I recently bought a car from Joe and I can honestly say he and his staff especially Ivan was very helpful with my purchase. I have bought several cars in the past and this was by far the easiest and quickest purchase ever. I literally filled out the credit application online and had an answer with in a hour that I was approved to buy a car. I was at the dealership within two hours and walked out with my new car after an hour and a half. Joe and Ivan were very professional and very informative through the entire process. I am very pleased with the purchase of my car and I really do recommend this dealership to everyone.

My original review I was going to post was very long with many details however I decided to shorten it because most people look for making a quick decision based on concrete information. Gmotorcars; Joe the owner, his father Henry, Matt the auto technician and everybody who works there are AMAZING!!! When you walk in you immediately feel like a part of a family! They are very warm people that you feel comfortable being around. Theyre right there for you, from the first time you walk in, to the entire process of purchasing an automobile, to answering emails instantly if there is a question you have or appointment for service youd like to make - always ready to assist you. There is even no doubt in my mind to say that these days service like that is almost impossible to find! You are lucky if you find it trust me, you just did!

I first met Henry and Joe as clients of American Chartered Bank. I work for American Chartered and they were faithful clients of ours for years before I started with the bank. Henry was always able and willing to answer questions for me about my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe. He worked on the car - was able then to work on my sister's Nissan - always giving us great prices and excellent service - plus so willing to help me out at the bank lot if I needed car issues resolved. He and Ivan and staff - Matt and all very willing to serve at any time. Then it was time for a new vehicle. Joe served me so very well with my "new" 2007 Honda CRV that had just arrived on their lot. I am so grateful to have received financing that Joe found for me plus an extended warranty on a used vehicle! Great kindnesses and services. Recently I contacted them for a "display" to be arranged for American Chartered and wondered if they had some old "model cars" we could use for a promotion. Megan, their Office Manager loaned us her son's miniature model "off roader" for several weeks now in the Bloomingdale Branch. What generosity and kindness and friendship from the owners to their staff! I have sent several referrals to them on a professional and personal level in the past and present. This place is amazing not only do they have nice and reliable cars they have extended warranty and a great team. They literally treated me like family. I appreciate everything they have done for me. Great Place for Detailing

I took my Nissan Cube in for detailing. It was pretty much a mobile trash can. I have two golden retrievers and a 4 year old son. Lets just say it was a mess. They did an amazing job on cleaning all dog hair, shampoo and vacuumed (goldfish) all carpets( pretty sure that had to do this multiple times I have not had my car cleaned since I bought it 4 1/2 years ago) and cleaned all the nooks and crannies. Very impressed and already recommended my friends to get their cars detailed there as well. It took a while but I totally understood because again to say my car was dirty was a huge understatement. They took good care of me and I will take all of my cars here for their wonderful work. Thanks Gmotorcars!!!!

Excellent overall car buying experience

My 2008 Cadillac was totaled and I wanted one just the same as I had. The dealership (from the owner, finance manager, vehicle locator, receptionist/front of the house and entire persons) involved in locating and purchasing my vehicle went well above and beyond my expectations. The transportation arranged to have my unit delivered to me out of state was awesome as well. Excellent customer service!

At the end of Aug 2015, I purchased Fiat 2012 from Gmotorcars, and to my pleasant surprise it turned out to be the greatest experience I have ever encountered at the dealership. The entire team was professional, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable which hugely contributed to my experience. Not to mention that they managed to seal the deal seamlessly and in a timely fashion. Excellent buying experiance!

I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Murano from this place. After viewing all the reviews I have to strongly disagree with some of them. Unfortunately not all the people are honest. How can you give a 4 stars or lower rating to Gmotorcars if it DESERVES ALL 6 ?!?! Best car buying experience ever! Maggie and Joe were very helpful during the whole process, price was lower a couple thousands then average market price for the vehicle. I have a couple friends asking about good dealership to buy from and guess whom I will recommend? Great family business with the superior customer service. I highly recommend GMOTORCARS in Arlington Heights.

