I could not have found a better place for a used car purchase. As someone who has a bit of rough credit, Chris and the rest of the Greenway team went above and beyond to find something I could be approved for and still leave with an awesome ride. I don't have much vehicle knowledge and Chris's extensive knowledge helped me make the right decision. He was very patient with me, letting me test out vehicles. plus he worked tirelessly to make the deal work for me. When I had a problem with the trunk's struts a week after driving, Chris was quick to get a managers approval to fix the issue, despite it not being covered by the warranty and it being a used car. That's what I call above and beyond!
Amazing customer service
We had the pleasure of working with Otwane at Greenway. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. The first time we came in was a Sunday right before they closed and he didn't pressure us to buy, or to leave for that matter. He answered all our questions. We checked out a few other dealerships one of which would have given us more for our trade but we came back because of how great he was. There was a better selection of pacificas with the specifications we wanted. We ended up buying 2 cars when we came back. Highly recommend Otwane if you are looking for great customer service!
New Car Purchase
We were looking for our first mini van and contacted Greenway Chrysler via internet about the Pacifica model, specifically the Touring L-Plus or Limited models. We arrived at Greenway and asked for our internet contact Michael Stroud, but Michael was not available so we were helped by Pedro Caamano. He was very courteous and appeared to be dressed more professional than the other salesmen walking around wearing black T-shirts. Pedro was a good listener regarding our desired options and our price-point. He found the Pacifica we wanted burred behind five others cars in the lot, but immediately arranged a test d rive and worked with us to meet the price we were willing to pay. Pedro offered us rebates and payment options as we negotiated the total cost. Our overall experience was enjoyable and we could not be happier with our purchase. Five Stars for Pedro, he was an excellent salesperson and we were fortunate that was was available when we walked through the Greenaway doors.

I have been searching for a used van for a couple weeks. I had a checklist of things I wanted and a price I wouldn't go over in mind. I researched and looked at car dealerships all over Central FL. I finally found a van I wanted to see and drive at Greenway. I researched it ahead of time, and it fit all of my needs. I met Zach Dillon there and he was amazing. Showed me the van I wanted to see, didn't try to upsell me, understood my budget concerns, didn't pressure me at all. It was a smooth process. Zach was helpful, kind, honest, and no hassle. I love my new Wrangler Unlimited
I contacted Geeenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep and see if I can find a deal on a Wrangler Unlimited that would work for me. After communicating through email I met with Pedro Caamano and he was friendly and helpful with my questions and my test drive. It didn't take long to work out a deal that I was happy with and I went home in my new 2017 Wrangler Unlimited Sport.

Greenway Dodge is the only place I get by truck serviced. The guys in the back do a great job but the guys up front Rock - especially ROYCE who is PHENOMENAL. He has the best customer service skills - he keeps you up to speed every step of the way.. I trust him to take good care of me and my vehicle.

Their POOR INSPECTION almost cost me my LIFE!!!
My fiance and I purchased a truck from greenway just over a month ago. Being that it was a $25k vehicle from a "reputable dealer" and was only a 2 years old, we did not expect to have any issues. After purchasing the vehicle they informed us they still needed to preform a proper inspection which we would have to set up an appointment for. We brought the truck back a week later to have it done and got an all clear. We then had to return 2 additinal times to pick up temp tags and then they had to mail me a dealer tag due to the fact that they still had not received my new tag!Now, while this was all huge headache, I could not have even imagined what was yet to come...From the day I purchased the truck the tires would not hold air for more then a few days. While driving 70mph down the turnpike they front left tire blew out from DRY ROT. I lost control as we went into the guardrail and then across 3 lanes of heavy traffic. Thankfully we were unharmed but our truck was almost totaled. Insurance has covered everything but the tires due to the fact that the accident was caused due to the dry rotted tires. We have kindly asked Greenway to simply replace the tires. It is clear this entire accident could have been avoided if they had not been so negligent and preformed a proper inspection on my vehicle. They have refused and I am beyond displeased with their service. I would NEVER RECCOMENT THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE.

After a dreadful experience on the dearlership next door (Nissan), we ended up in Greenway Dodge dearlership where we were met by salesman Joe. He was very patient and understood the particularities we brought with us. It was our first car bought in the US, we had no idea how the process had to be done, we had no credit history and a lot of questions. Joe was incredible, very atentive, supported us throughout the day while we filled out all the paper work and went beyond any imaginable effort to get us the best deal on our Dodge Dart 2015. It has been almost a week with our new car and we are super happy about it. I have also to thank Mary, from the front desk (I guess) and insurance representative Steve, who were also very patient with our questions. Great costumer service, good selections and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal. It made our car buying experience a lot better. I will definitely come back for our seccond car and look for Joe.

My husband and I just wanted an oil change on our 2015 Jeep Sahara, but we ended up with a 2016 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon. We wandered the lot looking at the new Jeeps with Hiram and Noel. My husband had a lot of requirements if we were going to purchase a new vehicle. Unfortunately, Greenway did not have the vehicle we wanted. So, Hiram and Noel did a search throughout Florida and found it. I had my new Jeep on my birthday and it is absolutely gorgeous. Our salesmen were very personable and went out of their way to find our perfect Jeep. Jose, our finance guy, was also quite personable and made paying the down payment a little less painful. I had the pleasure of working with Pedro Caamano during my car buying experience. I was unhappy with the car I was in and wanted out. Pedro was patient and explained many options to me, even searching each vehile by its VIN to find the one which had the most rebates in order to make the deal happen for me. Does not honor their "Purchase Agreement"
Below is the email that I wrote to one of the managing members. I have yet to hear back.Mr. Letson,I would like to take a moment to fill you in on an incident that happened yesterday at Greenway Dodge. My husband had been looking at a 2010 Range Rover over the course of these past few days. Being that we knew that we were in the market for a car, we went ahead and secured our own financing in an effort to not make the car buying purchase an ordeal. My husband had been dealing with Jaret, who was very pleasant. My husband had his truck appraised at Greenway, and had ultimately settled on the 2010 Range Rover. Last Wednesday was his first of a string of visits to Greenway. My husband and I both returned to Greenway on Saturday to test drive the vehicle, but after waiting over 30 minutes to be waited on, we decided to go get dinner. We returned only to be told that we would be unable to test drive the vehicle because the auto start battery was dead. We were told that the battery should be in on Monday. We returned last evening (Monday) to test drive and possibly purchase the vehicle. My husband test drove the vehicle and we both agreed that this was what we wanted. We asked for the Carfax, as the vehicle was the only vehicle on the lot that did not have the Carfax posted. The Carfax came back with a crash in 2011. My husband and I decided that we would need to talk the purchase over in light of this revelation. We were not too excited about purchasing a previously wrecked vehicle. Jaret presented us with a purchase order just in case we chose to move forward. I verified that the price on this purchase order was the bottom line, out-the-door purchase price. Jaret confirmed that this was the final price; tax, tag, etc. After sleeping on it and discussing it further this morning, we decided to proceed with the purchase. I contacted the bank and told our banker that we were ready to move forward with the purchase of the 2010 Range Rover. We provided her with the dollar amount that was on the bottom of the purchase order. My husband drove to Greenway and told Jaret that we were ready to move forward with the purchase. I left work early to meet my husband so that we could sign the papers. As we sat down to sign the papers, we realized that the dollar amount on the purchase agreement had increased by $2,500.00. We questioned Jaret on this and he went to check on the discrepancy. Jaret returned with a man (dont recall his name or title) that proceeded to explain to us that the purchase price was incorrect. They had added a $2,500.00 rebate that should not have been added, and that the final cost of the vehicle had increased by $2,500.00 due to this error. Needless to say, my husband and I were beyond furious. I have a written commitment from your dealership that this man was now telling me would not be honored. I had secured the funding for the exact dollar amount in the purchase agreement, contacted our insurance company to get the ball rolling for the addition, I left work early (which is one of my busiest weeks), and brought our children with us. When my husband and I stood to leave, the manager who had notified us of this recent development, had a very flippant attitude and pushed the papers out of the way and then reached to shake my hand. I have never, ever in my life refused anyones hand, until today. How dare he have an attitude with us. It takes a lot to get our family out the door. One of our children is autistic, and isnt inclined to sit around a dealership while we try to negotiate a vehicle purchase. This was a huge reason we tried to have everything done as far in advance as possible. Furthermore, your dealership is 17 miles (one way) from our home. We traveled there four times, for a total of 136 miles, just to be jerked around. Three of those four times we had our children with us. We purchased our Ford Freestyle, brand new from the Greenway Ford Dealership, and our Jeep Wrangler, brand new, from your Dodge dealership in 2011. We were hoping to have the same great experience. We were very disappointed by how much your customer service had declined over the past five years. We could have gone to any number of dealerships in Orlando, but we chose Greenway Dodge due to our previous experience. I am sad to say that this experience was bad enough to override the good experience 5 years ago. I will admit that I let my disappointment and frustration get the best of me. I was incredibly rude to the man that possessed the flippant attitude. He was honestly just fine to watch us walk out the door, and I think that this, in part, is what infuriated me so much. Not knowing or caring how much we had been through just to purchase this vehicle, was more than I cared to tolerate from anyone that stands to profit from our purchase. Only when he realized how serious we were about contacting you, and realized that he had an audience , did he decide to act like a concerned party. So, here we are with no vehicle to show for our many trips, and effort to minimize the headache of the process. Here you are with one less sale and one less returning customer. Unfortunately, nobody won tonight. It was not our fault that the purchase agreement was prepared incorrectly, or that Jaret verbally stated that what I was looking at was accurate. When doing business, I expect to be able to trust what is written and verbalized. When you dont stand behind your word, you really have nothing at all. At this point we will move forward with contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Anxiety level were kept at a minimum
I commend Otwane Randolph was very patient with me and guided my decisions without pressure or coercion. They worked with my budget and I got the car for my needs. The finance office was very good in explaining all the paperwork and kept payments within the budget.
Never answer your questions.
Requested information about a car three separate times with two different salespeople. Never received answers to the questions. Received return emails as spam asking if I was interested in buying a car. Would reply asking for the information asked before. Still would not receive the information.
Greenway is the best in the business
My experience with the Greenway Collision Center was beyond great. I worked with Joe from day one and he was amazing. My Jeep had previously been with Empire Collision on Orange Blossom Trail and they had destroyed my 2014 Jeep Cherokee after a wreck. The damage should've taken about 7 days and Empire kept it 32 days and when I got it back it looked as if it had been in a salvage yard. Joe and Greenway were the recipients of my Jeep and were able to make it look brand new. I was worried that the Jeep was unfixable when Greenway became the recipient but they did amazing work and I will return to them with any vehicle I may need serviced or repaired in the future. I definitely recommend everyone to ask for Joe if you need collision work done. He is the best!!!
Motor Replaced On My New Car, Still Problems!!
In the past we have always bought our vehicles at Greenway. I will not be using them anymore, I am very disappointed. My husband and I purchased 2 brand new matching Dodge Dart GTs within a week of each other,. His we only had a minor problem, of the seat showing signs of wear within the first 6 months. Greenway did the repair. But my car is another story! My car had under 10,000 miles and would stall out daily going 45 mph. It was a danger to drive almost getting rear-ended multiple times. I was afraid to drive it. The car has had a pulsating condition since it was a couple of months old and it still does. I have brought my car in multiple times with them unable to find anything wrong with it. The keep telling me thy can't get any codes. Finally they found something, it had to do with the oil consumption and replaced the whole motor in the car. This is a BRAND NEW CAR! That stopped the stalling. But it still smells hot, the car is loud and makes irregular noises, drives rough still pulsating or jerking down the road, it rattles and vibrates The car has been out of service multiple times at the dealership totaling more than 17 days now. Today, they told me the whole navigation system/ radio now needs to be replaced. I have to wait 5 more days for the new parts. Enough is enough!! My husband has the same exact car and his car runs totally different from mine and I have told the dealership this. Greenway can't find the problem because they can not get codes!!!They didn't have codes to replace the motor. I have followed the Lemon Law regarding this and have sent letters to Chrysler/ Dodge along with the Motor Vehicle Defect Notification to Tallahassee. This CAR IS A LEMON! I am tired of keep bringing it in and they can't fix it. Even all my friends and family think they need to replace the car. I didn't have this many problems with my old car. This is a NEW CAR!!!

