Great buying experience, sales Luis and manager Kris were helpful, friendly, and straightforward. Pricing was fair and I got a great deal. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
I have the first G90 leased. The employees need more training on the cars systems how they work. Nobody is trained to answer all of my questions about the cars systems and capabilities
My best car purchase experience!
My salesman, Reda, displayed unusual competence in every aspect of the purchase, including model history, pluses, features, options, and ways to get the most for our investment with available rebates and onsite (vs ordered) choices. He understood the financing as well, but appropriately deferred to the finance people. Most importantly, he was trustworthy, warm, and extremely informative without being the least bit pushy. He requested and read well my agenda and responded consistently with professional, and personal (where fitting) sharing that left me feeling very confident in working with this dealership. Frankly, I had another option on the table elsewhere and turned it down to go with Reda and Gregory Hyundai. The owner, Greg, even did follow up calling to make sure I had been treated well by all his staff and was satisfied with my choice. I'm 62 years old and have bought many cars over the years. This was truly my best experience doing so, and kudos go first to Reda, and secondly to the way Greg has made his dealership a user-friendly place. Homemade cookies were a great touch in the mail a week later. I didn't feel pressured in any way. My response to this survey is simply what I felt was deserved.
Felt like family when we left!
I was greeted promptly. The Genesis I asked to see was ready and waiting for me to take a test ride. Rob Will was very informative and explained everything about the car. There are so many features offered that Rob suggested we drive the car awhile and then he scheduled a meeting to answer all our questions and give us more of the details. The whole experience of buying a car here was very enjoyable. Rob went out of his way to make us feel like family.
Reda was my sales person and he was very thorough leading me through the leasing process. I wasn't sure that leasing was the way I wanted to go, but Reda gave me a complete overview of options. By the way, his follow up has been first rate!

I was looking to purchase a new Sonata to replace my 2013 Sonata. Rob Witt was very helpful showing me what was in stock and finding the car to fit my needs. Vlaue for the money
Having had a Lexus and shopping for a Audi, my friend recommended taking a look at the Genesis. It was every bit as nice as the Lexus and Audi without the sticker shock. Other friends asked "How can you purchase a Hyundai?" I then show them the vehicle and the question is answered.

My salesperson, Greg Roland, was terrific. He spent a lot of time with me, including in person (several times), over the phone, and by e-mail and text. He was (and is) very responsive and informative, polite, professional, and incredibly patient. I am impressed by my new Sonata and would recommend it to anyway, and specifically, I would recommend to any friends, colleagues, etc. who ask for a referral to see Greg Roland specifically. If I buy another Hyundai in the future, I will go straight to him.
An Excellent dealership for a change!
Found my car online and started the process with a phone call. Dealer gave initial numbers and explained the difference upon arrival in full detail. Everything was up front. Waiting for paperwork to be prepared was a little long but not excessive. Worked out a great deal at my terms and price, can beat that. Not one person that I worked with was pushy or tried to get me to buy anything that I didn't want or need. Highly recommend this dealership!

Scam artists. Yo-yo financing is all they do to you. They run your credit as much as they can and hike the interest rates up on you. This so-called family owned car dealership is a joke and I am shocked Hyundai hasn't taken their name back from these scam artists.
Outstanding and Professional Team
The sales and finance staff at Gregory Hyundai made my car lease experience very easy. I actually did most of my communication via e-mail, explaining what kind of car I wanted and the payments I wanted in a lease. After just a few e-mails we had worked out the details. I went to the dealer for a test drive, agreed on the car and went back to my office. When I went to the dealership the next day all lthe paperwork was done and just waiting for my signature, ready for me to drive the car off the lot. Best car buying (leasing) experience I've had in a long time.

I was satisfied for my first visit. I asked to come in before they open and they kindly allowed me to. I already had my eyes set on my Hyundai Sonata Sport 2016 and wanted to check it out in person. The whole process went by smoothly and my Salesperson was very kind and professional. I am not really an indecisive person when it comes to purchasing stuff, and i'm glad they were able to understand my interest for the specific car.

Watch out...lots of shenanigans related to car purchase. These folks haven't learned the features of this new model and try to sneak in extra charges. All in all, a bad buying experience.