First Car

I took my daughter to the dealership to look at a 2009 Jeep Patriot, this was her first car purchase. The deal could not have been anymore pleasant, Joe and Dean made the process very easy, they were very professional, treated my daughter very well and walked her through all the steps taking the time to explain all of the details knowing this was her first car purchase. Excellent buying experiance

As a new car buyer for the last 25 years I was very hesitant about buying a used vehicle online. I contacted Gmotorcars about a 2004 Toyota Tundra. Maggie contacted me right away, answered all my questions and worked out a trade of my vehicle. I had a 450 mile drive and was concerned that I would come home without a deal. The Tundra was in great shape and very clean. Maggie and the rest of the staff were very professional. Everything was as promised, and we were on the road with the Tundra amazingly quick.Best buying experience, would recommend to anyone. They even catered to our dog.

Pleasant car buying expereince... Really!

I purchased a used Rav4 over the weekend and the entire experience was surprisingly pleasant. Gmotorcars seems to be a family business where a calm, no pressure, helpful attitude prevails. I paid a fare price for the car and received fare consideration for my trade-in. They responded to each of my questions and concerns in a straight-ahead fashion including doing a minor repair before we closed the deal. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, positive and helpful. Plenty of good service, no salesman gibber-jabber You cant beat that!

Great Experience!!!

Couldn't ask for an better experience. I purchased an 2007 Nissan Armada, have no regrets about it. Maggie was my salesperson she made the whole experience wonderful. First time financing a vehicle, but Maggie made me feel at ease and comfortable. She stayed with me to make sure I got the best finance deal. I can definitely see me buying another vehicle from them in the future.

Best car buying experience EVER!!!!!!

Had the best car buying experience EVER, we truly mean EVER! from Gmotorcars dealership. Weve bought cars new and pre-owed from many dealerships over the past twenty years, but by far this past Saturday was it. I Ed showed up first in the morning and my wife Pat joined me later that afternoon and we talked about later how this was the best all around car buying experience, we are excited to share. First, starting with the management there, we called and spoke with Maggie on a Friday about the price on a vehicle we were interested in and scheduling time for a test drive, so accommodating, professional and friendly with a fast response back about a price concern from upper management. Weve been researching for a couple of weeks for vehicles we were interested in, not ready to commit just yet, until the right one stood out. We spent a lot of time online looking and made a couple of calls and visits to few places that were not sincere or the vehicle was not the same as advertised. Second, Then it happen, the first place on my list for another Saturday of looking was Gmotorcars in Arlington Heights. One of the co-owners Joe was at the driveway of the car lot waiting to greet his customers, more like a gracious host of this business, non pressure attitude, straight forward talk we truly appreciated. A honest, respectful experience weve ever had, we had already read great things about Joe and Gmotorcars, per the on-line reviews, could not find anything negative, on the contrary it was so many great things being said about Joe which made us want to check out this business because of all the positive feedbacks. Thirdly, its true!!! the vehicle was more better than advertised in person, worth our time and gas visiting this dealership. Joe worked a fair deal for our trade-in and assisted in a good rate in financing with the same bank we actually bank with, we had went on our own and was denied, Joe reviewed this and found it was errors in there records. Joe was so knowledgeable with assisting swiftly through this mishap on the bank. It is truly a family atmosphere that make you know its not all about selling cars, its about being helpful and straight forward like family. Finally, oh yeah we feel we got an awesome SUV with a great buying experience, while making a friend in Joe. It feels good that it was a win-win for both my family & Gmotorcars, thats the way a car buying experience should be! . . . thanking the Lord for sending us to Joe and Gmotorcars! Before making any decision anywhere else on buying a vehicle, we highly recommend in visiting this store. 2012 Jetta TDI

I bought a '12 VW Jetta TDI sight unseen from Maggie at gmotorcars. Price was fair, Maggie was beyond awesome in every aspect. She provided a level of customer service that deserves an award. My experience with this out of state purchase was smooth, honest and efficient. The car arrived shortly after papers were signed and returned and was exactly as described (which I expected since Maggie texted me numerous pictures for reassurance) I would gladly do business with gmotorcars again and would highly recommend Maggie to anyone.

