This is second vehicle I've crossed lake Champlain to purchase from Goss. Extremely friendly environment and very helpful. We are having our 3rd daughter and needed more to accommodate 3 car seats. Wayne Brown helped us find the perfect vehicle (Dodge Durango) and made the process so easy. With all the stress a new baby brings, having Wayne walk us step by step through this was comforting. started my search for a new truck when I was stuck with a vehicle payment and vehicle that was not practical for my family. went to GOSS DODGE looking for a used 2500 crew cab . After a lot of searching and hard work from salesman Cory Loudon it was determined that a used truck was not going to be a good fit with the negative equity I had on my currant vehicle. Very upset that I might be stuck in a car that I didn't want, I spent some time online looking around with no luck in sight when Cory called me and informed me that he had good news. They had did some research and found out that they could put me into a brand new 2016 ram 1500 crew cab financed with no money down for 100 dollars a month less than I was paying for my old car and with 12000 in discounts on the new truck they where able to hide over 7000 in negative equity I had on my old car. So brand new truck, lower payment and it fits the family with plenty of room. I left very happy with more than I was expecting. would recommend Goss Dodge and salesman Cory Loudon highly.

Best experience yet

We went in knowing what we were looking for, 2012 Ram 3500, and there was no pressure to up-sell, or pick a different vehicle. Wayne Brown was very helpful from explaining the features on the truck to explaining the financing procedures. The dealership is very friendly and comfortable. They even had some toys and popcorn to keep our young children occupied while we were making the deal. Todd even went the extra mile to get us the best financing possible.

Best value in a ProMaster

We currently have a fleet of 20 vehicles, half of which are Ram/Dodge/Chrysler products. We decided to purchase a new 2016 Ram ProMaster 2500. This is because one of our existing vehicles is a ProMaster 1500 and with the front wheel drive it is really great in the snow. Three other dealerships gave us pricing on a new vehicle, but Goss had the best value for the price.

2015 Dodge Ram 1500

Pete and Cory couldn't have been more helpful, and at no point in this process (which can be quite painful!), did we feel any pressure. We hadn't decided if we wanted a new truck vs a used truck, yet Pete never tried to steer us toward either--he explained both options, the pros and cons and we eventually decided that the 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that we'd taken for a test drive was the right truck for us. Running boards were installed prior to purchase, and they did all they could to get the vehicle to us in a timely manner. As for the actual truck itself, I could give a better review if my husband would ever get out of it!

I'm in sales myself and can recognize a good salesman when I see it. I went to a competitor in the area when I was truck shopping. And was iced for a hour while waiting on the sales manager. Our first minivan

We loved that Paul was a no-pressure salesman. We were deciding between the Honda and the Chrysler minivan. He showed us all the tricks the Chrysler had and let us test drive it with our kids (without the salesman, which I prefer). The cars are very similar, but Chrysler had a few more in the pro column and the price was very comparable even though we would have gotten a loyal customer discount at Honda.

Drove over 4 hours to look at a car we found online...arranged the sale before we even saw it...when we got there we realized it wasn't the car for us. John wasn't fazed at all and when we asked to look at a different car he immediately got it ready and started the process over. This dealership knows how to treat people! I think you can tell a lot about a person when they have nothing to gain from your interaction. I leased a Ram from Goss. Wayne Brown helped me with the process. He reached out toward the end of my lease and I was upfront that we were going to go with a different line b/c we needed eight seats. When it was about time to turn the car in I asked a few questions and he responded right away. He met me at the dealership, made time for me and made the turn in process painless. 2014 Tundra

I went to Goss Dodge at 8AM to buy my first truck ever. Wayne Brown met me at the door as I walked in. We immediately went out to the truck and took it on a test drive. The paper work went smooth and wasn't long. I left there around 1 with a brand new truck and had to wait an hour for my mom to give my dad the OK to co-sign. Best part is my truck had wheels, tires, and a lift and are covered under warranty by Goss Dodge because I bought the truck as it sat on there lot. Overall I'm so glad I went here. I found my perfect truck and Wayne is the man!

