Great experience selling my car at Haggerty Ford. Gregg Elmore was courteous, professional, and forthright when assessing my situation. He actually tried to convince me to hold off and to sell in the spring so that I could maximize the selling price but I ended up selling anyway because the offer was fantastic and higher than what was offered at other dealerships. I will recommend Gregg to anybody looking to sell/buy a used car.

I sold a vehicle to Haggerty Ford. It was a luxury car and was a convertible and was out of season. I didn't get as much as I would have liked, but Greg went out of his way to check with out of state sources to see if he could get me a better deal and wasn't able to secure one. He was very honest and transparent. After settling on the price, the paperwork was fast. I wasn't pressured into buying a car. I was very satisfied with my experience. Greg seems to be a guy with integrity. While waiting, the sales associates were very friendly and made the time go quickly. Jake R. was especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy a car from him if I were buying a ford.

Got my kelly blue book offer and went straight there. Was not aware that Greg Olson was the only person working on purchases. Had to wait two hours which was expected with no appointment. The value of my car went so down I was shocked. But he helped us by finding a better price. He went out of his way to help me. I am very grateful to have worked with him.

This has been the most comfortable transaction I've made at a dealership. Gregg Elmore was so warm and welcoming. He showed me reasons for the offer I received for my Pilot. Other dealers did not. He even called me back a few hours after I left with the initial offer that he found a buyer and was able to increase my offer. I know I was treated with respect and received a fair offer from Gregg. I recently sold my 2002 E320 Benz, Gregg Elmore handled the whole deal professionally. I was impressed on how he worked to get me a very good deal that beat car-max offer. The only suggestion I would make is to make the payment that day - which is what car-max does instead of the client/customer having to make another trip to get the check.

I scheduled an appraisal to sell my car to the dealership and when I arrived for my appointment and asked for the person I made the appointment with I was told to sit down and wait while they call him. I waited for 15-20 minutes and was not helped out. I had to go back to the salesman and ask again for the individual. He called him and told me that the he would not be back until 5pm and my appointment I set with him was at 3pm. I never got a call or email very dissapointed and very unprofessional.

Gregg is the contact that I dealt with at this dealership. I went on KBB to sell my car, and thankfully he was the representative who reached out. I went to 2 other dealerships and Carmax before contacting Gregg since his dealership was the furthest away. After going those other places and not getting the offer I was looking for I reached out. It's important to note that Gregg is the only dealership rep that never stopped attempting to secure a deal. He handles his business in a very professional manner. Everything was perfect from an immediate response to my inquiry, timely replies to all questions and concerns via email and phone, to the final purchase, and followup after the sale. John Czech met me at the train station with a warm welcome. We looked at and took the car for a test drive to confirm everything was as expected, and it was. I have always been treated well at Haggerty Ford. They are always courteous and spend the time to find out what you need. They are efficient and thorough. I don't find myself going back because they forgot something. I recommend them any time one of my friends needs a vehicle repaired.

Quite pleased with your service department, overall. Folks at the dealership are always pleasant to deal with and strive to be helpful! My only 'issue' is in fact not with the dealership's service department nor the personnel...but is rather with the difficulty in obtaining body and interior components for my (2002) Ford Escort ZX-2. ...After my car was past 10 years old I've noted that it is nearly impossible to replace items such as interior floor mats...the plastic headlamp covers and items that over time become worn and that I would like to replace or otherwise re-furbish! Ford...(and other auto manufacturers, likewise)...provide little in the way of resources to allow owners to replace worn interior and exterior trim items and even certain mechanical components...once vehicles become more than a decade old. Some of us who purchase a car new and who take care of and maintain pride in owning it for long intervals, are thus 'frustrated'...discovering we are left to our own resources once we eventually do require replacement parts to maintain our vehicles to our satisfaction.I do NOT hold the dealership responsible for this...but it is unfortunate and frustrating when one is unable to diligently maintain the vehicle to high standards past 10 years due to unavailability of replacement components. I wish Ford and the other manufacturers would stock replacement items for longer spans, so as to accommodate 'long-term ownership'!

