Bad battery
After testing my battery with my own tester and one other from auto zone showing it was bad I took it into gullo where they claimed it was my alternator and that it would be a $700 fix. They were unwilling to work with me and would not honor the 3 year warranty on their Ford brand battery.

Customer service extremely poor...very subpar.
In Texas, we Texans like to be fair, upfront and courteous with everyone. We always give a fair shake and expect one in return. Gullo Ford may be in Texas but they sure don't act like Texans. As a retired military senior leader with 25 years of service, I know a lot about honor, integrity and respect. You won't find any these values at this dealership. I was even pre-approved with my own bank financing but the finance director left for the day without the common courtesy of telling my salesman. My salesman said he would call me first thing in the morning and that was over 1 week ago !!!As military retiree was appalled by the way this dealership does business.
Overpriced, inflexible
I purchased a new F-150 from Gullo Ford in 2014 which was a pretty good experience. I returned last week believing loyalty mattered to Gullo. It is normal to expect that trade-in appraisal would come somewhat low. They appraised my trade-in at far less than KBB Instant Cash offer (usually less than trade-in range) to the point I felt insulted. At that point, I decided to see if we could work a deal without trade, but that appraisal left a really bad taste. I didn't get a good feeling, so I ended up sleeping on their offer and I'm glad I did. I went to different Ford dealership instead. I've got much better deal on my trade (definitely inside the trade range) and also a great deal on my new 2016 F-150 Lariat. They genuinely wanted to make a deal happen and worked with me. What a bummer for Gullo... they speak a great game, but their actions and methods don't. All in all, they lost me as a customer.

My Service Exeriance
I have taken my 2009 Ford Expedition in several times for oil changes and minor repairs. They have always done an outstanding job of calling me, keeping me updated. My furniture store is just in downtown Conroe, and they drop me off, pick me up no problem. My experience today was a dead battery, could not jump it. Had it towed in with AAA. I mean it was very dead. Shayna H (looks like Jody Foster!!) called me and said it was just a loose cable (not by the battery) and they tightened it up, charged the battery, NO CHARGE!! Yet they could have charged me for something...Great place!! Very friendly, nicely ran... Quality product and business
Already filled out this survey, the salesman realy read us and solved the problems that most likely would of prevented us from buying a car on this visit. Financing could of showed cost with out add on extras, but got what we needed for the price we could live with and covered for the duration of the contract. NO REGRETS... PS you owe me an antenna mask and possibly the cargo cover both were missing at delivery, I left a message with the operator the next business day Monday.

Excellent new car exsperance
Buying my F-150 at gullo ford was the best buying exsperance I have out of the 17 new vehicles I have bought in the past. My sells person was Matt Lungsford. He called me back and talked to me like a person not like a sells man. I went to planet ford before coming to gullo and it was by far the worst exsperance I have had looking at vehicles. I am so glade that planet ford didn't want to work with me because that made me go to gullo ford. Mr. Lunsford and the finance dep were so helpfully in the buying of my truck. I will be back in the future to purchase a suv for my wife. I would like this chance to say thank you to Matt Lunsford and the gullo team.
Worse Car Buying Experience Yet
The place is ridiculous they act like you are on their time the entire time. The Finance department is a joke and doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing I was sent home with paperwork to have signed by cosigner when I returned it they couldn't be bothered to check and give me my copy they wait a few days then start hounding me that they missed something. If you would have checked it when I returned it the this wouldn't be an issue. Pretty much only go here if you aren't in a hurry and don't mind sitting around for them cause they will make you wait.they will never receive my business or any of my friends. They have no idea how to treat a customer. Oh the manager will offer to buy you a cup of coffee. It's free everything else costs though. They also messed me out of the 250 down payment assistance they supposedly were giving and the 500 dollar college assistance. Jason Banks makes you wait so long that you forget everything so you are just ready and to leave. Well at least they can live off that commission cause they won't ever get another one from me or my family funny thing is I have two people about to go buy vehicles.

The new Expedition King Ranch is truly an amazing car. When I arrived, I quickly met up with Chris Hawk. He showed me some cars and took me on two test rides. He didn't get pushing about shoving a car purchase down my throat and I appreciate that. He followed up a couple of days later and got me back in the show room. I tried to get with Chris at that time but he was tied up with another client. He referred me to Matt who showed me the car that Chris had pulled to the front of the lot. The rest is history. Chris has been responsive to my follow up questions since I purchased the vehicle. Enjoyed working with Chris. I didn't get much time with Matt but he was courteous enough but Chris went the extra mile.

