I haven't shopped for or bought a brand new vehicle in 26 years. I always dreaded car shopping and the "fast talking pressure" to buy or sign that very day. What a delight to go to Boucher and work with someone who put their effort into highlighting their product, understood I was just starting to look around and compare similar vehicles/different makers. Great experience, got a great deal and never felt like I had to argue over pricing or models. It was a completely hassle-free experience with Scott Foote. I felt like a priority throughout the process. I went to several other dealerships first and I did not feel as welcome as I did at Nissan of Greenfield. Highly recommend asking for Scott if you go in!

I had a great experience at Boucher Nissan. Danny Harris was my sales rep. He listened very well to what I said and was very pleasant to talk to. Danny was knowledgeable about the different vehicles on the lot. So when I mentioned the car I was interested in he went and brought it up front for me to take a look. Danny assured me they would be able to figure out a payment that worked for me to get me home in the car I wanted. The Office Manager made sure I was in and out quickly signing my paperwork. Everyone was pleasant and friendly even if they weren't the people helping me. Great experience and I love my new 2013 Nissan Cube!! This is my second time shopping at a Boucher dealer and believe me I wouldn't return if I was not satisfied.Alanna

If I could do it over, I would go anywhere to buy a Nissan, then Gordie Bouche in Greenfield. From stepping into the door, to telling them issues after the sale, nothing but hassle and lies. (1) I was told a price for my trade, prior to arriving at the dealer. The salesman, Fred, already had my VIN, had the full vehicle info, and when I arrived and received their actual offer for my car, it was $2,000 less than what was originally quoted, and it was brought to my attention that they noticed an issue with their ability to resell the vehicle because the mileage would need to be listed in kilometers, and would have to go to auction immediately. That fact is something they were aware of before I even got there, and it made me feel stupid because it felt like they were just telling me anything to get me into the door to make a sale. (2) After test driving the truck I was interested in, I was made aware that the truck payments were going to be about $300.00 more a month than Fred told me he could get me. He made up a story on how financing would only do this instead of that, but he had told me via email, prior to arriving at the dealership, that the numbers were really close, when they were almost double what I wanted. (3) After advising that the truck I was interested in was out of reach, Fred brought the low end version, which really isn't close to the truck I was looking at, to my attention, and made it seem as if it was this one, or the one for $300.00 more a month. Well, not feeling I had a choice, because I needed a reliable vehicle, I chose the low end model, put the extended warranty on it, and went home. (4) I got home, went online, and low and behold, there was another version of the truck I was interested in, which is better than the one that was pushed onto me, for less money. Why wasn't I shown this vehicle? I had no idea it was there, Fred never mentioned it. It's as if they pushed the low end model out the door, to make as much money as possible. I contacted the dealer, told them my issues, and my frustration, and the best answer that can be given to me is, let's work something out. Everything I suggest the only real way to work it out, the General manager, Michael, tells me, we can't do that, or doesn't respond. What he has done though, is apologize for my negative experience, but does nothing about. Nissan is a great company, but this dealership is hands down the worst, and blatantly taking as much money from people as possible. They really don't care about people, just filling their pocketbook.

I bought a brand new 2016 maxima with every upgrade possible. When the car was delivered there were paint issues. Now almost a year latter the recurring paint issues are coming back for a third time. I just find out that all he had done is have the car waxed and covered them and now he says I'm on my own. The car is not quite one year old and the paint issues are clear as day. This is horrible service and should be a crime.Over the past 11 months I have had a loaner car for nearly one month, just for hit to wax/buff out the spots that keep resurfacing. I will be getting a lawyer if this in not resolved soon. I have many emails and pictures from several people on his staff, but all he does is come up with excuses and lies. This deeply saddens me. I have had Nissan my entire life and he is about to put a stop to this. Not only for me but also my household.

The buying experience was excellent with one important exception. The car arrived with ~80 touch up paint blotches/bumps. We were out of town buyers, so we could not see the car in person and where dependent on salesman to communicate any issues. We did not expect a defect of this magnitude given the description of the car being in "perfect condition when asked to describe any cosmetic or mechanical issues. This is a significant enough defect to affect the value of the car and should be disclosed. Even though the rest of the buying experience was good (Chris was polite, responsive, and courteous), this important lack of disclosure prevents me from recommending this dealership. I will also give credit since the dealership did reimburse cost to remove wheels after sale (wheel locks were over-tightened).