Since my wife and daughter had such great experiences at Haggerty Ford, I drove there all the way from Berwyn-quite the trip! Dave Palumbo helped me. I informed him I wasn't looking to purchase and that I just wanted to look around a bit. He was there to answer any questions I had and showed me all the cars that had the specifications I was looking for. It was nice to go to a dealership and get your questions answered without being hounded and pressured. After talking to Dave about my different options, I felt confident in making a purchase from him that day. Typically, I like to shop around for a few months before making a decision. I'm glad I drove out to this dealership, even though there are Ford dealers much closer to me (including one less than a mile away) because the salesmen are the ones who determine the kind of experience you have when making such a large purchase. It was already past closing time when I finished with the finance paperwork. Dave had stayed around until I was finished with that so he could personally get me settled in my new car. It was nice that he didn't just send me on my way and head home. He sat in the car with me for a bit and showed me a bunch of things. My review is probably "good new, bad news." The "good news" is that the service department, as always, did excellent work in repairing the heating problem. The "bad news" is that we were MORE than surprised that there was a deductible on the repair! When we purchased the vehicle - AND bought the extended warranty - only about a month ago - both the salesman and the finance department repeatedly used the expression "bumper to bumper coverage," and expressed that we should have "no problems with it." Not once, during the entire transaction, was a $100 deductible mentioned. We were also told, by the service department, that this $100 deductible will apply EVERY TIME we might have to bring the vehicle in for a repair! In fairness, the manager (very graciously) did split the deductible with us - this time - for which we are very grateful. However, I do not see him continuing this generosity each time the vehicle needs repair - nor should he. But if, in fact, this "$100 deductible every time" policy does apply, then what is the point of buying the "extended warranty, bumper to bumper coverage?" We feel that we were basically sold something that is not as it was presented to be, and that we now have a commitment to something that adds substantially to the additional upkeep of the car, which we were not expecting to be a factor because of the "warranty." We are long-time customers of Haggerty Ford, and we do like our salesman (John) and the people in the service department, very much. We just wish they had been more upfront about this at the time we were in the process of buying the vehicle. Would have been nice to know BEFORE we "signed on the dotted line."

We had issues with our 2013 Ford Fusion. John c our salesman was there every step of the way to help us. The service department was so patient. They listened and did everything possible to help us. Our car was not exhibiting the problem when we brought it in but the worked on it all day and told us if anything comes up to bring it back asap. In the mean time they did an oil change we asked for and a recall repair we did not even know it needed. So we are hopping not to be back soon but we know the will be there if we need them.

I came to the dealership to have them check on a slow leak in the tires. The last two weeks I had to add air to the tires 3 times, thought maybe I caught a nail that cause the slow leak...but on all four tires??Anyway, the technicians checked the tires, did not find any nails, but did find that the seal holding the tires to the rims had, over time, deteriorated where it was causing a very slow leak.The staff got all four tires resealed and put me back on the road without further delay. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and really did an excellent job in fixing the problem!

After going to three other places searching for an Expedition that didn't have a ton of miles on it, and wasn't a mortgage payment, we went out to Haggerty Ford and worked with Gregg. He gave us a very good price for our car (cash). We were also interested in trading our van in for the Expedition, which they had some nice choices on the lot. Gregg bought our car, and told us to relax, and come back another day and we could work a great deal for our van as a trade. A few days later, we were offered a great price for our trade, and Gregg worked with us on the price of our 2015 Expedition. We wound up getting a newer year Ford Expedition, with less miles and more features, for a lower price than we could find in the Midwest!! Plus, it is certified, so it has an amazing warranty! They even helped us get the rubber floor mats we wanted for the thing! From sales to managers, this place was great. We live about 26 miles from this dealer, but it is well worth the drive. We will be doing repeat business with Haggerty Ford, and I am a Chevy Guy! We recommend them to everyone.

We came back a 2nd time, and again, Ken was very helpful, and did not pull the usual strong arm 'take it home' tonight tactics. I returned 2 days later and made the purchase, and again, Ken was his usual self, moving things along very nicely. Service experience was excellent as usual. The only issue was the length of time required between diagnosis of problem and eventual service. It took nearly five months from diagnosis until service. It was a clutch issue on a Fiesta that required replacement (second time, less than 25,000 miles on car). Once the problem was identified it took about 2 1/2 months for part to come in and then another 2-2 1/2 months before service could be scheduled to replace the clutch.As is customary, staff was very helpful, friendly and very responsive to our needs including providing a loaner. Service experience was, as stated above, excellent.

I have a 1998 F150 truck (I am the original owner). My experience started when I tried to replace my remote keyfob. I was told the best solution would be to buy a cover for my keyfob that try to find a replacement. Which I did and save money in the process. I told myself then I would let the Haggerty service department work on my truck in the future. When my leaf spring shackle broke I took my truck in and I was very comfortable with the discussion of what repairs would need to be made and because of the age of my truck what parts could be saved and not replaced. Additionally I had them check the front end for addtional repairs and again the honest discussion realy help me make my decision to allow them to continue with the repairs. When the repairs were completed the service guy Eric and I walk around my truck and discuss the changes made and not made. My personal estimate of the cost ended up being much higher than the actual costs. I also did not feel pressure to And my truck drives greats now. I would definitely recommend the service department. Thank you Service Department great job.
