On August 8 I went to Grogan's since they had a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn that I was interested in. Prior to going to the dealership I was contacted by Rami Odeh in the sales department. Rami was tremendous for a lot reasons. First, he was very prompt in replying to me whether it was by phone or text. He sent me pictures of the truck and even had it detailed just for me to take it for a test drive. After a couple of days of just exchanging information including finding out a pay out amount on my Jeep I set up a time to go and meet Rami.I really didn't think I'd walk out that day trading in my Jeep and leasing the Ram truck, but it happened. It all happened in about 3 hours!! Yes, it's true you can go to a dealership and walk out in a very short amount of time in a brand new vehicle.Rami and the Sales Manager, Omar Rummuny, were a pleasure to work with. There was no high pressure, no tricks or deception, no need to go back and forth and seek approval from some invisible person. It was ALL very straight forward, start to finish. We agreed on trade in price on Jeep and everything else went as smooth as possible.Bre S. in the finance office was also very helpful. She explained everything and made the final paper transaction as simple as possible.I drove about 40 miles to this dealership. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Definitely see Rami and the fine folks at Grogan for an easy-going buying experience.

We had our 2009, Jeep Patriot in for service 2 mths ago. We did have a nice service rep, Richard, at that time who gave us daily updates but it seemed that they did not know what they were doing. They changed the A/C unit which was not the cause so they changed the TIPM, which was not the cause. On the third attempt, they said it may be the PCM, but that since that is programmed to the car, we would have to pay regardless. The PCM did seem to fix the problem for the time being but we were charged $1600. 2 mths later the car is not running again. We called Grogans and had to wait 1 week for an appt. We had the car towed to Grogans the night before the appt. They called at the end of the day to let us know they were looking at the car only. The next day at the end of the day they called to let us know the car needed a completely new wiring harness at $575 plus $1000 labor. The next day the price increased, because they mis-quoted the part, to $1175 plus labor bringing our total to $2700. I went there and asked to see the wiring and also asked why the bad wiring was not discovered when they replaced the PCM 2 mth ago. They stated that I could not see it because it was already put back together. We were dealing with Jeremy, the service rep, who straight up lied to us twice. He told us that he jumped the car to get it running to make sure the key worked, when clearly the car cannot even start or we would have jumped it ourselves and drove it there. We tried jumping it ourselves many times. He then back peddled and said that they did not jump it. We were also told that we could not apply the diagnostic fee to the cost to get the car fixed which is not what we were originally told. The end result is a bill for $450.00 for diagnostic fee's and key for a car that does not run and still had to be towed away to another place.

Gabe th a try first car all went well next time it went to hell. Needed seat replaced they put on one from junk yard. Took 2 weeks to get it fixed. But was going to give them one more chance. Went there to check out the car hot told my trade was only worth 2k they claimed it needed 2k in repairs. I reminded them I got from them and they had serviced it twice and reported no issues. They went silent and had nothing to say.

Last year I worked with Chris Aughney at the Grogan's Towne on Central. He was great, inspired confidence in me with his honesty and integrity & I recently I returned to him to begin looking for a car for my young daughter. The BUT here is that I took my Grand Cherokee to the Grogan's Towne on Telegraph for recall repairs several times. Not sure what the issue is here - possibly just too big of a dealer/repair shop - but I will not use them again. Everything takes at least a full day and is super inconvenient. Superficially nice but no real attention to detail and if you're not an educated consumer and aware of all the particulars regarding the repairs, you get no help from them. I should not have to be so vigilant! Chris gets 5 stars and then some but the Service Dept on Telegraph gets a 2. Last time I took the car in (sensing a lot of recalls here??) I took it to Charlie's Dodge in Maumee and had a much better experience in working with the Service Dept.

Our son purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Chris last year and my wife, Anne, and I were very impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. When we were in need of a car, we didn't hesitate to contact Chris and advise him what we were looking for. We had selected several models we were interested in test driving and Chris made sure every one of the models was on the lot for us to test drive. We settled on a 2015 Chrysler 200 with only 8150 miles on it and could not be more pleased with our choice. The price was right and the purchase process was made so simple and efficient. We will definitely return to Grogan's Towne and Chris when we are in need of another vehicle!

I drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle listed online. We made a deal for my purchase, providing that they would perform an outstanding recall on the car, and I would come back in 10 days to pick up the car.John called me later said car was ready. I asked if recall issue was addressed, and he assured me it was. When I picked up car I asked for proof, and was told they don't provide that, but promised me it had been done.Months later I get recall letter in the mail for this same issue, as I'm now the owner. I call Chrysler and they confirmed there was no work performed on that VIN number.Sure they were friendly, the whole time they were lying to me...