Wife and I were looking for a new car. We went in on a Saturday (JUST looking). The salesman-Joel-understood that we were not there to buy, and took the time to show us a couple of new cars as well as a couple of used cars. We went inside, talked, got his information and told him that we would get back to him. He did call us, I believe on Tuesday to see if we had reached any decision. We called him back on Thursday and told him we would be in on Saturday. We went in, took a NIssan Versa for a test drive. The wife and I talked and told Joel to write it up. We spent a couple of hours there. After signing all the papers, we met some of the support staff that are there. All were more than friendly. I look forward to going in for the maintenance. I really feel that they will do whatever it takes to keep me happy. Thanks Joel and thank the entire staff at Boucher Nissan.

Have not had the car in for any repairs, so that is why I did not rate. Wife and I went in and told the salesman that we were JUST looking. We were in the early stages and were not sure what we needed, or wanted. Joel showed us a couple of new, and a couple of used cars that were on the lot. We left-without buying-and went home and talked. Joel did get in touch with us in the middle of the week, but did not pressure us. We made an appointment for the next Saturday, went in, decided what we wanted, and within a couple of hours, we had the car that we needed. They did not try to sell us something that we did not need. We have had a couple of other Nissans in the past and never had a problem with the car or the staff at Boucher. Glad we went, and look forward to our relationship growing over the years to come.

We've been looking for a new SUV with third row seating for about six weeks. A lot of internet research & comparisons. My wife I test drove 9 different models, 3 of them twice, after narrowing it down. We finally decided upon the 2016 Nissan Pathfinder SL w/Tech Package. This vehicle, we believe, has the most bang for the buck. It is a well rounded vehicle that culminates the best balance of quality, size, styling, color, safety, features. We were at 3 different Nissan Dealerships. We liked the personnel, the attention, the facility, and the location of the Gordie Boucher dealership in Greenfield WI the best. We are in our 50's. Good vibes about this place. Our salesman, Tyler Rice is a young enthusiastic fellow still in college, that is knowledgeable about his products. Always able to quickly assist with any request possible. First test drive with Tyler on 2/20/16. Second test drive by ourselves on 2/22. More discussions, evaluate trade, & come to a deal on 2/24. Vehicle that we wanted was located in Appleton, WI, and brought down by Boucher on 2/26. Finished deal & pick up of vehicle on 2/27. Our finance man, Anthony Young is all that too, energetic and just as much of a pleasure to work with as Tyler. We had also purchased an optional Auto Armor package which takes about 5 hours to apply to the vehicle. Tyler made an appointment on our behalf on a date of our choosing, 3/11. The service adviser Brad Baranowski was also very helpful & courteous, my wife said. My wife took the vehicle in for this service and was also given a loner car to use for this duration. This work was completed beautifully along with 3 other incidental work orders in about 6 hours, right on time. I could probably go on for another hour or so. But to sum it all up, the best new car buying experience ever! Boucher's Nissan team in Greenfield is top notch!

Stopped in just to look and get numbers. My sales person Robert Stuedemann was outstanding. Very friendly, easy to talk with and very helpful on my new Senta. Even helped this old lady set up the Bluetooth in my new car. My finance guy, Anthony Young was also extremely helpful and explaining every little detail to me. I was relaxed the entire time and not once did either one of them force me into anything. In fact they made me feel like family. So glad i stopped to look and left my Vera there and drove home in my Sentra.

UNBELIEVABLE! Gordie Bouche is beyond ridiculous !After telling me I need new brakes at 22.5 miles and pads measure 3mm at last appointment on Jan 9th, and telling me to take care of right away; i of course freaked out wondering xxx??? Right away on following Monday I start making calls. Left several messages for the service mgr call me to discuss how this is possible (with no response for 4 days) Forced to take to another dealership for second opinion (they tell me not needed and pad measurements were wrong and measure 4mm) I then call Nissan North America to voice my complaint and concerns and get answers / results. I Finally get call back from service mgr who apologizes and offers to replace pads and rotors at no charge. I show up for my appointment and they have no clue!!!!!They have the nerve to ask me why I'm here to have this service when its not needed and my pads now miraculously measure 5mm?Cherry on this poop sunday, It was the same tech that told me they were needed and I should take care if right away! What a fiasco!!!!Never will purchase from them again!

