This is our 2nd purchase from Gjovicks.We bought a new 2009 Buick Enclave in 2009 and liked the service and the vehicle so much we came back to Gjovicks for our next vehicle.As last time we found the dealership very clean and staff easy to work with.Juan Antonio was our salesman this time. I purchased a used 2003 Monte Carlo from them in Early spring of 2016, beautiful car or so I thought. A week after I bought the car I get a check engine light for evaporate emissions small leak, no big deal easy fix. Three days later I'm driving down the road start hearing a wheel bearing going bad right front and then I get no trac and abs light, bad wheel speed sensor. So then it rains that same week and my sunroof is a waterfall and soaks my floor board every time it rains. So then last month early July I turn my wheel to the right and hear a load pop every there after and so I look under the car and I have a broken spring that popped out of the mount again right front side. On top of my now drivers door with a bad hinge that grabs the fender and the ever growing exhaust leak the pronounced itself 2 weeks after I bought the car. I will NEVER buy another car from them, sold me the biggest lemon ever. I understand you can expect some issues with buying a used car but it is apparent they never inspected this car. I bought a used Chevrolet from a Chevrolet deal expecting to get a little better used car for my money and I was wrong. They are a terrible deal and from what it looks like they flip all their cars as fast as possible and think nothing of the consumer. Please do not waste your time and hard earned money at this shifty dealer.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Gjovik. The staff was friendly and quick with the sale. They were able to get me out the door quickly and driving. The staff went above and beyond so I could get the vehicle bought and to where I needed to be on time. The facility is clean and modern. Sales staff have been very through that I am happy with my purchase. I have bough from this dealer before and will by again.

I was searching for cars on the Internet and I guess I requested information. I got a call right after From Tony in the Internet dept? I figured great, now I'm going to get hounded and told that I must come in right away because 10 people are buying the vehicle. Shockingly, it wasn't like that. He was great to talk to and even when I told him I wasn't ready to buy, he followed up to let me know what is in stock. He seemed to genuinely care about what I needed and wanted. Finally, he did get me to come in and I worked with Juan. Juan was nice to work with. He showed me all the trucks that I was curious about. I knew I had a limited budget so, they did what they can. After I picked the truck I wanted, Juan wanted to work on price. I can tell that he did try hard to get me the payment I needed but I think I just picked to expensive of a truck. I will wait to see what else they have because they were great to work with. I wasn't pushed and Tony and Juan really did act like they cared about what I needed. Thank you guys! *edit* I had to rewrite my review due to me being old and forgetting to put in part of my email to approve it.

I've been purchasing new vehicles for 25 years and the process has changed a lot. Now a lot of back or forth takes places online prior to coming in. I had been dealing with Tony Casale for a couple of days and was at the point of having my husband come in and make a purchase. We were interested in a new 2015 Silverado. Yesterday I abruptly stopped getting responses from Mr. Casale. I tried a couple more times and no response. A day later still no responses. Maybe we weren't as close to a deal as I thought, maybe the vehicle sold...I have no idea. If it were either of those, a response would have been nice. Not only does it leave a bad experience with the customer, you now have lost future business and the negative experience gets shared with friends and family. It's no way to treat potential customers. Maybe one sale doesn't matter to this dealership, but it's not a good way to conduct a successful business because in the end it costs you more than just a sale. I contacted those above him and they did not care to respond either. It's ridiculous how little this dealership car

The overall experience was good. Salesman and managers were friendly and courteous. The buying process was a bit too long though as there was a lot of waiting around. I would recommend this dealer to a friend, just don't go on a busy Saturday.

One of the managers (I think) Nick helped us out. We had a great experience working with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars/trucks, has a great sense of humor and made the (usually grueling) process of picking out and buying a new vehicle extremely enjoyable. I definitely recommend working with Gjovik as Nick and his team are top notch!!

