I just bought my second car from Aaron in the last two years. Greentree and Aaron have both exceeded my expectations. Each time I was there, the process was quick and painless. Professional and knowledgable.

I spent almost an hour at a competitor facility with no one asking me if I needed help. Here I was greeted immediately by a woman who asked if I needed assistance, summoned a manager and I received the help I needed. The salesperson listened to my needs and guided me directly to a car that met my criteria. I felt understood and appreciated. I had a trade in and they did not try to undercut me with a value - they sensed how much I love the car that I traded in; however it was time for a bigger car. I will definitely go to Greentree again.

Highly Recommended

After going to many dealers and looking at different makes and models of suvs and trucks, we drove from NY to CT and bought a Toyota Highlander with Alan Aviles' help. We were looking for a used truck and a friend suggested a Tacoma as a reliable truck. We headed to Danbury-Greentree Toyota where we were fortunate to meet Jose Cordero. Jose was professional, courteous, informative and listen to our needs as this was a first experience in acquiring a truck and he made it a pleasant one. No pressure/ fun experience

My husband and I have been talking about getting a new vehicle for a while. "New" usually means new to us, it was time to get serious. I was really dreading the process. I wanted a truck and we had previously owned a Tacoma. So I decided to pop over to Greentree Toyota. Upon arriving my sister and I were treated by a lovely young receptionist who promptly phoned for a sales person. Aaron Machado came out and introduced himself asked me what I was looking for and before I knew it I was test driving a vehicle.i explained I was just looking ...no problem ....he obviously enjoys selling vehicles and was able to tell me all about the truck I took out. I left after the test drive bringing home with me information on the truck. No pushy salesman experience it was wonderful. My husband and I came back during the week and leased the Tundra ..... I love my truck!! And am happy I came to this dealership.

car buying made painless

I recently purchased my wife a new Toyota Highlander. I started with some of the online tools and was quickly inundated with e-mails from dealerships telling me how "in demand" the Highlander is and that I should come to them immediately and expect to pay MSRP if I wanted one within six months. Greentree Toyota was the sole exception and gave me a great price and great service. I dealt with Allan Aviles and Pete "Coach" Przyborowski. They altered an order they already had incoming from the factory, and had the car I wanted within 5 weeks with the exact set of options desired. I highly recommend these two for straightforward negotiation.

Great Services, Friendly

Aaron Machado is great to work with when buying a car. We have never leased a car before and he made it painless. We are from the old school where you always bought your car, but after talking to Aaron we decided to try leasing. The car is so nice and we even got a new color that we wouldn't normally get. Satisfied twice in the same year

This was my second time in 6 months of coming to green tree Toyota and buyin a car and Both times the experience was great. Jose Cordero dealt me twice and made the entire process of buying a new car a breeze. Also the guys doing my finance papers were great, it was an effortless process. Just bought a new 2016 Toyota Camry from Aaron Machado. I love this car!! Aaron was amazing and practically held my hand while we went through the entire leasing process. Greentree is Excellent

I bought an Avalon from Greentree 6 years ago. What impresses me most is thier service group. They are top notch. Curteous, fair, efficient and honest. I have not found that anywhere else and have bought 7 new cars thus far. Last week I bought a new Highlander from them. Rick Reed was the sales rep. He is a great guy, knows his business and treated me very well. Ask for him if you want a Toyota.

I purchased my used 2009 Honda Fit from Greentree Motors in Danbury, CT and it was the best decision I've made regarding car buying. I was nervous before going in because I've never gone to a dealership to buy a car before but from the second I arrived I was helped right away and the whole team of car salesmen were extremely helpful. The car salesman in particular, Allan Aviles, made the process of getting my Honda fun and he put all of my buying worries at ease. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to him for help as he will take care of everything you need. Also, the finance department of the dealership went above and beyond to help me get the payments that worked the best for me. I couldn't thank Allan and the Greentree team enough for everything they did for me and my new car. When I picked my car up it was working and looked like new and I'm absolutely in love with it.

Greentree Toyota is Tops

Our Sales Representative was Rick Reid who was thoroughly familiar with the products he represented. Rick answered all of our questions and we were never made to feel rushed nor ignorant-we were treated with respect. The entire process of buying the Toyota Rav-4 was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and at our age we have purchased many cars. The showroom is modern, clean and bright and the car lot has plenty of space to showoff the impressive inventory. Even after we had consummated the purchase of our new Toyota, Rick gave us a very generous amount of time acquainting us with the many high tech features of the car and he invited us to come back to go over the technology. All of the people with whom we interfaced were courteous and competent. We were made to feel as though we had made some new friends.

Great Experience Stellar Sales Associates!!!

I was advised by a friend to talk to Alan at Greentree Toyota after dealing with several dealerships that claim they have the best deals and work with poor credit which were a total let down. I figured I would give it one last shot. I spoke with Alan on a thursday evening, gave him the run down on my situation and what i was looking for. By friday afternoon Alan had called me back telling me that every was approved and ready to go! my payment was where i wanted it to be and I was in the car I wanted to be in. We set up a time for me to come in with all my documentation and I was out of there in no time in my new car! The whole staff was very nice a polite and not standing over people who were just browsing. Alan helped me out big and I highly recommend seeing him or the other staff at Greentree Toyota!!!!

Buying from Green Tree Toyota

I just bought my second car from Green Tree Toyota. I was looking to trade in the first one and got a fair trade for my corolla and even got advice on what I'd have to do to sell it on my own. The upgrade was an Avalon Hybrid. It wasn't in stock at the time of the evaluation however I was notified immediately when they got one. I was dealing with Aaron Machado who made the process hassle free and never pressured me into a decision. Between Aaron and the finance office everything was explained thoroughly and they always outlined the different options I had. Picking up the new car was done quickly as most of the paperwork was filled out before I arrived. Both the insurance and DMV papers were already completed.

