I shopped online for a truck for a couple of weeks and liked a couple that I saw on the Green Country website. Even though Collinsville is over a hundred miles away from where I live, I decided to drive up one day and do some test driving. I was looking for a nice loaded Silverado HD with a Vortec 6.0, with all the bells and whistles. The LTZ that I picked out not only fit my budget but had a gorgeous black leather interior, and I worked a deal to have some beefy new wheels and tires put on it! Scott was great to work with, was not pushy, and I left happy and feeling good about the choice I made. I would definitely do business with these folks again!

Not getting anymore of my business
My company has purchased several trucks, from them, over the past ten years. About a dozen total. Some have worked out well, while others had issues. I was willing to overlook those issues, and give them another shot, on our next truck. I found one that would work for our application, and went to make a deal. In doing some research on the truck, I found that they had the truck, for ten months. With that in mind, I figured that they would be willing to negotiate, and get it out of their inventory. I was wrong! Not only would they not budge, they offered me $10,000 less, then the nada, of my trade. They are not the only dealer in the area, and I will no longer give them my business.
Slow to respond
Took a second email to finally get a response from the dealer.
Vehicle Detail
I called and even sent a message for contacting me and never had a reply. I called, as did my wife, and each time was told the truck was in the detail shop. I drove to Tulsa on the day he said it would be back and called before continuing my drive and was again told it was in the detail shop and I couldn't see it much less drive it. I drove elsewhere and made a purchase the next week.
Not worth it
I called to see if a specific car that I was interested in was available to test drive and they confirmed that it was but when I drove out there THE VERY SAME DAY to look at it they said that it was "in the shop". They were very misleading and quite rude to me. It was an all-around complete waste of my time and gas.
Nice folks, decent vehicles
Though I was reasonably satisfied with my purchase, the photos and written description online were somewhat misleading - depicting a truck in markedly better condition. I did complete the deal since the cost was at least close to what it should sell for considering it's condition. But it is noteworthy that if a more detailed and accurate description and much better photos were used, I likely would not have driven 50 miles to view the truck, let alone 250 miles to actually buy it.
Great experience
I bought a used vehicle from this company and it was a good experience. I highly reccomend going here. As a woman, I did not feel haggled or cheated. We got the car we wanted, for a great price,
very friendly and honest. jb was a great salesman.
They had a great car at a good price but there were some issues with the car that prevented the purchase.