Relaxed, Comfortable, No pressure

Wayne Brown approached while I looked over some used trucks. He listened to me explain what I was looking for and why. We had a great experience with Will Ferguson at Goss Godge when we purchased our new Charger. Will Fegurson was very patient with us while we took weeks to figure out which car (Challenger or Charger) we wanted, what color & letting us test drive multiple vehicles. Thought we were a joke

My friend and I recently went to look for cars in Burlington. On Goss Dodge's website they advertise that they have a promotion going where they will give you $25 gift card to test drive a car, we decided what they heck we're already here why not get $25. But when we arrived we got out and were immediately greeted by someone (Which was good). When we showed interest in multiple cars the salesman didn't seem to take us seriously. When he asked if we were thinking of financing we replied no and the salesman seemed to have lost interest in us. It was then that he gave us his card walked away. I would mention his name but I threw his card out right after he gave it to me. Will not return anytime soon.

First time

Overall our experience was satisfing and exciting. We are enjoying the van. The crew worked hard to seal the deal! Our Dodge Caravan is the best car/truck we will ever own!!!!

25 years of business down the tubes

We have been using Chrysler products for 25 years with excellent service, but in the last 6 months we have had issues with service and purchasing a new vehicle. It got so bad that when I questioned a possible mistake on a purchase I was yelled at and told that I called him a liar (which I never did). My wife was appalled and couldn't believe what had happened. I can no longer trust this place.

This was the first time that I have bought a car from a big dealer ship. I was looking for a mini van for my family and I test drove one van and it wasn't what I was really looking for. Paul was ok with that and I told him more of what I was looking for. He didnt really have anything on the lot at that movment. We first met Steve while wandering the lot, taking our first look around. He was pleasant and not at all clingy, just introduced himself and said to ask if we needed anything! We went back to look further and Frank came up to see if we needed anything. We had some questions about several vehicles we wanted to look at, and he ran and got several sets of keys and pulled out numerous vehicles we were interested in with a smile and good humor. We ended up test driving one, and he was friendly and funny during the drive. We wanted to see how the numbers played out, so we went through that with Frank as well. During the entire process, he was friendly, understanding, funny, and real. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed. Frank is a class act, and we would buy another hundred cars from him. Our experience at Goss

We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a handshake. Our salesman was Steve L. He worked with us to make our purchase possible. He didn't try to lead us away from the vehicle we were interested in to try to sell us something different. After we made the purchase ,he made sure we had all the paperwork we needed when we left and followed up after the sale with the insurance company to make sure everything was complete. The gentlemen who took care of financing the vehicle was also great. We had come from NY and he took care of what was needed to register the car in NY state. It ended up being closing time before we left but never felt rushed to leave. They could of told us come back tomorrow but they didn't. Everyone at the dealership treated us with respect and kindness. They made buying a vehicle a pleasurable experience. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

We got a great truck at a great price!

We went in just to look at SUV's and ended up with a really nice Durango. It is practically new and was sold to us well below book value. Ben told us they aggressively price their used vehicles and he was absolutely right. I searched online and could not find anything remotely close. Last week, I was lucky enough to purchase my first vehicle through Goss Dodge. I was nervous and didn't really know what to expect from the whole process. Fortunately for me, I was able to work with Vince Dober. With his laid back and personable demeanor, I felt really comfortable talking to him about what I wanted. We had exchanged a few emails before we met, so when I first arrived at Goss, he had already picked out two cars for me. They were both nice cars, but they weren't quite "me". However, after we talked a bit more, he was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. It was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. It was everything that I was looking for - the price, the size, the warranty, the features.Once I had made my final decision, I was surprised how easily everything fell into place. Both Vince and Kyle Becker, who helped the the financial part, made the process seamless and easy. I was approved for a loan the day after I viewed the car. They set me up with all of the paperwork and information on warranties and loans. It was a lot to take in all at once, but they explained everything clearly. It was almost too easy! I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200C at Goss Dodge Chrysler in South Burlington, Vermont in August. I showed up with no appointment and within minutes was test driving a new 200C with Cory Loudon. I had my eye on the 2015 Chrysler 200's for a while, but hadn't had the time to check them out at the dealership until this month (August 2015). I had a day off and decided to just show up at Goss Dodge Chrysler in South Burlington, Vermont to see if I could test drive one. I did not have an appointment. I talked to the front desk and within minutes I was test driving a brand new 2015 Chrysler 200C with Cory Loudon. I absolutely loved it, but told Cory that I needed to consult with my wife before taking the next step. I came back a few hours later with my wife and with a price in mind that I wanted to pay. Before we even got the ball rolling, Cory showed me the price he was offering. It was lower than the price I had in mind! Sweet! From that point on, it was stress free and Cory and everybody else involved were totally awesome! I'll definitely check out Goss Dodge Chrysler again in the future when it's time for another new vehicle. Hopefully, not for a while though, because I love the 200C!