4 out of 5. Would come back again. For the most part we were treated well and got a great car. I don't think buying a car is ever a fun process and this was one of the better ones.
I knew the car I wanted and Gregory was able to provided a reasonable deal. Joshua was helpful and has made himself available for more questions as they have arise. The car has so many options that it is to much to take in at one time.
Gregory Hyundai provided exceptionally service, up until it was time to deal with the finance department. Let me just say, I have three finance contracts for one vehicle. Making an error once is understandable. I purchased a vehicle on 3-21, returned to the dealership 3-26 to bring in keys to the trade-in vehicle. I was contacted by the dealership 3-28 informing me that an error had been made on the finance contract and that I needed to re-sign the contract. The new contract was signed 3-29. I received another call from the dealership 4-8 saying that the 2nd finance contract was never received by the finance company. The 3rd finance contract was signed 4-12. It is finally over. Never again... Maybe others will have better luck.
The perfect Trifecta
I don't consider myself an easy customer. It was a 2 month research, I tested over 12 different cars before I decided to go with a Sonata based on its features and price. I went to 4 different Hyundai Dealers looking for the best deal. At Gregory Hyundai I found a great staff, willing to work with me to get me the best possible deal without the classic drill of "what can I do for you to buy the car today". This is the second time that I have purchased 2 cars at a time from them and wouldn't be doing this if they were not the type of people that i could trust and work with.
Salesperson truly has other things going ong, doesn't get into working with you on pricing and other than a can of cookies, I do not know much about utilizing features. Blue link is available, but I don't know if I have been charged or not, no idea what it is. Manager has been helpful, but not once did salesperson follow up. My experience was overall smooth and pretty good. I did feel a little rushed but I could have spoken up more. For buying my first car, it is a lot of information thrown at a customer. I would recommend slowing down a bit.

Yesterday I had a 7 am service appointment for my 2010 Tucson. I was met very promptly (I think) by Jeff, who proceeded to write my service ticket. Because the car would be there all day for the repairs, I was given a loaner (for FREE) What a SURPRISE!! I thought for sure I would need to rent it! Jeff then proceeded to review all the functions of the loaner and asked if I wanted my iPhone paired! Of course I said yes, and it took only seconds to do. I was out of there and on my way to the office in no time at all. Sherry then called me and told me what they found during their inspection and how much it would cost. I said go ahead with the repairs except for the brakes, which I can do myself. Through out the entire process, I felt they were very honest and direct with me and treated me as one of the family. I will definitely go back if and when I need further service. By the way, I initially purchased the car from them years ago.

Great used car experience
Car shopping typically is painful, and used car shopping even worse. However, after going to at least half a dozen other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised with my Gregory Hyundai experience. No hard pressure sales! The salesman listened to what I needed, respected my budget, and we ended up with a great car for a college student.

We just brought home our third new car from Gregory Hyundai on Saturday, January 23, 2016. We have been very happy with their service department since 1999 and the Service Manager John Verschelden is like family! We are also looking forward to continuing our relationship with Sherry Shea. Greg Mauro has been involved in all of our purchases and has made sure we are being well taken care of. Barry found us the Sante Fe SE in the color that we wanted and had it there in two days. He was very knowledgeable when explaining the car's features to us and has been available for my questions in person and on the phone. Ray helped with all the sale details and also made sure our transaction went smoothly and that we were happy. David took care of our lease financing in a timely manner and the whole deal was handled very professionally. This car has EVERYTHING including every safety feature available and we are thoroughly enjoying driving it.