They sold me a car with several safety recalls and
They sold me a car that had many safety recalls, and urged me to cooperate and bring it back to their service department to get it serviced and fixed to safety standards. Basically, I was defrauded and was given the run-around when I wanted to cancel out the deal and get my money back. Since it is a brand new car, it is supposed to have bumper-to-bumper protection from the manufacturer. So weeks turned into months and all the people I dealt with during the sales process just avoided addressing my concerns and telling me when I can get my money back. They claimed that they can't help me out if they can't locate the car. They treated me as an inconvenience and would not do the right thing and just refund the money since they took possession of the car anyway. They would not honor the manufacturer warranty and the service contract because the greedy sales people were negligent and lost track of the car after selling it to me knowing that it has safety defects. Lack of cooperation and malicious negligence is all the service recovery that I got from the folks at Greenway.
Austin did a good job and was very helpful. I was trying to get in and out in somewhat of a hurry and Austin made that happen, drove my car home and went out of his way to make my experience great. Thanks again!
Otwane Best Salesperson!
After days and long hours online searching for a new vehicle. Otwane made the experience a lot more enjoyable and stressed free. Using Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep online inventory I knew exactly which car I wanted to test drive. Immediately Otwane was friendly/attentive and had me in the vehicle in no time. He took the time to get my car down to the best price as well as staying after hours to make sure my deal went through smoothly. Honestly, I most enjoyed not feeling like I was being pitch to buy a vehicle I had no interested in but being asked what I needed for my new car. Not a good place to buy a car
Poor customer service both in sales and parts area. Took them a month to pay off my trade. Sales person called in supervisor for high pressure sale.

I took a 2 hour drive to go buy a car from Greenway ! Great prices great vehicles and great service! Tyler Rodriguez and the rest of the staff were awesome we shared some laughs and we worked a good deal! Shop around know what you're looking for and compare and you will see Greenaway has great prices and they are easy to work with! BUYERS BE AWARE
After visiting Greenway Dodge the first time they showed me a car half put together. So I left vowing to never return. I was contacted by the Sales Manager Eric Fritz, and promised that they could make me a deal that would be well below the $500.00 per month payment I was looking at. Well after much debating I decided to return and give them another chance to earn my business. The vehicle was pristine and ready to go. Well I sit down and after telling me they could pay my car off with the numbers I had given them, they decided that wasn't going to work that I was upside down in a car that had appraised at other dealerships for well more than I owed. So now the payment went up 20.00. By the time I sat down to sign papers my payment had made it all the way to 544.00. Once I sat down in the office to sign, my payment went up again to 560.00. First they attempted to change the interest rate hoping I wouldn't notice, then they tried to convince me that they payoff on my car was even higher than the guy who called right in front of me and got my payoff actually rote down. So after getting another manger involved, I just got up and walked out. Greenway tries to sneak charges and changes into your deal all the way up to the point you sign. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! This dealership is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to continue ripping people off the way they tried to do me.

I did not make it easy for him, with all the questions that we had, he was able to answer all my questions professionally.He went above and beyond trying to get us the best deal. They also took away my prior car, that they gave me a steal on. seriously, I laughed when they gave me money for it.Moral of the story, do you homework, know what you want, how much you are willing to pay, and let these guys take care of the rest. We couldn't be happier
My wife and I went to Greenway Dodge to look at a Rams, we had been to a couple of dealerships earlier in the week and we're getting a little frustrated with the process. We meet Sherman at the door, I thought, here we go again. He got our trade appraised...up front! I like that. We then went out and looked at a couple of trucks, I'm still waiting for the game. We found the right truck and went back inside. He said, the hard part was over...yeah right, he told me what our trade was worth, the price on the truck we selected, the payment, the trem, the interest rate. I kept waiting for the game, it never began. Buying a truck can't be that easy. No appointment, Just stop by and within 3 hours I got my new vehichle with the help of GOUTAM PAI. He doesn't just sell cars, but he cares about everthing around it. 4 oil change scam
I bought the 4 oil changes for I think about $70 a year and a half ago. I used the first one there, no problem. They said that it was on my VIN number and I could use anywhere. Well, to my surprise you can't. I moved and I can not use at any other dealer. They say that it had to be put into the chrysler system and Greenway didn't do that. So, as I stand in front of the dealer in Venice Fl he said it is not in the system and I must pay for the oil change. I call Greenway Dodge as I'm standing there and they say that I have 4 oil changes I ask are you sure and she said yes. I ask if the Venice service guy want to talk to them he said no, doesn't matter if it's not in the system he can't do anything about it. Then I tell the Greenway service person to check again and she then says that my VIN number has been assigned to a different name a "Joe somebody" and I don't own the car anymore. What are you kidding me. I tell her to forget it and hang up. Both dealers are idiots and I am sorry I bought a Dodge. Everytime I try to have something done at any Dodge dealer it is nothing but a hassle. Arrggg...... I have learned my lesson. $75 oil change and NEVER BUY a Chrysler Dodge product again!

Best car salesman
Otwane Randolph assisted me the whole way through the sale with my used car including the issues I had after the sale. We drove over from Melbourne to see a 2013 Ram Laramie Longhorn. We expressed over the phone that we did not have a lot of time so we were pleased when our sales person, David Atkins, had the truck pulled up and ready to go when we arrived. He was very friendly but never pushy. The truck basically sold itself but he was awesome getting the necessary paperwork filled out and getting us into the finance dept. in a timely manner. Not only did he check up on us, he was super quick to respond when we had a question regarding out Sirius radio free trial (even though it was his day off) We would certainly recommend Greenway/David Atkins to anyone in the market for a new/pre-owned vehicle.