They Stand Behind There Cars.

I purchased a 2000 K3500 truck in early March 2014. I live in Michigan and after searching the internet for over a month, I found the right truck at the right price. (actually about $3-$4K better then what I had seen anyplace else.) I convinced my wife to drive the 250 miles each way to go see it and we made the purchase. On the way back to Michigan, the truck jumped out of overdrive and stayed in 3rd gear. When I got home, I contacted my local mechanic and he worked with Henry at GMotorcars and tried to fix it. After 8 days, my local mechanic gave up and I contacted GMotorcars about fixing the transmission. We had a 90 day warranty but I was still skeptical about how things would work out. Much to my amazement, GMotorcars made arrangements to take my vehicle back to Arlington Heights to fix it. About a week later, Henry called me to let me know the transmission had been rebuilt. GMotorcars included a 12,000 mile/12 month warranty on the transmission and I now have it back. It drives great and I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the 500 mile round-trip to purchase this truck and in the future, I will look at GMotorcars first for any vehicle needs I have. A terrific company and great people to work with.

Great experience, no hassle

Bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra SR5 from Gmotors, and the experience couldn't have gone any more smooth. I had looked online for quite some time with no luck until I came across this Tundra. I called the dealer to ask a few questions about the truck, my salesman, Joe, stayed on the line while he physically looked over the vehicle for me. Joe was very honest and upfront about any wear and tear on the truck. After deciding this was a real possibility for me, Joe had the truck detailed upon me making the 3 hr drive to look at it. He even replaced part of the front bumper which had a small dent in it at no extra cost. Joe had a guy come in and air brush some scratches out as well. The truck was freaking perfect! Took it for a test drive and noticed the aux port was not working, so Joe drove me to radio shack and bought me an aux cable that was designed to work for automobiles, which worked great. Love my truck! I would buy another vehicle from these guys in a heartbeat. They helped me find financing, and got me a better rate than I found anywhere else. Overall I give them a 10 out of 10!

I just bought my 2010 Toyota camry XLE. I want to thank to all of you for everything. Process was smooth and easy. I had looked for 3 weeks and went to several places. Most of them wasted my time. Their cars are nicely maintained and outstanding than other dealers'. They helped me from start to finish. I have seen the car online and visited there, and took a test drive. I loved it. They offered me a best price and helped me out to finance on my budget. I am SO THANKFUL! I am sure this car will last me many years.

Great deal for a great car

I was in the market for a long time looking for the right car for the right price. I looked in small dealerships, big dealership, and even exotic dealerships. But I couldn't find the car that I wanted. I seriously shopped for a long time and I found the best deal at Gmotorcars: a 2006 Mercedes Benz CLK350 with 70,000 miles for the best price in the market. I called them and spoke to Ivan who was very nice and offered to let me test drive without checking my credit, which was different from the exotic dealerships I went to that carried Mercedes Benz cars. The car was beautiful and when I spoke to Joe, he was very open to negotiation and agreed to take my 2000 Nissan Quest for my down payment, which some dealerships were not willing to give me a lot for. He even gave me a great warranty. When I took my car home, I noticed a crack in the windshield. So I called Gmotorcars and they told me to bring it in. They replaced the entire windshield. When I thought I messed up my transmission, they looked at it even though nothing was wrong. The people at Gmotorscars are very kind and understanding. They are very knowledgeable and will not try to lure you into any scam. They're great people who treat you like family. I would definitely recommend their business! These guys are amazing!

Trusting Honest & Personable Best Experience Ever

I had been looking to purchase a vehicle for quite some time. And I have to say that I finally found the one!!!!!! Nice, clean, with lots of value, at a great price...... Being a female, several stores tried to take advantage of the fact that I am not as knowledgeable with the car market. Joe helped me understand all the paper work top to bottom. I walked out of there with a sense of comfort and confidence knowing that I made the right decision. I most definitely will recommend him to my friends and family.