I was greeted promptly and friendly as soon as I got to the parking lot. I was offered a sit and a drink. When I inquired for a Spanish speaking salesman, I was introduced to one rapidly and with no problem. Whatever I wanted to test and ask was answered. I received no attitude from any of the managers and salesman. They were friendly and informative. I returned a few days later to purchase a car. Fernando was my salesman, Sam the sales manager (I think), and Dave the finance guy. I liked them all.
This is the second time I have purchased/leased a car from Gregory and both occasions were great. The salesman was very nice and easy to work with (Roland). He did not pressure me and seemed to take my best interests to heart. Old dealership ways die hard.
I first visited the dealership and worked with Gregory Roland. All was fine until I asked for a final price. He laughed in my face and said he would not because we weren't really going to buy at this time. His statement to my wife was "why should I give you a quote when you aren't going to buy today". I stood there dumbfounded with a pre-approved loan from my credit union not to exceed $48,000.00 and a credit rating of 809. I work very hard to attain this status and to be laughed at was very insulting. This dealership is about a mile from my residence and had some good reviews, so I went back a couple of days later and purchased the vehicle I was interested in, but from another sales consultant.

Amazing experience at Gregory Hyundai
Car-buying is rough, but Gregory Hyundai made it easier and pleasant. I originally called Gregory Hyundai and spoke to Bram about a 2015 Elantra, and scheduled a time to see it. Bram was helpful from start to finish; he was energetic and friendly, and offered to show me more options in my price range. Not once did he try to persuade me into something I didn't want or trick me into anything. I ended up going home to think about that first car, as I knew there were a few others I wanted to see. The following morning I was tricked into a bait and switch situation at another dealership and immediately contacted Bram at Gregory Hyundai. I told him the situation I was in, and he expressed genuine concern. I left that dealership and drove straight to Gregory Hyundai, as Bram said he would work with me to get me in a car that day. Sure enough, Bram and the whole team at Gregory Hyundai were able to get me an amazing deal on a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra Limited. They also gave me a very fair trade-in value for my 2004 Ford Focus ZX5. I met the financing person and went through all of the paperwork, and boom! I had a new car! I couldn't be happier with my purchase or with my experience at Gregory Hyundai! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

Deceptive business / Selling non-certified Pre-Owned vehicle
I went in to Gregory Hyundai to purchase a "Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)" vehicle. I was informed a CPO vehicle goes through a vigorous inspection & meets their top criteria. If even 1 item on their checklist is not met, it is NOT a CPO vehicle.I purchased a "CPO" vehicle. The day after, I contacted them immediately as there were some issues.[Please see attached pictures]1st attempted contact for a resolution -- Contacted the owner, Mr. Mauro chose to ignore me2nd attempted contact for a resolution --Contacted Hyundai Motor America (Corporate, USA). They said there is nothing they can do. Each dealership is independently owned. Trying contacting the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to see if they can help.3rd attempted contact for a resolution --Contacted the BBB. After months of going back & forth, Gregory Hyundai ignored the evidence presented [please see attached pictures]. Mr. Mauro ignored request for independent mediation.4th attempted contact for a resolution --Contacted Hyundai Motor America again. The best car buying experience
We came to the Gregory Hundai dealership just to see Hundai Elantra. Larry the salesman gently approached us and started the conversation. We explained to Larry our needs and he showed us cars he thought can be the good fit for our needs. It was the best experience in a car purchase, and our sales person Larry was excellent. He spent time on showing us cars and explained well every car features and differences between models. We looked all Hundai models and test drove 5 different car models until we found what we want. We never felt pressure or impatience from our salesman. All we can say is that, Larry is an excellent,patient, professional, and knowledgeable salesman who made our car purchase process easy and pleasant. Worth the drive
Highland Park is a little bit of a drive for us, but Larry Barr and the rest of the staff made it worthwhile. They were professional, personable, and courteous. I already have them in mind when I replace my other car.
Just bought our first Hyundai
Gregory is a pretty nicely set-up dealership. I had already been in contact with Larry Barr online, so there was no hard sell or difficulty. he knew what we were looking for, and he had several cars for us to consider. Larry is very personable, a nice guy, and straightforward. He listened when we discussed our specific desires for the car, and found us one that my wife fell in love with (we were replacing her car). The finance process with all the paperwork was very smoothly handled by Rita. All-in-all, it was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences I've had (I'm in my 50's!). We told Larry we would be back to look when it was time to replace my car.

