We purchased a 2016 CR-V today from Gerry Wood Honda. Our salesman Was Luke Evans and we can't say enough about how easy it was to deal with him. We were a bit worried about dealing with a car salesman as we don't buy new cars very often. Luke met us with a smile and immediately put us at ease. He listened to what we wanted, evaluated our needs and explained options. He was extremely knowledgeable and he explained things very effectively. Will we send others to Gerry Wood Honda? Would we recommend Luke? You bet!

Excellent customer service!
I drive from South Carolina to Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury every 5,000 miles for maintenance.I have a favorite service writer named "Ray" that I prefer to deal with each time. He explains things thoroughly. Just recently, I took my Crosstour in to have the passenger airbag replaced, the original time was estimated to be 3 hours and it was done withing 2 hours. I like the concept of "under promise and over deliver". I plan on buying my next Honda there!!

Repairs were completed within the time frame estimated. My car was received a complimentary wash.I used the dealerships pickup and delivery service. They were on time and very polite. I like this dealership because they remember and appreciate my business.

Great and really worth my time
I give Dillon 5 stars because he was polite and really good at answering questions. Buying a car isn't easy but Dillon was very respectable to me and really cooperative with my needs. Gary confirmed the car was available, and we scheduled a time for me to go in to complete the purchase. Gary did as much pre-work as possible before I arrived to reduce my time in the dealership. not very knowledgeable on repairs
Took my car in on a Thursday morning. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with it I took it in because my VTEC was not working. An engine light was on they couldn't figure it out. So they told me it would have to replace my pressure switch and it was going to cost $400 but could not guarantee it would fix the problem. Then they said if that didn't work they would have to take my engine apart. When I said no they charge me $100 diagnostic but still could not tell me what was wrong with it. Do not take your car in for repairs this place is a rip off.

We car shopped for a long time. After deciding on a Honda CR-V we wanted to find the best deal on a new 2015. We live in Chapel Hill and all of the dealers in the Triangle area were more than we were willing to pay. We made the 1+ hour drive to Gerry Wood and it was totally worth it. Larry greeted us immediately and was very helpful through the whole process. KJ also made the experience the best it could be helping us get the car at the right price. They were able to work with us to get us the exact car we wanted with the exact terms we wanted. Very helpful and we're so happy with our purchase. The only downside to making the drive out there is not being able to take advantage of the free oil changes and service. With the money we saved though it's worth it.

Real easy transaction

I recently bought a 2014 Honda from Gerry Woods Honda. Russel Taylor was my sales agent and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. We live about 100 miles from the dealership but choose Gerry Woods because they offered the best price. Surprisingly painless car buying experience!
Salesperson James Cobb, sales manager KJ Johnson, and finance manager Brandon Newkirk were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They made sure that we were satisfied with our new vehicle and they patiently addressed all our questions.
I've been looking for a car since Labor day. And everytime I found a car I liked and could afford, the sells rep played so many games the car I wanted would sell faster than I could buy it. Finally I found Gerry Woods honda. KJ was my contact. He told me he would get me in the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. I didn't get off work till near closing but he waited. I pulled up 10 minties after the lot closed and dillion took me on a test drive. That part was great. And over i give my experiance 4 out of 5 stars.