College student got the help she needed!

About a year ago I had my "quarter life crisis" and bought a very expensive jeep. When I decided to go back to school full time, I wanted to sell my jeep because the payment was outrageous. I took my car every where including the Jeep dealership and no one gave me a reasonable amount for it. When I brought it to dodge the salesman Paul Poltz was very helpful and nice ( made you feel like you were friends for years) and he got me over $2000 more for my jeep and he found me a very nice 2013 Dodge Avenger that was half the monthly payment, twice the mpg and twice the speed ;). Also when I needed a day to decide before I traded in my car, they were nice enough to hold the car for me making sure no one els bought it out from under me. I'm very happy with this company and when it's time for a new car I'll be sure to by my Dodge Charger from here ;)

I contacted Goss Doge via their wedsite to see if a car was still available. Great experience and great sales consultant

Went to Goss Dodge after some research of the challenger Scat Pack and also because they had a hellcat to look at. After looking at the hellcat I was approached by Ben at Goss and he showed me the Scat Pack they had in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. I was very interested in seeing the difference of the SRT and the Scat Pack exhaust sound, so he allowed me to test drive an SRT, and start up the Scat Pack in the showroom. This really sold me on the car after hearing how aggressive the car sounded, and Ben being patient/ understanding. The price and service that Ben was able to get me was unbelievable. Paul & Goss Dodge ROCK!

Dale & I are MOPAR enthusiasts, growing up with Chrysler cars in each of our families and we have had Dodge Dakotas since 2000 and loved them. When we found out that Dodge was not bringing back the Dakota this year as planned, we realized that we needed to move up to the full size truck, so we started looking at what we might want to purchase. We started out by looking on-line at www.ramtrucks.com and gossdodgechrysler.com in the spring, knowing that we wanted to purchase our new truck in the fall. In April we were in the Burlington area for our son's wedding. Dale and our son, Kris, visited Goss Dodge to look at the Ram trucks and talked to Paul Poltz. He showed them a 2015 'blacked out' Ram 1500 and Dale fell in love with it! Dale & Kris had a great visit with Paul about his 1967 Dodge Polara and his music and the trucks! We knew then that Goss Dodge was the place that we wanted to go back to and have Paul assist us in getting us into that 2015 Ram 1500 Express. We had a great experience wandering around the lot and looking at all of the different trucks, just to ensure that we were picking the right one. We had a difficult time deciding between a beautiful dark Cherry 1500 Crew Cab and the Black 1500 Quad Cab. Once we had a chance to actually see them both and check out the back interior, we realized that there was plenty of space in the Quad Cab and then it was no contest! Paul was gracious to bring both vehicles up for us to look at and to allow us time to work through our decision. Once the decision was made, Paul had the black truck cleaned and prepped and got the side steps and body liner installed, while he had Kyle go over the paper work with us! Both guys were excellent to work with and we were able to drive our new truck home that day and I have to say 'what a sweet ride' it is! We absolutely love the new Ram!!!