I just recently traded in my 2002 Nissan Sentra that I've been driving from them for 7 and a half years for a 2014 Nissan Sentra. Overall, the customer service was direct and was only told what I needed to hear. So far, the new car from Gordie Boucher Nissan has been driving very well, and even got a really good price and warranty on such a low mileage vehicle! I strongly recommend anyone in the market for a new or certified used vehicle (even on a budget) to take a look. Overall, if you're interested in buying a car from them, they'll make sure to give you the best possible customer service!

From the time I hit the lot until I drove off with my 2008 Nissan Altima I was treated with courtesy and respect by Scott my salesman and Nick his manager. This was my first positive car buying experience and I drove away feeling good about my purchase with nothing bad to say about the buying process. From start to finish I felt comfortable with no uneasiness at all. I was impressed with the dealership and that is definitely worth noting. From the time I requested an e-mail quote on a 2016 Nissan Rogue until the deal was completed the buying was as low key as I've ever had.. Thanks to Alyssa Z. for all her help. They could not find the exact vehicle I wanted but compromises were made between both the dealer and myself. To find the vehicle I wanted they drove to Illinois for it. The vehicle had an additional $575.00 in equipment I did not need, I was not charged for it. The dealer accepted my offer. I was extremely pleased with the final cost. As far as car buyinf goes, it was as painless as could be. Thanks Alyssa.

Had I known that the service level was horrific, we would have purchased elsewhere. Yes the sales experience is important, but during the life of your vehicle, it's a one time event. The majority of your interaction with a dealership is with the service department. Lesson learned.Shortly after the purchase of the truck, we noticed that the touchscreen for the radio/ navigation was faulty. Made a call to our sales guy and he told us sometimes they can be rather sensitive and may take some adjustment on our part. Sounded reasonable, but upon bringing it in for first oil change, we realized it was not us, it was in fact faulty. First horrible experience with the service area came while simply trying to make an appointment. Message after message, days upon weeks and no return call. Mind you this occurs nearly every time I call.I bring it in for the first appointment and they confirm that yes it is faulty and they will have to order us another radio. Part arrives and I bring it in. I was told that once installed it did not work. They will have to order another one. I asked if I could make an appointment right away, but was told I have to wait for the part to come in and was assured that they would call me.After waiting weeks, I struggle again to get anyone on the phone or a return call from service. When I finally do get in touch with them, I'm told that yes my part is there. They give BS excuses for not calling to notify and schedule an appointment with me. I bring it in and new radio is installed. As soon as I get in I notice that our Sirrus radio is gone. I walk right back into the service area as I haven't even left the parking lot. I'm told that I have to call Sirrus and they will sort out for me. Upon doing so I'm told that I was misinformed by the dealership. The free Sirrus trial is tied to the specific number on the stereo. Guess we are just out of luck. My husband notices right away that the volume control is out of whack. It goes from super quiet to blowing the speakers within a few turns of the dial. Seriously the level three setting would blow the speakers. So apparently after it was installed, they didn't bother to test it. Back to the dealership I go.After going through the same BS to order another system and schedule another appointment, upon arriving for the appointment and waiting for over an hour, I'm told that they ordered the wrong system. The one they ordered did not include navigation. At this point I'm floored. I've tried to be patient and understanding but that's gone out the window with my blood pressure. I asked to speak with the General Manager of Sales. He tells me that they have had problems in the service area and have recently hired a new manager, who happened to be in training. I'm promised that they will come to me to pick up the vehicle, that they would leave me with a loaner and a detailing on the vehicle of our choosing ( I have a MKC from Boucher Lincoln) whenever we want to bring it in. I'm assured I will be called when my part arrives to schedule. Again I waited weeks. After not hearing, I called them this past Wednesday. I was told my part was in and had been so since Saturday. I scheduled my appointment for Monday at 8am. I'm told that they will call me on Friday to confirm the pick up of my vehicle. Of course that never happened and of course they did not come to pick it up as scheduled. I made a call to the General Manager of Sales and they were here within 30 minutes. He has been the only one who has tried to help us and amend the situation. I myself am in sales and understand the frustration of other areas of the organization ruining the relationships I worked so hard to create. That being said, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Nor will I recommend it to anyone! Still waiting on the return of our truck. Hopefully everything will be fixed properly and this nightmare will be over.

