Horrible!!!! Experience, I went to look for a car for my son. He saw the car he like, however the price was not what we looking for a first car. The window said 23,365.00, I asked if they have a car older and specific range. Mr. Jimmy said no however let me go to my boss to see if we have something.....He came back telling us the car we saw that they have an offer of 10,000. Less.I start asking Question because sound to good to be thought. He answer all my question I went back home with my husband and explain the deal to him, we start searching and checking insurance too for the car.I went back to the dealer, to buy the car. Mr.Jimmy start asking me all my information, I explain to him I did not want he run my credit because I want to paid cash. He continue asking me a lot of personal questions and asked for the driver license, after all this back and forward he came finally with the deal.For my surprise was nothing similar of what he said in the beginning. He said the 10,000 less on the car is going to be for the original price 31,000. Wish was not trough because we search this car for month. Car was 2015 and the range on this car was 23,000 to 21,000 in other dealers. He no only waste my time but kill my sons dream! For moms that it's not nice I want,men don't thing woman did not research and investigate before we going to buy cars.This review is asking me for how many star, for me is the option was there is 0 start!Interested,I'm doing the selection of employee name in this Review and this person it's not in the list of employees.His business card said Jimmy and we was in a littler office Ford 49 st. In Hialeah.

The service advisor was attentive and explained the repairs needed. The shop tried to improve the issue but they were not successful. It is obvious that there is a defect with the transmission clutch that needs replacement, however the parts are in backorder and will not arrive for another 8-10 weeks.Once the parts arrived and are installed, I will be able to complete the survey accordingly.

I am completely outraged by the way I was treated. My life was literally threatened by a sales associate, I left promptly after this threat fearing for my safety or worse my life. I was at the dealer to pick up a vehicle tag, while I was there I brought up how my vehicle did not have the spare tire or compressor that is standard in that model. I also brought up how I did not have some of the features that I had been promised at the time of the purchase. This then was relayed to The sales associate and this is when he began to threaten me. Completely and utterly ridiculous and subpar to any standard

Got my Cecile towed do to engine not starting It took them 4 days to fix my car and then when I went to pick up still the same problem. They did find the cause of it but still couldn't change the battery that was affected from my issue with the engine.

My husband and I were looking for a difficult Explorer to find and Janio Perez at Gus Machado found it for us! Not only did he find us the car we wanted but he even got us an amazing deal on it. He searched through tons of cars before we found the one we were looking for. We visited the dealership 2x before purchasing. Each time Janio stayed an hour passed closing time to make sure we were satisfied with the customer service. The first time we went we weren't ready to purchase. Mostly just browsing. A few weeks later when we were ready we knew who we would be purchasing from, Janio. I can't sing his praises enough. Buy a car from Janio and it will be a very pleasant experience. His upbeat and positive attitude shines light on a usually stressful situation. I am glad we went to Gus Machado.

Unfortunately, my experience with Gus Machado's body shop has been horrendous! An estimate on the repairs to be completed was 3 days, and they have taken over 2 weeks to complete. All they seem to do is give me the run around as to when it will be completed. I've explained to them all the inconveniences I've had to endure because of the delay in the repair, and the show not a care in the world. Very fustrating and dissapointing.

1. They advertise one price, but if you want 0% financing you have to pay full sticker price. Staff stated, "they do that just to bring customers in"2. They stated the financing was approved the night of sale, left with papers in hand. Really good credit, no problem. Returned two days later to address issue number 3. below, and transfer the tag, to be told the original financing was no longer approved with the original bank and would have to go with a higher interest bank (two days after driving the new vehicle and selling our previously owned vehicle). This is really deceptive!! Not to mention an additional inquiry on our credit.3. Dealer advertised vehicle features were not on the actual vehicle. Salesperson claimed it was a mis-print, but agreed during the sale to include the item "No problem, don't worry, we will take care of it". They asked us to return next day to install, because it was already 11 pm. When we returned they went back on their word and refused to install, claiming the item was to expensive. Would only agree to pay a portion of an after market part. Then to add insult, stated we would have to pay for the installation of the parts. Do not trust them, they have no integrity!