We went in on Friday Morning looking at a Dodge Grand Caravan we saw online. We test drove it, and was all set to start the lease process when we got back to Goss Dodge. When we arrived, Corey met us at the door, and wanted to talk to us about our options. What he had done, was to get us into a Chrysler Town and Country, a much nicer van, for less money than the Dodge. We took a Town and Country out, and liked it so much more. When we got back, We were sold on it! The only thing was I wanted Black. The only one they had was on the showroom floor, and we agreed it would be ours. I went back Saturday morning, got all the paperwork done, and I drove off the lot with the Chrysler, Completely Satisfied!!! Working with Corey from the first visit was completely comfortable, and we felt like we were not only his #1 priority, but we were dealing with an old friend, whom we had just met. Corey couldn't do enough to make us comfortable, and completely informed. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed, and more than what we expected!

Buying new truck.

Paul our sales person was great. I did everything over the phone and Paul had never met me or spoken to me before. He took me for my word and worked to get what my daughter and I wanted out of trust. With in three hours a deal over the phone was made and we were on our way within 45 minutes to pickup our truck. It was the end of the day and again Paul had never met us, he himself cleaned and had the truck ready for us for delivery. The financial person I think was Jim stayed late with us to get the paper work all signed. Both men were very pleasant and professional. Paul apologized that the truck wasn't full of gas at the time of delivery. We still needed a trailering break installed and he assured us that at that time he would make sure the tank was full. This was the first time that I had ever bought from dodge. I would recommend Goss dodge to other people to buy.

Paul was great to work with. He had never met me and I did everything over the phone. When the deal was finally done I said I would be there in 45 minutes to sign and pick up the truck. Paul was the one to clean and get the truck ready for delivery. It was at the end of the day. Jim I think was the financial person was also great. Both men worked until after hours so we could pick up the truck. We couldn't come back the next day. I couldn't have asked for better service in buying the truck or how friendly both men were. Paul apologized about the truck not being filled with gas or the trailering break not being in the truck at time of pick up. Hey it was all done within three of closing we understood. Paul is going to fill tank when Jessica has the trailering break installed.

Recently purchased a challenger srt8! What an awesome car! Worked with Ben Trevail for the second time was on the top of his game knowing the specs and info I needed about the challenger. Quick, Easy, and stress free

I'm from a small town in the north east kingdom. I am not use to having multiple car dealerships to choose from, so I ended up going to one dealership and I felt as if I was being a waste of their time, which I feel is not okay, as a car owner you want to shop around for a car that you truly love, and can afford. as we all know those two things don't fit hand in hand aleast at once. The dealer that I had started off going thru was VERY sneaky! So my boyfriend and I were not happy but still wanted the car, so we thought who would have a better deal on a dodge than GOSS DODGE!? the answer no one! So once we found the car online I immediately contacted Cory Loudon on the phone told him about the situation, he told me that they still had the car I was looking for, he sent me a credit application and trade appraisal via email and kept in contact as everythinprocessing. Once I got to goss dodge everyone there was very friendly, motivated and energetic, what else could you want for a first impression?! From the time I called and talked to Cory to the time I was able to take my car home was a total of 5 hours, if I wasn't working a hour away I probably could have been 2! needless to say I WILL be going back to Goss Dodge this winter with my boyfriend to get us a truck!

Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!!

