I won't make that mistake again

They were very polite but didn't pay much attention to my questions. I asked 3 times about an employee discount through my work and they just ignored it. They never even acknowledged that I asked. They also quoted me a trade-in value for my car then lowered it by $2500 on their paperwork. When I asked they told me that he misread the original amount. This was my second time at their dealership being treated this way. There will not be a third.

Greenway says water inside my headlight is normal on a month old vehicle. What? Tommy Gallagher horrible service manager.. Didn't even looked at me while taking. He just shrugged his shoulders in a "don't care" attitude. Pretty much tough for me..

Great Salesman!

When we pulled into that parking lot of the dealership my boyfriends stomach started to turn at the thought of having to deal with the "SHARKS". I have to say Otwane was the nicest and most personable salesman we came across during our car shopping experience. We informed him that we just started shopping and was planning on looking at other dealerships. He was cool with that and put us in the car we saw on line to test drive. After shopping at the other dealership we ended up going back to him and bought that very car. He was not pushy at all and gave us exactly what we wanted. Barry Bonham was the person with whom we did business at Greenway Dodge. I wanted a Challenger, and Barry drove us around the hundreds of cars that were on the lot. We selected a Challenger, went into a cool showroom and proceeded to work on a price. I soon found out that my wants exceeded my pocketbook. Barry asked us to set a comfortable monthly payment figure, which we did. Barry then took us around the lot again and we found a 2014 Avenger with 3356 miles on it. We agreed to buy the car but when writing up the contract,the price tag displayed on the car had been written $1000.00 short. ( we verified this when we got home and looked on the computer ) Barry got the sales manager,who agreed to honor the lower price, and we had a deal. I had the worst car buying experience of my life there. Customer service was just nothing like you would think that you would get from a car dealership in this day and age. Wont recommend them at all.

Decent service and decent help.

Mr. Jackson was a very helpful sales representative who took his time in explaining the different cars available and the warranties for them, however, when I arrived there, he was not around to assist me, and a sales rep whose name I cannot remember was very pushy with the process, thankfully I did not purchase a car from this dealership, as the dealer I had received help from was somewhat rude.

My Experience

I went to purchase a used car. My first surprise was the closed sales lot. I understand security and the need to secure the cars, but being forced to walk through the busy sales floor in order to look at a car is intimidating, and I nearly just left the dealership. There are times when I just want to look, I want to walk the lot and see what is available, and have a private conversation with whoever is with me, not speaking with any sales member, when I know what I want, I will come looking for assistance. I found the used cars to be lower quality than I wanted to purchase, and priced at what I would expect a top notch used car would sell for. The 2 cars I looked at were both one owner cars, yet both had been smoked in heavily, so much so I would have wholesaled them. One had been wrecked, and both had quite a few scratches and nicks in the paint, both had stains on the carpet.. The body shop could have easily repaired the imperfections. I good carpet cleaning would have removed much of the smoke odor and stains. But these cars came in as trades or repos and went right back onto the lot. When I look for a used car, I want one with maintenance records, no stains on the carpet, odor free, and I want to nicks and scratches at the least touched up with some touch up paint and a fresh coat of wax. I want new oil, oil filter, air filter, engine wiped down of dust, windows washed and trash removed from car. If a dealer is unwilling to do this much, I have little trust in their ability to perform a mechanical evaluation, or inspection of the car. Sales guy was wonderful, honest and persistent, he wanted to sell the car and was willing to work to make the sale, but the quality of the car prevented him from selling one to me.

Great Dealership, worth the drive

We went to this dealership looking to trade in my wife's car. The salesman Victor Akimov was very accommodating and assisted us in finding the perfect Jeep that met all my wife's needs. The gave us top dollar for our trade-in sight unseen and with just an estimate regarding the actual mileage on the trade in. We signed all the paperwork and finalized the deal. Drove the brand new Jeep Wrangler home only to realize that I had accidentally given them the mileage of my car not the car we were trading in. There was a 18k difference in mileage. I was so stressed out and called Victor immediately to let him know about the mistake. He told me to just bring in the trade in and they would work everything out. The hour drive back to the dealership was the most stressful drive I have taken in a long time. I was so worried that this mistake would cause the whole deal to be void. But Victor was a stand up man and they still honored our deal and their only concern was my family being happy with the car we had just purchased. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. They truly care about their customers.