I would like to start by thanking my Sales Rep Alex Baterra and his manager Sr. Reyes, i when there looking for an expedition that i had saw on line but by the time i got there it was sold. After seen thee cars an all Sr. Baterra showed me vehicle that was just turn in and we took from there the financial and all the paper work we made an offer and without any questions the deal got approve a simple and easy deal. when we got the finance the finance rep that help me (sorrry i forgot his name i believe his last name is Fernandez. that guy man i recommended him with my eye closed that guy did more and beyond for me to take the vehicle at the monthly payment i was asking for.) while the deal was finishing i had a couple of concern since the car did not pass their service department first and had some issues to be resolve. 2 days after the car was taking to service where Orlando Martinez has been taking care the car and keeping posted on the progress of it. i would like to thanks the Dealer personnel for the experience i have been receiving.

Bought a 2010 F150 xlt super crew. Worst experience. Took them about 4 hours to finish the sale process. An hour later the driver door stoped working. Took them almost 2 week to get it fixed (ordered the wrong part) and I had to come in 4 times. And they fixed half the problem the door wouldnt open with the key. 48 hs after they fixed it, The rear door latched stoped working after 4 hours and a 200 dolar bill they told me the fixed the key problem but that they couldnt fix the rear door and that I had to take the pickup to a body shop to get the latch cut off and re do the panel. INCREDIBLE they cant even fix a common problem on this trucks. I wont be buying from them or a ford ever again

I hope that when you received this letter everything will clear up. I Daviel Pinol brought my car TSX 2010 for service to you guys, Mr. Orlando Martinez and Joe Rogue told me that my will have to stay for repair (4 weeks unbelievable) they promise me that they will give me a rental free of charge until my car is repair. On 1/9/2014 I met with the V.P Victor in his office. When I returned the car to Hertz everything was fine no balance to pay. Then Hertz swept my Capital One Card for $963.00. Which was declined by capital one, when I called capital one, they made several calls to Hertz and Orlando Martinez which is the biggest liar I ever met, Mr. Martinez deny his story, and change all his promises. After being promised that they will supply me with a no charge rental from Hertz.Again, I sure this is not the norm you guys operate, I am very upset with the service and promises you guys offered customers.

I was purchasing for export via the telephone and email never had personal contact with this dealer. For a first time contact/purchase with this dealer, my experience was OK. Very slight issues with communications but we closed the deal in less than 48 hours. Dealer did not meet the deadline for whatever reasons getting the truck delivered to the port for export and that few hours delay caused a weeks delay in the vehicle shipping, but that is not a big issue. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received and the next vehicle we purchase will come from this dealer if they have the vehicle available when we are ready to purchase.

Horrible experience! Came to Gus Machado to buy a used truck and the sales person was dishonest to me and my wife about the price of the truck, the price of adding leather to the seats and about getting a discount on parts ordered from them. I had to hassle with the finance guy to get the rate that I wanted. (I have a 736 fico) The salesperson said that he would do anything for me just to make the sale. After much discussion and arguing we came to an agreement about everything. They next week my wife dropped the truck off to get leather installed and the sales manager that was helping us was not working, so we explained to another manager, who now nothing, what we want to be done and where the leather needs to be installed. Not receiving any phone calls from them informing me that the truck is ready, I came in to pick up the truck three days later. They realized that they had not installed leather on the sides of the doors which we specifically asked them to do. I choose to leave the truck with them until it was done correctly. By this time the parts I had ordered from the parts department came in and I asked the manager if they could install them for me. I received no phone calls regarding the cost of installing the parts or if they could do it. The truck came back a second time from the leather shop and before I went to pick it up I called the service department to see if they could install the parts, they told me that they were very busy and referred me to the body shop. I called the body shop and they said they could do it. I waited for them to call me with quotes, I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes with no response, I constantly had to call them to see what they were doing. Finally, at days end, someone told me that he had my parts,, they found my key to my truck and had found my truck and that he would work on it the next day. The next day I found out from calling in again that he called in sick and no one was working on my truck. The secretary told me that Angel, body shop manager would be calling me. He never called me. I came in and all he had to say was that he didn't know what to do, he just received the key and truck that day. I loaded my parts in the back of the truck (with pouring rain from hurricane Sandy), dropped off the rental car key and drove away extremely unhappy, extremely frustrated with Gus Machado Ford. I can say that I will NEVER recommend anyone to buy from them and I REGRET that I bought a used car from them.