My wife bought me a Jeep Wrangler for Veterans day. The salesman urged her to buy an extended warranty ensuring me that if anything happened to the vehicle parts would be covered. I then asked Joe Abbot who was the 2014 service manager if a 3" lift kit and tire would void the warranty. He assured me that the modifications would not void the warranty. Last week my vehicle broke down and warrantech my extend warranty co did not make any repairs, and cancelled my policy. I went to Gordie Boucher based on that the vehicle was sold to us on false pretenses and they claimed that Boucher would not cover anything and further recanted their statments about my coverage. Quick to take money from a disabled war veteran, quick to deny any liability for the their negligant actions. They did not even provide me with my contract warranty information. Very upset now im out of $6000, and i cannot make me appointments at the veterans hospital. Considering a class action suit.

One word HORRIBLE. KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS ALL HAPPENED BEFORE MY Second PAYMENT.Purchased a 2012 Ford Focus for around 11,000 and that is when I made my first mistake. Sale person was rude and kept trying to screw me. (yes should have left then but really like the car). Purchased car with front passenger side plastic piece was off. Now the fun begins: Two days later went over a little bump and a noise started in the left back. Brought it back to dealership after getting a hard time from them. Was there written up and they ordered parts. While I had the car back another problem came up. I took the car back to the dealer when the other parts where in. Well the fun begins: I took it to Lincoln down the street like I was told too for the body work and the other issues. I waited over two weeks before they even got to it. The computers are linked together but not the people. This is a horrible place to buy and get service from. 3 times and they just say they can't hear or find anything. I pull out of the place and it makes noise and the computer went nuts. Maybe buy a new car but not a used and don't get service there.

Purchased a used van from dealership. Was assured the service department did all the so called safety checks. When I got home with van had the fluids checked. Oil down two quarts and like black sludge. Power steering fluid was almost a solid. Anti freeze was not existent. Smelled like a swamp. Discount tire said the sidewall on the right rear tire was so cracked it was ready to go anytime. So tire cupping on front tires. Their technician said it was hard steering instead admitting alignment issue. There safety check off is a joke.

I took my 2012 Nissan to the Boucher service department twice for the same issue - a metallic sound I was hearing once the car hit 1500-2000 RPM. The first time, while the car was still under warranty (by a couple hundred miles), they dismissed it as a tool in the wiper cowl, but didnt bother test driving it after the tool was removed to see if it was still making noise - which is was. No charge for that and I walked away with a free tool. Sweet!I had to contact them repeatedly to make another appointment. By this time (about 2 weeks later), the mileage had rolled over 60,000 and my car was no longer under warranty. When I brought it in a second time, during my lunch (note: I am an hourly contract employee and dont get paid when I am not working), I waited three hours in their waiting area (I did not have anyone to drive me back to work that day) only to find that my service rep, Brad, had left for the day and no one had made any progress on the carat all. Justnothing. They said they needed more time and that I should call and make another appointment - which I did, only to have that call go unreturned. During the time that I was in the customer waiting area, I was approached by a salesperson, John, and was aggressively encouraged to buy a brand new car (even though mine is only 3 years old). I spent a little time with him, because he was friendly and I had nothing else to do but read, but decided pretty quicklymanwhat am I even doing? I would not buy another Nissan as I am not a fan of the CVT. I told him as much IN person, ON the phone AND via email and even asked him not to call me again. He hasnt stopped calling since. The service department, on the other hand? Not a single peep. Im so very done with this dealership. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone unless you only want to be treated well while your car is under warranty.

Car buying experiences usually rate right up there with root canals. I can honestly say that this was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. My salesperson, Tommy Sobieski, was a consumate professional. He asked questions and really listened to me. After learning what was important to me, he actually showed me a vehicle that I hadn't considered, but the car I ended up purchasing. He then walked me around the entire car explaining all of the features and benefits before we ever sat inside. He then walked me through all of the interior bells and whistles before we took it for a test drive. No pressure, no 'I have to talk to my manager", none of the regular BS that you normally see at a dealership. I am going to make sure that I tell everyone what a great experience I had.

