Came in to get our old Ford Explorer serviced and decided to upgrade to a brand new one. Cassandra was great and very patient. Then figured we would get our boys a car so they were not driving our new one. Found a nice, safe car for two teenage boys to drive at a reasonable price. Very good day:)

NOT DRIVING TO DENVER ANYMORE!!

I am john m. From Carbondale. The one that gave Glenwood Springs ford a bad review. I am now retracting that BAD review. I had a lady named Terri from Glenwood Springs ford contact me a few days after I wrote the review buy phone. Terri and I went over my service charges on my heater core replacement. she told me that they where very sorry, and it was just a miss understanding. Terri told me please don't think that I would have to drive out of town to get good service. Terri made every thing right. At this point I will go to Glenwood Springs ford for ALL my service needs. THANK YOU Terri it was nice talking to you and contacting me not many dealers care. But Glenwood Springs Ford does So THANK YOU AGAIN!!

i had my son ford truck heater core replaced by there service dep. I check the price to replace a heater core on a 2008 f150 it a cost 1099.00 to fix it. when I got the bill it was 1589.00 and and the dash had black like glue our something on it that very hard to remove. wires were hanging down from under the dashboard.

when I asked for the details regarding the safety inspection the dealership performed on the car, I received a factual response right away. My questions were not ignored or dodged, which is typical of most car sales people.

I checked out a Jeep Cherokee online (I don't recall the website--cars.com maybe) Stephanie from Glenwood Springs Ford called me in less than an hour. I recall this was on a Wednesday; I needed a vehicle by the following Tuesday. Things were a bit chaotic for a few days: terminated from my job on Friday, Driver's License also expired; it took a few days to get the cash from my small retirement account. Through it all, Stephanie was professional, compassionate, patient beyond reason...I got my license renewed, received my pay out on the following Tuesday, picked up the Jeep and left for a week's stay in Sedona, Arizona Wednesday morning. AND, she also arranged to sell my old vehicle at the same time. I wouldn't just recommend Glenwood Springs Ford and Stephanie to my friends, I would encourage them to check them out for New or Used vehicles.

ANY QUESTIONS WE HAVE , NO MATTER HOW SMALL , ARE ANSWERED PROFESSIONALLY AND PROMPTLY. THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE HAS BEEN GREAT!