ZERO follow Through

Went on a Wednesday to see a car listed, was a new trade in, didn't get to be serviced and was not available for sale yet. Was told I would be informed in the next 2-3 days when the car was ready. Went back 2 days later after seeing a different listing and asked about the first because I was never called about the state of the original car I was interested in. This time the sales person I talked to did call me to let me know what was going to be done and a time frame to when it would be completed, 3-5 days. Was out car shopping on that Sunday and went past to see if anything else came in and spoke to the original sales person I saw. Told me he'd get on it and let me know the next day. Monday turns into Wednesday and I finally get a call that he believes that car is ready. I ask him to make sure before going on over. Wednesday turns to Saturday, still no call but now the listing has been pulled from online.

Our daughter was looking for her first car this week and we found the car of her dreams with the assistance of Joe Borrero and Kevin Marleton... She ended up picking a White 2011 Chevy Malibu. They were very patient, kind and listened to her wish list for her first car...even though they were quite busy. Purchased like new 2014 Honda CR-V car

I bought the car mainly because the price, miles and the color of the car. Overall the service was very poor. We made sure that the floor mats and the car fax report was available before we leave the facility. Also we requested that there was no gas so we need gas once we buy the car, but no luck. Sales people were not very friendly. Even though we wanted to pay cash and no financing, the process of paper work was almost 2.00 hours. Overall car price was great. Customer service and communication was very poor.

ONLY TO REVEAL THE TAKE 2500 DOLLARS OFF THE AGREED TRADE. I CALLED THE SALEMAN HE SAID THE GUY OVER HIM CHANGED HIS MIND. THEY WASTED MY 4 AND HALF OF THE NEXT DAY. Great Service

I went to Greenway after seeing a minivan that I was interested in online. The salesman Eddie Faraldo was very helpful with physically taking a look at the vehicle for me because I was not local. He made sure the vehicle had the features I wanted and verified the pricing that was listed. After I filled out the finance application, Greenway was able to find better finance terms than what I had. Once my financing was secured they called me and said I could pick-up the vehicle whenever I was ready. Eddie waited for us 30 minutes past closing to come in ,trade-in the old vehicle, sign the documents and get the new vehicle. The process was so fast and easy. We were in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes. I never thought buying a vehicle would be so easy, but Eddie and his team made it happen.

Pressure sales and incorrect numbers

Went in to look at a Dodge Dart. The car was beautiful, and I loved it. I really considered purchasing it, but was put off by the pressure sales techniques. Price given to me over email was not provided initially. They actually gave me a sheet showing the car price at approximately $3500.00 more than the one listed on the email, with additional pricing putting the car's final total at about $8000 more than the email price. Shady business! Tried to pressure me into purchasing a car that day even though I specifically said I would not be buying that day. Ended up buying a car from another dealership because I didn't want to give them my business. Very disappointing.

VICTOR AKIMOV! This is the third time we use Greenway Dodge and the two out of the three with Victor. The first time was with Matt Bishop who was promoted to Sales Manager. Victor understands my personality and my husband's we respect his advice and honestly. We love that he is not afraid to work for us at getting the exact deal we need and is NEVER PUSHY (a true gem in this industry). His colleague Sherman Burrell, was a very nice gentleman. In fact gentleman, is the best way to characterize both these men as they treated me and my husband with pure class and honesty ( You can never be angry at a person who is both respectful and honest). On Nov 3rd, I purchased a Town & Country Van 2013 and traded in my Town & Country 2010 at Greenway Dodge at 9051 E. Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32817. AWESOME PLACE!

