Got a quote from them on a 2017 subaru outback limited. I live in Nashville and could not get any deals around here, so I flew one way up to Chicago, got picked up, went to the daler and 2 hours later was driving back to Nashville. Long day but well worth the savings. Nothing but good things to say about the sales people and the dealership.

I used True Car to get a sense as to price and I was contacted by about 4 different dealerships. Jen and Grand Subaru was one of the first to contact me. Hands down the best service in town, I've been in Subaru for over 20 years and once I found Joe and Grand Subaru I haven't gone anywhere else. Joes a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with, maybe it's just me but honest service doesn't always seem to common in the auto repair business, which is not the case at Grand and with Joe. It's another reason I've stayed in Subaru. The whole series team is great from John on down, but when I found Joe at grand I had no need to look elsewhere.

Used true car to price car and was immediately contacted by 3 dealers in the area. Grand was the only one to give me up front pricing without pushing for me to 'come in and see the car etc'. I knew what I wanted - I told them and they gave it to me, no hassle and stuck to their pricing - which by the way was far better than any of the other dealers who kept giving me the run around. Service was friendly and efficient - especially Nealy! Thank you!

I recent purchased a new Subaru from Grand. Brianna whom is a new sales associate with the dealership and new to the industry as a whole responded promptly to my internet request and was in contact with me to set up a time to come in. Through the whole buying process she was professional and beyond helpful. She worked Diligently with the Chris C and the finance department to actually get me a better rate than my pre-approval from my bank. Through her dedication to customer satisfaction the car buying experience was painless and prompt. Although she is new to the industry I have no doubt Brianna will excel in her sales career based off my experience with her. I would highly recommend Grand to anyone looking to buy a Subaru!

My buying decision boiled down to price and that led me to Grand Subaru...Where I got an incredible deal from the internet department on my first Subaru, a 2017 Outback 3.6R Touring. As impressive as the price was, the service I was provided by Nealy and Chris was even more so. The first time I can use "pleasurable" to describe an automobile purchase. We went to Grand Subaru to buy a car for our son and met Andrew (Drew) Jennings.Drew took my son on a test drive, explained all the options clearly and then gave us time to decide. He was responsive to texts and phone calls. When we decided which car we wanted, he worked to locate it and bring it to his dealership.Once the car was here, the buying process went very smoothly. Overall we had excellent customer service from Chris Czaja who assisted us in test driving both the Outback and Forester, explaining in detail the differences and options for the Outback, and placing an order for a factory-built Outback for us. The order came in within a month of placing the order and he assisted us patiently to fill in the paperwork and showed us the inner-workings of the car even after the sale was done. Both Chris and Brandon presented us different post-sale options but there was no pressure to buy additional items. Overall this experience has been great and relatively stress-free and no high pressure sales pitch was observed.

My initial thought on purchasing a new vehicle was one of......oh here we go again having to deal with the sales staff that pressure the customer and waste as much of your time, so they can end up with a customer who is exhausted and ready to give into their sales tactics.Well much to my surprise I had a pleasant friendly experience at this Subaru dealership, my sales lady Sandy was patient, friendly and made the experience less stressful for me, she did not pressure me but made sure that I had received the proper information regarding my purchase and all the details involved before moving forward. Once my decision was made she proceeded to initiate the process to make sure I was out the door with my 2017 sooner than later. I feel this experience deserves the five star rating. Usually I would hate to go to any dealership because I hate how pushy most of them are, however I did not experience this with Grand Subaru. They let us look around without bothering us very little about if we needed help. Part of this could be because I already had a deposit down on a car, but I was walking around the lot before we met with anyone because I wanted to check it out before I decided to buy it. The first sales person I was supposed to speak with was actually on vacation when I went in so Michael Keller stepped up and helped me out tremendously! Him and my boyfriend actually had a lot in common so Michael was great to talk to. He also made my sales process run smoothly and did what he could to save me as much money as possible. Thanks Michael! I would recommend anyone buying from Grand Subaru to have Michael be their salesman.

I was pressed for time and new to Illinois so I wanted to do most of my research online before going to a dealer. I contacted other dealerships and they would just answer my questions with "Come to the dealership and I'll answer your questions!" Sandy Cuttone was different; she was extremely responsive and answered all of my many questions in great detail. Not only that, she was friendly and not pushy. When I finally stopped by (and had to bring a screaming toddler...not recommended), she was thorough and quick so that we could go home ASAP with our new Subaru.

