Scott Janke is a wonderful representative for Gross Motors! I was very interested in the Buick Envision prior to its release to dealerships. I spoke with Scott and he took initiative and researched this vehicle for me and let me know immediately when it released and Gross Motors had one at their facility. Scott made the transition from my current lease into a different lease very smooth and to top it off, Gross Motors looked for special discounts that would apply to help me save even more! I am a teacher and they found an "Educational Discount" that could apply at this time! It was an overall great experience!

Customer service at Gross Motors is nicely handled by local "neighbors" and they understand the professionalism needed when taking care of disgruntled customers due to the cost of repairs being extremely high. Doubt if I would buy GM again as vehicles seem to be of low quality and have had way to many instances of having to bring my vehicle to the garage. Purchased my vehicles there due to the people, not the product.

2009 Chevy Silverado

We brought our 2009 Chevy Silverado into Gross Motors in Neillsville, WI on 10/21/11 because it was low on oil again. Our salesman, Paul Klein was very understanding and sympathetic regarding our problem. The service department was very courteous and helpful. Everyone at Gross Motors is very professional and kind. We live out of state, so needed documentation of how much oil was put into the vehicle. Paul Klein faxed the information to our dealer in Glencoe, MN so that we could continue with the warranty work that needs to be done to fix the problem. I appreciate the efforts of everyone at Gross Motors.

Love My Buick

I traded in my Buick Rondezvous for the 2011 Buick Regal. I received a great trade in price and a great rebate on the Regal. The customer service is very friendly and the Gross employees make you feel like one of the family.