My salesman was Michael and wow... Awesome experience. It was my first car and I doubt I could have gotten a better deal on such a new car with only 2k miles ! He didn't make us feel rushed or under pressure and even when we first came in we didn't feel hassled by any of the car salesmen. I bought a vehicle from Paul French and I just wanted Greenway to know that he is the reason I bought my vehicle. I had looked around at a couple other dealerships before going to Greenway but that turned out to be a waste of time the other sales people did not listen to what I was looking for and did not treat me with any respect. Great buying experience

I would have to say that I do not really like going to dealerships because of the way salesmen push you into a vehicle. Ironically, going to Greenway Dodge was a surprising experience. When I walked in i was greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced me to a young salesman named Nader Hady. He had a very outgoing personality and was very patient with me which made me more at ease with him. He took my mom and I to look at a new mini van. While taking us out to look at the mini vans he was also getting the value of my trade to save time and headache which i appreciated a lot. Again i have to give him credit for his patience with my mom and I because we asked plenty of questions which he had all the answers to. When he showed us the chrysler town and country, it was perfect for me. I loved the test drive and when it came down the payment I was not happy until Nader was able to drop the payment which suited me. It was a great buying experience for me and I will definitely be coming back to Greenway Dodge in the future for my next car.

Love my car from Greenway Dodge

Jonathan Jackson was the reason I bought my first certified used Acura MDX. My husband bought a Chrysler 300 from him less than a month before. I had my eye on the Acura and other cars from other dealers. I called around 3 other places and with the exception of one other, called and emailed me back and took the time to answer my questions prior to going to the dealership. Jackson is friendly, knowledgable, honest and great person to work with. I had a 5 month old baby with us and they got the whole process done in less than 2 hours, which is a record in my book.

Refused IPad offer after purchase of new car

I purchased a new Challenger after receiving a letter from Greenway dodge. It stated an IPad Mini with the purchase of a new car. Upon purchase my salesman told me his manager said "no way" after I asked about the IPad. Several weeks later the Internet Sales Director Mr Fritz told me that there is usually an exclusion on those offers but could not find one on the letter that I kept. He refused the offer a second time. This dealership is not operating with business integrity if this is how they treat their new customers. I deeply regret purchasing my vehicle which I enjoy from a dealership with questionable ethics.

In a class of their own.

We had been looking all over Central Florida for a clean used Dodge Challenger. Pretty much ran ourselves ragged for two weeks wanting to be sure the decision we made was the best. We even checked dealers in Tampa and Bradenton in hopes of finding the best deal on a quality used car. Well to say that the experience was frustrating is a huge understatement. We were about to just give up entirely until my wife stumbled across n advertisement by Greenway and thought it was worth looking into. We were surprised from the start as we were treated like they wanted to earn our business. I must say that I have purchased many cars new and used and this had to be the easiest purchase I have ever had and on top of that Greenway Dodge and our salesperson Victor met and exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived, The car was waiting for us and ready to go. As for the car it was optioned better than anything else we had seen at thousands less than everyone else. I will sum up my review with the statement that I will be back again. Thank you for setting an excellent example for your customers.

Would not work on price

Went on line saw a vehicle I wanted asked the on line chat person if they could get a better price and he basically said no will not work with you. Would not waste my time haggling with them. Whenever looking on line I see it's this dealership I don't even bother clicking anymore.

Conning Salesman

Hiram Gonzalez appeared to be a very knowledgeable and personable salesman, and I was very impressed. When I got the vehicle home, I noticed there was some damage to the dashboard. When I took it back the next day to have it detailed, I was told that the whole dashboard would need to be replaced. The repair took two days to complete. On the second day, the salesman, Hiram Gonzalez happened to call me to see how I liked my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I told him I was not very happy since I have only owned the Jeep for 4 days and for 2 of them it was in the shop. He said he was "sorry to hear that, but thank you anyway" and abruptly hung up on me. I guess he was expecting to hear some positive comment and when he didn't he hung up. I did complain but have heard nothing back from them. I guess once they get the sale, they don't care. Colleen Sargent in the service department however was awesome.

