Warning you are buying the car as is and they have all excuses why theres things wrong and will band aid the problem than when it breaks they play dumb and tell you well if you wanted a new car thats what you sould have done used cars break down

Class Act Dealership with GREAT employees. I had been looking for a car for five months. My credit is rough. They got me pre-approved within 30 minutes. I literally was in and out with the vehicle I wanted within 1 hour. I would recommend this Dealer to anyone and everyone. They are a pleasure to deal with and very honest.

2000 Chevy Silverado

This truck has very low miles , the add and the salesman on the phone said the truck was nice inside and out , the pictures looked great . I explained on the phone that I lived 300 miles away and I'll have the check from the bank and the loan was already approved , the salesman assured me that I would love the truck and it wouldn't last long . I get there to find a truck all scratched up , the tailgate handle looked like it was bondoed on , driver and passenger seats were full of cigarette burns , passenger arm rest was barely hanging on [actually hanging] by what looked like spray expanding insulation . After a long 6 hr drive with a buddy wasting his time too the salesman explained to me the truck was nice for around there . The pictures just happened not to show all that was wrong with truck only the ok views . After this wasted day and more miles on my truck I had to return the check to the bank explaining it was all for nothing . Hopefully Cars.com will start weeding out dealers like these , which will save there customers time and money .

big disappointment

Over priced and crappy vehicles. The quality of their vehicles are terrible. They dont even pay attention to the vehicles individually, I had to point out the issues and they acted as If they had no idea there were complications. I regret my decision to purchase a vehicle from them. I will never return or recommend.

Saved my butt!

To start I have very bad credit. I called Terry at Great Deals on Wheels US 421 location and told him my situation. I am going to school 45 minutes away, work 20 minutes from my house and had no vehicle. I was being taken to work and at times having to spend the night at work because of no ride. I told him what I was looking for and within minutes he called me and said he had me approved! I went on the website and found the perfect SUV for me and within a few more minutes it was mine. I have to say this was the easiest process of buying a vehicle I have ever had. These guys at this location are great!

Better than some , not as good as others

They listed a 03 Hummer H-1 for sale, the original outrageous asking price was $110.000, I suppose that was a big "Oops!" on somebody's part because soon afterwards it was relisted for a much more reasonable price. When I casually inquired about the price difference to the salesperson, he pretty much called me a liar and it was never for that high of price, wasn't their listing, basically the whole gambit of excuses. If he would of just admitted someone made an error, I wouldn't be writing this now. Furthermore, I dont appreciate blatantly being called a LIAR!!!!

Bad Service, Drove over their to look at a truck.

I called about a truck. I was told it was to be on their lot. I drove 45 minutes to look at it. It was not available. It took almost 1 1/2 hours at the dealership to find this out. NOT a Happy Camper. Waisted my time and fuel.

Never got back with me guess my money wasn't good

I contacted them and never heard anything back guess they didn't need my money would have paid cash too but have bought something else now wouldn't buy from them now if they had a car for a dollar

Purchased a good, reliable work truck.

Had talked with a certain salesman at the U.S. 421 location and asked him to keep me in mind for a reiliable, used truck. In just three days i recieved a call from him letting me know he'd found what I was looking for. Went and drove the truck, liked it, and that same afternoon I drove the truck home. I've been driving the truck for two years and changing the battery is the only change I've made as far as keeping it running in good condition. Thanks guys ! Ron H.

Made me feel at home

I Bought a Ford Excursion , 7.3 diesel from Great Deals On Wheels back about 3 months ago and it turned out to be an awsome truck !!! With 220,000 miles the truck runs like new !! Been to the west coast twice with no issues. The salesman took the time to listen to my wants and needs. Keep up the good work boys , your doing a fine job !!!

I have been shopping for a vehicle and could not get financed anywhere when i stubbled across a 04 Ford escape on cars.com it took me to great deals on wheels website i gave them a call and told them my trouble i was having on getting financed and i was told they specialize in getting people financed with no credit and bad credit .. well bottom line is they got me financed and i am very pleased with my vehicle... i recommend great deals on wheels to anyone needing financed or looking for a nice used vehicle they were awesome !!!!!!