I really wasn't looking to purchase a new vehicle when I was in the dealership last week. But my wife had expressed an interest in the Ford Edge model. There happened to be one on the showroom floor and I really liked the way it looked and it's features and options but was not fond of the color. David Bracewell, one of your salesmen, saw me and asked if he could be of assistance and proceeded to help me find the one that I would be most interested in. He found two in inventory and he gave me the keys and directed me to their location. After test driving both, I settled on the one I liked the most. During the test drive, they were appraising my trade-in, and upon arriving back at the dealership, sales manager, Jason Banks, was already working on the sales offer. I ended up leaving the dealership with a new vehicle. There was no pressure from the sales staff to buy, but they were most helpful in answering any and all questions that I had about the vehicle. And perhaps most important of all, my wife loves it!!
2012 Ford F 150 FX
I bought a 2012 Ford F 150 FX2. It wasn't what I was looking for when I first came into your dealership. I came there because my son had purchased a vehicle from you and said you were good to deal with. I did find a vehicle that I liked but your price in my opinion was a bit high and the payments were out of my price range, but as I found out later when I did pick a vehicle that I did like the APR on the financing was over 6%. I came in there with a preapproved loan of $35,000 with a maximum of 3.49%. Your finance officer Andrea Swanson, who is very nice was able to get me into the vehicle with a 75 month loan. The only minor flaw I have found in the truck is that the speedometer is about 3 MPH off at highway speeds, other than that I am very pleased with the vehicle. Martin Madrid, the salesman whom I dealt with was very helpful in helping me find this vehicle I purchased. He didn't give up trying to find me something I could both afford and like and he succeeded.

Came in to get a Key made. $285.00 for the key only. Gullo did great didn't charge me labor and had it done in less than an hour!great job! However the price of the key is insulting.

Disappointing advertising
Twice I have inquired the day of Gullo posting on cars.com and told the vehicle is not available (never was available) due to being reserved by Mr. Gullo. It shouldn't be difficult to manage Internet advertising on a Shelby GT350.

we want to thank Luke Jones for all the help he has given to us in buying all of our cars in the past. we just bought a new car from him before the end of 2015. he keeps us on top of when the car will be in so we can come in and drive it away. he gave us a price and stuck with it. also thanks to Luke for helping our daughter in getting a new car as well. the folks at Gullo are friendly and helpful. we will be back to buy our next one.
Top Quality Dealership
This was my first experience with Gullo Ford. They were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Chris Hawk was exceptional helpful in showing me the truck I had picked out I had already decided on the model, trim and color of truck I wanted. It took a few extra minutes to find it only because, thankfully they do have such a nice large volume of trucks to choose from. Looked it over quite well, and then went for a test drive. Later talked to his Manager Anthony Rodriguez we came to an agreement. Went around to the finance office which didnt take very long. I also wanted the truck bed lined so I talked to Linda in the accessory dept., she was very helpful and sharp on that and other items I purchased. This is my first new truck in 38 years A 2016 Ford F150 Lariat. Awesome ride, quite, handles great and plenty of power. If I was to wear this one out and needed to get a new one I would definitely go back to Gullo Ford. But I expect to keep this one for quite a while. I have been in quite a few dealerships over the years, some good some shouldnt have been open to the public to start with. But if you want a new truck or car go to Gullo Ford very friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with, try them you will be pleased. Thanks to Chris, Anthony, Linda and all the great staff.
Service is HORRIBLE!
Serivce here is a joke. Service advisors come and go like the wind. One will tell you a price and if you bring it back the next week the price has changed! The only reason I was going here was to get the "Ford" warranty. Well come to find out, that is a JOKE too. Gullo did repairs on my truck and did not do it right. They refuse to warranty it. (We are talking $1000 dollars) I even called Corporate and they told me each Ford is individually owned and they could not do anything. If you go here you are wasting money and the service is HORRIBLE.
Vehicle repair following collision with a "Deer"
Received text updates on status of repair including estimated completion date and time. Vehicle repair was actually completed two days prior to estimated completion. The process was seamless, communication was great and vehicle looks great.
Greatly Improved Service
We are repeat customers at Gullo Ford. We had an issue with Customer Service on a previous visit and complained. This time the service was fantastic. We could not ask for better treatment. Every business has a problem now and then. It's nice to know when you point something out to management that they will take action and correct it. This time Gullo Management excelled.

My sales person understood what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on other things. I gave them parameters to work within and they remained within them. When things went wrong at the dealer because they could not get my truck delivered they provided me with another truck that had a couple more options for the same price. I thought that was the right thing to do. I would do business with them again.