Gmotorcars is the place to go

I have been in the market looking for the right car, with the right mileage, for the right price. But it seemed like everywhere I looked, I couldn't find a reasonable deal. I test drove Hondas, Nissans, Mini Coopers, and even Porches. But I couldn't find the right car. Finally, I found a Mercedes Benz, CLK350 series in Joe's lot. It had 73,000 miles for $14,500. I found the right car, with the right mileage, for the right price. But I was hesitant since my down payment was going to be my 2000 Nissan Quest. One dealership was willing to give me $1000 for my van but that was because they were a Nissan Dealership. I wasn't sure how a small, family owned dealership was going to handle my trade in. But Joe was willing to take my Van for $500 and give me 100,000 mile warranty for 5 years. Plus, Joe's team of people were very kind and understanding. The first salesman I spoke to was Ivan and he was very humble. He was offering us a test drive without a credit check, which was different from the other dealerships we went to. Most of them wanted to check my credit first before they would even let me test drive their cars (Most of them were exotic car dealers). Their mechanics were wonderful too. After we settled on the financing, I took the car out and noticed a crack on the windshield. I called Joe right away and he told me to bring the car in and they fixed it. Joe's father was very accommodating and he even detailed the car (Which they were going to do but I took the car out before they were able to). Overall, I found a great deal at Gmotorcars. Joe and everyone who works there were amazing. They treated me like family and were even understanding when I thought I messed up my transmission and took the car back (There was nothing wrong with it). I definitely recommend them! If you're in the market for a new or used car, Gmotorcars is the place to go. their deals are very reasonable and the people are very capable. Thanks a lot guys!

Easy In Easy Out

Had a water pump replaced by Gmotorcars. Price was 1/2 of what some other repair shops wanted. Job was done within a couple of hours. Will be taking my car back for any future repairs/maintenance. Thanks, Raven

Finds what you need

My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2001 Jetta for a Saturn Vue and Joe found one for us within days. He was able to finance us and we couldn't be happier about our purchase. As a matter of fact, I was able to save about $2,000 buying from him than at any other dealer in the area. Since purchasing our Vue, I've had to bring in my other vehicle to get a suspension noise taken care of and Joe's father was able to fix the problem with no issues..again, saving me time and money!

SELLS WRECKED CARS

Went here through a recommendation from the owners friend. Went to their first shop, They didn't even have a lift for the cars. That should have been the first clue. I turned my head to a few items (missing arm rest, in-op brake lamps, and countless scratches on bumber.. They said they replaced one....that comes up later) Due to the fact that he was a so called friend and said he would take care of it when the parts came in.... Well that never happened. Then, when I went to go get my oil changed, the tech at the shop showed me that the radiator (core) support was cracked and pushed back 4 inches. He said due to the damage on the support and the lack of damage on the bumper, Its obvious that a bumper was put on after the wreck. It, also had a brand new cooling fan. That told him that someone was defiantly in there after the accident. When I took it back to GMOTORs, The old man told me that I must of hit something and proceeded to take a pry bar to the radiator and core support to try and bend it back....really guy? Luckily my new mechanic showed up and stopped him. He asked him about if he had 20+ years in field, how could he miss that on the inspection. Then it got heated....I could keep going and going. Overall, these guys are HACKS, and CON MEN! If you want a junk car with a voidable warrenty as soon as you drive off the lot...these HACKS are the CONS for you!

Great service, knowledgeable and super friendly!

Saw a car on cars.com clicked on the chat button and got a response right away. Got some initial answers on the car I was interested in, and set up an appointment to go see it. Joe was great, he not only showed me the car I came to see but had another similar car for me to see as well. I am currently going through a foreclosure, and am unemployed... and he was still able to help me get the car I wanted for a price I could afford. I especially liked his guarantee on the car because it is a few years old and I like not having to worry about major repairs for quite a while. I highly recommend them!