Horrible Service Dept
What is the use of making an appt to have service when they have no intention of keeping the time. 2.5 hours for an oil change!!!! Are you kidding me!!!???? And when I asked the status of my car, I got an indifferent look and a glance a glance at a watch. The response...a shoulder shrug and "15 or 20 minutes". Not a "I'll check on that sir, or a let me see what the hold up is". If it weren't for the fact that I purchased the maintenance program when I bought the car, I would NEVER come back here again!!!

stay away from this dealership at all costs. A huge ripoff.
The sales agents are very pushy and there is no loyalty to the customer. All they care about is your money and scoring their commission. They will go through through any length to take your money. In my case, they overdrafted my bank account and had my car towed away. Basically, thousands of dollars of my hard-earned money went down the drain. I wish i just avoided dealing with them and kept my money. Please be extremely careful dealing with this dealership and do not crack under the salesmen's pressure and throw away your money. This dealership does not care about the customer, they just care to score a sale, and basically STEAL your money.

I went to this Dealership on 6/11/16 after being at the Holler Honda, where I had a terrible cust serv experience. We spent a great deal of time checking out their in stock Jeeps, test driving, and talking about what features I wanted in my Jeep. As a woman sometimes it's hard to go into a sales environment that is mostly men and feel comfortable BUT my experience when I stopped by has given me the confidence that dealing with this particular agent will continue to be a pleasant one. I knew was the time for a new car, but I was a oscillating since I knew many dealers are really "pushing" to get the sale done without placing the customer first. From the first moment I chat via online chat feature, Mr. Jonathan contacted me and provided me with additional information and bullied that customer- client confidence. Mr. Jonathan looked for the best financial and vehicle option but ultimately leaving me and husband the final call. Best Buying Experience Ever
This is the first positive experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We were so fortunate to be able to deal with Mr. Stroud who was so caring and patient. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and was able to present us with several choices that fit our family perfectly. He was so knowledgeable and professional and made the whole experience fun for both me, my husband and our kids. We purchased a vehicle that was a bit higher than what we believed to be our budget ceiling but after Mr. Stroud explained the features and how they would benefit the family, it just made sense. We are so happy with our Toyota and plan on seeing Mr. Stroud soon for a new car for my husband. A big "thumbs up" for Mr. Stroud and Greenway Dodge!
Worst Customer Service
I recently had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered while at Greenway Dodge. The sales manager that presented the finance cost was rude, aggressive, and patronizing. After I conveyed that we would not be able to agree on a sale, the rep proceeded to mock the idea of a private sale of my vehicle. The rep continuously made disparaging remarks regarding what price and vehicle I would be able to afford. In order to exit the conversation to avoid escalating the tense discussion I had to stand up and request the return of my car keys. While exiting I commented to the sales manager that I would not be recommending this dealership, to which the reply was "OK." This experience has not only caused me to not look at Greenway for future purchases but to also actively recommend for other people to not visit Greenway for any purchases. While would I hope this was only the indiscretions of one person, the offense was so egregious I can only assume this was not a single instance and that this is a direct reflection of the customer service level to be expected at Greenway.

We purchased our dream van today at Greenway Dodge. I had such a AMAZING, no stressfully experience. My husband and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Sam Barakat. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with the 2016 van but that it was exactly what we wanted. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite. He was very patient with us, especially on a Friday night .I had so many questions and he was so patient and polite and explained EVERYTHING and delivered on everything we discussed. My husband and I dealt with several dealers over our years of car shopping but by far Sam is the most caring, patient, knowledgeable and honest person and his educational experience in finance was very useful . My Husband and I will recommend Sam to anyone we know wanting to buy a car and we will definitely buy from him again when looking to make another purchase. Service Department Has to be the WORST! going back to CHEVY!
Hello,I have contacted the Service Department as well as HQ for Dodge. I am expecting a phone call from the GM or Area Manager. I have second opinions, doctor notes and have read and gathered the reviews/ complaints from what apparently seems to be the normal for this particular Dodge dealership. I have a file number and will be happy to provide that upon call. However, I am posting here to let everyone know exactly what happened. I don't want anyone to go through what I have went through. I will professionally continue to spread word about the service department of this dealership until action is taken including legal routes for negligence.I won't post all of the details but you will also see my review amongst other places. I took my Dodge Charger R/T in in March. I let them know that upon starting my car, the hood popped, white steam came from the vents and fluid splashed all over my garage floor with no hints of anything wrong. No light or anything. This car does not even have 35000 miles on it. A tow truck came and they let me know it would be a couple days until it was fixed. I got a call saying they put in the radiator, which was what busted and I could pick it up. Fast forward to Tuesday, I pick it up and thank them, then leave. Pulled down the street, filled up the gas tank (I have receipts showing that my gas was always the same and never had an issue). Immediately the car fills up with an overwhelming gas smell. I call and ask to take it back but no one was available as it was late in the day.I make it home and bring it back it the following day. The tech Royce lets me know that I would be charged for inspection and then maybe looking at $400 then they wouldn't charge me for the inspection fee. I let them know about the warranty, tell them it was not conducive for me to bring my car and leave it again as I am in the Military and my son has to go to school. I leave and ten minutes later Royce calls me and asks me where I got gas. I told him Wawa and he goes to say, "You left your gas cap at Wawa" I say, "I don't have a gas cap." He says, " You think you don't but you do." I say again, "I do not have a gas cap. The rubber stopper is on the door and the metal cover cannot be moved..." he interrupts again and says, "You have a gas cap, I'm trying to tell you, you have a gas cap." At this point, he is getting irritated and I am just appalled that he would be classified as a certified service tech when it is almost common knowledge that Dodge Chargers 2011 and newer have no gas cap! I ask him to look it up and call me back.Ten minutes later, he calls back and he goes, "You overfilled it." Again, I say, "No I didn't, can you please look further into the issue." He says, "I don't know if you did it or someone else but I'm telling you, you over filled it." I let him know time was not an issue but I really needed my car looked at. He says, "Come get your car" and hangs up. P.S. I have voicemails :).I go pick up my car because obviously I am not getting what I need addressed, addressed. I park the car in the garage and oh, look...mini leaks from the back of the car :). I say, "Okay, well let me call again." I call and they said "No leaks were noted"... Alright, so I am being called a liar again? Great. A few minutes later my carbon monoxide alarm goes off, so I turn it off and pull the car outside my garage. My son starts to tell me he a headache and doesn't feel too well. Call the doctor and we both have mild symptoms of intoxication which I knew as I am also in the medical field but I needed it documented. They said they ran the car so the excess gas would burn off and it was safe to drive, no charge. But my check engine light is still on. Then it starts blinking.Fast forward, I am without a car until another service provider could get me in. I asked a military car provider and Pepboys. I got it to Pepboys and they were a little hesitant at first, I mean if the service provider can't see anything, then there must be nothing right? To make this part shorter, they found a leak in my tank and the gas is pooling inside my car in my fuel pumps located under my son's carseat in the backseat... ---- I have pictures and an invoice.I get it fixed right away because obviously it isn't safe to drive at this point and I can't take it back to my house because it's fumes are a health hazard. I called to talk to the manager and she basically said at first, "No one was seriously hurt, so you have no reasons to press charges." So, you want me to die before I press charges? From a medical point of view, you can sue a doctor before you are seriously hurt or near death. Looking at your background, I can see that my experience was nothing out of the ordinary. And that drives me even more because I will not stop action is taken and that your CUSTOMERS get the service they deserve. According to the Dodge website it says "Customer Service is our number one priority." Well where in this was it your number one priority, Dodge?

This was my 4th dealer that I went to. There was absolutely no pressure at all. Otwane let me shop and look at vehicles at my pace. We ended up test-driving 3 Jeeps. Again, he had my best interests in mind and I never felt any pressure. The whole process was very smooth. I waked out with a new Jeep the same day. I highly recommend this dealership.
30 days to here about financing
Purchased a van on 2/13 did not here anything from the dealership or from finance about who my new Finance company would be for 30 days. Called for a week trying to get someone to call me back, left 5 messages. Got fed up and contacted them again and asked for a Sales Manager, was told almost immediately they were unavailable. Left 3 more message for them. Guess what never heard anything. Finally Chrysler called me to tell me they had my loan. I complained to them the experience I had. Then my old finance company called and asked for my payment. IT WAS TRADED IN 30 days ago. And yet they STILL did not receive the payoff. Considering how much I put down on the van, I should not have to deal with this nonsense. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
I had the worst experience. I called and spoke with Victor who previously sold me and car because I trusted him. He told me that the car had been through inspection and was ready to buy. I told him the price was too high. So he called me back for three days. He finally agreed to come down on the price. I live an hour away. I left my job an hour early and drove through 5' o clock traffic. When i got there to meet with him husband we got in the car and immediately noticed the ac was not working, check engine light was on and a piece of the ceiling was missing. We began to ask him questions and with a nonchalant attitude he confirmed that the ac did not work, the sunroof didn't work and he put the parts to whatever was missing on the ceiling in the glove box and stated we could fix it. He had no explanation as to why the check engine light was on. He had a poor attitude and continuously said we don't have the funds to put into getting this car fixed. I'm furious because these are things he should have mentioned before I drove an hour to see what was clearly a piece of junk and I am appalled that Greenway would even sell a car in that condition. I will never return nor do business with you all again! Victor was unprofessional and dishonest! He needs customer service training immediately! Please remove me from all email correspondence! I will be sure to share this experience with as many people as I possibly can.