Below average when it came down to finalizing the paperwork.
I decided to go to Gregory Hyundai because of the price they pitched to me. My salesman was friendly and gave me a lot of information about the Elantra I wanted to purchase. I already knew what car I wanted so this was no trouble. When it came down to finalizing my paperwork I thought everything went smoothly but they made an error with my VIN. They had to get my vehicle from another dealership because I wanted a certain color and I guess no one checked the VIN number. Because of this, they started calling me everyday to see if I can come in to resign all the paper work with the correct VIN. I work night shifts, so it was not convenient for me to come again to the dealership at the times they wanted. They also failed to give me a spare key to my car. When I finally made it to the dealership, I was there for another 1/2 hour because they needed to make me a spare key. With the delay of the paper work, I also got my loan payment information late too. I am happy with my car, but I feel like the dealership could of been more professional and less careless when it came to handling the paperwork.
Roland was very easy to work with and made my car deal super smooth and fair. I had been to 3 other dealerships before going to Gregory Hyundai, and Roland offered me the best deal and the friendliest service. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Went in after doing my online research thinking I'd focus on the sonata eco as it would fit my budget. It didn't have everything I wanted, but I had financial limits. Talked with Larry Barr, and he was awesome to work with. Showed me amazing incentives I wasn't aware of on the top end sonata hybrid that made it affordable. He was very straightforward and great to talk with which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a new car. Sales room facility was very nice, but may want some separation from other sales people as its very easy to listen to other people's negotiations. Also might just be high inventory time, but parking in front was very crowded.

Honest and easy to work with
After going to McGrath Hyundai and getting treated like dirt not to mention all the lying regarding their prices I decided to go to Gregory. I dealt with Roland and one of the managers and got exactly what I wanted. Roland answered all my questions and was easy to deal with. I got the car I wanted at a very fair price and didn't leave with brain damage. I would suggest if you go to Gregory you ask for Roland. Just a little info about him, he was very straight forward and at first I wasn't too sure about the guy, but after spending a little time working with him he was very easy to understand and his personality was just that, honest and straight forward. He actually knows his stuff and wont push you in a direction. He will ask the right questions and guide you to an educated decision. Thanks Roland, I love my car.
Would Never Purchase from Again
Being a young, inexperienced, woman, I knew going car shopping was going to be difficult. Gregory Hyundai was a poor choice I made in purchasing the Acura TSX in October 2014.I called to dealership seeing they had a 2004 Acura TSX listed online at 68,962 miles for $10,999. It wasn't too bad of a deal from what I saw online and the pictures seemed fairly decent for the year. I spoke to the internet manager, Kevin, at the time. I asked him if there was anyone in particular I should talk to about the car and he tells me he'll have a sales guy named Ryan call me. I ask how negotiable they are on their pricing, and Kevin insisted they were not at all, which was frustrating, but somewhat understandable to me.Few minutes later another salesman, Greg, calls. He was very casual and knew very little on the phone about the car. I schedule to go in to view the car anyways, he agrees. I show up at that date and time, and the car wasn't cleaned or conditioned. Mind you, the car had been in their stock for some time at which point. The sales guy was completely unprofessional. He ignored my concerns outright when I would bring them up, he had no answer for my questions on the car, and he was too busy talking about himself to understand my needs in the vehicle.He kept trying to get me into the car for a test drive as I was looking it over, only having been there for less than ten minutes. Then as I'm pointing out the flaws in the car, he kept down playing what I had to say. Car ran alright on the very short test drive. The moment I told him about how I wasn't happy with the price considering the flaws in the exterior paint and scratches in the interior, he tried to pressure me into a larger down payment, which makes no sense to me. Then he mentioned how Kevin said they weren't negotiable on pricing. I told them either they were going to fix the scratches and chips in the paint or knock down the price. He opts to knock it down $300. I put a small down payment that was refundable just in case I decided to go with it. I had to leave since I had to go to work, but said I'd be back in the next day. I go in with my folks to view the car again the following day as promised, and the car still was not conditioned or cleaned. My dad and I were looking under the hood and then the sales guy starts rambling on how it has a new battery, everything is new and well kept.I decide to purchase it and be done because I really wanted the car. We get into finance with two managers, one named Felicia and another gentleman trying to sell me a protection plan essentially. He made xxxxxx jokes outright as I was trying to weigh my options and tried to pressure me into fraudulently claiming the current scratches on the car as new to get those taken care of. I opted to not purchase the extra plan. Now I've had the car a few months and I have found on this supposed "well kept car" several issues that supposedly passed their inspection. The rear strut needs replaced, it needs a new wheel alignment, and that supposed new battery needed replaced. The battery was from 2012. There's another mechanical issue with the car where when you brake in the midst of a turn the car jerks, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly what it is.