BUYER BEWARE: additional fees and undervalued trade
This dealer is just like so many others I have dealt with. They want you to pay a premium for their car, while they drastically under value your trade. Be careful of the ADDITIONAL FEES after you've negotiated the price of the vehicle you want to buy and your trade value. After I had negotiated the price of the car I was buying, then came $1,800.00 in ADDITIONAL FEES that were not written into the price negotiated. 199.00 for ETCHING, 899.00 for GAP INSURANCE (this is automatically assumed you want and added to the cost), 699.00 DOC FEE (I understand everyone has a doc fee. However, there are other dealers with the fee set at less than the full allowable NC State charge). The games are the worst part. "Oh, you want to know the value of your trade before we talk about the [car]?" Of course! I SPENT 4.5 HRS for the whole process. Thankfully, this was not my first rodeo, but BUYER BEWARE. They may have the vehicle you want at what would seem to be a bargain price, but you're going to have to be very careful about all the extra fees and gamesmanship in the process to get it. Don't forget your calculator!
Shopping for a new car - STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
I drove to Gerry Wood Honda after looking at their prices online. When I got there the sales girl did not know what the online sales prices are. And why should she. It is a scam. She proceeded to tell me the price I saw did not include tax, title, tags which is all normal procedure. She also slipped in there it did not include add ons. I asked what add ons are and she told me - oh, tinted windows, mud flaps and I don't know what else she said. I said - How much are these add ons and she said - I don't know. Good answer. I said - well, are they $40 or $400 or $4,000. She said oh no! they are not $4,000 - they are just a couple thousand dollars. Just a couple thousand dollars. I said that is ridiculous and this dealership is running a scam! She said - every dealership has add ons. I wish to say at this point - I am retired. So I looked at her and said - do you think this is the first car I ever purchased? No answer. I then proceeded to tell her no reputable dealership advertises the price of a car and then ups the price when the customer shows interest. I told her this is bordering on fraud - if it is not already fraud. Again, she told me all dealerships do this! I said - so what - I am a liar, or I am stupid, or I have been fleeced before and didn't realize it? I told her she is wrong and should not be saying that to customers. And if she actually believes her own lies or the lies they have told her - she needs to be educated and she needs to get a job with a trustworthy dealership and stop trying to cheat people. And I left.

I've now purcahsed two vehicles from Gerry Wood Honda. The sales guys are all excellent to deal with. They were knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and not pushy. I found the Honda Crosstour online before I visited the dealership. My husband called and got info on the car and told them I would be by that day to take a look. Free Oil Change - Not
OK, I took the bait. I had a great experience buying a 2012 Honda from Gerry Wood. I thought it word be nice to buy local and get a Honda. Boy was I wrong. The free oil changes are a rip off. Yes, the oil change was free but the tire rotation was 16.00 dollars. Also, if a person did not use the Honda parts(air filter, cabin filter, etc....) the oil changes were no longer free. I also contacted the dealership about a vibration with the brakes at 28,000 miles and 14 months. They stated it was not covered under warranty. Crazy..... I had heard so many good things about Honda. Very disappointed. I will never buy one again and will never deal with Gerry Wood again. After all the run around and false information I went to Hedrick Toyota in Concord and purchased a 2014 4runner. Good bye Honda and Gerry Wood

Went on a Sunday to look at a used car I saw online. Dealership is normally not open on Sunday, but they were. Test drove the car in question and wanted it. Told salesman right out that I had not expected them to be open and I did not come prepared to buy the car right now. He wasted a lot of my time trying to pressure me, I almost walked out. I did not have my title for the trade in, I had not brought my husband, who's name I wanted on the car, did not bring anyway of making additional down payment. WHY KEEP PRESSURING ME? Anyway, I took 1/2 day off work Monday so husband could be there (he had to go to work that afternoon); salesman had filled out the loan application Sunday, he had to do it over again because he could not find his glasses Sunday and had information incorrect. This wasted yet more time. He stayed on two cell phones more than he paid attention to what he was doing. Had to keep re-doing paperwork due to wrong vin#, wrong city of residence. Wasting time. Finally go to the loan manager and of course he found yet another mistake in what the salesman had put down. Loan signing took forever; getting time for husband to go to work. Finally done with loan; NOW salesman decides to take the car to get it washed. Husband has to go to work no one cares, Wasting time. Car finally brought around for us, now we can't find the salesman; he was supposed to put the license tag on the car. Wasting more time, husband has to go to work. Finally find salesman, rush him into putting the tag on. Barely get back home in time for husband to get work stuff and leave. He did not even have a chance to eat anything, had not eaten when he got up because we though we could finish what I had started the day before and have lunch before he went to work. Don't understand why it had to take so xxxx long to buy a car that was already decided on.Then, got a call two days later saying salesman had still put the vin# in wrong and we had to resign papers. Told him the hours we work we are not off at the same time until Friday and only if husband didn't have to work Friday; and I was not taking more time off work. He said I could just come pick up the papers and bring the back after we both could sign them. Why should I make two trips out of my way for a mistake he made? Called Manager, he said the papers would be brought to me at 4:00 Friday afternoon. We were here no one came or called. I called Manager about 5:30 told him we were leaving; after we left salesman called about 6. Then called repeatedly every 15 to 30 minutes until about 9. We got the messages at 11 when we came back home. Manager had also called and said salesman had told him he called us at 4 and left a message for us to contact him. THAT IS A LIE, first call we got was at 6 after I had called the Manager. If he had called or showed up at the agreed upon time 4:00pm he would have gotten us WE WERE HERE until 5:30. Then Saturday morning salesman just shows up in the driveway and calls us on his cell phone. VERY RUDE THING TO DO. We had to make him wait until we got up and dressed. IF HE HAD SHOWED UP FRIDAY AT 4 LIKE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO; THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEM.