I just want to say that greenway dodge jeep & Chrysler was very good to me particularly Jonathan Velasquez & Alex the finance manager. They both made my buying experience very pleasurable and both individuals were not pushy and didn't make me feel any pressure whatsoever. Making it Easy
I looked for 2 months to find the Jeep my Daughter wanted for the price I was willing to pay and was unsuccessful in my home town of Tampa. My Daughter found what she was looking for at Greenway in Orlando. Chris Fernandez contacted me and we were able to agree on price in a couple emails and phone calls. When we drove to Orlando to pick up the car the paperwork was completed and we were in and out in less than an hour. Best experience I have had in purchasing a care.
My first car!
I financed my first ever car from Greenway Dodge, 2013 Jeep compass.The sales man Chris was very helpful at showing me vehicles in my price range and some slightly over so I can get a range or options. When I had finally chosen my Jeep they took the time to work out a deal with me, that I was very happy with.
BEWARE CLASSIC BAIT N SWITCH
Found a 2016 dodge on Internet that I wanted to buy, was willing to pay advertised price. Salesman claimed they needed a significant premium due to high demand. Flat out would not honor advertised price.
My salesman, Harry Mckenzie was excellent. Very polite and respectful and he made sure I was well aware of every aspect of the financial process.
The Perfect Salesman
My experience was amazing. I had the pleasure of having Salesman Noel Brookins introduce me to the Chrysler car family. I was most impressed and purchased the 200c which is incredible and more than I expected in a new car. Noel was one of a kind and he took his time with me and never rushed me into anything. He was very knowledgeable of each car and every feature from low end to high end. Noel allowed me space when he felt I was becoming overwhelmed and magically appeared when I had questions. It was never a time I felt pressured or pushed or even misled into my great purchase. He actually complimented me on my choice stating he was even surprised at the quality and price of the car selected. After giving it 11 days, I have to finally resort to posting this to your page... Sadly enough Chrysler Group has been trying to contact your service department since the 15th of January and you have not returned their calls... I have also attempted to contact your general manager several times and have not been called back... It's pretty sad that it has to come to this. On the 14th of January I picked up my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from your dealership... The service advisor refused to cover a rear main seal leak since there was sand in the area, then charging me over $1000 for the service. After speaking to Jeep, they agreed sand or debris would not cause a rear main seal to go out... Hence my complaint to Chrysler Group... After I got the jeep home, I realized your service department didn't put the exhaust back on when they removed the transmission... So the exhaust was just hanging there... Thank goodness it didn't catch on fire.. I had to fix that since no one can return my call or Chrysler Group's... And yes I have pictures and a video. On top of that, they did not put the wire over the engine back in place, so they're just dangling loosely. Unfortunately, the list does go on... They didn't put the transmission dipstick back in place, it was hanging a fourth of the ways out... By time I saw it, it had collect dust/sand on the dipstick.. Hopefully, nothing got in the transmission... They didn't even put the plastic cover back on the top of the engine... It was just laying there. They also was supposed to change the oil, but they couldn't even put the sticker in the window letting me know when it needs to be changed again... As far as I know, the oil wasn't even changed.. Lastly, they attempted to charge me to change my differential fluid $300... I refused that service because I knew it was clean... Guess what, when I got it home I checked it and it was clean... So your service department attempted to scam me..You can only image what my thoughts were at that point... At this point, if this can't be resolved, I will post this on every social media page and review page there is... It's completely ridiculous to think that a dealership wouldn't even call back their own corporation over an issue... How about you quit avoiding this issue and fix it???? Chrysler Group asked that I inform you to call them at 1-877-426-5337 if I can reach you... Which at this point it's hard to tell....
I walked into the nice dealership building in Orlando with questionable credit and doubts about even getting the Dodge Charger that I always wanted. The staff at Greenway including Giovana and Jose made my dream car a reality and did it fast and painlessly. I drove off the lot feeling extremely satisfied. Worst experience I ever had
My Husband and I went in yesterday looked at a Dodge Durango and settled on a price with new tires with Harry McKenzie. We told him I would pick up the check from the bank today and we would be back. We were told the car would go to service and get new tires we also had a signed agreement on the Durango. well when we came back today with our check the sales manager Flavio Restrepo was very rude and told my Husband that it didn't need new tires and he was in the business for years and my Husband did not know what he was talking about. And he would not keep his promise on the agreement we made in writing and said it did not need tires. But yet all day we got a phone call stating it was getting new tires and wanted to know when we would pick it up. So needless to say we walked out because of broken promises that we had in writing. So fair waring BUYER BEWARE if you make a deal the young sales manager Flavio Restrepo will not keep his promise.
I received a scratch off in the mail from them and after scratching it, it showed I won an apple watch sport($350 value). You can imagine my excitement so I called to confirm my prize. The receptionist told me to come on down to claim my prize. After the 45 minute commute along with tolls I arrived to find out they matched my winning number to a different sheet and suddenly I won a $5 gift card to target. I expressed my frustration with the situation and the manager told me he would be able to make it up in a vehicle. I gave them an opportunity to earn my business, they ran my credit only to find out we were too far off in price. I declined their offer and expressed my frustration yet again with them for wasting time. After 2 and a half hours they slapped me in the face with a $10 gift card to target to make up for their misunderstanding. The saleswoman stenched of alcohol and cigarettes.
The Service Center Is Horrible
I have had quite a few bad experiences with their service center! To make a long story short...they had to replace the GPS/radio about 3 times; it took me taking it in for a noise on the front driver side 3 times before they actually found the problem. But all these things were not an easy thing to deal with, even having the top of the line warranty that I pay monthly! The worse experience was last week when one of my tires blew off my van while I was driving! If Inwould have been driving on the high way, I would not be here writing this review! I wish I can post the pictures from the accident!
Making an appointment means nothing.
My warrantied 2013 Ram 1500 was dripping motor oil, so I called Greenway and made a Saturday morning appointment with John. I arrived for the appointment only to be told no one would be able to look at my vehicle until Monday. Frustratingly, I had to find a ride home (40 min. away) and leave the vehicle over the weekend. By late afternoon on Monday, I hadn't heard from Greenway, so I called for an update only to be told they didn't have my truck, and they insisted that I must have left it at a different dealership. I gave them my VIN number, which still didn't help them find my vehicle. They said they'd have to physically walk around to find it. When they finally found it, they admitted they had logged it in under someone elses name. Turns out, Hurley Chrysler (who did the last oil change) had installed the wrong oil filter. A simple fix, so why the long wait when I made an appointment? I never got any explanation. When I popped the hood to personally check the oil later that day, I immediately noticed my battery cover lying upside down in the engine compartment. This was my first and last time I will ever visit Greenway. In fact, I had so many problems with the vehicle AND Chrysler dealerships, I ditched the Ram for a Toyota and so far couldn't be happier!

green way dodge is the best if you want a great deal i went to 4 different new car dealer ships looking for a 2015 dodge caravan with all the toys but nobody had it went to green way dodge and there they had about 10 of them.very nice experience as soon as i walked in to the dealership.i had called in advance and they were waiting for me very helpful and competent sales people .i had help from a gentleman name hiram gonzalez a very helpful competent man.that did all he could to make the deal happen.i'm sure when i need a new car again will go back to greenway dodge.i'm very happy with my brand new grand caravan.
Horrible service at Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep
Wow.. Don't know where to begin. I recently purchased a nearly $40k Jeep from this dealer. I should have known to take my business elsewhere from the minute I walked in the door. The only way to look at the vehicles is to first make your way past the receptionist at the front door. It took us 10 minutes before she even acknowledge us. Then she took another 5 minutes to get a sales person to come out to talk to us. Once we were able to finally look at the vehicles, the salesperson didn't know what he was talking about. Then, after about an hour of him going back to try to get info, we left and asked the dealership to call us with the information. They never did. A couple days later we went back and talked to another sales person. We again had to leave and wait for a call back from the dealer. Again, we didn't get a call back. Now I get a hold of the sales manager, and he finally sells me a Jeep. I since went back to look at getting another Jeep for my wife, and got similar treatment. This time we walked out and went to another Jeep dealer who treated us like kings. We had to drive to Sanford Florida where the dealership there knows how to treat it's customers. Just lately I had ordered a can of OEM spray paint. First they tell me it will take 3 days and they will call me. 5 days later, still no call so I visit them. They said that they didn't know what happened to my order so they would order another can. That was two weeks ago and they still haven't called.