Went in on Saturday to look at a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I saw online. Looked great in the pictures, but not the same in person; dents and scratches and poorly taken care of for what was a 2014 and also claimed to be certified with over a 100pt inspection, apparently didn't look too close. Also, called Friday before they closed and said I'd be there around 10 the next day to look at it (hour after they opened). When I got in to test drive, the manager's belongings were still in it since he had been driving it, and was dirty.

After waiting over a week for a service appointment for an issue with a severe wobble in the front end that left us fearing the safety of our lives if we drove the vehicle, we were informed by the service employee that it is a well known issue with Jeep/Chrysler. So well known that it has a name, "Death Wobble". "Quick minor fix", they said. A couple hours later Jeep is fixed and picked up. Upon review of the paperwork given to us we noticed a vehicle inspection sheet that clearly had several issues marked as needing immediate attention. Apparently they only do repairs that fix the main issue, not the problems that are a result of said issue, even though or possibly because it's "warranty work". Will take it elsewhere for follow up. Sent Jeep back to Grogan's Towne for insurance claim body work thinking it's a simple repair, surely they can handle that. Wrong! This time we went over the vehicle before signing any paperwork. The work was not complete, parts were not replaced. When we inquired about the problems we were told the parts were still "good" so they didn't replace them. But the paperwork said they were replaced. "Oh, we have the new parts right here for you", said Don Davies, body shop manager. "We were just going to give them to you and let you replace them", he said. I informed him that our insurance was not only billed for the parts but for the labor too, so, "yes" I want them installed. When asked about the other portion of the repair he refused to perform that service and said he would speak with our adjuster regarding that service. Don Davies assured us that he had left a note on our bill for the cashier to inform us of these issues, however, when we spoke with the cashier (Jayne) she produced all the paperwork she was given and there were no "notes" attached to anything or any notice that old parts were used. The lie I believe was to cover the fact that they had tried to scam our insurance company with bogus claims for new parts and labor that were never installed. If we had not requested to look at the repairs before signing the check I'm sure those new parts would have been sold to the next gullible customer. Consumers beware, mark the parts to be replaced and check them before signing for anything. Even what you think are reputable dealers will try to scam you. This is twice our vehicle was into this dealer and that "car wash" you get for free with every service never happened either.

Bought a 2012 Equinox from Grogans that needed some paint work done was supposed to pick it up two days later ended up 5 weeks later picked the car up took it to the body shop brought it back same day the work was not very good and came back a mess driver and I decided to send it back after talking with the salesman Bob he said he would take care of it. Had the car two days brought it back put it in the driveway and left. the interiors black leather had white rubbing compound all over the seats and door panels and mats. The car left with a full tank of gas came back on empty. We took pictures contacted the owner Denny talked with him about the problems told him we had pictures but didn't seem to care wanted us to bring it back over we told him he had two shots at it and it was not getting any better Took it to local Chevrolet dealership all was taken care of in one day and came back all cleaned up. Would not recommend Grogans to anybody

I have never had a better buying experience! The sales team that helped me, Russ Irvine, Jamie Badger, Julie Zell, and Mike Farber were OUTSTANDING! This sales team treated me like I was the only customer they had to deal with that day. I did not feel rushed to make a decision, I was actually encourage to make sure that I was getting the exact vehicle I wanted! Russ took the time to find me the vehicle I wanted - we had to get it from another dealership and he did that in 24 hours! Jamie and Julie made sure that I understood all of my options with financing. They even took the time to resubmit my application to try to find a different term for the financing because I was curious what it would do to the payment and the interest rate. This team is amazing! I will definitely buy from them again - however - it might be awhile because I HAVE THE VAN I WANT!

I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Steve Merritt. I inquired about a vehicle, and even though I went up to look at a totally different make/model, I am very happy with the Jeep I decided on buying. Steve was very easy to work with, and did not push me to purchase a vehicle. The financing was quick and easy. Within a few hours, I was driving away with my vehicle. They also filled up the tank! Since my purchase, I have had many phone calls from Steve and Groghans asking if I was happy with my purchase and had any concerns. I was very impressed. I had a bad experience with Taylor Kia in 2006, and so glad that Steve made this experience very pleasant. Thanks Steve!!!

