Brendon Jensen has been great to work with, I got a car I love. i started looking at cars last Spring but decided to keep on going with my old 14 year old VW. About a month ago my VW was going to take more service work and cost than would be appropriate to spend on a car with so many miles and age so i called Brandon and started looking again at cars. Jesse Blum at H&M Brown helped us find a great car. He listened to what we were looking for, had three cars ready for us to test-drive, and then worked with us on financing. When two repairs became necessary (on the malfunctioning sunroof installed by a third party and a loose panel under the hood related to the same installation), Jesse went to bat for us with the installer and the cost of our repairs was covered 100%. The customer service Jesse provided to us at the time of the sale and in the following months has been exceptional. Jesse Blum was fantastic! He talked to me for a long time on the phone about what I needed. He brought in a few cars for me to test drive. I ended up going with the Infiniti QX80, and I love it! This was an amazingly easy experience. Jesse listened to our request, gave us some excellent advice and brought everything we needed to one place. I value the ability to discuss our needs and have him meet them with a lot of good advice.I would definitely recommend him to my friends and will buy another car from him in the future.

Patience and Helpful

It took us a little while, but we finally got a vehicle that works for me! I have/had no credit when i was trying to get the car of my dreams, but they continued to help me look for vehicles that were similar but a little be less pricey. It was extremely helpful and saved me time when i could tell them what i was looking for and what i was interested in. Took a few weeks for me, but we also looked and tried extremely hard for 3 different vehicles, but once we found the vehicle i have now, it took maybe 3 days tops to actually find it, get approved and sign for it!

Going the extra mile

Kurt and Deb really went out of their way to help me sell my car and put me into a new car. I was going on vacation the next day and Kurt stayed until 8:00 to get me into my new car before I left. It is worth every penny to skip the hassle of the dealership. They handled all the paperwork and got me into the best financing available.

To say that I had an amazing experience with HM Brown would be an understatement. I will never, EVER, go to a dealer again. I looked up auto brokers on Yelp and picked out the name Jesse Blum because I saw his name listed in a review and decided to shoot him an email. He was simply fantastic.Regular email/phone communication never kept me guessing on what the status of my search for a vehicle was. Paperwork was signed in 10 minutes at the HM office and I was on my way. Not quite sure what else to say except, if you're looking for a new car, you'll be astounded if you do it through Jesse and HM Brown!