Not Good Services it is a Catch

First when you buying a car or van or SUV and you are dealing the price. These dealership has way to catch you that on the paper when you singe some time you don't notice that you was corn. When you thinking that you only paying with interset say $19000.00 with you car trade in and no money down and if you not very understanding on the paper then you have been catched by these dealership people now you will be paying about $27000.00 until all paid with interset. And they don't officer you even glass off water or coffee when you are spending so much with them. And it take them to sell a car plus clean up and papers work almost 6 hours,. So during that time you are tried and your mouth dried up. Then say week time when you reading the papers then you notice what they have done to you now you can't back up so you are stuck with the car even you don't give a tag plate cover it is that cheap people they are.

I live 75 miles from the dealership, but found the Jeep i wanted online. There i found by far the best price, no one local would touch it. Sent an inquiry by email at 8:00 pm Adam answered within 10 minutes. Answered my questions, drove up in a couple of days, bought the Jeep wrangler listed on their site at price advertised. Everyone there was more than friendly and helpful making sure i was taken care of. Had to come back the next day, another 150 mile to pick up vehicle after alarm installed and detailed, well worth the drive. My only regret is dealership is not close enough to have my service done there after my sales experience. I would highly recommend this dealership not only for price, but how friendly, helpful and pleasant their entire staff was to me and my son the next day picking up the vehicle. Great customer service

I had been to another dealership in the morning, and was thoroughly disgusted with how I was treated. A friend recommended I stop in and look at a car at Greenway Dodge. His salesman was helping another customer, so Adam helped me. He was pleasant, and respectful. Also, the finance manager that I had was also incredible. It was late on the night before, and he never once complained about having to stick around and close my deal. All in all, everyone I dealt with at Greenway dodge was professional and courteous Adam was great and I could not ask for anything more!

Adam was great

I was looking for a Mustang with low miles and in my price range, doing my research online. I found a Mustang online at Greenway Dodge and called to get more information about it. I talked to Adam on the phone about what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. He did the numbers and we just couldn't get the deal I was looking for on that Mustang. A few days later Adam call's me and says he has found a Mustang for me. Because he had most of my information from talking to me on the phone, when I went in and saw the Mustang (yes, I loved it!) the paper work was done pretty fast and Adam had me in and out with the perfect Mustang for me. With the price and miles I was looking for. I really liked that Adam understood what I was looking for and that when I gave my price range he followed it and found exactly what I wanted. we bought a brand new Grand Caravan from Greenway, and adam was our sales person. We absolutely love our (first) GC, and the experience with adam was extremely positive. Linton was great

I was in Greenway almost a week ago and to purchase a new Ford Fiesta. I first went to Don Reid but left after their less than stellar service. They didn't even try to help me. I left Don Reid and went straight to Greenway where I was greeted immediately by Linton. He spent at least 5 hours trying to get me the exact car I wanted. It was also cold this day but that wasn't a deterrent, we didn't stop until I was satisfied on which car I was going to purchase. I'm very indecisive but Linton was there to help me make my decision. I'm very happy with my car and the service I received. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member, in fact I already have.