I still scan autotrader to see if I can find a better deal and I still haven't found one. I tell people, every chance I get (no exageration) about the deal I got. Everyone loves a new toy (car) but they don't enjoy spending the money, I'm no exception there. If you want the process of writing that check as simple and pressure free as possible, this is a great dealership. From sales to finance this was truthfully the best experience I've had with a dealership. I drove an hour from my home just outside of Detroit, to test/buy a 2013 Acadia, and I will continue to use this dealership for future purchases.

Trade in a 2011 dodge ram slt for a 2014 ram sport demo model big mistake they promised $2,500 off demo ended up $500. With underhanded paperwork got nowhere with management nor crysler Corp complaints I've owned five dodge rams in my life This nightmare has been the worst I've been treated and ripped off ever seems that they get away with everything .Truck was originally 40,200 or best offer advertisement.

My wife and I purchased a used 2014 Ram 1500 Limited. We live in Duluth, MN. Which is about 770 miles away. Grogan price for this truck and everything it was loaded with and low miles. beat everyone within 700 plus miles.When it came time to pick up my vehicle. I planned on flying to Chicago. From Chicago to Toledo. When I arrived in Chicago. My flight was canceled. The next flight to toledo was the next day at 430 p.m. Grogan offered their driver to come and pick me up four and half hours away. Free of charge! They went above and beyond for my wife and I. Great customer service, sales personal. I will definely do business with Grogan again.

We were able to test drive several different SUV's on site which made it easy and convenient to find the right one (especially with living an hour away). Marc Ray and Mo R. are very knowledgeable and made it a priority to take care of us. I went to look at a 2011 Nitro and wanted to trade my 2008 Hummer H3 on it. Steve only wanted to give me rough value trade in for a vehicle in very good condition. He slapped a NADA report for the Nitro in front of me. I asked to see one for the H3. He got on computer, then said he couldn't get on the site. I had no trouble checking NADA price on me H3 after I got home. Don't like being lied to!!! Wouldn't send my enemies to this dealership!

I was also promised that they would take photos of any damage and email to me. I was told there were 2 dings by the gas cap. Steve took 2 pictures that were just awful. They were taken outside in sun glare with shadows of buildings, people, and truck which made the extent of real damage difficult to see, which I think was done on purpose. I requested Steve retake the picture, refocusing this time of a close up of the damage only. Steve replied he had already taken 2 photos for me and there were photos online. (The photos online showed no damage, nor was it mentioned in the write up for this car.)Needless to say, I have not only decided not to do business with Steve, I will never purchase anything from this dealership!

I recently purchased a used car from Grogan's Towne. Overall, the experience was positive and the staff was helpfuld. The only complaint I have is that when I left the lot, there was less than a quarter tank of gas in the car. Where I come from, it is customary for a dealership to fill up the tank before the new owner drives away. For me, that is part of the customer experience. I didn't think to ask about it at the time, but it hit me when I had to stop at a gas station just down the road from the dealer and put over $50 worth of gas in the new car. I felt a little bit like I was taken advantage of.


We will be back!!! It was worth the drive!!

My husband and I had been searching for a Dodge Durango for quite a while. We came across our vehicle on Grogan-Towne's website. My husband called and talked to Mo and was told the vehicle was not ready to be seen. We explained that Saturday was the only day we were able to shop for vehicles and we really wanted to see this vehicle. We told him we lived two hours away (Flint area Michigan) He offered to have it cleaned up so we could see it. We arrived and the vehicle was actually pretty clean and it had been washed. I was very impressed that he took the time to have it presentable for us to see without even knowing whether or not we would buy it. After test driving the vehicle, we decided it was the one for us. Mo explained how their vehicles are aggressively priced and showed us the KBB price which was $3,000 higher than what they were asking for it. Anyway, we made the deal. To top things off, they delivered our Dodge Durango FREE to Michigan. In order to certify the car, they did their 125 point inspection etc. Mo called and said that the mechanic said there was a shake in the front end so they installed four BRAND NEW TIRES and delivered it to us with a full tank of gas and professionally cleaned inside and out. We have never been treated so well. Mo was not a pushy salesman and was very upfront and honest with us - unlike previous experiences we had while car shopping. Our son will be getting his first car soon and we will definitely make the drive to purchase a vehicle from Mo at Grogan Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We dealt with Heather in finance and she was awesome too. I could not believe how smooth it was to deal with both of them. It was just a wonderful experience. I love my Dodge Durango.It's worth the drive!!!!