Car buying, especially the negotiation is a royal pain. They give you a price, you counter, then the salesman says that he (or she) needs to take to their manager, you wait and wait, and back they come and process is repeated. Then you put on your coat and start walking out the door. Hold on they can do better, well maybe until you notice that extra hidden charge, ...Dealing with Grand Subaru was not this way. I contacted Sandy and she gave a GREAT price off the bat, well below invoice. No negotiations, no getting my coat on and starting to walk out the door, ...Yes she offered a few options and explained what they were, we took one (maintenance contract which seemed to be fairly priced) while left others (paint and fabric protection).My only complaint was that the process at Grand Subaru took about the same time as other dealers. It went very smoothly but does take some time. There were no long waits, just many steps and seemingly endless paperwork to complete.Since we had a previous Outback, Sandy explained the new features to us and skipped the basics which we already knew. She also helped up transfer the radio stations - which we forgot to write down before leaving home for the dealership.Other ways they could improve the buying experience - perhaps Grand can could arrange for a Starbucks to open next store. Grand's coffee is okay but Starbuck's latte would have been better.

I've purchased at least 15 cars over the years but this purchase was the best ever. Usually the buying process is drug out with a lot of pressure to add extras, haggling over the final price, and mostly just waiting around while the salesperson keeps running back to the manager to approve every dot on the contract. My daughter has a Subaru and kept bragging about it (but then doesn't everyone in Colorado own one? ) I finally decided to get one as well. I started dealing with Sandy Cuttone over the Internet a few years ago. I should say that I live in TN, about 490 miles away. She had a lot of patience with all my questions, answering each one quickly and accurately. She also has a great sense of humor. After looking at dealers in the Nashville area, Grand had the best prices, well worth a trip up and two nights in a motel. Unfortunately I could never find the time to drive up so I ended up buying a Honda CRV. The CRV has a great reputation, but I could never find out why. I had at least a dozen issues with the car, starting with road noise and often asking what the design engineers where thinking of; definitely not people friendly. I finally tired of the CRV after about a year and contacted Grand again. To my pleasant surprise Sandy Cuttone returned my e-mail inquiry and remembered me. Well, we started the pricing and availability process all over again. I had decided on a 2017 Subaru Limited with certain color choices. Sandy was right on top of things, giving me options such as availability and details on various features. The end result was that I drove up to Chicago, had a most pleasant experience in processing the sale in record time and back on my way home. I really liked the coffee machine and Danish in the waiting room. While I can nitpick about anything, and this Subaru is no exception, I haven't found anything so far that really bothers me. The car runs great, has plenty of power, and looks good. But then a car is just a car (even though Subaru Corp says Subaru is love - something wrong there;-). Sandy and other staff I met at Grand are people and to me people are love. I loved the entire buying experience and will not hesitate to buy from Grand again. The only thing I won't do is drive up for my oil changes.

This is my third experience buying from Grand Subaru and my second time buying from Sandy Cuttone. I like dealing with Sandy as she is professional, responsive, and doesn't play games.I emailed Sandy directly with the specs on the car I was pursuing and she responded quickly with a detailed note showing all costs and an excellent price. I had done my homework before contacting Sandy and was pleasantly surprised at the deal I received as well as the no hassle process. I had several email communications with Sandy throughout the process regarding options and color availability and she was very accommodating and responsive. The car we wanted wasn't in stock, but Sandy was able to get it for us within several weeks. When I had a small service issue after delivery, Sandy engaged management on my behalf to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. For that reason alone I would buy from her again.Overall my experience with Sandy and Grand Subaru has been very positive. Sandy, her Finance Manager, and the Service team have all be very decent and reasonable people to work with. So far the Forester XT we bought is great and we are comfortable recommending Sandy and Grand Subaru to friends and family.

We knew we wanted another Subaru Outback as we were extremely happy with our 2011 model. We look to Comsumer Reports for information before making purchases. Grand Subaru was one of the dealerships recommended. We e-mailed our interest in the 2017 Subaru and Sandy Cuttone responded quickly. We scheduled a meeting and Sandy did not disappoint. She was very efficient and very knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in. She helped us through the process without ever pressuring us to make a decision. Once we ordered our new Subaru, which Sandy helped us build, all we had to do was wait. We were given a delivery date and we're thrilled when we received the call that the car was in early. Again Sandy arranged to get the car ready for us, and helped arrange our meeting with the financial manager. Sandy took time with us explaining all of the features on our new vehicle. This was extremely helpful. We really enjoyed working with Sandy. She is a real asset to your Subaru family. We decided to replace our Honda CRV and add another Subaru to the family. The Costco pricing made the process easier and a lot less stressful. This was our first time at Grand and the facility was very nice. The people there were friendly and helpful. Matt did a great job of showing us options and gave us a nice tour of all the new bells and whistles in the car. Sometimes, buying a car feels like buying a house! But Matt made sure we knew what we were signing. The only reason I didn't rate our experience all 5 stars was because we were disappointed in our trade-in offer.