I purchased a new Toyota Avalon Hybrid from Greentree Toyota Scion. The sales rep that I interacted with was Aaron Machado and I would highly recommend his services. My first visit was just to appraise my vehicle and get information on the Avalon I had my eyes on. The price they quoted was fair and he even gave the advice of what I would probably get if I did the sale of the car on my own. The car I was interested in was not in stock at the dealership however I received a call from Aaron about a week later with news that they just got one in stock. There was no pressure on buying the car or to accept/make a deal right after the test drive. Everything was done smoothly and negotiations to find a price that would work for both of us was done with no hassle. The finance department spent the time to fully describe additional packages where there were little questions at the end. The dealership even handled the DMV registration and insurance transfers before i arrived. Overall the experience was one of the smoothest and friendliest car buying I've experienced.

My son recently turned 16, so I was giving my old car to him, so my wife and I decided to get a truck for me. I went into Toyota to look at trucks and met Aaron Machado. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Aaron went over all the different modles and explained all of our financing options. He was extremely informative during our test drive and even helped us set up the bluetooth audio system on my new Tundra. If you go to Greentree Toyota in Danbury, CT ask for Aaron. Great Experience

The one thing I don't like doing is going to buy a car. I bought my last car in 1997 and everyone remembers what it was like then. I recently retired, and my car was slowly starting to go. I read about leasing and I was curious about the idea. I met Aaron, and he was able to help me understand everything about a lease. Most importantly, I got the car I wanted for well under what my budget was. I am so happy to have met a nice young man like him. I'll definitely be back to lease another car in three years.

I had the opportunity to go car shopping and decided I wanted to go for a Toyota, given their excellent track record. Walked in and was helped out by Aaron Machado. I purchased a used 2011 Mazda 6 from Greentree Toyota Scion, the sales rep that I purchased through was Allan Aviles. I made 1 phone call to inquire about the vehicle put a deposit down and the vehicle was exactly the same as it was in the photos that I seen online. I was an out of state buyer, so Allan went above and beyond to help make the purchase go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Greentree Toyota to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle, I was in and out of the dealer within 25 minutes, which also included trading in a vehicle and filling out all the needed paperwork. If you see a vehicle that you like on their website give them a call and ask for Allan Aviles, Allan will definitely hard for you to get a deal completed.

Our sales rep Aaron Machado was exceptional in the purchase of a 2014 Sienna through the Costo Auto program. His attention to detail and professionalism made the purchase a pleasurable experience. I went with the Costo program to avoid haggling and based on my research knew the fixed price would be a good deal. As a first time buyer with the program Aaron explained all details with the program and then went through the trim lines and matched them to what we were looking for in a mini-van. There was no pressure and he listened to what we wanted and came up with the right car for us. This was the best sales and dealership experience I have ever had.

Great Experience working with Aaron Machado

Aaron Machado was a pleasure to work with in buying our 2014 Toyota Camry. We bought our Camry at Greentree Toyota through the Costco Auto buying program. They were able to save us over $1500 compared to 2 other Toyota dealers that were closer to our home. Aaron always returned my phone calls in a prompt manner if he was not available when I called. The most impressive thing about Aaron occurred when my wife and I went to pick up our car. We noticed that the heated seats were not installed on our Camry. Aaron apologized and admitted to us that this was his error. He didn't try to blame it on any other person or department in his company. He took the blame himself. Since we live about 30 miles from the dealership, I told Aaron that it would be a big inconvenience for us to return on another day to pick up the car after the heated seats were installed. Aaron excused himself and went to speak with his manager and then came back to tell us that he is giving us a loaner so we could drive home and he personally would drive our car to our home the next day after the heated seats were installed and pick up the loaner. He arrived at our home at the exact time that her agreed to be there and we took delivery of our car. I would highly rec. Aaron to anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

Stopped by Greentree Toyota in Danbury to check out the new Prius. At 8 years young I decided it was time for a new one! I had the fortune of being connected with Aaron Machado, an ex-Marine with impeccable manners. He was helpful, insightful and respectful. Instead of telling me what my monthly payments would be, he asked what I would want to spend monthly and Toyota created a good deal for me based on that information, including the $1,000 incentive given by Toyota to lease the car. This is the first time I have leased a car and Aaron explained the difference to me, giving the pros and cons of leasing versus buying. He set up most of what needed to be set up in the car when I picked it up but my I-Phone was not updated so he insisted that I return so that he could help set up the rest. Being a bit of a technology idiot, this is important to me. Nothing seemed to be any trouble for Aaron to help out. Sue from Finance was also excellent and she explained everything in detail.

Toyota Highlander

I wanted to buy the 2014 Highlander unfortunately the limited only comes with captain second row seats.To drop down to the xle I could not get the power pass seat or the 19" tires, I ended up purchasing a diffrent make have not taken del yet. I am writing this review because I was fortunate enough to be working with Lisa. My experince with here was great. I so much wanted to purshase the Highlander through her she went out of her way to help my wife and I. she is a great sales person and a great lady. I also want to say that the dealership is a 10.

Great Service!!

I flew into Connecticut from California to purchase a car for my daughter. This is my daughter's first car so I wanted everything to be perfect for her. Aaron Machado at Greentree Toyota made that happen for us. He provided excellent customer service, he was honest and patient. We looked at and test drove at least half-a-dozen cars before finding the perfect car for my daughter-a 2013 Toyota Corolla. Additionally, Jeff Tucker in finance patiently explained the financing process to us and backed up everything he said with proof!