In April of 2014 I purchased a used car from Gordie Boucher Nissan of Greenfield for my daughter after one of our cars had been totaled. We found something affordable, test drove it and were interested in the purchase. The sales manager would not come down on the price even though it was way above book value and they charged us ridiculous fees for the purchase even though we were paying cash. I wanted to walk out but my daughter was leaving to go back to school the next day and wanted the car so I agreed to go through with it. We were then forced to wait at the dealership for an additional 3 hours for them to process the paperwork even though we paid cash for the car. I was so disgusted I really, really wanted to walk out but my daughter became upset so I went ahead with the purchase. When we were signing the papers, I asked why the contract didn't mention the 90 day warranty we were promised, I was told that it was sold as is and that there was no warranty. That wasn't what the salesmen had told me, he lied of course. I really wanted to walk out at that point but after being at the dealership for four hours, my daughter wanted to go through with the sale because we didn't have time to shop for another car. Since the purchase, we have put about $1500 in repairs into the car so I suspect that the low mileage it showed was somehow altered. Being a used car so I would expect some repairs so that isn't as upsetting as the awful way that we were treated at the dealership.Not only was this a horrible deal from some horrible people but when I am forced to drive by the dealership I feel physically ill. I have never let myself be pressured by a dealership before and have purchased 7 vehicles previously. This is the first time I walked away with car that I thought was a horrible deal and the first time that I felt that I had been treated poorly. My daughter has apologized for pressuring me to buy the car as it was obvious that we should have walked away when they started lying. I really hate this place!!!!!!

I was VERY pleased with my experience at Boucher Nissan. The entire team was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable but at the same time not overly pushy. My salesman, Bassim, was super! If you are in the market for a Nissan, I would highly recommend that you go here and if possible see Bassim if he is available. If he is not, I am sure all of the other salepeople are wonderful as well. They will take their time and even after you buy/lease your vehicle they will be available for anything you need. I made an appointment to test drive a Nissan Rogue through Boucher's Internet website. I was informed that Kip Malmstadt would be my sales associate for this test drive. Kip was very informative explaining all the ins and outs of the new Rogue. We took a very positive test drive that went where I wanted to go, and I was able easily determine whether this vehicle was what I was looking for. The Rouge is great, and I was totally impressed by the help I was given by Kip. I decided on the spot that the Rogue is what I wanted, and Kip made it happen. The color I wanted was not available in Milwaukee, but a Rogue with the right color and package was located in Chicago. I picked the SUV up 3 days later. The whole sales experience was positive, low key, and a joy to have. I am very pleased with Kip and Gordie Boucher West Allis.

Recently purchased a car here and it was a terrible experience. They will do whatever they can to get you to drive the car off the lot that day. However, once you sign the paperwork, they seize all communication lines with you. My sales rep and manager would not answer phone calls or emails and would never call back. I had several issues with my car and they would not help me with it. Horrible experience and I would recommend everyone to buy their car elsewhere.

I have always went here for all my cars last July Jason sold me 2013 Nissan Altima I told him I know I can't afford this it isn't the color I want despite that he is really good at getting want he wants. I go there this week with nothing but complaints about the warning lights coming on the air bag recall the gas thing broke my seat adjustable know broke even though I have a warranty it's my time sitting there waiting. . I hate this car I can't afford.. plus I lost my job:(( they told me I'm stuck because my loan and that I need 6 thousand to break even for something cheaper.. When this place is supposed to be number one they should be helping me and take it as there lost and make me happy.. or at least give me a different Altima smh I'm so disappointed with they overall outcome that I'm stuck because Jason basically convinced me I'm dumb if I didn't get this car:(((( I have told so many people I know to go there because they helped me every time I bought a car but I will make sure I never give them business again :(