I have to say that I really do not enjoy the car buying process. I feel like I am in the middle of a 12 round fight! But Grand Subaru and Jeff Shade changed that for me. From the time I first contacted the dealer via email until I walked out with a new 2017 Forester, these guys made the experience enjoyable. I do a lot (probably too much) homework before I will even contact a dealer. I know what I want to pay, I know what my trade in is worth and I know what sort of interest rate I want on the loan. Their first price (didn't even have to haggle) was below the "great prices" listed by Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book and TruCar. The valued my trade in at a fair value and in line with what I had already been offered by other dealers. There was no big push to up sell, but they did share all of the offerings with me. I came in with financing already secured and they beat what I had by a wide margin.I really can't express how great this dealer was to do business with. This is my first Subaru but I already told my wife that she should pick out which model she'd like because I don't want to deal with any other dealer ever again.

I am a low mileage used car buyer and the value of a Subaru Forester is undeniable. Michael was quick to respond to my internet inquiry for one of Grand Subaru's cars. We setup a road test and he made it very easy for me to make a decision the same day, keeping the communication friendly and professional while we were going through the usual process of pricing the vehicle to be purchased, pricing the vehicle to be traded and finally financing the transaction. The dealership is modern, well equipped for the public and I will do business with Grand Subaru and Michael Keller again if they find me the right deal in 3 or 4 years.

Go to Grand Subaru and Mike's your man!My daughter had been saving for years for a car. She finally decided this past summer that she was ready to purchase a modestly priced used car. She had some clear ideas of what she wanted so we spent most of the summer looking for just the right fit. We primarily relied on one dealer whom we'd purchased from before for my son and had had an outstanding experience. We were really reluctant to go anywhere else since we'd heard horror stories about buying used cars and didn't want to take the chance of sending my daughter off to college with a problem car. Less than a week before she needed to head out to college, we were still waiting so we decided to look at other dealer options. We ended up seeing a used 2007 Subaru Forrester online that was available from Grand Subaru. We called and had the great fortune to get Mike Sinacola to help us. We immediately drove to Bensenville from Chicago in rush hour just hours before the dealership closed. Mike had the car washed and sitting in the front waiting for us to test drive by the time we pulled into the dealership. They allowed us to test drive the car without someone hovering over us and to take as much time as we needed to look the car over and talk and ask questions. My daughter was thrilled and we purchased the car. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He stayed late on a weekend night, past regular business hours to make sure we were completely checked out, set and satisfied with our purchase. Al in the finance department was also terrific. We purchased an extended warranty and he even gave us his personal cell phone to call him if we ever had any trouble getting the warranty coverage. Grand Subaru even allowed us to take it to an independent mechanic to have it checked out and guaranteed to fix any problems for free should our mechanic find something non cosmetic wrong. Our mechanic said the car looked and drove like new. But this isn't the most incredible part of the story. Two days later and only three days before she had to drive 1500 miles to school the car stopped dead in traffic. After calling AAA for a tow I called Mike on his cell which was right at closing and he helped me arrange to get the car looked at in the morning with their mechanics. Joe in service called me in the morning and had found the problem (a bent gas gage in the tank so the tank was not registering empty). We had scheduled the car to be rustproofed that day but unfortunately Joe needed to have the part overnighted to the shop and it wouldn't be ready until the next day which was the day of our departure. Joe promised to have the car done right away when the part came in so I arranged to have the car rustproofed the next morning by noon. By the way, Joe was very accommodating and was a huge advocate for pushing this through and making it happen in a timely and efficient manner.The next day the part came in late and we were told if the car wasn't there by 1pm we wouldn't be able to have it rustproofed until two days later. We had an hour drive to the dealership and were waiting to hear from Joe about the completion and we were running out of time. Just minutes before the deadline, in steps amazing Mike who offers to drive the car to the rustproofing shop so we could get in there on time. We saved many hours in traffic, got the car done and my daughter made it to college on time. I know it sounds like a fairy tale but it's really true and Mike and his team were the reason. It's unheard of to get customer service like this in today's market and Mike should be given the medal of honor for service above and beyond.