I have been trying to trade in my car for over a year.But I unfortunately had quite a bit of negative equity on my car, and had been unsuccessful to date. I had gone to a dealer nearby and despite leaving there with the presumption based on their opinion that they would be able to find the financing I needed on Monday. On Monday I had to email and call several times to find out the status of my car. Later in the afternoon I received a call saying that there was no way that they could get me into the car without a co signer or a huge sum of money down. I responding saying that was not an option. I received a very generic and non applicable email response. The next day I went to another dealer to test drive a car, and again after all of the back and forth it look like they were going to also not be able to make a deal. The finance guy said he would work hard the next day to find something and the following afternoon again found out they couldn't help me. I had sent an email request to Goss Dodge for more information about a 2015 Dodge Dart, Kaylee responded quickly and said that she had forwarded my information and request to sales rep Wayne Brown, he emailed me with some questions and we went back and forth at first he said that he didn't really think that they were going to be able to do anything either because of the negative equity and I thanked him for his help and time. A short while later I received and email saying to call him that he had some good news. The finance guy Kyle Decker hadn't given up apparently. He had deal that I could work with and I made arrangements to come down on Friday to test drive the car and hopefully purchase it . On my way down my car began to have some issues and the engine was making noise. They had a mechanic look at it and said that there was something seriously wrong with it. I was devastated as I also found out it probably wouldn't even make it back to my house. Wayne and his associates were busy going back and forth making phone calls to an outside buyer. The end result was at 4:55pm right before banks closed Kyle Decker worked a miracle he came to me personally and said we can get you in this car, but the payment was going to go up. In light of the circumstances, the late hour of the day I graciously accepted with a tremendous amount of gratitude. I left there in my brand new 2015 Dodge Dart. I am still not sure how they made it work but they did. They achieved more in that short period of time then the other 2 dealers I went to in over 48 hours. They showed me that I mattered and wanted to gain me as a new customer for life! Thank you Wayne you are a top notch guy. And Kyle for working magic. I have already told everyone I can about my experience with you, And they should definitely for see you guys when they are ready for a new vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a positive experience.

Had a great time shopping for a car. I went in with a certain car in mind and sure enough left within 2 hrs with a new Dodge Journey. Mr. Sholes took great care of me the entire time, even made sure they got the inspection sticker moved for me since the original location would have drove me crazy. Little things like that are the reason I'm on my 5th car purchase from them. LOVE the car and thanks a lot guys!!!

I bought a 3500 pro master van Kyle Rollins is a great guy does what he tells you I had no intention of buying a dodge Kyle had my quote back to me in a hour found the van I was looking for I went on vacation for 10 days he picked me up at the airport with the van all lettered shelfs in and car starter. Fifteen and counting

I (we) just made our 15th purchase from Steve Sholes and Goss Dodge. Each one was different, purchases for one purpose or another, sometimes in a rush, sometimes done over several months of looking and trying, yet Steve found just what we needed and helped us make it possible. Even when I had already decided on an used vehicle, Steve with his knowledge of my needs and driving habits, directed me away from what I thought was the perfect fit to another vehicle that I had not considered, but after purchasing it, found it to be just right. Backed up by a sales team that has also gotten to know our family and provides great advice when Steve is not available and the service department that takes care of us each and every time we need help (invaluable when I work 50 miles away and my wife is not a car-person), we are very satisfied customers and look forward to remaining so for years to come.

A wonderful experience with Steven LaClaire

I was looking for the perfect Mazda3 for my daughter, it took me 6-months but after changing some search criteria on Cars.com I found that perfect car at Goss Dodge in Burlington VT. Only problem was, I live in North Carolina, ~900 miles away. After giving it careful consideration, I called Goss and spoke with Steven LaClaire. My intuition told me I was speaking with a honest man. I requested he evaluate the car and give me a report as if he were critiquing it for his own daughter, Steven's report was good so I purchased a ($476) one-way airline ticket to arrive the following day in Burlington VT... the car was listed for $3,396 below book value, so this was a very good buy (Steven told me the car was discounted because it had been sitting on their lot for an extended period of time). On April 22nd I arrived 30 minutes early at the Burlington airport, I called Steven and he was there in short time to pick me up. I had never been to VT so on the way to the dealership I asked if there was anything in the area I should see before leaving today... on the drive Steven took me to a beautiful overlook of Lake Champlain, nothing to do with buying a car but it spoke much to Steven's character. Upon arriving at Goss we took the car for a test drive, everything was EXACTLY as Steven had told me and... the buying process was quick and pleasurable. Just before leaving, Steven introduced me to his Sales Manager who expressed his appreciation for my coming the distance. Goss has a tradition where after a customer purchases a car they bang a gong in the showroom, when I struck it, sales people all around gave a cheer. This was a fun purchase! I've bought a lot of cars in my 56 years and this was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had. Thank you Steven!!

Then I got a Email back then a phone call, With the past eating at my brain and worried about how the dealer was going to be I was shocked when I spoke to Paul Poltz he was really friendly and he made me feel at ease, I Thank God I had some one like him to work with me, He made me feel at home and listened.
