified 2008 Acura TL from this dealership. We had a great experience dealing with Mark. At no time did we feel we were being pressured or that there was anything shady about the deal. We were also very pleased with the pricing. I think that some dealerships start with ridiculously inflated prices on used cars so they can come down a lot and make the customer feel like they got a deal. Before I go on with my review, I would like to say I am a huge fan of Acura and think their line of vehicles are great. Hall Acura - Virginia Beach sold me a vehicle, but my customer experience was horrible. *I was duped on financing. I spent more time with the finance manager(Mike) than I did with the sales person(Bernard). They actually called me back in to REDO the contract so they could shuffle around numbers so they could give me my tags. I'd also like to add that they deposited my down payment check 3 weeks early! I woke up one morning to see my bank account drained. It was resolved - but for such a big name organization, that's a little off beat.*I only received 1 key and it was the Secondary Key/Button set. Not the primary.*Paint started to peal off of my bumper, and there "was nothing they could do about it". Paint just doesn't peal off of a bumper!*When I drove off my Check Engine Light came on. And I had to take it back in to get it serviced.*I looked down at the rims when I washed the vehicle after the first week to notice that they were damaged. Tires brand new! But rims were beaten. Not something I initially noticed because its only in a few spots. Still it takes away from my experience. It is definitely something they should have fixed/replaced prior to putting it on the lot. Poor merchandising, in my opinion.

I have been bringing my cars to Hall Acura for a number of years and have NOT had any bad experiences with Halls Service Dept. Ed and Dan Brunner are truely professionals in their field. Courteous and always keeping you informed of what your automobiles need. I do not have to worry about their opinion when work needs to be done on my autos. I would have no problem sending my wife to them if I am out of town or anyone else for that matter. About 2 years ago my husband and I bought a 2006 Acura TL and have never been happier. The salesman we dealt with was Marcus. Marcus was AWESOME. He never tried to pressure us into anything and he made the entire process very easy. We also take our car there for servicing and somehow Marcus always knows that we are there and makes an effort to come and have a chat with us. Since then we have also purchased a 2009 Acura TSX and of course we would not deal with anyone else but Marcus and when we finally go to purchase our 2009 TL, Hall Acura Virginia Beach will be our only choice and Marcus will of course be our salesman.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Marcus Whitehurst and Alfonso Morris' service. Marcus, in particular, made sure I got all my questions answered quickly, and never lost his cool or was pushy. He even drove out to our house to pick me up and take me to the dealer to get my car when it became a logistics issue. That was no small thing, as I live about 40 minutes from the dealership. He took extra steps to ready the car I bought, making one fix in particular that I figured I'd just be living with -- a rear fender dent. I didn't ask to have it fixed. When I saw the car on pick-up day, the dent was gone. It was a super nice surprise. My only disappointment came in the financing aspect of the deal, and I may have misunderstood the dealership as well as the credit union I hoped to deal with. I'd met with a credit union rep and planned to have them finance the car, and was approved for the loan amount. When I was at the dealer signing papers, paperwork had been put through via the dealer for financing. It's a smidge of a percentage more interest rate than I would have paid with the credit union. But right now, that smidge would help. Other than that, the dealership sold me a quality car that I'm very happy with. And I think Marcus, in particular, is a lot more savvy (without showing it) than many car sales people because of his work and life experience.

Mark was helpful, professional, and made the sale easy and enjoyable. He was nice enough to set up the vehicles options and offered to even do the phone and garage door opener! I purchased a 2009 Acura TL (SH-AWD/Tech) from Hall Acura in January. the negotiations were very quick and convenient as they were done via email. When I came to look at two different color choices Mark had pulled 6 different color combinations up for me to review. I dealt primarily with Mark Stonis and he helped me research the entire TSX line, reviewed all of the Acuras he had in stock and worked with me to find a model I liked at a price I could afford. Of all the dealerships I've been to this is by far the best. Marcus was very helpful and entertaining, making the whole experience very pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking to buy a new car. The fact that Marcus never made me felt pressured to buy made it easier to decide -- without feeling like I would regret it. This was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I am new to Virginia Beach and didnt know where to turn to get my car fixed. I went to Hall Acura and met Ed. Ed was amazing! I was very nervous about what might be wrong with my car, but Ed calmed me down and ensured me that they would work to figure it out. Ed was fantastic and explained all the processes and walked me through everything that would be done to my car. I felt comfortable with Ed and knew he my best intentions in mind. He made me feel like a valued customer and not just another number. I cant explain how much I appreciate Ed's help through this process. I really love the service that I recieve at hall from both the manager Dan Bruner and his service writer Ed. I have had some serious issues with other dealerships but have never had a problem with Hall. They do a great job of keeping in touch with you and keeping you informed of the status of the repair. The donuts and coffee are a nice touch as well! The sale seams relaxed and happy where my prior dealerships staff was rushed and seemed bothered.