Two years ago we needed a new vehicle, and after much research, decided on a Forester. Our credit union had relationships with three Subaru dealers, and after more research, we chose Grand. Melissa Distel handled our whole transaction, from initial contact, to trade in, to final sale. It could not have gone more smoothly. Melissa was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We were very happy with the price and service we received.Two months later, my beloved 2002 RAV4 suddenly suffered a fatal mechanical malady. Being impressed with Subaru, and having already done oodles of research, I decided to get an XV Crosstrek. Back to Grand Subaru and Melissa we went. There was nothing available on the lot, so she found one that was being shipped in that met my specifications. Once again, it whole transaction went very smoothly. Melissa kept me informed of everything until the Crosstrek arrived, and took care of every detail of the sale. Once again, we were very happy with the price and service.Now, two years later, I decided that my old bones needed a little more comfort and luxury. I took a good, hard look at other makes of SUVs and crossovers, but when comparing value, reliability, and consumer reviews, in my mind nothing beat the Outback. So back to Grand we went. Melissa is now a sales manager, so she set us up with Chris Czaja, one of the internet sales staff. Chris was great to work with; friendly, funny, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us all the time we needed to go over all the numbers. We got a great price on the Outback, and a good trade-in on the Crosstrek, and once again, the process could not have gone more smoothly.We have been completely satisfied in our dealings with Grand, both on the sales side and the service side, and would happily recommend this dealership. Keep up the good work!

I dreaded my next car purchase because my last experience was so terrible. I had gone to multiple dealerships due to not being treated with respect because I was a female buying a car on my own. I had also had a dealership actually laugh at me because I was doing this on my own and did not want a co-signer. I have been wanting a Subaru for a few years now. The folks at Grand Subaru made me feel so comfortable, and treated me like a human. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and patience with me as I made my decisions. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly and customer-service oriented. I could not believe how different this experience was from my previous one. I was updated throughout the entire process and had an enjoyable time finalizing my purchase. We were referred by Costco Auto Program. Matt Drwal contacted us that evening with information and pricing. We had an appointment with him the next morning and selected a model and color. The dealership did not have the interior we wanted, but Matt Drwal soon found the car we wanted. We took possession of the car 4 days after we first met with Matt. At that time Matt spent almost an hour explaining and setting up the many features and the controls and setting up the many features of the Outback. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Was lied to multiple times, made appointments that were not kept. Never had the feeling that I was dealing with trustworthy people. Joe Haga of the finance department, was incredibly rude and arrogant. He blatantly lied to me multiple times and at one point was told "I don't dictate things here" My credit was less than perfect, and the guy treated me like he was doing me a favor, despite the fact that they were going to make money off me.

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly , That day we went to a couple of dealerships and at the end of the day we came back because this dealership is the best. Went to look at the 2010 mazda speed 3 they have for sale and noticed marks on the roof of the car that were starting to bubble. Talked to the sales lady, who was nice and helpful, and she assured us that they would fix it for the price they were asking for it. We left and came back another day and they told us that they fixed the roof and chips on the front bumper and hood. The person who did the so called "repairs" did a horrible job. The clear coat on the front bumper was hazy and looked like garbage and the roof was not fixed it was touched up with paint. The underlying problem with the roof is the rust that was starting due to the bubbling. After talking to the used car sales manager, who treated us like crap because we are in our early 20s, he said it's just bad business to fix the roof like that. So after being told one thing we were told another. They refused to budge on the price of the car even after they didn't fix the problems. Then we find out that there is only 1 key to the car and it would cost us around $250 to get a key and have it programmed. So he refused to go down on the price of the car because of the missing key and the cost to fix the roof even after we were told they were going to fix the problems for us. The sales person was nice and tried helping us but the used car sales manager was rude and arrogant to say the least. I work in the parts business so I have a very good idea of the cost on parts and labor and this dude just pulled crap out of his butt. They do not communicate with each other very well either, sales person said we can do $13900 before talking to anyone else and then the manager came back to us and said no they wouldn't go lower then $14000. Also do not leave a deposit in cash because they refuse to give it back to you in cash. They made us wait 5 days to receive a check in the mail after being told that we would get a call in no more than 2 days to come pick up our deposit. Overall not a good experience with this dealer and would not recommend anyone buy here. Also, if you're looking into the Mazda check out the roof closely I would hate for someone to get it with the crappy "fix" job and it start to rust in a year.

Me and my wife were planning to buy a new car but were a hesitant because of our previous experience with our last dealership. It was a horrible experience, we basically got ripped off and the customer service was poor. It was my first time to buy a car in the USA so I was still vulnerable to those sharks. Then I read on a review online that Grand Subaru was number 1 in customer experience and satisfaction.From the moment you walk in you will be greeted by friendly staff (given that it is not a Saturday). Btw, I got an online quote using truecar app and I received an email from many dealership and my gut feeling told me to go to Grand Subaru, and was never disappointed. The showroom was clean and there are lots of freebies so you don't get bored if you have to wait.Chris Czaja was our salesperson, and to tell you the truth, he is what a dealer should be. He was professional and friendly, from keeping you updated with email or phone calls to making sure you are comfortable with your buying experience. Excellent service, no hassle, no pressure, no BS, straight to the point.He is very well informed and also listens to what you want and need, even told a us a little bit of background from his WRX to switching to Outback because family is always first, and that is the reason we are buying a car because of our new born. We got ripped off of our first car purchase so from the start we were screwed from financial standpoint. I already knew that we are not getting our ideal budget because we are trading our used car and we still owed money from that. but, Chris told us that they will be doing everything to get us a good deal and they pulled through.To summarize it, if you are looking for a new car, go to Grand Subaru and get a Subaru. You are not only getting a great and reliable performing car you'll also get a great buying experience. If your'e lucky maybe Chris Czaja will be your dealer.