Even though I'm a female & always came to the dealership by myself, not once did I feel as if I was being taken advantage of or felt I was being talked down to which has happened before at other dealerships. Jason Behling was awesome in making sure I felt comfortable in my new car before I left. Jim Paolo was extremely courteous in making sure everything was going smoothly with turning in my old lease & entering into another lease. That is why my wife and I came back to find a replacement for our Maxima. The experience has once again been top shelf. Tony did an exceptional job of answering all our questions and explaining the features available on the various Altima models available. We finally settled on the 2.5 SL and love it. My entire experience with the Boucher Automotive Group has been very positive. A friend connected me with Lee McGee and he was very patient while I was considering a Mazda. He'd check with me every couple of weeks to see if the time was right. When I decided to test drive a Nissan, he called the Nissan dealership in his gruop and let them know that I was shopping and interested. I scheduled my appointment to test drive and hopefully buy a specific model. I bought a Used 2005 Saturn Vue from these people and have never been so disappointed in my life! The only reason the customer service received a 3/5 was because our sales lady, Lydia, was awesome! The rest of the crew, well there's other words for that. I was unfortunately forced into buying another vehicle as I was in an accident and the other person totaled my vehicle. So we purchased this vehicle and not even half way home, hour drive home, we start to hear a loud grinding noise and chugging of the vehicle. I have never heard or felt this in a vehicle so I took it to a GM certified dealership in my home town and they confirmed it was the transmission. Now, it did not do this on the test drive, obviously, or we wouldn't have left with it! I called Boucher and they continued to tell me it was not their fault, they would not help, nor were they going to work on helping me fix this problem. After 4+ hours of fighting with them, and a few choice words, they agreed to finally fix the vehicle, catch - I had to DRIVE it down to THEM! If you have no transmission, how are you suppose to move a vehicle 75 miles to the dealership? I was not going to pay for this. Needless to say, they came and got it and fixed it, but it only took them 11 days. No loaner, poor customer service - from service department and way too much time and money out of my pocket to ever think about referring anyone to their dealership. When we went to pick up the vehicle they brought it around and I went to leave, opened the driver door, the whole floor and mat were covered in rocks, dirt, grease and dust, along with the inside and outside of the door. RIDICULOUS! The service manager apologized and said he didn't have time to check it out since he was also busy. Then why did you tell me I could take it when it wasn't even fully inspected?! Again, RIDICULOUS!


Simple oil change damaged my car

I came in for oil change on Aug 5th, and it was lucky I called Kyle back the following evening, to ask about car insurance. Toward the end of conversation, Kyle happened to mention a gasket he found on the garage floor after I left. It was a good thing I wasn't out of state, as when we went into garage, there was a HUGE oil leak under the car. It saturated the almost the bottom half of floor under car. Kyle told me to bring it in and told me that it was "simply a plug that ripped the filter"???? I have never had anything like that happen. He guaranteed me that he would check fluids and make sure everything was okay and refill the oil. I left and over the next couple days, noticed a chirping sound coming from right front of car...odd that it would start immediately after this. I checked with some mechanics we know and they thought it might be the oil that leaked onto one of the belts. I had brought back the car once, to double check for leaks as I noticed excessive leaking from air conditioning...Kyle checked it out "to make sure I was safe" on Aug 8 and "guaranteed me that everything was refilled and safe" and "I shouldn't worry about noise". I was patronized and not listened to. He refused to check it out, changing his story that he now "would have to charge me." I happened to check the oil myself , and it isn't even filled to the 1/4 mark. Two other guys have checked this and confirmed it. I am asking for a refund of my oil change and I want to come in and personally stand with the mechanic and verify that nothing is leaking nor any harm done to any of my belts, etc. It is too much of a coincidence that this would all happen now, and I'm not going to be taken advantage of again. The thing that really makes me mad is that if Kyle saw the gasket on the floor, he should have immediately called me to at least warn me, as he admitted he knew I was the last one to leave the station from an oil change. It could have burnt out my engine. Real nice. I found out the noise was due to low oil. I am a single mom and recently lost my job. I desperately need my car to get around in and this is terrible to be taken advantage of like this.