KEVIN FELT THE RIGHT SALES PERSON FOR US WAS SERGIO ACOSTA. FROM START TO FINISH SERGIO KEPT US IN THE LOOP. WE HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A MORE FRIENDLIER GROUP OF PEOPLE. I just bought a 2015 Sonata! My first Hyundai ever! I did my homework and visited several Hyundai dealerships such as Grossinger, McGrath, Loren. None of them came even close to the price, professional attitude and friendliness of Gregory Hyundai! From the original e mail quote of Kris Choros to Sean ( Sales Manager) and last but not least James ( Sales Person), everyone did their best to make me feel important and wanting to earn my business! Roland provides the ultimate new vehicle purchase experience
Roland was the 6th salesman I met with to purchase a new car but the first to actually listen to what I wanted and not force a car upon me. I wax and waned between new, used, SUV, sedan and he patiently walked through every scenario with me. He is a mechanic in his own right and was able to list for me pros and cons of the engines on other cars that I had test driven as well as expected maintenance. I came in with the thought of purchasing the Tuscon and ended up with a smokin' pacfic blue Hyundai Sonata which I just love!! The Hyundai warranty is unbeatable and so is Roland's expertise!!

I was very happy with my buying experience at Gregory Honda. My sales representative, Greg Roland, was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive. The process of buying a car, which can be very stressful, was very pleasant and business-like at Gregory. Among other things, what differentiated Gregory from other dealers I had talked to was when I asked for the out-the-door price, they gave me one without hesitation. Other dealers annoyed me when they would give me a "ballpark" figure and would not give me a firm price until I came back a second time and told them I was ready to make a deal right there and then. Finally, after having the car for a week, I decided to have it undercoated. The service department was equally pleasant and business-like and I was very happy with the service.

From the moment I drove into the dealership and was met by Kevin Hart. until the last negotiation with Luke Clarizio the experience was very professional. We didn't always agree on things, but it turned out I really got a good deal. They know their products well. Kevin spent a long time educating me on all the features of my car. Cars aren't as simple as they used to be. I was very impressed with the dealership and would recommend them to everyone. If you get a chance give them the last look and I think you will be happy you did. By the way they didn't pay me to say this.
One day I was told they would hold a vehicle for me with a down payment. The next day the same "sales manager" would not except a down payment to hold the same vehicle. I spose that's why she is a "sales manager" at a used car store. Surprisingly I didn't get the car.

On 7/17/13 we signed a sales contract to purchase a used Audi A4 from Gregory Hyundai. The dealer promised to repair the front end and repaint an area on the side of the car as part of the sales agreement. The dealer promised the car to be ready on 7/19/13. We obtained the financing from our own credit union. Just before leaving our home, 80 miles away from the dealer, we called to make sure the car was ready before making the trip. We were told the car was all set. When we arrived, the repairs were not done and the sales manager said he could not afford to fix the car as agreed. He spoke with the owner who offered $200 for us to have the paint repaired ourselves and $65 to go to Car x for a front end alignment. The sales manager said he did not know what was all wrong with the car but that audis are too expensive to fix. This dealer did not live up to their end of the sales contract (legal or not, we dont know). We did not purchase the car. We would have appreciated the dealer being honest before we took time to take out a loan for the car and drive back and forth (more than 350 miles). We would never go back to this dealer or recommend them. It is my opinion the owners offer was a bit of an insult.
Waste of time -- old school car dealer tactics
I wrote to them about a specific pre-owned car that I had in mind and told them my budget. They replied with a higher price. I responded to that with a number between my original budget and their quote, to which they replied "I'm sure we'll have a deal" and invited me in. When I went it, they raised their price significantly over their originally quoted price, so we had nothing to talk about. In addition, the pre-owned car I was looking at turned out to be a manufacturer's buy-back (Lemon Law) car, and that wasn't disclosed to me until after I had driven it and spent nearly a half hour in the dealership. Every time the salesman left me to discuss something with his "manager," it took 15 minutes and this happened more than once. They also held the keys to my trade until I stood up to leave.