I tried to buy a car from Mike. He offered me a low ball on my trade (which is a really nice car). He insulted me by telling me I had some attachment to my car and then told me to go to Carmax. I have almost the highest credit rating available and was ready to make a deal. You're weak and insulting sales rep lost that deal for you. I will never do business with a company that treats combat wounded vets like this and has no tact. Stress free purchase...whatever.

Okay so I would like to begin by saying never in my entire life have I ever had such good salesmanship absolutely and utterly destroyed by such poor management. My experience at Grand Subaru was one of the worst I've ever had anywhere while trying to purchase a car. How a place like Grand Subaru, with management as they have, is still afloat is beyond me. Grand Subaru needs to reevaluate what terrible temperamental managers they employ. After hours of peaceful negotiation with my sales associate the manager comes over to introduce himself and within two minutes of him sitting down and me not being able to put money down to complete the sale, the manager's face begins to boil red in anger. The worst part is yet to come though. After I acknowledge that I've spent too much time waiting here playing the car dealerships games the manager instantly bolts up from his chair in aggression and yells "Fine I don't need to sell you a car, I'm not selling you a car, get out". And right there was the last time I'll ever be back at Grand Subaru. I hope nobody else is ever forced to deal with the incredibly rude management Grand Subaru employs or the tricks this place plays on unsuspecting new car buyers I do however have to say my sales associate Wendy was one of the friendliest employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting with while shopping for a new car.

Good facilities however very poor service. I took my vehicle that I purchased from the dealer in for repairs. I was waiting for about 5 hours so that they could finish! I am a patient guy so I did wait but whenever I would ask how much longer, service would be very rude in their reply. In the end they said they could not fix the issue and sent me on my way. Biggest waste of 5 hours I've ever had, would not recommend to anyone.

I had a wonderfully straightforward transaction here, primarily with Matt Drwal. I originally contacted them online along with about ten other dealerships in the Chicago area as I was seeking the lowest price for a Subaru Legacy. Matt got back to me that day with a fantastic quote and the info for the specific car included (even the VIN #). I am happy to say that everything he told me turned out to be true. There were no gimmicks or upselling. It was exactly the honest simple transation that I was looking for. I communicated with Matt via email, text and phone and found him to be very responsive and sincere. Literally the only thing I think of that could improve is the gross coffee and pastries in the lobby, but at the price at which I bought my car, it was nice of them to include anything. We have purchased Toyotas & Hondas for the last 25 years and wanted something that handles a little better in the snow. We weren't looking just yet but my husband was having service on his bike at the Can-Am dealer and decided to take a walk while it was being worked on. He met Nicole who was more than happy to show him the vehicles and answer questions and he came home and started researching. The next weekend he brought me up to look at them and the vehicle he thought I'd want just wasn't right for us (I'm disabled). We tried the outback and it was perfect. Even had the perfect colors. So my husband needed to go home and "re-research" everything. Nicole had the exact car and was able to meet all of our needs and so the next weekend we drove back out to buy it. Nicole put in a lot of time & energy in what was originally a guy walking down the street and decided to kill some time. She was very understanding to my needs and wanted to make sure that it was a car for both of us and that we'd both be happy and I appreciate that. Especially when I did all the work on out last 2 cars and we make it clear its my car and they still talk to my husband. In this case my husband will be the primary driver but she was very tuned into my needs because if I can't be comfortable, it's just not a good car for us and she took that to heart. Grand Subaru was easy to work with when I bought my 2017 WRX STI. Initially working through their online sales department, I was able to shop and price easily and effortlessly. Buying a Subaru is a bit more difficult than buying other makes due to a limited supply on some models. However, Chris Czaja was very helpful in finding options based on my initial Internet inquiry. They should rename the place "Grand Suckaru"Poor vehicle service. Poor customer service. Poor management. On July 16,2016, I dropped my 2014 Subaru Forester (34,400 miles) off for the 30K Mile service. This service is a major service and costs around $500.00. I also requested that my vehicle be cleaned, waxed, and vacuumed, for an additional$125.00. 3 hours after I dropped off my car, the dealership calls and tries to sell me on $1000.00 in additional "repairs". Some items of which should be included in the 36K mile warranty. The service department at Grand Subaru refused to repair the following items:1. Child-safe door lock does not function-unlatch. (Driver's side)2. Brake lights are not working properly3. Windshield wipers are worn out4. Vehicle alignment 5. Battery test/replacement (I recently received a notice because it is recalled!)After repeated discussions with the service Dept (Anthony) and the manager (Ryan Drone); They refused to honor the vehicle warranty. I paid $500.00 for the 30K mile service, and was the car was given back to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. It had grease marks on the hood and steering wheel, and the service department didn't even attempt to clean the vehicle. I received very poor service and feel offended that the dealership not only will not honor their warranties, but also gave me back a filthy vehicle.