I drove an hour from Chicago and was more than satisfied with the service and my purchase. The people at Gjovik Chevy really have your best interest at heart. I scheduled an appointment with a sales representative to see a specific vehicle. Subsequent to test driving the vehicle, we began the paperwork. I told my sales rep. the maximum I would be comfortable paying per month and he took it from there. Due to the fact that the vehicle I initially viewed would have been hard to finance with a monthly payment that fit into my budget, I was ultimately turned off from wanting to purchase this vehicle; nevertheless, they took the time to find the exact same vehicle (within their lot), with less miles on it. I was then able to finance the car that I truly wanted and it was within my budget. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and they made the experience more than pleasurable. In addition, when I had a minor problem with the vehicle less than a week later, they did me the courtesy of taking care of it without a hassle. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

I've been lured into dealerships before by internet prices that were too good to be true so I was leery about driving all the way out to Sandwich, but Brandi and Bill assured me that it wouldn't be a wasted trip. I still expected to show up just to told that the truck had just been sold or that I didn't qualify for all of the rebates, but everything was just as they said. Collin the finance manager couldn't have been nicer. We were very happy with our experience at Gjovik.

DO NOT get your car serviced here. Service manager/department are unfriendly, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and arrogant. Waited seven hours for them to tell me that my car was not going to be ready today and I had to scramble to get a rental so I could get to work the following day. The manager deflected any responsibility and accountability. I wouldn't return to this dealership if they offered my a free car.

DO NOT buy a car from here. The sales person told me the car I was buying "was in good mechanical order". I drove about 15 minutes down the road and then it broke down. I called them asking for a refund and they said I paid them, it's my problem and hung up. Then I called again and they told me it was my fault that I bought a faulty vehicle. Not to mention I was now out of money and just turned 18 and now I'm stuck on the side of the road. They WILL take advantage of you. Never go there or you will regret it.

Rethink your decisions when it comes to GJOVIK Chevrolet. I took my truck in to have some extended warranty work done a few months back. I was called to pick it up, was told it was fixed, and that it didn't need any parts it just needed to be recalibrated because it was out of time ( the lift gate was making a pop when it opened). Since it was an adjustment, it was not covered, and i had to pay $50.00 for the work. That's acceptable if it was fixed, however i got home, tested it, and guess what...it was still doing the same thing. I called back, talked to Matt, who was rude stating "well we testing it at least 20 times" like i intentionally did something. I said "well Matt, i opened it once, and it made the noise." So i brought it back in and now they decided it needed a part. They had to order it so I had to wait. Took it back in today, and I Was told I Now need to pay another $50.00 for the deductible of my warranty. BUT wait..you never fixed it the first time. I was told it it standard to pay $50.00 to run diagnostics. So i called another chevy dealer to confirm and was told, that the diagnostic charge is rolled into the repair or part of it. So when i called back to talk to the service manager, (Tom Door) who was very arrogant and didn't even want to listen to what i was trying to explain, just wanted to forcefully talk over and argue with me, he then proceeded to try and say "you didn't even buy the vehicle here." Really??? I still service it here and now with that mind set, we won't buy from there, and we will have our vehicle serviced elsewhere. My husband may have been a prospective customer but you lost that lead. GOOD JOB! What happened to customer service? My car was never fixed the first time. Its not my fault they had to pay someone for their book hours and they didn't fix the problem from the start.

Went to buy a vehicle that looked great on the website and looked great in person. I was told that it was inspected before it was put on the lot. But of course that was a lie. When I got home the very next day I discovered that some of the features did not work anymore. I would recommend to anyone not to but a used car from this place.

Bought a 2013 Impala LT. Was really impressed with the car and the price. The salesman were great. We had two. They let us test drive and we were delighted with the the car. We told them we would be back we needed to check out more dealers. We went to three other dealers and were more satisfied with Gjovik in Sandwich. We went back the next week and bought the car. We were in and out in less than an hour. I love my car and I would recommend Gjovik to my friends and family. Great Job Gjovik Guys.