They went the extra step to make you feel comfortable. From the receptionist to the Sales Manager, everyone was wonderful. I was more than pleased with the customer service and attention I received from Barbara Airoldi. She was friendly, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. She let me find my own timeline. She has great follow up that was never aggressive but always helpful and encouraged me to ask questions about anything that was confusing with my new car. My last new car buying experience was in 1986 and it made me not want to buy another new car. Pleasantly surprised to find things had changed. I first drove a LEAF at the Waukesha dealership and was referred to the Greenfield location when it was time to buy. We ordered the car in Blue Ocean and was given accurate information when the car would be delivered. The first car arrived early but was damaged. The dealership was able to get another car just like it before long. I picked up the car on the 3rd of July in the afternoon. Kip and the entire staff made sure things went smoothly. Things took a little longer than planned. My wife and I did not complain, but Tom offered by wife a gift and both of us a free dinner for any inconvenience. I was referred to this dealership and heard several good comments from former customers. The showroom was clean, everyone was friendly, I was offered a beverage upon arrival and it was a great experience. I test drove the vehicle and had never been given the option of taking a car on the expressway; that was nice to check out the eco and sport modes and have them explained to me while driving the car. Brad Doney the salesman went over the features of the car twice before I left. Mike explained all the paperwork, which entailed quite a bit to make sure I understood everything and Tom finished off the day with an exit interview and an additional gift. I went in for an oil change with my 2013 Nissan Rogue and came out with a 2013 Nissan Murano Platinum limited edition. I owned the Rogue for 4 months. I had the first oil change and while walking the sales floor, fell in love with the look and design of the Murano. Once I sat in it, that was all it took. It then came down to reality...The price. I must say, our sales person Kip made it happen once again. He took our Rogue back on a flip, and we lost no money on it. Because we were traveling home from IN the evening we stopped in they had pulled the used car we were looking at inside under good lighting. We are the happy owners of a new 2012 Nissan Murano as of August 21st, 2012. I was referred to Bob Arciszewski at Gordie Boucher Nissan by Donna at the Racine office Educators Credit Union, and walked in on Friday afternoon without a prior appointment. Nontheless, he welcomed me and was very accomodating and helpful as I critiqued and drove the Murano. All my questions were answered. The next morning I came back with my husband and Bob did a fine job of pointing out the many features of the car to him w/o being overbearing. Over the weekend we decided the Murano was the car for us. We received e-mail follow up from Bob. After some negotiation on our trade-in, a price was agreed upon Tuesday morning, and he had the car ready for us to drive off the lot by 6 PM that evening. Before we left the lot he made certain that we were comfortable with the car features that were new to us. We would definitely recommend Bob to anyone interested in purchasing a Nissan! I might add that the dealership facility is a spotless and attractive place. After researching the Nissan Juke, I went to Boucher Nissan to test drive one. The sales consultant, John Rzepny, met me at the door and immediately took me on a test drive. Becasue of the heat, he periodically asked if I needed somethin gto drink. I was with my best friend who asked questions about the car and John happily answered her questions as well as mine. I wanted a Juke S in red, but none were available in the vicinity. john found a cayenne red Juke SV and we negotiated a very fair price. He was not pushy or frustrated at any time. BY the end of the day I had my new Juke. There were a few scratches and boo-boos on her, so John set up an appointment for the next day to have the scratches taken care of. I have worked with this dealership twice now and wouldn't go anywhere else. They make you feel very welcomed. The two salespeople who I worked with, Jim Ingle and Jason Beiling, were excellent. We leased our new Rouge from Gordie Boucher. 13 months later, the car was dead and I was stranded. I called Nissan corp, and they stated I had to pay to have my car towed to the nearest dealer. I called Boucher and spoke with the sales manager. He offered to pay for me to have my car towed to his dealership. When we arrived, he offered me a free courtesy car rental until my car could be fixed. We were very surprised by the amazing customer service. We only had positive experiences here, but this beats it all. They will do everything to keep customers satisfied.

I went into Boucher in Greenfield, WI for an oil change for my Maxima. I ended up walking out with a new 2012 Altima. This was the best sales experience I have ever had and I am in my 50's so I've bought a lot of cars. First of all the new dealership site is lovely. Such a nice, clean, inviting environment. Then we met Jason Behling you contacted us afew weeks prior. Jason said he could get us into a new vehicle for the same lease payment if we wanted to turn our car in early. This would be our third Altima if we decided to take him up on the offer. We met with him and after a short negoition we happily agreed a 2012 Coupe. Jason found the car we wanted and delivered it as promised two days later. The finance manager was also easy and pleasant to work with and got us through all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. The entire experience was a pleasure and I would and have recommended this dealership. The service department is also much better since the move to this location.

