Picked up a vehicle on 8/8 9:30 P.M. Thursday night, after getting a call to come back right now and the deal is on. Closed on a van and drove to Menifee to pick up a second driver for the vehicle I left out side. The van shut off on the way back, red flag, dealer is closed can't do anything now. Next morning after a few appointments and got called from Spencer (great kid, not a sales guy, hope he never transforms) to follow up on csi. I explained that the van had been stalling and shutting down since I picked it up. He stated he will pass on the info and I assured him that I would be in service after my last appointment after 4 P.M. or so. I did so and went to sales office (no names to keep it as positive as I can) I explained that it was in service and that I did not want the vehicle because it's unsafe. This is my second Transit Connect and the other one is still, after a month still in service at another dealer for a fuel pump recall. Yes by now I am feeling like a sucker thinking that Ford would have done the right thing and not place faulty fuel pumps on the streets with customer driving them. Well I just know found out that it's not a fuel pump but a throttle body defect, still a faulty vehicle. The staff some are phenomenal and others not so much, they have explained that they cannot do any thing for me but Mike Harrington the operations manager. The reason that I decided to post this is because I read a prior post where Mike is the one that get's it handled, good person, wants to make this store better. I called this morning and left a message on his cell, of course had to leave a message and wait till Monday. If it is true that he wants to make this store better he needs to empower his staff to make the right, some times wrong decisions with the customer in mind and not the bottom line that will make a difference with us, the customers. I should not have to wait to see what they are going to do for me over the weekend when I just picked up this defective van.... They have a lot of wonderful people at this dealer, they can only do what they are allowed. I will remove this post when I am given a proper resolution but for now have to wait for Mike. Mike you have a great weekend, on the other hand I will spend mine worrying what I am going to do with this unsafe vehicle....For you possible new vehicle owners make sure that you test drive it for at least 20 miles before you sign anything. I made the mistake of thing it's new, not it can still be a you know what.Don't believe that it has been funded or any other manipulative information, confirm your facts by calling the finance company or that ever else you can do and when you call Ford Motors to complain they will tell you to call the finance company. Don't rush in and buy on before or on the weekend because if something goes wrong you could end up like me waiting for Mike to come back on Monday. Love it, just love it.Actual customer and if you want to verify send me a message back I will respond.

Worst dealership in Hemet

This dealership has poor customer service the whole time all the managers were talking about personal issues since they are all family which is not professional at all I was there for more then three hours before I got seen for finance and ended up just leaving i will never recommend anybody to go to Hemet gosch ford please try all other dealers and at that make them a last resort if you have the patience on time

Before ever going into the dealership I spoke with a sales man named Chad Norton and we talked a few times before I could make it down. He was very nice and helpful and made me feel very confident about my situation. I told him I didn't want to waste his time nor mine and I have not the greatest credit and I didn't want to put much money down... He still kept positive and told me they would take care of me and make magic happen. So I went down yesterday and that magic happened. So I'm fairly new to the whole car buying experience but I was in desperate need of a new car so I went to Gosch Ford to do some looking and research on my next car, I've read good reviews about Gosch Ford and they were all true. I've gone a couple time so far and all the people I've talked to have been just so plesent but the last time I went I got the pleasure of speaking with this young sales man by the name o f Chad Norton. He's got just the greatest personality and has made me feel so secure about purchasing a car. Bottom line is I highly recommend this dealership and if you can request Chad!

Excellent car buying experience!

I was driving a 14 year old beat down BMW that nothing worked on.At hemet Gosch Ford and the salesman expertise of a salesman by the name of Don Moser, I was able to get into a 2012 Chevy Cruze.Even with my bad credit and hardly any money down Don Moser made my driving life a world of difference.He was very patient and did everything he could to help me out when others turned away.

lack of integrity

Unethical. No integrity. Dishonesty. Those would be the words to describe my experience with Gosch Ford in Hemet,CA. I had leased a vehicle from that location in 2012 and decided to lease another vehicle from that same location. At the time I turned in my lease I was told by the employee accepting our turn in that due to the fact we were leasing another vehicle from them , that we would not incur mileage charges. Also, the finance manager told us when signing the new lease that section 11 states we do not have a lease balance . I signed the new lease under these pretenses. Now I am being charged $4,000 in mileage. I would have made the business decision to buy the old leased car if I had known I was going to be given this mileage charge. This dealership is refusing to assist with this matter at all.

Gosh ford was the worst of the worst

I spent thousand of dollars my ford tarus SHO and then they ruined my car. I should have sued them but did not.