Advertising is a total fabrication
They claim to offer you up to 150% over Kelly blue book price when in reality they will offer you 75% of Kelly blue book value. They claim they will match any deal, when in fact they will offer you a lessor equiped vehicle at the same price. Go to Airport if you want an honest deal
First, kudos to Bob. Amazing sales person. Listened to my needs, assisted with his vast knowledge and customer service. Great price on the product. As for finance, Kyle was amazing. Smooth closing, great attitude. Overall I have not experienced such an outstanding transaction at a dealer in a while. Kudos to the team and keep it going.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
FIRST OFF LET ME SAY THANKS TO THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRIED TO HELP AND SHOWED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU FLAVIO AND JUSTIN.Im 19 years old and i financed my first car a 2011 Dodge Challenger through Greenway Dodge. Within a few days of having the car noticed some issues so i returned the dealership. Also let me at is a 1 hour 30 minute drive from where i live.My Issues included: Broken windshield wiper, Check engine light on, Bald tires, Airbag Light on & the main issue is my front bumper which has pressure cracks.On my first trip back to the dealership my windshield wiper was fixed the check engine light was reset. I was told that they will have to order a new bumper for me and that when the car left the lot the tires were certified for usage so they cant do anything about my tires( So apparently i made my tires bald by driving the car home and parking it the garage for days before returning back to the dealership with issues) and they did nothing about my airbag light and said nothing to me. This was in MAY of 2015.Over the next few months its been constant calling and leaving voicemails from me to see what going with my bumper and the airbag light. When I finally spoke with the Sale manager Eric he told me to come in and he will fix the issues. I drove there on the day he told me and he was not there and I had go home. 3 hours worth of driving to and back for nothing. I was told he would be there the next day just come at 9am.The next day i drove there and spoke with someone and ask for Eric the sales manager. He said he is in the back let me get him. A few minutes later he came out and said that Eric is not here. ( He was just there a few minutes ago now is he avoiding helping me because i've left 3 months worth of voicemails on his extension.)Once again I had to drive back home. Another 3 hours of driving and nothing was done.Now today 8/25/2015 I was told to come to Greenway and the Eric the Used car sales manager is on vacation.( Then WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH DO YOU KEEP TELLING ME TO COME ON DAYS YOU AREN'T THERE. I KNOW FOR A FACT HE IS AVOIDING HELPING ME.) So Im at my house right now again which means i wasted another 3 hours of driving not to mention stayed there almost the whole day to see what can be done but apparently nothing can get done without Eric being there.However thanks Flavio Restrepo i was given a full tank of gas for all my hassel. I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO GO TO GREENWAY DODGE EVEN IF I WE ARE ENEMIES. YOU DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED THE WAY IM GETTING TREATED.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Please, save yourself what is sure to be a miserable experience, and bring your business elsewhere. My husband and I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee here less than a week ago. It was a 5 hour process of going back and forth with the sales guy (David Atkins) and then his manager- which is fine, pretty standard when buying a new car. They pushed us to lease the car really hard, but we ultimately ended up buying the vehicle because after forcing them to do the math in front of us, that was clearly the overall better deal. We asked several times if the APR was the lowest we could get, and they said yes. So, we went for it...yay! With a baby on the way this was a very exciting purchase for my husband and I (a little bitter sweet for my husband who had to trade in his beloved Wrangler) but we drove off the lot happy and excited. That's when the xxxx storm began.Not long after leaving the lot we noticed the "check engine light" come on. We contacted Dave right away who said we should call the service department and make an appointment. This was already suspicious to me. We JUST drive off the lot with a brand new vehicle and you want US to call the service department? Clearly he had washed his hands of us the minute we signed the contract. Nice customer service. So fine, we called, we made an appointment for noon the next day. Dropped the car off and then waited. and waited. and waited. Five and a half hours later we called and they informed us that they hadn't even looked at our car yet. After expressing our frustrations on the phone with them (um, shouldn't we kind of be a priority? WE JUST BOUGHT THE CAR!) They said they would look at it right away and get back to us. An hour later they called and said it's all set and we can come pick it up, "But hurry, because we like to get out of here by 6:40pm" So, we head back over and pick up the vehicle. Not two minutes into our drive home, the check engine light comes BACK ON. They are now closed, so we have to drive home and call back in the morning and repeat this incredibly inconvenient process all over again. My husband returns to pick up the jeep the next day after they once again tell us it's all set and wouldn't you know it...the check engine light came on...AGAIN! We had to return for the THIRD time to have them fix it. While all of this utter xxxxxxxx is happening, we are seeing ads on TV for Jeep Grand Cherokee "0% APR financing for 60 months". Hmmmm, interesting, that was never mentioned or offered to us. So when we picked up the car for the third (so help me God) and final time, we went in to talk to Dave to find out what's up with these ads we've been seeing. He quickly passed us off to his manager and disappeared in the back. I don't remember the manger's name because I was seeing red the minute this idiot opened his mouth. Long story short- he couldn't explain why they never offered us that deal but it's too late and there's nothing they can do about it now. This was a promotion what was fully in effect when we bought our car and it WAS NEVER MENTIONED OR OFFERED. Not only that, but when we asked if the APR they were offering was the lowest we could get, they said, YES. They LIED. The manager even had the nerve to say "Sometimes it's confusing to customers if we put too many options in front of them." REALLY?! These are bad people. They will try to rip you off. The customer service from the sales department to the service department is utterly horrendous and not a single person we dealt with gave a xxxx about what we were going through. NOT. ONE. My husband and I are good, hard working people and they completely took advantage of us. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE. Don't give these xxxxxxxx your business. And tell everyone you know.

we went to Greenway because after searching the Internet for a car (challenger) they had the best selection. So we took the 1 hour drive to Orlando. our experience started good, once we picked out our car, the "waiting"Game started...it was like a doctors office, customers waiting in line to get into the finance office. (They apparently were short handed) by this time, my daughter (5yr. Old) was tired & hungry. For such a large place, They have no snack vending machines for the customers, nor do they offer you WATER! It was 90+ outside by the time we left, we had purchased 5 water bottles. The next day (Monday) we get a phone call from the Finance dept. requesting that we go back and sign TWO documents that he missed because he was "in a hurry" & it was crucial that we get there right away. My husband misses a few hours of work to go sign papers. The following day, we get another phone call from the Mgr. Requesting that we bring the car back because " he couldn't see the ding on the car door that our salesman had taken a picture of" & he wanted to physically see it. There goes another day of missing work. They were to call us to bring the car in for FIXING the ding, however 3 Weeks later, we have yet to hear from anyone! BEWARE: ONCE THEY MAKE THE SALE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT THE DOOR! VERY DISSAPOINTING!!

Worst purchase of my entire life
Traded in my 07 Saturn Vue for a new 2014 Avenger SE v6. Worst decision I've ever made. All in all it's my fault for being a huge pushover but I ended up overpaying, and drove off with a car that had issues from week 1. New car with 756 miles on it and had tires that needed replacing and some engine hiccups. I took it back after a few days to get it looked at and they replaced the tires but said nothing was wrong with the engine (I know something was wrong with it's because acceleration sucked for a v6 that was performing like my v4 SUV). Issues persists and I take it back again few days later. Leave it overnight and the MANAGER tells me he thinks I just don't like the car (which I don't anymore, huge remorse). But nonetheless after bringing this car in twice I get crappy service and an ***hole manager who does nothing to satisfy the customers. I tried getting an exchange within 3 weeks of having it because of the encountered issues and because the car had become uncomfortable for me after driving it more and more, and I get told they can't exchange or refund it because they'd be losing money. How the xxxx would they be losing money when it's in the same exact condition as when I bought it and would just be looking to do an exchange on something that costs the same? They wouldn't! So he offers me trade in value for the car which was 12K, so I'd already be down 5K after owning this car less than a month. I am now stuck with a car I hate and am looking to trade in elsewhere for a car worth around my trade in value. I went to a next door Kia dealership and even they said if a customer came back within a month after buying something and it wasn't for them then they'd get them in something else, that the dealer I went to is full of thieves. So do yourselves a favor and go literally anywhere else. Save yourselves the headache of being over persuaded and ripped off, followed by a car that will have issues right off the lot, and customer satisfaction that is non-existent. Hope I can get out of this thing soon whether I lose more money or not, just not worth what it seemed at the time.