I have to say, what should have been a thrill to buy a new vehicle, left me feeling hugely disappointed. I spent 4 hours talking with the salesperson after several email exchanges about what I was looking for. We found what I wanted and worked up a price (which I wrote down). I emailed to clarify what the final price was so I didn't walk into any surprises when I came to finalize the deal. I specifically asked "So there is no additional tax, tag and admin fees that weren't already in that number?" I was told "the numbers you were shown were without the trade and cast in stone. They would only change if you wanted to put your trade in the deal.......The selling the price was xx,xxx and the payment (in my view what I was planning to write a check for) included all the doc fees, taxes, tag and licenses". So I get there and the General Sales Manager goes through the numbers and its $1,000 higher than I was expecting. So I show him the email and he says its a communication problem. "We never include those things in the "sales price" That would be the "out the door" price. I say "WHAT?" He proceeds to show me the system detail of my sale and how they are losing money on the deal. I felt violated, disappointed and angry and was prepared to walk away..which in retrospect I should have but my ride had already left. He "absorbed another $280 of the difference. For only that reason I moved from a totally dissatisfied customer to a mediocre one. They have confirmed my belief that all car dealers are out to stick it to the consumer and I will never buy another car from them. Will they change their "speak" to be sure it is clear to the consumer? I doubt it. By the way, the Finance Manager, Robert, was awesome! Clear and complete transparency in his explanations.

Ray responded to my online request for a good price quote. He gave me a very competitive quote which got me to the dealership to look at the Accord I was interested in. Ashley was extremely nice and helped me with my vehicle interest, then Ray gave me options to get the price down more. I was give the best price available, plus the Gerry Wood Honda guarantees. Ray also worked to get the best financing possible. Everyone in the dealership was extremely nice, and the dealership and service areas are all immaculate. Overall, this was the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle.