(Well, it seems a foreign girl is really easy to be cheated. ) But Gregory Hyundai has the most honorable dealership!!! Here is my experience with Gregory Hyundai: I am trying to buy a red Sonata. (1) The sales consultant Kevin offered me the lowest price from the first time we met. Kevin is very honest with prices, while other stores' dealers always tried to manipulate numbers. (2) The financial manager Richard got my car loan approved, while other dealers can not. He is also very cooperative, nice, and warm-hearted. I guess he should be a Christian. (3) The store manager Luke always keeps his promise. He agreed to give me the red Sonata at a certain price, but he could not find a car to match that low price. To my surprise, he turned out to give me the better car but still at the low price, just to keep his promise!!! Now, I am really happy! I do love my car! Gregory Hyundai has the best dealership ever!!!!! So although I got matching price from other Hyundai dealers, I still returned to Gregory Hyundai to buy the car, because they really have the best dealership!
Beware of their internet sales low-balling you.
They low-balled me over the internet and when I came to the dealership they jacked up the price a lot. What a waste of time... When I bought a car from them a couple of years ago they insisted on signing a document which locks you into arbitration in case you want to sue them. When I refused they vigorously tried to persuade me it was in my best interest which I think it was not. I am not happy with their service department either, I strongly feel they push services I don't really need. They also recommend services that Hyundai Motor America does not recommend. On the bright side, they are conveniently located next to freeway. They offer coffee in their waiting area and free Wi-fi is available there.

We stopped at Gregory Hyundai after shopping around for many months to find the right car. I was looking for a mid-size vehicle that would last me many years so I wanted the right size, a nice interior that would hold up, good gas mileage, and something I loved the look of and something that wasn't ridiculously expensive. We looked at Toyotas, Hondas, Lexus, Mazdas, Fords and more and I wasn't finding that car that I knew I wanted until I saw the Hyundai Santa Fe. Kevin Hart, our salesperson, was phenomenal. He greeted us right away, asked spot on questions about our needs, and ended up being the most low-pressure, thorough, patient and nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. He honestly made me feel like he only wanted me to purchase the car if I felt it was perfect for me. After we decided to buy the car, my husband did the negotiating and then we both went in to sign the financing paperwork and pick up the car. Both the negotiating and financing went so quickly and painlessly. It truly was the most low-pressure, easiest experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Kevin spent a lot of time making sure we understood the vehicle and how to operate it before we left. He also made it clear that I could come in any time and he would help me with any questions I had. He spoke very highly of the manager, the service department and the staff at the dealership. I have actually never been to a dealership where I wanted to go back and spend time there. I love the laid-back atmosphere at the dealership and the staff is always smiling and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I love the car! I get so many compliments on it.

Let me start by saying that my four previous personal car purchases were thru the Audi Exchange of Highland Park. For quite some time I've had the feeling that they a) have become complacent/arrogant due to Audi's success and/or b) take me for granted as a multi-repeat customer. Either way, as they say, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. So since the lease on my Audi was about to expire I decided to shop around. And shop around I did, going to many different dealers and test driving many different cars, including VWs, BMWs and Porsches. But from the very beginning I had my eye on the Hyundai Santa Fe, and one day I was passing by Gregory Hyundai and I thought what the heck, let's pull in and test drive one. I was greeted immediately by Dimitry Fuklev, who was sharp, attentive, and answered all of my questions. I said how about a test drive and the next thing he did was let me pick one out of their inventory and off we went. I was impressed, with both the car and the dealership. Upon return Dimitry suggested something I didn't even know was possible (to trade in my leased vehicle - buyout), which appeared to save me considerable money. I went home and did some research on the vehicle and returned with a list of questions. Dimitry took me to the service manager (a very nice lady) who answered my questions, and the one she didn't have an answer for she got a head mechanic and got my question answered. So we were wrapping up the deal and then Audi Financial was being a pain about the lease buyout by the dealership, so I just bought the car and traded it in. But I changed my mind on the color of the car, which didn't fluster Dimitry, who tracked my new choice down in a day. The time spent with the finance guy was all of 10 minutes, quick and easy.I'm an informed, demanding customer and nothing I threw at these guys made them lose patience or get pushy. I can honestly say I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience, and I have a feeling their service will be equally customer-oriented. If you're shopping for a Hyundai, stop by and ask for Dimitry -- I really can't recommend him, or the rest of the folks I met there, highly enough. 5 out of 5 stars.