My wife yoko, and I searched high and low in the state of Florida from Jacksonville to Miami from Daytona Beach to Tampa searching for a replacement vehicle as our other vehicle was totaled by our youngest son who escaped with no injuries, thank God!So my wife and I are looking for another vehicle while going through our insurance (USAA)searching high and low on the Internet, making phone calls, and traveling more miles than I care to remember or ever traveled while searching for a car.Finally at one point I got desperate enough to plug in all Ford dealerships in my GPS while we were on the side of the road in the Orlando area. That's when we came across Greenway Ford, Dodge, Chrysler as our first stop after many searches.We parked our rental vehicle from Enerprise in the hot 97 degree Florida Sun with heat index over a hundred.We walked inside this gigantic, and gorgious dealership when a young lady at the desk asked us to sign in, then introduced my wife, and I to our host.This young gentleman by the name of "Goutam Pai" was smiling when he greated us. He asked what we were looking for, and after We explained our situation, Pai wipped out a list of available vehicles matching our request. This is when Pai brought up a mini van with cool blasting airconditioner to go looking for our car. Pai was really nice the whole time. No inspection report
I brought my daughter's Chrysler PT Cruiser for a service and oil change. When she collected it, she was not given a copy of the inspection report and only verbally told of brake and starter problems.I called several times asking for a copy to be sent or emailed but had no response. This is not the first time that this dealer does not respond to calls or emails.
They say yes when others say no
For months I've been told no by other dealers. Greenway said yes...thanks to Jeanne in finance and David Atkins my salesman I was able to drive off in my new 200 today, no cosigner. ..they used alot of rebates to help cover over equity of my trade. It was a great experience and would recommend to anyone
Got what we wanted in titusville
Online pricing attracted us. We were told that was only for veterans of the military. Hmmm? We picked a jeep but wanted a different color. They kept us waiting a long time and when we were ready to go made us wait again for our vehicle keys so that someone else could come out and ask us questions. We also never received their $25 Amazon gift which I emailed three people about 4x with no response. The same day, now evening, we went to Titusville Dodge and they found the color combo we wanted and right off the bat offered 2000 more for our trade in and starting vehicle price was 1000 lower than our second comeback offer from Greenway.
New Durango Owner
I have been looking for a Durango for over almost 2 months!!! Have been to multiple dealers that couldn't get to my price or didn't have the one with the options we wanted. I have purchased now 3 vehicles from Greenway and believe I've found my home!!!! Everyone is courteous and friendly!!!! I truly believe that Victor Akimov is by far the best most honest salesman I have ever had dealings with!!! I really mean that, too!!! My wife and I weren't certain that the Durango would be big enough for us!! Victor suggested to us to wait and not purchase a vehicle till we were sure!!! Have you ever had a salesman not pressure you to buy today!!!!? That really went a long way with us, that he wanted to make sure we were buying what we needed!!!! Thanks Victor!!! First Oil Change 2015 Ram 1500 3.0 Ecodiesel Longhorn
I went in for 1st oil change for my 2015 Ram 1500 3.0 Diesel I wanted synthetic oil and I was very specific about that and they explained it would cost 29.99 more for upgrade I agreed and waited 2.5 hours later my truck still was not even in the garage, finally they bring the paper work and tell me it was no extra charge, It didn't make since so I went to dinner and it bugged me something was not right I called greenway's parts dept talked to Gabriel gave him the part # on the invoice and he told me it was standard oil not Syn I was mad not only did the service writer lie to me about the oil my service plan that I received from Daytona Dodge Ram included the synthetic upgrade. Then I spoke to Tom Tempesta Fixed Operations Director and explained the problem wile inconversation the service writer comes in and with great pride hold up the gallon jug of 15w 40w conventional oil and says this is synthetic I said you idiot synthetic only comes in quarts not gallons go ask your parts manager Gabriel So Tom said I will replace the oil I said to use the 5W 40W they changed the oil I drove off and remembered they did not change the filter I went back and they changed the filter but they never changed the original filter there should have been 2 filters in the drain tub and there was only 1 and the new one in the box THEY NEVER CHANGED THE ORIGINAL FILTER I was pissed. It gets better I get home after a wile I'm still mad they never changed my filter who goes home and checks there filter nobody how many people has this happened to so as I'm writing this out I look at my invoice and see they put in 5W 30W not 5W 40W that the manufacture Ram calls for and I said I wanted wile in the stock room after 5 hours at GREENWAY they still did it wrong now I have to go back and have them change the oil for the 4th time and the filter 6 hours to get a oil change right I paid $61,000 for this truck I have spent over $200,000 at GREENWAY in 10 years and this is how they treat me NOT AGAIN NEVER WILL I GO BACK AFTER I MAKE THEM DO THE JOB RIGHT.The Truck came with 15W 40W any idiot knows you never change from 40 to 30W DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR WATCH THEM DO THE JOB TO REALLY KNOW WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE DOING TO YOUR VEHICLE. While getting information about a potential new car purchase the salesman started explaining some information about the transmission. He stopped, looked squarely at me, and said, "I guess you really don't care about that now do you? Check out these cup holders." SERIOUSLY?????In addition I was shown 2014 cars and quoted prices and payments higher than if I had been purchasing a 2016 vehicle. I made an appointment to meet with a particular person and at that moment the bait and switch began. The car I was promised a test drive in was not available in life - only on the website, the person I had an appointment with was not available to meet with me, the gift card promised for the test drive was nearly impossible to obtain, and they seriously believed I would gift them my trade-in and still pay their $6000 mark-up.I visited this dealership based on an ad I heard on WDBO. I can tell you that nothing in the ad was accurate and I am now rethinking any endorsements I hear on that radio station.This experience was extremely DISAPPOINTING at best!
I worked with Victor on the purchase of a almost new ford f150, he was very courteous and helpful, sending all the information I wanted and needed over the internet and getting all the information the dealership needed to help process the transaction before we even got there. We are working on a very tight schedule so this was very helpful and cut down on the time we had to spend at the dealership. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Salesperson Victor Akimov made buying a new Jeep a pleasure. He was able to find a perfect Jeep that met all my wife's needs and gave us top dollar for our trade in sight unseen. We signed the contract and drove the Jeep home to pick up the trade in. Upon returning home I noticed that my estimated mileage on our trade in was close to 18k miles under the actual mileage on the trade in. I was so stressed out and worried that we would have to end up either coming up with a ton of money to put down to make up the difference or return the Jeep. I immediately called Victor to let him know of the mistake on my part. He told me to just bring in our trade in and they would work something out. I was so stressed the whole trip back. Upon getting back to the dealership Victor assured me that everything was ok and that they would accept the trade in as is. They were only concerned with my family being happy with our new Jeep. I would recommend this dealership to anyone they truly do care about their customers.

Monday night my wife and I we were all set to have a quiet night at home when she decided to go out looking at cars, and drag me behind her in the process. We were just going to look. We went to Greenway Dodge on Colonial in Orlando and we met a very pleasant young man who showed us a few cars; and to make a long story short, two hours later we drove off of the lot in a brand new Chrysler 200C. We went just to look, but the deal was so tempting we didnt want to leave it for tomorrow because we know for sure that lightning does not usually strike twice in the same place. The sales force as well as the finance team were patient, professional and very helpful. Im glad we went to Greenway Dodge just to look.
Purchasing new vehicle
A week ago, I had a very bad car accident (not my fault) that injured me and totaled my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. I was rather distressed, and decided to talk to Kevin Marleton, through whom we had purchased several vehicles over the last few years. The problem was not just that I needed a new vehicle, but we had also planned to purchase a used car for my son, and, after this accident, we weren't sure that our plans would work out money wise.Well, I went to see Kevin Marleton a few days ago just to talk things over, and a few hours later, I drove away with a brand new 2015 Town & Country, and had also purchased a good, used car for my son.It all happened quite fast, and Kevin simply made it easy. Kevin is such a professional person, yet also very sympathetic and genuinely caring. I don't know what I would have done without him. I can highly recommend this Dealership and Kevin Marleton. He will make sure you will get a great deal, and go above and beyond of what he needs to do.
Terrible salesmen and misleading advertising
The salesmen I dealt with was supposedly new. I heard the advertisements about how Greenway Dodge will give you 150% of KBB value on your trade. Well, for a like new car, the graded it as fair so as to lowball the offer. Upon agreeing that the car was worth more, they only upped their offer by $1,000, even though the car was worth $3,000 more. So don't let them fool you with the 150% of KBB value, because then they start trying to use rebates on whatever vehicle you're interested in to artificially raise the value of the trade in. And they do not show you the factory invoice of the vehicles like they claim. Also, they had another "salesman," come try to talk me into doing a deal. When I asked for the key for my car back, they tried to keep talking me into the deal. Finally, I got my keys and walked out, and then yet another salesman came outside and tried to talk me into another vehicle. Terrible experience, and I will not feel bad about purchasing from anywhere else.
Well worth the effort
My wife and I went to Greenway after seeing a car we liked on the company's website. We spoke with Victor Akimov about the car and after some real "horse trading" got the deal that made us comfortable. Victor was very professional, even when negotiations got "sticky". We appreciate everything Victor and Ron Griffin did for us. Kral in finance was excellent as well. So far I am very impressed with Greenway and very pleased with our new Challenger.
Horrible Customer Service in Parts and Repair
Yesterday we had to take our Chrysler van in because while we were in the expressway our tire blew due to a tire defect. It ripped out our bumper along with the wheel well, the fuel filler tube and housing around gas door and we also had them put on two brand new tires because we didn't want to take a chance of the other back tire blowing out as well. They said after the repairs they would take it over to the body shop to see how much it would cost to fix the bumper if they couldn't fix it themselves. At that time they said there was a chance they might be able to fix the bumper since it was only the driver's side that was hanging. They called this morning to tell us it was all ready to pick up. I went there to pick it up and the service employee showed me where they put the bumper back on with chicken wire. I said they were supposed to take it over to the body shop if they couldn't fix it themselves and he argued with me saying that my husband said that he only wanted it "secured" not fixed. I was there at the time and know what my husband said and there is no way either of us would have wanted the bumper to be just "stuck" on with chicken wire because it is unsafe. He said that the body shop wouldn't be able to get to it for a couple of days. I told him I wanted it looked at and an estimate. He reluctantly went and got one of his workers to drive it over to the body shop and have them glance at it and bring it back. He got my e-mail and said he would e-mail me back the estimate when he got it. I asked him if it was safe to drive home that way and he said it will hold on for a little while. So I slowly drove home and when I got home I looked at it and it is hanging on. I don't see HOW Greenway would allow me to drive such an unsafe car on the streets where it may endanger others, but he didn't seem to care one way or another. In fact he made me feel like I was being a pain and that he just wanted to get me out of there. BAD DEALERSHIP!!!
Hellcat Challenger Pricing
Outrageous mark up on the 2015 Hellcat Challenger. If a dealer decides to gouge the customer on a new sought after model, what ways will they try to gouge the customer on other sales and services to better line their pockets with? The only recourse I have as a consumer is to no longer consider Greenway dealerships for ANY current or future purchases and services for my auto needs.
First class car dealership
My son really wanted a Dodge Charger RT. He had worked very hard and saved up some money. Although he was young, Victor kept his eye out for a nice car which fit his budget. It didn't take long, and he found him a nice clean 2007 with under 100K miles at a very reasonable price. Victor and the rest of the staff worked very hard to make sure that we were happy with the car and the deal.They search out prices on comparable cars in the market and try to make sure they have the best price out there.This dealership would be an excellent choice for you to use if you are in the market for a new or used car.Highly recommended!