Very Good Experiences at Ford
I had a very good experience at Gullo Ford. I have bought 6 trucks from them over the last 10 years or so and I have found each experience to excellent. They care about there customers unlike any other dealership I have been to. I will continue to buy my vehicles from them. I can't think of anything they could improve on. How much for Front end alignment?
went there for front end alignment on 2003 Ford F-350. Left it there. They called few hours later with bad news. I asked the rep to read off the $3,000 list of needed parts. He started off with tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints. Then proceeded to list off linkage arms for this and that. Then listed sway bar ends. I say no on the sway bar ends. They got nothing to do with alignment. In the end went to pickup truck after completion, and realized they also got me for front and rear shocks which have nothing to do with alignment. But I end up paying over $400 extra for shocks that I did not authorize. Lesson learned, when they call you, stop, go back to the dealer and have them walk you through everything. Show you the bad parts that need replaced. There is no telling how much more I had to pay for stuff not needed. Trust is not there anymore.

J.R was absolutely awesome. He ran the vehicle down in service as it was not completed and out to the lot. Facilitating getting me in to test drive. He bent over backward to get things turned around and sold in completion within 24 hours. Outstanding salesman with terrific manners/polite and friendly.

My Ford Escape Hybrid is 6 years old and has entered the "more service visits" phase. Everyone at Gullo is helpful and friendly, as has always been the case and I still recommend this dealership. I've often said I could do commercials for this dealership. I've been a customer for a dozen years or more and won't change unless I am disappointed at some point.One thing I notice is that many of the folks at the dealership have dealt only rarely with a hybrid vehicle like mine so there is a bit of a learning curve for the service managers and apparently the mechanics. I realize Ford made and sold relatively few of these vehicles. But I love my car and plan to keep it for a while more. By the way, the renovations to the ladies bathroom are outstanding!

I have admired the Ford Fusion's appearence for sometime.I googled Gullo to learn of customer opinions.On a scale of 1 to 5,all were 4 or 5.So,I went to Gullo and bought a 2016 Fusion Ecoboost,2 liter,Titainium.The staff was courtious and helpful.I've owened it for one week,so haven't used Service yet.I was offered a 72 month zero interest loan,but declined and paid cash for it.So,I was upset to see that I had been charged theDocument and Dealer Inventory fees.My salesman advised me yesterday that Gullo's General Manager ordered those Fees to be refundedto me by check.When done,that will resolve that complaint.I am still learning how to use the Bells and Whistles,and my salesman is helping me when I ask questions.

These people have zero interest in service after a sale. Even after paying their asking price, and purchasing the extended service plan, still treated with the run around and buck-passing game. Finance people are as slippery as the sales team. Avoid at all costs.

Waste of time.
Don't take your vehicle here. You can't believe anything the service people say, I called on Wednesday and asked if I brought my truck in on Thursday afternoon would they be able to fix a problem with my rotors being uneven and the truck shuddering when stopping and have ready by Monday morning at 7:00 A.M. The Assistant Service Manager told me that would be great and plenty of time to get that done, I called on Monday at 7:00 A. M. and was told that they were about to check it out, I told him not to bother and picked the truck up not even having been looked at. It amazes me that when you plan and give them plenty of time they just shove it to the backburner and don't even consider it until you call them, I was told that the people that came in after me had priority because they were waiting. Very unprofessional.

Did not expect to buy a car when we went to Gullo Ford, just wanted to see what was offered. Saw a car on the showroom floor that we liked. Salesman said to bring in our trade in car so he could give us a deal on the car we wanted. We liked the deal, bought the car and drove it home that night. Best part of the deal was there was no pressure from the salesman.

My salesperson did a great job. She found the vehicle I wanted without a major upselling. I told her what I wanted and would have walked if she tried it. Very smart on her part. Finance changed the monthly amount when I went to sign the papers, but the manager fixed that problem. My biggest concern is the time it takes. I picked out the vehicle I wanted on Friday night and it still took 4 hours on Saturday. That is more of a statement about the process than any individual.

First, my sales consultant took the time to find out not just what I was looking for, but what I needed. For example, I went in with a preference for the F-250. However, after asking me a series of questions he recommended that I also consider the F-150. Bottom line, I walked out with the F-150. The trade-in value of my previous vehicle was very fair. Lastly, a considerable amount of time and effort was put into making sure that I was familiar with all of the vehicle's features and that I was comfortable with the purchase. The only item that would suggest could be improved involves the financing portion of the process. I walked in with an approval from Ford Credit for much more than the value of the new vehicle. FYI, I financed approximately 50% of the value of the vehicle. Once the finance paperwork was complete and I was reviewing everything at home did I realize that the financing was through Capital One. This is no big deal, except that I should have been made aware. Overall, it was a great experience. I will return to Gullo Ford when I next need a new vehicle

I think the only thing we could wish was a shorter visit once we actually decide to purchase the vehicle until we walk out the door with it. What always takes so long?