The reason I decided on Grand Subaru was the contacts that I had with Sandy Cuttone over three months on the phone after my hospitalization.. Sandy kept in contact with me so that I had constant information on the vehicles I had told her that was of interest to me. At the end, we got a car that exactly matched our expectation - from the trim, to the installed options, and to the exterior color! Matt arranged the car to be transported from another dealership in order to get an exact car we were looking. We settled the deal mostly through the emails with phone calls sometimes. We never visited the dealership at the Bensenville site before finally coming to close the deal and pick up the car. I was under a tight budget for a new AWD vehicle. Living in Chicago, an AWD was a requirement for me on my new car purchase; however, this made it difficult as most AWD vehicles are out of my price range. But Grand Subaru in Bensenville was able to get me in a new Impreza at a price in my budget, and they drove the car to my home for me when I was unable to do so myself as I was in a rental vehicle at the time and didn't have anyone else with me that could drive the car home.They were very fair, willing to negotiate, and extremely friendly. I was going to see Sandy on Saturday 6/11/16 at 9am, to get a discount coupon, to purchase a sun shade, for my 2016 Legacy. The night before, I was out, and all of a sudden, my wife and I, could smell the coolant. I made it home, keeping a close eye on the temperature gauge. Saturday morning, I took a chance, and drove to Grand Subaru (about 6 miles), once again keeping a close eye the temperature gauge. I saw Anthony in the service department, and he asked if I wanted to wait, or leave the vehicle ? I said I'd leave it, as long as I could get a loaner. He said there was nothing available, because every loaner, was already reserved. So, Anthony suggested that I wait, because maybe, it might be a quick fix. So, while I was waiting, I went to see Sandy. I was telling her about my situation, and she said, "don't worry, if you have to leave your car, we will get you a car" ! I waited about 2 hours, when they found, that the radiator, did have a small leak. So, as promised, they rented a car for me, from Enterprise. I've never had to deal with an issue, such as this, but I thank Sandy for coming thru for me !! I do, highly recommend, Sandy, and Grand Subaru, if anyone is thinking of buying a Subaru !!!

I tried to negotiate with some other dealerships and process was painful. Then my friend recomanded me to contact Sandy to get the best price. And that was really true. They have given us internet quotes that reflected the price we would pay for our car. There was no game playing. As we walked in the door we were greeted in a friendly manner by Melissa Distel. We asked for Matt, and his warm personality made me realize we were in the right place again. He showed us the car, let us drive it, and we got down to business. my review starts about 4 or 5 months before my retirement. I had been planning on buying a new Subie for many years, always haven driven a used subaru. anyone who has driven a subaru in the winter, knows they sell themselves, so this review is not about the car. I had shopped many dealerships on the net and by phone, always getting the usual, come visit us, got to see the sales manager for the price,please wait, we can do better if you come see us,on and on. the exact reason people dont want to go to a dealership. then one morning, i was playing on my phone,looking at you tube videos of subies in the snow, and seen a grand subaru ad saying call for best price. So, here we go again. I called and got a lady named Sandy Cuttone. She asked, what can i help you with? I told her i was interested in the price of an outback, she asked what trim level, i told her, 30 seconds later i had a price. Really,i said. Yep, she said. Like the price? she said only additional costs are license taxes,title, and any accesories you add. WOW, the price was the best i had received, by a long shot. This was the start of a 3 month relationship ending in my purchase of an outback,at an outstanding price. I bugged Sandy many, many times with price questions about many models, always receiving almost immediate quotes. I am 65 years old, and have never enjoyed the car buying experience like i did with Sandy and Grand Subaru. they provided the best price and outstanding service. They will be my first and last stop with my next Subie. Just for reference, Grand Subaru is two hours from my house. More than worth the drive.