Excellent Sales Representative
Jonathan Jackson was Great! He was patient and understanding in every way. We took several test drives with him and looked at a few different models. All around it was a pleasurable experience.
Sales rep not very interested in making a sale and not very good at considering woman's perspective in the decision making.Also, deals that are discussed during one visit don't hold to the next visit a few days later. Very weird. One day the sales manager comes out of his office with very aggressive offers even though you are not ready to buy, and the next time when you are discussing the same number you were offered 2 days earlier, sales manager won't even come out of his office to talk to you.Well they not only missed a sale but also many future sales as I would have referred them to many students in the future - not happening now.
My wife and I had not bought a new car in 12 years, our 2003 caravan had 217000 miles and was still running. However, it was time to buy especially with a Christmas trip to New York with the family coming up. We had looked on line and had already bee approved by Capital One Auto so we knew what we could do. A Dodge Journey was our first choice but after being shown them by Victor Akimov (who was great) we realized not enough room. He then showed us the Dodge Grand Caravan which was great, it had so much more room then our old one and was perfect. I don't like buying cars but my experience was very good with him. I am a retired Senior Chief and my wife and I both teach so time is money. Victor handled everything very easily for us and we got the vehicle we needed. Thank you Victor and Greenway Dodge. It is always hard when you drive from another city (Ocala, Fl) but it was worth it.

Only had the car 2 months first month bad oil not changed, then the transmission and second month payment due and the engine light comes on because of gas vent now they got me polluting the air they really got problems and they give me the run around on who is responsible to fix warranty or Greenway lol it was Greenway but they said warranty call back and come to find out it was Greenway responsible now they want to tow my car and I be without until when? ??? I don't understand why i cant get it fix close to me and have the dealership bill them no they want to tow and leave me car less. And they can't tell me when lol really first and last car purchase from them I hate the experience and really wish I went to other dealer that my first mind wanted to go with not worth the drive again.

Found What I Was Looking For
We must have looked at all the used trucks on the lot and then some. Nader's determination to find me the right truck was tireless and he came up with the right combination of the appropriate vehicle and price. Greenway's strength lies in its vast selection of vehicles on site allowing the customer to look at and test a number of different options.
for a change i had a great experience buying a car. nader was awesome he wasnt pushy like some were that i have dealt with at other car dealerships. he really was trying to make it happen for us. i think we were only there 4 hrs, total from start to pulling out with our equinox. then the next day we got a call from the finance guy to tell us he got us an even better rate that would include gap ins. an an added 2 yr warranty an our pmts. would be 30. less then what they were to originally be. thx nader when its time to trade this one up we will be going back to greenway dodge an will recommend greenway dodge to everyone. alan an rachelle

My new toy
When I finally decided I needed a vehicle other than two motorcycles during the Florida rainy season, a Jeep Wrangler was the only thing I wanted. I dealt with one dealer that kept me on a string for a week for a Jeep they had been advertising for several weeks. When I finally talked to someone with a little intelligence, it turned out it was still 2 weeks away from being there. They claimed it was at their Lakeland sister dealership. I talked to them, they were advertising the same Jeep but they didn't have it yet either. After being put off and overlooked by several other dealerships I heard from Michael. I haven't bought a new vehicle since 1986, and almost didn't this time. But Mr. Norris was extremely patient, gave me several different options and restored my 40 year desire to own a Jeep. Michael was always available, even on his days off, but never pushy. He made this a very positive experience. I would recommend Michael and Greenway Dodge over any other dealership in the Central Florida area.
bad after sales experience
the sales experience before the purchase was great,its the after the sale that was frustrateing.i was recommended by greenway ford next door because they did not have the vehicle I needed there and the dodge place had the exact truck I was looking for.i bought a certified(what a joke) 2011 f150 with 39,000 miles.the truck needed a spare tire and rob said no problem,never heard from him again!needed another key,no problem,same deal!after having the truck for a few days I noticed some things and heres the list,the bed was beat to xxxx under the new bedliner,(tried to hide)noticed bodywork like the truck had been wrecked on the passenger side(pretty crappy body work at that)!stepped on the bumper to get something out of the truck and it almost fell off!all the bolts were loose!the tail gate had been changed and the key doesn't work!passenger side caliper locked up after one week!took it in to get tires balanced and the tire shop said they were all dangerousely dry rotted!when we had the tires off the rear of the truck, the rubber nubs that are in place to keep it from bottoming out had clearly been bottomed a lot!the air dam under the truck was damaged from a tow or repo!so who certifies these vehicles?a bunch of dummys if you ask me!these are things that should have been made known to me before I bought the vehicle.i guess maybe my fault also for going to a dealer I thought I could trust!bottom line don't trust any dealer especially any greenway dealers.oh by the way I have called several times and emailed in the last four weeks I have owned the truck with no response! (doesn't surprise to me at all)
Best Experience EVER!!!
I have completed over 50 car purchases in three different countries and over ten different states in the last 28 years. I am usually very unconnected with the dealership and salesperson, just waiting for the long and drawn out experience to be over, until this time. I went in to look at diesel trucks to pull my camper, just looking with no intent to purchase, and was assigned Melvin Kelly as a sales rep. He showed me those diesel trucks that I had asked him to see, and when I told him that the reason I hadn't purchased one of the big trucks already was the price and size of the truck far surpassed what I actually needed. Melvin asked me what I was looking for, what I needed the truck to do, why I felt that needed such a big truck. To my surprise Melvin actually listened to me, then recommended that I look at Dodge's new 1500 Eco Diesel truck. My camper is approx. 5000 lbs so this truck was exactly what I needed. Not only was it 15k dollars less than the big diesels, it also doubled my fuel economy in my day-to-day driving. I was so impressed that Melvin actually sold me what I needed, and not something incredibly more expensive and less useful for personal needs. I have looked at these trucks many times over the years and most car salesmen simply push harder when I tell them that it is more than I want to pay. Melvin told me that me needs would not warrant such an expensive truck and that I would be better off keeping the 5.7 ltr hemi that I already owned. Impressive.Plus, the car manager, Matt Bishop, took time to actually talk to my wife during the deal, explain to her some of our finance options, and made her feel welcome when she approached the managers desk, a normal no no in most car dealerships. I came in just looking and left with a truck that suits my needs and a car dealership that has earned my respect.Greenway Dodge gets my best car dealer experience ever rating and I truly appreciate both Melvin and Matt's attention and patience with me and my family. They will get a visit from us from time to time just to say hello and let them know that we truly appreciate being treated as a valued customer and not a push for sales.
My Wife and I spent a month or so shopping different brands and dealerships in search of a 3/4 ton heavy duty truck. We were very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and customer service that we experienced at many of the Orlando dealerships. At Greenway Dodge we were greeted promptly and Hiram provided exceptional sales assistance. He happily answered our questions and showed us several trucks, even in the rain. We returned several weeks later to take advantage of the rebates and incentives currently being offered on RAM 2500 trucks. Once again, it was raining and Hiram provided the same level of service. Experience was turned around!
We had been working with internet sales for over a week prior to finding what we were looking for. My husband was emailed all the informaiton for the vechile we were looking for and we were very excited to have have finally found the one. Prepared to purchase a car that night we emailed back to internet salesman letting them know we would be there that night with a reply that he would be there. Well after driving 40 min to get there only to find that the vechile we were emailed only a few hours before was sold and the salesman we had been talking to was no where to be found. We were ready to walk out and spend our money some where else. That is when Justin stepped in, he did everything he could to try to find us a vechile that was similar. He was a straight forward salesman. No BS, we cut to the chase I told him what we wanted and he was determined to find that. After spending some time and not being able to find anything we were headed to the car when Justin said let me try one more thing. That is when Craig stepped in with Justin and talked to us about opitions we didnt think about. Needless to say rather than buying a used car we walked out with a fabulous brand new 2014 that I had only dreamed about. They were quick and efficent with no BS. Thank you Jose for making the finance process easy and Thank you Justin for giving us reassuring us to stay and have confindence in your product. Thank you Craig for a good experience. Needless to say we wont be using the internet salesman again in the future and I dont recommend that anyone does. Love my new ride!