I had been shopping around for a newer vehicle for about a month, i had been to several dealerships over that time and didn't have any luck finding the right car that was within my price range. I'm not a fan of being sold to in an aggressive manner, which has been my experience with many of these dealerships but the first time i walked into Grogan's I met with Darius Edwards and I never felt as if i was being pushed to buy a car. The one thing that stuck with me through the process was Darius telling me that, "I don't work for my for my bosses, i work for you." This put me at ease when i finally found a car that was in Grogan's inventory. I got an extremely nice 2010 Ford Fusion Sport and I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

I sent an email on a van I was interested in over a week ago and NEVER even received a call back from the dealership... I guess they are not interested in selling their vehicles. I do a lot of my research online first before I take the time to drive to a dealership, so this just shows me what customer service must be like at Grogan. I love cars.com for the purpose of being able to find vehicles that you may like and save them to plan out where you need to go, but if the dealership isn't invested into the sight than why even list their vehicles?

I took my 2013 dart in for servicing. I had made an appointment two weeks prior. I took my car in the day before the scheduled appointment, on the day of servicing I never got a call from them to inform me of how things were going, at 5:15 I called the and was informed by some rude person that my car was never looked at and that they would be open the next day ( Saturday) from 8-4 and they would look at it then. Saturday came and at 3:15 my wife called grogans towne and was informed that the service department went home at three. We scheduled the appointment for Friday because that is my wife's day off. Me and my wife were treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. We entered the showroom floor and were greeted pleasantly and asked how we could be helped. I asked the gentleman who greeted us if he could direct us to used sales. He led us through the showroom and to the used sales area and found us an available sales person. The gentleman he found for us was John Murphy. He greeted us pleasantly and offered us a seat at his desk.He asked if we had any particular vehicle in mind that perhaps we saw on the lot or on the internet. We had printed a picture of a vehicle we saw on the internet and he asked if we would like to take a closer look at it. We were not asked about finances or price range until we initiated that part of the conversation. We didn't feel any pressure at all. We did look at the vehicle we brought a picture of and John thought maybe we seemed to be settling on something according to what we thought we could afford. He asked what our monthly budget would be and showed many more vehicles in much nicer condition with much lower miles that we could afford. We were smiling ear to ear because we had many choices. My wife would be the primary driver so she chose the color and options she wanted. She found a 2013 Town & Country fully loaded with low miles that she fell in love with. We were tight on time getting kids picked up and John helped us along the way. He took our information and said "Go pick up the kids". We returned a little later than hoped and the dealership was all locked up. The John saw us through the window and opened the door and said "Congratulations, you were approved." We were ecstatic to learn we would be driving such a new car within our budget. While we were gone picking up the kids, John had the folks there wash and detail the van and check all fluids. He waited patiently for us to finish the paperwork and then followed us to the gas station and put some gas in it so we could drive it home. My husband and I had visited a different dealership prior to calling Grogan's, I didn't have any reason to think that we would need to be looking around or calling other dealerships, since I knew what I wanted to look at, and I figured it would be easy for not only us but the salesman as well. Not only did the other dealership NOT put me in the car I wanted to test drive, the guy tried to "sell" me other SUVS that I had no interest in. I left the first dealership feeling very discouraged and just not excited like I thought I was going to be. So 2 days later I called Grogan's, I was connected with Jon Hainer. We made an appointment for that day. We got there, and right off the bat my husband and I felt as ease. Jon has that type of personality where you feel like you've known him for years. I had an incredible experience at this dealership. I was nervous about working with a dealership as my other car purchases had been through smaller, local lots. Mo was an incredible salesman. From the initial phone call I made inquiring about a vehicle all the way through the test drive, purchase, financing, and questions after the sale he was very informative and returned my phone calls right away. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered any questions we had honestly and did not make us feel pressured in any way. We worked with Heather in the business department for financing and she also was very informative and did not pressure us to make decisions or finance with certain places. We were trying to finance through our local bank and Heather and Mo went out of their way to make sure they received the proper documentation. When we then decided to finance through the dealership options Heather was able to take our credit application over the phone and get us set up with financing in just a few hours. They even went so far as to then drive the new van to us (over an hour away) and the very courteous drivers even made sure it was filled up with gas when it was delivered to our driveway. Heather sent along all the paperwork I needed to complete the financing so we never had to make another trip back to the dealership. Everything