I recently visited Gustman Honda in search of a Honda Civic I was interested in. I found the perfect car at just the right price. The staff was wonderful, Richard Panske in particular was amazing and helped me through the entire buying process. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I don't like when there is a manager and sales man going back and forth. At vans honda in Green Bay it was the sales guy and my self no middle man. I spent three hours at Gustman and all they offered me was the lowest trade in value for my car and a payment of $400 per moth. I went to vans and I got $3000 more for my trade and my payment for the exact same vehicle wa $320 per month. It is worth the 20 mile drive appleton people.

alway's get great service in a resonable amount of time. this is my second Honda accord, and we still have the first Honda accord !Not sure what the problem was in the waiting area, not very pleasant. Maybe a water leak of some kind ?

This was a routine oil change. The dealer does a complete vehicle safety inspection to give me an update on brake wear and tire condition, etc. In addition, the service tech explained the normal range for those measurements which was helpful. I appreciate their updates and the work they do.

I bought my Honda from another dealer, but I've been bringing it to Gustmans since the 3rd oil change. I like that they are always able to fit into my schedule and they treat me as a valued customer. I had brought my vehicle in for a service that was going to take awhile. I mentioned that I had to do some errands, and the service advisor arranged a loaner car for me to use. That was totally unexpected, but, apparently just another thing they do for their customers.

Had scheduled oil change on Tuesday but over the weekend we couldn't use the GPS because a fuse blew and then the radio didn't work and we didn't have the code to get it back on. It was taken care of and hopefully it won't happen again when we really need the GPS.

I never thought I would enjoy buying a used car but this was the best experience I have ever had buying a used car. Patrick in used car sales impressed me with his relaxed approach. I called ahead to test drive and he was ready and waiting when I drove in. (literally) During our brief conversation I was struck by his maturity and outlook on life. Impressive for a 35 year old. No pressure! From our first handshake until our last I think I spent a total of a little over an hour. Has to be a new record! If you're shopping new or used, go to Gustman!

I was visiting from out of town and had an urgent issue with my Honda. I called Gustman an hour before closing on a Friday afternoon to ask if my car could be inspected because of the sound it was making. They gave me directions to their service center and my car was inspected as soon as I could get there. It was a potentially very serious problem that was, fortunately, a quick fix. Thank you, Gustman, for not hesitating to fit the car into your schedule at such late notice and for your professional service. It says a lot about a dealership that they will take care of any car owner, not ONLY ones who purchased a vehicle at their establishment!


Shop here instead of the local monopoly!!!

We went on a trip this past summer and had an issue with the car. To make a long story short we had it taken to 3 dealers (over 3 States) who failed to pin point the problem and kept replacing the wrong parts. We finally gave up, canceled our vacation and had the car towed to Gustman Honda in Appleton, since we have had our cars serviced by them for several years. I explained the situation to Dick who referred me to Scott. Scott was very helpful (as he always is) throughout the process while Dale (the master technician) took the time to identify the source of the problem and then fix it (which 3 other technicians in other states failed to do so). So thank you Scott, Dale, Dick, and the great crew at the Gustman Honda Appleton service dept.

I have purchased three vehicles from Gustman Honda of Appleton. One was a new Honda Accord, love, love, love....switched over from a Camry and found the Accord to have much more zip and comfort than the Toyota. The other two vehicles I purchased were used. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I have also had all three of my vehicles serviced at Gustman Honda; ie, oil changes, tires, etc. Wonderful there too.

I have taken my Hondas to Gustman in Appleton for 10 years. In that time period, I have had few problem repairs, and mostly routine maintenance. The service manager sets the tone of doing the required work properly and not doing unnecessary work, and this standard is maintained by the service writers and techs. Customers are treated with respect and, if there is a problem, it is corrected quickly.

I called Gustman about an issue I was having in regards to me my vehicle and felt it should be repaired as it is a known flaw with alot of the same vehicle. I spoke to the Service Manager Dick and he thought it was funny and laughed that I felt it should be repaired.. He actually laughed at me. I spoke to John Severson the General Manager and got no resolution to the situation and felt as though he did not care that Dick laughed at my situation. Business must be good for Gustman that they can get away with this type of service in such a poor economy!!

First, the salesman said the vehicle went through a multi-point inspection. I and 3rd party inspection company found dryer sheets under the hood, dirty transmission fluid, etc. Before I left the lot, there were issues with the HandsFree Link. I'm still waiting on the GM to get back with me.