After contacting the dealership I was paired with Russell Taylor who did an outstanding job listening to my needs and finding the car that I wanted. The customer service, friendliness, and overall experience are all rated top notch in my book. Ann and I have had the most wonderful sales experience. It is rare to come away from a vehicle purchase - where we felt like a "handshake" is better than a contract. From the first handshake with Jeff Gilkenson we felt like he was truly looking out for our best interest. I had received two other quotes from other dealerships and on our way to the dealership and we stopped an elderly lady in a parking lot at Big Lots, Salisbury - as we saw she purchased a Honda from Gerry Wood Honda. She said her experience with the sales team 2 years ago was wonderful and said her experience with their service - after purchase - had been even better. So we made our appointment with Jeff and it was a great experience. We decided on a few accessories - we had intended to add - but Jeff walked us through it with patience and skill way ahead of his age. We have purchased (without exaggerating) 30-40 cars in our lifetime from new, a couple of years old, to many years old . Purchasing from dealerships and private owners. We always have 3 car minimum in the driveway. Our experience with Gerry Wood dealership was by far a cut above the rest. It started with the approach of our salesman (Jeramey). His friendliness, mild personality, non push approach was welcomed. We explained that we were not going to purchase today but was interested in learning of the features and test drive the CR-V just to make sure the vehicle was for us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and still helpful even after will told him if someone else comes in that might buy to wait on them if he wanted, but he stayed. We came to the idea that the CR-V was the vehicle that suites us. I asked about the interest rate , which was very low, and asked a pretty close ballpark price for it. We were very pleased with both price and interest rate. He asked what would cause us to purchase today. I mentioned that we had to sell one of our 3 cars first. He asked if he had a buyer for our car , if I would possibly purchase today. I told him what I wanted for my car and after a few back and fourths the price was right and we purchased. I have never been to Gerry Woods dealership before this. From the time you enter the dealership from how well it's kept to everyone there is friendly to getting the right price for the car and trade in, the experience was GREAT. The one thing that made it was the salesman, it was a pleasure working with him. When we walk into a dealership we can about 95% of the time , tell within 2 minutes if this is the place for us. Gerry Wood and the salesman created that positive vibe right away. I can only hope that the service is as well as the beginning was. Thanks for the great deal, friendly and knowledgeable help throughout the experience and hope the service part is a class act like the rest. I will recommend the dealership to others.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at GerryWood Honda of Salisbury. From the minute I drove up and the service door was raised to allow my entry, I was impressed. Ray Schreiner met me at my car door with a smile on his face and a willingness to please. Within minutes he estimated how much it would cost to repair minor body damage(sanding and repainting)on my Acura RDX and to replace a busted speaker. He assured me that Honda would happily take care of the recalls on my daughter's CRV,too. When I arrived in the CRV, I was again greeted with a smile. I received a courtesy call when the recalls were complete. I drove my RDX in to make the vehicle exchange and was once again made to feel welcome and appreciated. I was blown away when I returned later in the day (after another courtesy call) to pick up my RDX. My 2007 RDX looked brand new! The minor damage had been sanded and repainted beautifully! The technician even touched up and renewed areas on the car that I had not expected! The speaker sounds great, too! Ray Schreiner seemed to be as thrilled as I was about the way my car looked. He walked me to the cashier and stayed with me until it was my turn to pay. He then walked me back to my car and once again expressed his appreciation. I had been a little hesitant to bring my car to a dealership because I had always heard that you would be taken advantage of. I do not feel at all that way after my experience at GerryWood Honda. I was traveling to Florida and my check engine light came on so I found Gerry Wood Honda on my GPS and met Ray, he immediately greeted me and took my concern a priority. He told me it may be an hour or so to check it out and offered me and my family a ride to the local mall. While we were at the mall he called me and informed me that my car has been fixed and ready for pick up, he then sent the nicest lady Connie to pick us up. I was expecting to pay the $90.00 diagnosis fee but thanks to Ray and the service manager LISA they were able to fix it under warranty even know my car was a few weeks out of warranty. All I can say is the people here are phenomenal!!! I cannot say enough about the people or the dealership. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my salesperson was notified that I was there. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but I most definitely got one. Absolutely amazing!!! Carole King made sure I was comfortable and was courteous, and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end, she was an angel. Chris O'Leary worked his magic and made my year with the deal he worked out for me. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for his hard work. Amazing!!! The final process of course was signing the paperwork with Curtis Trapp. He was so nice and answered any questions that were asked and made sure that we signed in all the right places, he was so patient. Gerry Wood should be so proud of the staff that he has employed, they are exceptional and so unexpected. I couldn't believe it, even after I drove my car off the lot! This was the 2nd Honda dealership I visited today, hoping to have a good sales experience. I walked up & down one aisle, checking out a few vehicles. I took a good bit of time with the CR-V, even sitting in it and adjusting the seat height to see if I liked it. Nobody ever attempted to approach me. I even parked right in front of the dealership show room! I can't tell you how disappointed I was that between 2 Honda dealerships in 2 towns, I could not get any assistance to purchase a new vehicle. I went across the street to a Toyota dealership and then the Ford dealership but by then I had pretty much lost interest in the whole process.