Our Fiat salesperson Metin Akpinar was great as the wife liked Fiat and myself Chry Retrackable convertible all said & done a new Fiat 2013 and a 2013 Chrysler 200 retrackable hard top. Met when threw the whole deal with both sides. Deals went great doing to different deals at once. Rob Redgate helped with Chrysler side. 2 different parts of Greenway. Finished deals on Sat and drove both trades back on Sunday and drove new cars home. WAS NOT shopping just lookie lue. Met finished with Fiat then showed me the Chrysler 200. I set a max payment and it was met. The financing went great and we are happy with our new cars. My truck was totaled thanks to a red light runner. After pay off I went to Arrigo dealer in palm beach and wow terrible cars and customer service was funny like a bad joke. No call backs and no nothing on price just like tuff, it is what it is. Sales guy even tried the Take Away which did not work, I took away me to another dealer. Greenway Dodge had what I wanted but a tad high on price for myself. Car worth every cent but with kids and budgets it was out of reach. But Johalvy did her best and got me a real word of mouth they could get the price I needed and if i drove the 3 hours it would be there. 3 hour drive later and well worth it for me i saw and purchased my car. NO GAMES NO WELL DUH I DONT KNOW. I though this is to good to be true car to nice and my financing to difficult. Being check had not cleared from pay off of totaled truck. BUT I was Very happy with service and the job done to get me into that car. I left in the impossible and at that moment Arrigo called "Hey bro I think we can drop price $500". Told him HEY BRO I just got a 1year newer 15,000less mile,2year warranty, navigation,with new tires,new battery and a CLEAN car fax. HE HUNG UP he did the take away and it worked out 150% for me.

We had done business for years with another dealership. This time we shopped price. Apples for apples, Jose beat others prices, including the dealership with which we had done business with for years. That dealership tried to instill fear in us, telling us that Jose would not keep the deal when we met in person. Jose assured us over the phone that if we had been honest with him about our trade in, that the deal would go down just as promised. He said, he could not give us the warm fuzzies over the phone that we were looking for, but that he would be true to his word if we had been honest with him. Once we met with Jose all the fear that the other dealership had tried to put in us melted away as the deal went down not only as Jose had told us it would, but actually even a little better. Jose was professional, courteous, and honest. He is definitely a man of integrity and we feel he would never try the tricks our long time dealer did. The first dealer should be ashamed trying to persuade us through fear to keep our business with them. We cannot say enough nice things about how Jose walked our mother through the buying process and patiently explained the features of her new vehicle to her. If you are looking for a new car, Jose is with whom you wish to deal, even if it takes you a few hours to get there. We passed many dealerships in our two-hour ride to the dealership, but in the end it was time well spent.

In 35 years of car buying experience, this was my best experience ever. Jose and others really bent over backwards to make sure they earned my business. I didn't think they wold be able to make a deal I cold accept, but they were absolutely exceptional. Service after the sale has been great too. i will will buy again from this dealership.

Jose did a great job! When i first arrived at dealership Jose waited on my wife and i and was very friendly and helpful. I had been in contact with Jamie previously via e-mail so I was turned over to Jose though Jamie stayed near by to help Jose take care of us. Jamie was very knowledgeable and truthful at all times. There was no pressure at any time even though it was a Friday night and I'm sure both gentlemen wanted to get home. our dealer was victor akimov he was very polite and very informing about what we were looking for in a vehicle.he took out to look at different vehicles. we stopped to look and talk about each one,we were deciding on weaher to get a mini van or a truck. we decided on a mini van because of out life style.

no pressure

I hate car dealers, so I have not been to one in over a decade because of the last experience. just fixed up the car I already owned, but knew I would have to try again sooner or later. this time I figured I would do all of my research online for the used vehicle I want, and had my bank financing set before I even talked to anyone. the Jeep I found was at Greenway it was thousands less than the other dealers in the area for the same model and year, Plus theirs was a certified preowned when most of the others were not. the carfax was there and they also listed the realdeal.com link which did show the other cars in the area that I already knew about. that is when I called and talked to Doug Alexander I asked straight questions and got straight answers. and no pressure, he emailed and texted me with pictures and any remaining questions I thought of. when I had all of the info I needed I set a time to pick up the jeep, as I was coming from the Daytona area. when I got to the dealership, the jeep was parked ready for the test drive, he showed me the paperwork on the certified preowed filled out a little paperwork with him and was ready to go to financing to finish off the paperwork. I was also happy with finance department, I know they make their money from loans and add on's, they asked if I wanted them but never pressured me. and finished the paperwork quickly. I left Ormond Beach at 9:30am and was home by 2:00pm and that included 45 min. lunch with my friend. it was a pleasant experience without the stress that I had from times before