My fiance have been in the market for a 4runner for the past month or so and found one at a boucher dealer in madison. We had been into this dealership before looking at some other vehicles so i called back our salesman and he said it was no problem to get it out there. We went and looked it over, decided to buy it with a few conditions which were factored into the price. It was missing a cup holder, there were some big scratches to be repaired and also a small chip in the windshield. He said everything would be taken care of tomorrow if we would like to come back in. I also asked if he could wash and wax it because it was dirty and he said not a problem.Now comes the bad part, when we went to pay for and pick up the vehicle, it was in worse condition than when we originally looked at it. It has not been washed or waxed at all, but the salesman started to argue with me saying that yes it was. Now i'm not a professional car detailer, but I have washed and waxed my vehicles numerous times and I could tell nothing had been done except tire shine. There was still the same bird poop on the roof as before. But he was 100% positive that it had been washed and waxed and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. The scratches had been fixed by what looked to be applying whiteout over the scratches. The color wasn't even a close match and it just looked horrible. The salesman then proceeded to tell me that this was infact repaired to the best of their ability. I said I could have done a better job with just the paint match from any car parts store, where he replied calling me a liar, and that it wasn't possible. Even though I did the same exact thing with my truck not two weeks ago. The chip had been fixed supposedly, but looked even more pronounced now than before. On top of that, whoever fixed the chip, also put a new scratch on the door frame. And the cup holder was still missing but was told "was on order"....The worst part was that we were about to buy the vehicle, if only they provided the few repairs that had been discussed. We thought, up until this point, that it was a great dealership and would refer it to everyone. Now it's completely the opposite with the horrible customer service that we received. In all actuality, the repairs weren't that big of a deal, it would have just been nice to have had them done. But I refuse to sit there and be called a liar for something that I know is true on multiple occasions. The general manager didn't do a thing to fix the situation except that he would just refund our money and we can buy something else. He didn't try to fix the situation, or anything at all really. I will never go to another boucher dealership and should have stuck with the one I have had success with in the past.

I worked with Mike Fuller at Boucher Nissan. He was hard working, went above and beyond and he was easy to work with. I did not end up buying a car from him, but that was due to me ending up with a Honda. That had more to do with the inventory/certification, than anything to do with Mike. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking at inventory that Boucher carries.

I was a little worried about buying a new car, so I decided to do my car shopping on the internet. Gordie Boucher Nissan responded to my internet request within minutes. Not only were they the fastest with the best prices, but they turned out to be the nicest too. The whole process with the internet was actually very simple. I'd narrowed it down to the Accord, Camry and Altima. I went to the 3 dealers that responded to me the fastest on the internet. After driving all three of the cars, it became apparent that all are nice vehicles and that I couldn't go wrong with any of them (although I think the Altima looks the best!). I was upfront when I came in that I was only there to test drive and that I would be making my purchase decision later that week. It was only at Gordie Boucher Nissan that they didn't try to pressure or try the hard sell on me; they treated me with honesty and integrity. I returned to Gordie Boucher the next day and bought. I have no regrets. I had an excellent experience at Gordie Boucher Nissan and will recommend it to all of my friends!!!!!

I went to purchase a 2010 Nissan Rogue AWD S model on 9/11/10. I had talked to Mr. Tony Wex via internet and phone several times before my visit. He quoted me a price of 19500 dollars several times and told me that they have a silver color car available. I went to the dealership on Saturday. Mr. Wex would not even come out of his office. I met this woman at the door and she started talking about some other cars in their inventory. She took me to their manager "Jim". They took me their lot and showed me their inventory. There was no silver color 2010 Nissan Rogue S AWD car available. They immediately starting "upselling" their remaining 2010 models SL for 3000 dollars more or their 2011 models for 2500 dollars more. I am really angry and upset about their "bait and switch" tactic. I drove over 90 miles to get to their dealership. I talked to Mr. Wex several times before starting from my place. He repeatedly assured me that they have the car ready for delivery.

I have a 2007 Nissan Altima that has received by the book scheduled maintenance from the dealer. The reason I have the dealer perform the maintenance was that I was under the assumption that they provided the proper maintenance and inspections and that this would result in avoiding any costly repairs due to lack of maintenance. This would have been the case had they actually been doing the inspection instead of just checking the boxes!! The last inspection showed 50% left on my front brakes, three weeks later the pads completely wear through and result in brake failure in Chicago. Because of this I have to replace everything including the calipers. When I contact the dealership and tell them this while requesting that they only pay for the calipers; they tell me that this was a freak accident and that they had checked everything over. They claim they can't be responsible for what happens since they didn't do the brake job. I would avoid this dealership at all costs!