We were offered $1,000 more than our last offer for our trade.We were also provided with a lease payment we can afford on a Honda Pilot that we love.There was no pressure during the financial paperwork to sign up for any additional services.Our salesman, Ray Anderson, explained every detail about the Honda Pilot upon delivery so that we knew how to operate our new Honda Pilot. Where do I start? I'm out of state (Virginia) and had many conversations with the staff at the dealership over the phone, some good some not so good. I had a couple of delays being able to get to the Dealership and the salesperson was very patient and stayed in touch with me daily which was appreciated. What was not appreciated was the numbers game that I dealt with. I wanted to be sure that the car I was purchasing (a weekender Mustang) was what it had been advertised as being online (Autotrader)and to at least get close on a price before driving the 146 miles to the Dealer. Each time I spoke with someone there the numbers changed and the shell game became more and more obvious. Where are they hiding the extra cost. At one point I was told that the Dealership automatically applied a spray "protector" on every car as a service to the customer. This was to protect the car from dings and scratches and came with a one year warranty. The price for this and other "add ons" was $400.00!! After inquiring to find out the other add ons I was left to believe that the protectant was the only one. Years ago when you purchased a vehicle you were often given the option to have the vehicle undercoated which protected it from rust and corrosion. The dealer spent approximately $50.00 and charged $500.00 for the coating. It was NOT automatically done but an option! I thought this was most likely the case for this spray on protectant. After questioning it the price for the add ons was lowered considerabily, however the DOC fee went up by the same amount. When I questioned that I was told that I must have misunderstood and that was the amount they had quoted. EVERY time I was given a number I wrote it down so while not arguing the point I made a note of it. I should have walked away at this point, but I had been looking for this car for over a year and didn't want to give up. On the day I went to the dealership, date and time given several days in advance, I expected the car to be sitting and waiting for me to show up, clean, detailed, gassed up. and ready to go. (I had the loan preapproved) and told the sales person and sales manager I would take the car if we could reach an agreement on price after inspecting and test driving. The car was still on the line, hadn't been washed, about a quarter of a tank of gas in it. After waiting for awhile I got to inspect the car and spent quite sometime because the car was in fact (surprise) not what it had been advertised to be. The one thing I want any potiental customer to know is that the finish did not look good at all and after questioning the process of the spray on protectant, I wanted to know what it was, and if it could be stripped off the car. After getting much distraction we were allowed to see the protectant and found that it was not a spray, but a paste dispensed out of a barrel into a condiment squeeze bottle and appeared to be simply a sealant applied the same way in which you would apply any sealant or wax which could be purchased at any auto supply store. When the friend who went with me made this point it was not challenged. Ok testing is over now the fun begins negotiating the price. We settled and moved on to the financing. I had explained to the salesperson and manager over the phone and in person several times I had a preapproved loan, what company it was through, and had been told that it was not a problem. I was stilled asked to complete a credit statement, was asked for my vehicle registration (I wasn't trading) and several other tasks before talking to Curtis, the Finance Manager. After several minutes it became apparent that Curtis was not figurung the numbers for the loan I had arranged and I interupted him to ask about the process, and discovered that he had never been informed about the preapproved loan!! He was very pleasant and apologized to me, and I to him for not speaking sooner. Curtis got things straightened out as quickly as he could. Finally the process was completed and I thought we were ready to leave, however I was wrong and discovered that we needed to wait to have an insurance verification form completed. After approxiamtely 45 minutes I questioned if there had been a problem, thinking that there was some sort of issue with the loan and this was the Dealers way of not wanting to say I had screwed up. Finally I went to Curtis who was the one supposed to be suppling the form and asked if there was some problem. Curtis said no that we were done and I then asked about the insurance verification. Curtis looked surprised and said we had verified the insurance an hour ago! Ok now we are ready... nope, the salesperson who was trying to be helpful volunteered to have the service manager check on an issue for me. The small louver in the passengers side air vent had come off and I didn't know how to remove the cover to get it out. The service person had us bring the car into the service area and came out to take a look. After pulling several times with a great deal of force he then got a small screw driver and began prying at the dashboard. When he got under the area of the air bag the salesperson saw my eyes become inlarged to the size of dinner pates and said that I had just bought the car and he might want to be careful. He stopped and got a small tool and fished the piece out through the vent opening. It was of course broken and I supposed had been decidely not repaired. After being told there was no way to repair the vent "today" I just told them I would repair it myself because I didn't want to trailer the car or put 250 more miles on it to come back just for a piece that cost $5.00. We left the dealership at least two and a half hours later than we could have had it not been for all the issues. The reason for all this explanation is to let customers know if you purchase a car here write everything down, if you can have them put it in writing so ther won't be a "misunderstanding" and question everything! Believe it or not this isn't all the probelems we had purchasing the car, and it took every bit of enjoyment out of what after saving for sometime and finally finding the car I wanted should have been a a joyous occasion. I have spoken to the NC Department of Justice about misrepresenting and don't know if I will file a complaint. I want to forget the experience, but don't want others buyers to deal with it.