So I decided to buy a new vehicle last year and began looking in August. I contacted Grand Subaru and Sandy Cutone got right back to me. I test drove two WRX's, but they were too small. I looked at an Outback, but it was too big. Sandy suggested that I try a Forester XT and, wait for it....just right! But I test drove it again just to make sure. So that's four test drives and a couple of visits with questions. Through it all Sandy was very patient, very good with answering questions about the vehicles and very, very good at staying in touch without doing the whole high pressure sales thing! During this time I definitely shopped this thing around. At that time, no other dealers in the area came within $1800.00 of Sandy's price. I was actually contacted by an internet sales person at another dealership and was warned that "They will lure you into the showroom with one price and will change it once you get there!" So I ordered a black 2016 Forester XT from Sandy Cuttone at Grand Subaru around October, (and switched the order to a dark metallic grey one in November or December...over and above the call of duty there Sandy!) I came in to the dealership to sign some papers after Sandy found me the dark metallic grey XT and the price on it was $500.00 LESS than my original price due to newer Subaru incentives. Who does this!!?? I guess the guy at the other dealership was right after all, just not in the way he thought! Bottom line, great vehicle, great dealership and GREAT people. I would, and have, recommended Sandy Cuttone to all my friends and family. The best new car experience I've had. Thanks again Sandy!

I usually do not like the process of buying a new car, but Sandy was straight forward and we worked out a fair deal. There was none of that icky car salesman pressure feeling.I have been taking my 2006 Forester to Grand Subaru for service since I purchased it. Joe Bednarek in service has been terrific in helping me keep it running (over 211,000 miles) while not breaking the bank. That car has been so reliable! That is why my new car purchase is also a Forester.

When I was looking for my new Subaru, first I went to true car.com as well as several local dealer's web site.As a resort, I received many phone massage and e-Mail. Unlike others, Sandy's e-mail was very detail and exact price I will pay.(I should say that is 5% less than other dealer will charged me). So,I called other dealer which is close to my house and asked if they will match the price, no luck,thru couldn not do it. ok, then I called Sandy and ask her if she has car in stock. I was in the market to buy my first new car ever. I was pretty much set on a Subaru Crosstrek. I had several dealers call me including carmax and it just seemed that it wasn't going to happen for me. And then I recieved a call from Sandy at Grand Subaru in Bensenville, IL. Within 2 minutes she was able to let me know that they would be able to work with me and get me in a new Crosstrek within my price range and make it all happen. She was pleasant and went to bat for me with the management and bank with my minor credit issues to get me an acceptable finance rate and monthly payment. Being in sales myself it was amazing to see that she actually took an interest in helping and not just making another sale. Everyone in the facility was incredibly polite and accommodating and the team there helped make a dream become a reality. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Sandy and the staff at Grand Subaru. They are truly the best of the best. When I was looking into purchasing a Subaru Impreza I came across Grand Subaru because they were the only ones that had it in blue. I was in contact with Nealy an internet sales Consultant for about two weeks before I actually went to make the purchase. She answered all my questions and made it a breeze to purchase the car I had fallen in love with. When I walked it I had explained how I was set to buy the car but wanted to save as much money as I can. Great price. Don't even bother going into the main sales room just go to the Internet sales and talk to Nealy. There was one minor hiccup with a sensor on my car after I left the lot. When I went back the next day they were open the first person I spoke to (not Nealy) said I'd have to leave and make an appointment. Not a great response. But then Nealy was found and she went for the save, she got the porters to double check everything and sort out. She is nice, professional, funny and low key.

Bought a 2016 Forrester through Nicole Lacullo. When I inquired online via Cars.com, Nicole responded to me immediately and asked what trim/options I was interested in. Within 15 minutes, she provided me with an on line price that was incredibly good. It was better than any of the other prices I had seen to date. We met a few days later and signed the deal. There was no "haggling" needed as I felt they gave me the best price from the start. My experience with Grand Subaru started with Chris Czaja responding to my internet pricing inquiry for a 2016 Subaru Outback. He responded within 45 minutes with a price for the vehicle I requested that was more than $1,000 lower than the best price I could find in Michigan. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive of the whole out of state purchase process, but I can't imagine how it could have gone better. Chris summarized all costs via e-mail and had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived for my pre-scheduled appointment. I took the car for a test drive and closed the deal within 1 hour. I was presented with offers for extended warranty, Sirius and StarLink. The offers were low pressure, I declined and that was it. (In retrospect, I think the Sirius and StarLink packages were better than I initially assumed.) I think the thing that impressed me the most was the 45 minutes Chris spent after the deal was closed to explain the car's features. Because I was out of state, Grand arranged a 30 day Illinois temporary registration and said all papers necessary for Michigan registration would be sent within 3 weeks. They arrived via UPS just over two weeks later. All papers were included and I got Michigan registration on the first attempt. I recommend anyone considering a new Subaru to give Chris and Grand a shot. The savings more than covered the trip to Chicago. I rented a car and drove, but Chris offered to have me picked up at the airport or train station also. Do it. You won't regret it.