was brought to us. On Friday, February 7 my wife and I traveled from Valporaiso Indiana to Grogan's. We were shopping for 2013 Chrysler minivans we saw on the Internet that we felt were reasonably priced. Our sales associate was Logan Lynch who was very personable . Logan showed us all the 2013 vans available on the website. We picked out at least six/8 that we were interested in. The temperature was about 40 with a lot of snow on ground. Logan went out and brought the vehicles up to the show room so that we would not have to deal with the snow and cold. One vehicle that we wanted was buried in the snow. We told him not to worry about it we would look at others. But he went out anyway and spent about 15 minutes shoveling it out and brought it up to the show room door for us. Logan went above and beyond to answer and satisfy any questions we had about the vehicles we test drove. We also had questions about financing. Logan introduced us to Colleen who answered all questions we had and made us feel very comfortable with the financing part of the deal. Because of the professional manner that we were shown by sales associate Logan Lynch and credit manager Colleen, we drove away from Grogans in a beautiful 2013 minivan with big smiles on our faces. We worked with Mo Rammuny who was a perfect example of how you want to be treated by a salesman. He was courteous to both me and my wife, and did what he could to get us in the vehicle that we felt comfortable with. After an exhaustive regional search, we found the vehicle that met all of our rather stringent options requirements and contacted Grogan's Towne. It bears mentioning that I had inquired with other dealers about vehicles and while I was always treated politely and respectfully, Mo Rammuny at Grogan's Towne made it clear that he was focused on one thing and one thing only -- our complete satisfaction with the vehicle and purchasing process. It's one thing to state this to a prospective customer, but another to actually make it happen and Mo did just that! He worked quickly, providing us with all the information we asked for, but never at any time did we feel pushed or uncomfortable with the process. Mo arranged for a very courteous driver to deliver the vehicle to us free-of-charge, over 300 miles away! Yes, 300 miles with NO DELIVERY FEE! One dealership we spoke with that was about the same distance was going to charge us $500 for delivery. But the best part of the delivery was that Mo made it clear that if we weren't completely satisfied with the vehicle, the driver would simply turn around and drive another 300 miles back to the dealership, with no questions asked or funds exchanged. Truly, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vehicle purchase. We love our new ride, but were more impressed with our experience with Grogan's Towne, Mo and his colleagues. I found the vehicle I was looking for online through Grogan's Town website. Bob Reaume was easy to deal with, negotiating a price on the vehicle I wanted to purchase and a trade in value for my vehicle. He also arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to me several hours away and pick up my trade. All the paperwork was signed and copies sent back to me within a few days. My husband and I was very impressed from the time we walked in with 500 questions until we walked out with our New Ram truck. The salesman Jon Hanier was impressive by answering all 500 questions about the vehicles. Very knowledgeable. Helped us in buying the vehicle, because so much has changed since we bought a brand new vehicle. In March 2013 I purchased a previously owned 2008 Buick Lucerne CXL that Grogan's had purchased at auction. The car was previously owned by Enterprise Rental in NJ and VA. I worked with Marc Ray and his sales staff to purchase the car. I traveled by air from MN to Detroit and Marc's driver picked me up at the motel in the Detroit area on time and was very cordial. The car was ready when I arrived clean and full tank of gas. I signed the purchase paperwork and was on my way. I drove the car to my home in MN without any issues. I had some minor repair work done the first month at my local dealer that was covered and reimbursed by Grogan's Towne Chrysler's warranty. Overall my purchase experience went very well and I would purchase another vehicle from Grogan's Towne Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.

Service Deptartment will do anything to keep you there as long as possible. Do not use them for anything. Treat customers very poorly. They do not work on things when they say they are. Took 5 hours to put a 4 bolt hitch on. I even had an appointment. Kept telling me they were backed up. If that is the case, tell me it would be better to re-schedule. Very frustrated.

What a joke this place is. Waited 2 hrs to look at a car from their other lot. They said they only sell nice good clean cars. This car pulled in and it was all scratched up faded the inside smelled musty they cut the exhaust and welded in a 3" piece of pipe. This is when I said I seen enough and walked away. I didn't even want to look under the hood to see what they Jerry rigged under there.

I was looking for a reliable used car. Paid top dollar and have had nothing but major repairs since. Car has been in shop more than on the road. Dealer helped with a few things but just had to replace intake gasket and manifold that cost $925. All within first four months.

I was shopping on cars.com for a nice pre-owned vehicle and noticed Grogan's had the perfect car. I called ahead and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. When I arrived he had the Jeep pulled up for me to drive. After he explained all the options we took it for a test drive and I fell in LOVE! My salesperson made the experience so easy (I was originally nervous about buying from a dealer). When I left the salesman and manager both spoke with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied and made me feel like my business was truly appreciated.