i came in looking to pay cash for a car i saw on your internet site- when i saw the car it was not at all what i was looking for. i talked to Danny Gonzalez who had just started working there, he showed me a 2008 ford Taurus(which is my favorite car) i told him don't show me a car i cant afford. well we took it for a test drive, then went to speak to the finance adviser-- i explained that i was recently divorced, laid off my job, ended up filing bankruptcy--due to ex-husbands bills i ended up having to pay-- anyway i did have steady income, my full retirement. to my surprise and delight-- i got financed-- yes the interest rate is a bit high, but i got financed-- and am rebuilding my credit-- i drove my beautiful new used car home with me that night. well i got her home and noticed the electronic displays were not right, didn't have the code for the electronic door entry,and it was making some really weird clicking sound through the a/c. i called Danny up the next day, he made an appt for me with the service dept-my car was gone over with a fine tooth comb,i was given a rental car-- and no charge to me-- what better service could anyone ask for--then, the next month, (i had made 1 payment) i was hit and the entire drivers side of my car was destroyed-- it was not my fault--it ended up the vehicle which was owned by a local business had no insurance, the driver did have insurance, that insurance was to cover the almost 5000.00 in damages,, since everyone was so wonderful to me, i wanted to only have Gus Machado ford do my body work- that is the least i could do to try to repay the kindness shown to me-- The folks in the body department are wonderful,, so nice, always available to help and coordinate with the insurance company-- Well the day i was to pick up my car, i got a call from the body dept telling me the drivers insurance company, after authorizing the repairs is now not willing to pay,, so my car is now held hostage!!well i called my insurance company, filed the claim, borrowed the money from my dad to get my car,,and had my insurance company repay me. it was perfect!! there is no way you could ever tell my car was in an accident,,, i have had the opportunity of course to take my car for oil changes, tires, basic things, to other places, but no way,, i had previously dealt with Ruben, who is no longer there, but i have met mike-- what a great guy!! he makes you feel happy to be there-- explains what is going on with my car, and if something is found wrong or worn he explains the pros and cons of what is going on with the vehicle. his personality is a plus, when i call for service, he always remembers me and my car and knows exactly what it needs and when it needs it..i also have an f350 diesel dually-- guess what,, it now comes to see mike too!!yes, coming to the dealership is a bit more expensive, but i know i am backed by ford, and the job is done right the first time.

In addition to Nestor and Angel, there were others involved, including two people in finance whose names I do not recall, that bent over backwards to make this deal happen. It was a long drive for me, surely passing 50 other Ford dealers on my way down, but Gus had the EXACT product I was looking for (a rare & uniquely equipped F250 for sure) and we were able to put it all together ... via a visit, test drive, lots of phone calls and emails, and the Gus Machado team. And I'm very happy to be a member of the Space Coast Credit Union now ... and have actually opened several other accounts with them in addition to my new loan account. If and when I am in the market for another new Ford, I will not hesitate to call my friends at Gus Machado. They did a good honest job, gave me a good honest price and responded to what ever request I made. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a ford. At Gus Machado Ford I was treated like a valued customer and I was assisted in picking the best car for me. Pablo Cartaya the salesman listened to my concerns and found me the best car in my price range and with the best mpgs for my needs. Mr.Cartaya was extremely helpful and made sure my car was set up (including sync installation, car wash and full gas tank). The finance manager, Lourdes was exceptional as well. She worked very hard to get me a good deal. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Gus Machado Ford.

I found a car online at cars.com and called before driving an hour to this location to make sure they still had the car. Was told yes, they still had it. Drove all the way there and they said it sold yesterday. They were of no help at all and deceiving. These guys are a joke and a huge waste of time. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