Purchased a brand new 2015 Outback in August. When it came time for 12,000 mile service, we called and left a message with no one returning our call. Today (May 16, 2016) the car will not start and we are having it towed and Grand Subaru said they don't know when they can get to it. This will be my last interaction with Grand Subaru and will never recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

When we got the price quote from Sandy Cuttone we tried to bring it another dealerships. No other dealers could match the quoted price I got. So I went back to Sandy to purchase my new car. Going in I was expecting to have to haggle and see several supervisors to make my purchase. It was not so. Sandy didn't have to bring the quoted price to her manager . Sandy is the best. This is the first time I enjoyed car buying. Sales should be this way. Take it or leave it. The buying process is smooth and fast. So it is honest and no haggling. People don't have to overpay from one dealer to another.

This is our family's 3rd car purchased at Grand. We live an hour from the dealership with several Subaru dealers in between but I suggest you save yourself time and lots of money by coming here first, you'll be glad you did. Melissa and Chris were great with good follow up and were concerned about the time it took to get us in and out quickly. The dealership is under construction but don't let that stop you, they'll take good care of you.

When Grand opened I started going there for service, since we used to live in Elmhurst and still are in that area often. We live about 15 miles west. I met Joe Bednarek when I was a counselor at College of DuPage--a very nice and helpful young man. He has been my service contact for several years. I trust Joe to give me a fair deal, good service, and no unnecessary charges.When we were ready for another car (kept the Forester, traded in a Honda) I asked Joe to recommend a sales person. We met with Chris Czaja; very personable, straight forward, recognized our needs, did not rush us, was not pushy. We trusted him to give us the best "deal." This was the first out of three other car dealerships who treated us with true consideration, respect, and friendliness. At no point did they use the "good cop / bad cop" con of having to pull the manager into the discussion. For those of you who have experienced this it is usually an aggressive sell tactic. Grand Subaru, specifically Chris Czaja, made this an incredibly pleasant stress free and profitable experience. Yes, profitable. We were able to purchase a fully loaded Forester for $7,000.00 less than what we had been quoted by another dealership. This is how car buying should be.

The best thing about this dealership is Chris Czaja, the salesman I worked with. Via an internet quote he gave me a price that was significantly lower than the next best quote. You often worry that something will go wrong with a low quote when you actually show up, but there were no surprises. Anything extra such as tax and document fee was stated clearly on the quote, and the total price was exactly what I expected. Chris was very straightforward and clear in explaining everything. The car was special ordered, which I knew before coming in. It was promised to me in 12 weeks and was actually delivered in 8 weeks. When we picked it up Chris went over everything: the paperwork, the manuals, and the car itself. He was very knowledgable about everything and there was no feeling of being rushed. He mentioned all the extras that he could sell us, but there was no high pressure or any kind of pressure. When I said I wasn't interested, he moved on. I'd definitely buy again from Grand, and I'd definitely ask for Chris. The only downside of the agency was the finance guy who you have to deal with before you pay. I bought the car for cash with no trade-in, so this should have been a simple and short transaction. Even though Chris had called down to find a time when he could see us, he still kept us waiting for about a half hour. When he finally got to us, he tried to sell us everything under the sun, and this was not low pressure. He wouldn't take no for an answer until I had to get a bit unpleasant and tell him that there was nothing I was going to buy from him and he was just wasting his time and mine. At that point he got rather surly, but he at least got down to business and finished the transaction. The final blow was that his printer was almost out of ink, and the documents he gave me, including the registration, were barely legible. Finance guys are often the weak link at every dealership.

We had a great experience buying our car from Grand Subaru. We were looking for a new car for our daughter who had just graduated college. We looked at several different cars and spoke with several different dealerships. Once we decided which car we wanted, we started our search on the internet to see what pricing we could get. We have bought several cars over the internet and have always found the experience to be quite painless. We received pricing from our internet salesman, Matt Drwal. Matt's pricing seemed too good to be true. There was not another dealer who could come close to his price. We were a little worried that the deal might have been too good to be true. When I spoke with Matt on the phone, I told him that we did not want to waste our time driving out of our way to find out that there was more to the deal than we had thought. Matt assured me that he could have the car washed and ready before we got there and he would do his best to move the process along as quickly as he could. I think that the whole process took a little over an hour. The car was ready, washed and full of gas when we got there. The paperwork was filled out quickly. We were presented with extra options, but we did not feel pressured to buy anything extra. Matt went over every feature of the car and explained everything in a very simple manner. The finance manager couldn't have been nicer. He also explained everything and made sure that we understood all of the financing details. Once we were all done, Matt put our new license plates onto our new Forester, asked us if we had any other questions, and we were on our way.My daughter loves her new Subaru Forester