I had the best experience purchasing my new Hyundai at Gregory Hyundai. I'm always leery when going to buy a car, but everyone at Gregory was incredibly friendly, no-pressure, and helpful. Rich in Finance is absolutely outstanding. He does his best to work with customers to get the greatest financing rates possible. He never rushes you and takes his time to explain everything in detail. He followed up with me right away and did everything in his power to get me financed at a great rate. Gregory Hyundai is very lucky to have him.

He was very easy to talk with, very personable and very helpful to initiate my sales inquiry and purchase. Luke the Sales Manager located the exact car I wanted ( a 2013 Silver Hyundai Tucson Limited). He offered me the BEST DEAL compared to three other dealers. There was no pressure, no BS. Luke was very easy to work with and accommodating. My Salesman Adrian also was outstanding. He spent a great deal of time and went with my wife and I for a test drive. I purchased a 2013 Sonata Limited Turbo from Gregory Hyundai 3 days ago and had to write a review immediately to let everyone know how great of an experience I had at this dealership! I must say, this was by far the best experience I've ever had at any dealership! First off, the staff there were so helpful and inviting from the first time I walked into the dealership. The salesman I dealt with was Roland. He was a pleasure to deal with! He helped me choose the car that was perfect for me, and never once did he push me into something I didn't want or hound me on the phone everyday like most salesmen do. When it came time for me to purchase the car, I told Roland exactly what exterior color, interior color and package I wanted. He located the car for me and I had it the next day! My experience was wonderful. I looked at the Elantra hatchback and sedan. Roland showed me both including his hatchback. I sat in both cars and test drove both. It was a difficult decision to make, but Roland, the salesman was very easy-going with my indecisiveness. I was also looking at a subaru impreza at the time and while Roland clearly wanted me to buy the Hyundai, he had some great things to say about the subaru too. I always felt at ease.When it came to buying the car, Roland was great at communication and negotiations were simple. Picking up the car took a little longer than expected because they were busy, but it was great to look at the other cars and learn as much about the elantra as possible before leaving with it. Richard, the finance guy was very helpful with financing the car. He explained how it would increase my credit rating and went through all the paperwork diligently explaining everything along the way. He also gave me some advice about future purchases. I went in there knowing that I wanted to get a new Sonata.From the moment that I walked in and met Dimitry I knew this was a fantastic dealer. He did not pressure me into anything! He let me choose which vehicles I wanted to drive and I made my own selection. I have been buying cars for 40 years, from a dozen dealers in California and Illinois. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I felt comfortable with everyone I met, never pressured, always listened to. This transaction was complicated because I was ending a lease early with another manufacturer and dealer in another town. Plus the car needed some body work before I could return it. Myriam is arranging the body work and Paul and Matthew will be assisting me in returning the car to the other dealer. This they did ,not because I asked, but because they sensed my concern and offered to help. This was great customer service. I got the car I wanted, the color I wanted and the price I wanted.I never had to ask twice nor haggle. I will recommend this Gregory Hyundai to everyone I know and anytime I have a chance. Customer service is obviously number one with this dealership. From the moment Kevin (our salesman) greeted us to the the moment we drove our awesome new Azera off the lot we felt like we just bought a car from a longtime friend. They gave us a fair trade in price and a great deal on our new car. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and the time consuming experience that is usually associated with the finance department was non existent as we were in the finance managers office (Rich) for as long as it took to sign the paper work.....about 10 minutes.Overall all experience was excellent and I would recommend this dealership and salesmen to anyone!