Great Customer Service
My wife and I came to Greenway after we had left another car dealership yesterday. Needless to say the other dealership was rude and acted as if they did not want my business. Willilam Leigh was great and he made sure that we had all the information we needed to make the right decision on the Dodge Charger we wanted. We are happy with the customer service, the Charger and we will come and see William again when we need another car.
My salesman for life
Paul a French is the absolute best salesman I've ever worked with. I purchased my sons new Avenger from Paul six months ago, and just bought another one from Paul for my Nephew. So, I've obviously enjoyed working with him. Paul is not a pushy overly aggressive salesperson , that is rare and appreciated by the person stressing over the purchase of a vehicle. He gets the job done by being personable, honest, knowledgeable and sincere. So, here's to Paul! In my opinion, he should be given manager stripes soon. I would much rather complete my entire transaction with him. It's sometimes the "other" guy who comes out, that puts me off and makes me want to walk away. Brash and pushy is not managing. I am a retired Vice President of a major company, so I know of which I speak.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and were extremely pleased with our overall experience. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with our salesman, Justin Dillon. He was professional, courteous, and on the ball. Very impressed. No nonsense sales tactics or pressure. My husband and I felt as if Justin was a friend helping us through the buying process. Never more satisfied!
I had spent all day at other dealerships searching for the right car and price. By the time I got to Greenway, I was tired and annoyed. Cesar was pleasant in greeting me and offering his expertise. I was quite impressed with his professionalism throughout my visit, and how he worked with me to be sure I got what I wanted and at a fair price. He even happily stayed past closing time to ensure my needs were met, and followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction. Not only am I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Cesar, I plan to return to him in the future. I have already recommended him to family and friends, and will continue to do so.

Best car buying experience I've had
Jacob was my salesman and he was fantastic. After showing me several different makes and models and feeling out what I was into he ended up putting me in a Fiat 500 (which I never thought I'd like) and I ended up buying one! They really know what they're doing there and are there to help. Jacob was very helpful with the whole process all together and I will definitely be going back there for my next car.
Good Deal and Dealership
I purchased my 3rd Jeep Cherokee (the previous two I put over 250,000 miles on each,1987 and 1999). This new Cherokee is terrific with a 6 cylinder engine and nine speed automatic it has given me 31mpg on the highway. That was an unexpected surprise. Orlando and Mehmet were very helpful in getting a good deal that I can work with . Even with my less than stellar credit I currently have. Orlando was very personable and gave very good knowledgeable advice.

Seeing as how none of the 3 dealer contacts referred to me by USAA were available, Mr. Brookins took the lead in seeing what needed to be done. ---------Updated Review---------------As of May 25, 2014-----------------My spouse and I had a no hassle purchase today with one of the two Jeep Wranglers we discussed being interested in. Eric honored the price as discussed by phone and he met us in person prepared (invoice of price agreements etc.) to confirm the deal when we arrived at the dealership. Kudos considering it was a busy (especially for him interacting with many other customers on the floor) Saturday for them nearing Memorial Day. As I stated in my previous update this was a night and day difference from my first experience the other day. Also, I got to work with Jamie and Jonathan who were knowledgeable Sales reps and helpful with preparing the vehicle for test drive, prep and take home.Jamie took us on the test drive. Also, props to him for making my wife a little more comfortable with us purchasing the higher end model over the lower (Rubicon vs Sport), while also tactfully/respectfully providing us time/space to talk. However, my wife and I wanted to eat and think about the deal a final time. So we left the dealership and came back. He never attempted to pressure us while also remaining tentative to our wishes.Jonathan took over with us since Jamie must had left when we got back to the dealership (we told them we still wanted to think about the deal). He did the vehicle prep and send off/take home (i.e. ensuring vehicle cleaned out.....detailed...getting us to finance area etc). I'd recommend those guys as well considering Eric doesn't typically directly interacts with customers (he's not a sales manager, but was responsible to see that my wife and I were treated well since I had a bad experience days before). Doc fees were miscellaneous expenses and Gov't fees were updated (lowered) to reflect the deal. ---------Updated Review----------------As of May 23, 2014---------Eric contacted me shortly after having my bad experience at Greenway. He took his time to walk me through pricing incentives offered as a Student, Military Veteran and USAA member. This was in response to the poor review noted below. So props to Greenway for going out of their way to contact me and make things right...In fact, they (particular Eric with his sales manager) went above and beyond to earn my business. This was a night and day experience from this dealership. Eric didn't try to justify my experience in any way as it was my experience. His objective was to do what he could to make things right on my end and the dealership's end. While nothing has been agreed to as of yet for a vehicle purchase, we were able to work out a reasonable deal and he took the time to explain everything in the pricing to me (I live about an hour away from the dealership). This was what I expected when I first went into Greenway and what I experienced in the past with this dealership. Not to get too much into pricing, but there was a more realistic offer given on the trade of the Tacoma I mentioned earlier (Still below KBB unfortunately, but made up through more aggressive vehicle pricing). Also, Eric explained to me that the reason the full guaranteed savings (offered through USAA) wasn't available on the new 2014 jeep was because the vehicle didn't exist on their lot and they are obtaining the vehicle from another dealership. I don't know the full details as to why the full incentive wont be offered (Im assuming to mitigate transport costs), but it was better than having no explanation/acknowledgment at all. I've left my review below in place because it was my personal experience. If anything, I would say this goes to show that the dealership overall cares about its image, reviews and customers. In actuality, I'm sure they get enough business to just move past one disgruntled customer, but that wasn't the case I feel that they should get credit for this (hence my follow-up review). I did change the customer service, overall experience and price from ones and twos to all fours. Had I had this experience the first time, they would have definitely received a five star rating from me. Perhaps next time.----------Summary (experience in a nutshell):----------I'm a retired veteran and a full time graduate student. I'm also married with a child. I went in with a USAA voucher and should have had a savings of $2974 on the retail price of a Jeep of $25,375 after options. Greenway offered to sell for $24,175.My trade offer was over $3k below KBB value on my truck in good (if not better) condition. KBB was $13,694 (upper value); Greenway offered $10,500. High Fees:Gov't Fee: $899Proc/Doc Fee: $899I felt unvalued and put off as a potential customer that has purchased the same vehicle from this dealership in the past.----------Further Details (experience w/further details):----------This dealership does not offer aggressive pricing from my experience and didn't even consider my $1k ($500 mil and $500 student on the purchase agreements) incentives on the vehicle purchase I was interested in (2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport). These incentive are from the factory and they did not include the USAA guaranteed savings of 1757 either (and additional savings of $217 for accessories/options).They also promised to value my USAA guaranteed savings of $1757; they only offered $1200 on the purchase agreement. This did not include the additional $1k saving as a retired vet and student. Also, I had a trade worth nearly $13,643 (uppe value) in good condition (better than good condition though with brand new tires only three weeks old) according to Kelly Blue Book. The dealer would only offer $10,500 on a trade. There is a "Proc/Doc" fee of $899 and a "Gov't Fee" of $899. After trade, the dealer wanted me to finance $13,900 (originally $16,078). The sales representative was agreeable overall (not rude in speech), but did not honor calling me back when he said with the excuse that he was busy and with other customers I felt very put off and unvalued as a customer. For example, I'll contact you in the morning and I don't hear back until the evening. Another was I'll call you in 15 to 30 minutes, I did not hear back until hours later and so on.This was a very poor and unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend this dealership with its current staff and management as of 5/20/2014.I purchased a Jeep back in 2008 and didn't have any of these issue with this dealership. It looks like staff and management are changing for the worst; or just from my experience unfortunately. This is just my personal experience and I hope that others do not have to go through this. I just wanted to share my experience so other customers can be more informed as they research their vehicle purchase. Especially any military or students.
It has been a month since I purchased my 2014 journey and I just went back to these guys and got a new 2013 avenger sxt from them, I tell everyone to go see these guys cause they treat you like a person and not a number, will see them when I need another car
The most difficult dealership to deal with bought a jeep 18 months ago paid 9000 only put 5k miles on it now they want to buy for 3K. This dealership is a total rip-off.

I researched several dealerships and nobody was able to come close to Greenway Jeep. We dealt with Jonathan "Jackson" and had a great experience. This is my 7th car purchase and based solely off the fact that Jackson was such a class act, we will be going back to upgrade my wife's vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend, that if you are looking for a Jeep, or Dodge see Jackson and you will put that negative car buying stigma behind you!!!