Very Shady Dealership. Look out for the 'gotcha extra charges.'My wife and I went to look at a 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L at Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury and also at Flow Honda in Winston-Salem. We researched both vehicles online and went to both dealerships. Flow Hondas price included the Honda Certification in the online list price of $24,908 w/ 37K miles w/ local 1-owner trade-in. They didnt try to lure us in and then add it for $999 like you did for your van of $25,700 w/ 44K miles and 2 prior owners. You didnt even have the middle row 'jump seat and there were several defects including the broken vents and worn leather seats. Yours wouldnt qualify for Honda Certification. Theirs had the jump seat and was very clean and damage-free. They dont have the gotcha charges of $699 for paint protection and $199 for glass etching. These are ridiculous. And to include them on all your vehicles and then say you have to pay for them like it or not is ludicrous. Im not paying for something I dont want or need. And to low-ball us on the trade-in was offensive too. I guess its just how you guys do business. Everythings online now. With KBB, N.A.D.A., Edmunds, Cars.com, Autotrader.com, Consumer Reports, etc. I knew the value of my trade-in; I knew the difference in value for an EXL w/ RES vs. an EXL w/ RES & NAV. Its not $2,500 like you said! More like $500. Look it up yourself. Coming down an additional $500 to $24,652 still isnt coming close. If you hadnt added the unnecessary paint and etching charges, you may have gotten close.Travis, you were a nice enough guy. Youre associated with a dealership that appears shady. Being associated with a shady place doesnt make you shady, but it sure doesnt make you hands clean. You know what youre selling. I can say this as a comparison to Flow Honda in Winston Salem.

Came in to buy a 2010 civic found on the internet, could not get the fiance worked out, Mr. Ward came in and things went down hill, Mr. Ward is very unfriendly, does not have the customer in mind when he deals with you. So I walked out. Came back with my own fiancing from Roadloans. and dealt with someone else and got it worked out. came home with the car and found a dent in the rear quarter panel and left rear window tent scratch, Mr. Ward came out and tried to say I did these things, He tried to blame the customer. So I ended up not getting the issues fixed. I will never reccomend this dealer. Gerry Wood Honda does not have the customer's best intrest in mind.

What a great experience! We have been in the market for a new SUV and had driven Toyota and Ford. Cecil Ward met us on the way in and had us work with Gary Junker. The first night we were at the dealership for an extra hour after they had closed. We could not agree on a price and I wanted to to do some more research on the Pilot. They offered to get us a Pilot in the correct color and options. The next day I came back with a price and I was willing to pay and we worked it out. The vehicle was delivered that afternoon. Throughout the whole process Gary and Cecil were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Gary took the time to show us around the dealership and introduce us to the service and parts folks. He also helped get us "up to speed" on the Pilot. Cecil made sure the little things were taken care of. I had requested the tires be filled with nitrogen and possibly have a pinstrip on the vehicle when he obtained it. Sure enough, when we picked up the vehicle it was there just as requested. We are very pleased with our purchase and will recommend Gerry Wood Honda to everyone. Great Job!

At that time I planned to buy within the year. I told Curtis if he would let me drive a few cars, keep me informed of updates but respect my time table I would by my next Honda from him. He did exactly what I asked for. He kept me informed but didn't bother me. Today it was close to 104 degrees. When we drove in Gerry Woods Honda, Gary Junker dressed in a crisp, long sleeve shirt with a tie greeted us cordially. After test driving the base model Civic, we went into the showroom and eventually bumped into the car I would be purchasing. Travis knew every detail of the car. Beware! after you agree to the price of your car,they will try and to shove add ons down your throat. Even after you repeatedly tell them no they continue to try and push you around.On one of the add ons ($199) etching,They paraded a couple big shots in front of me to say that it was included in the price of the car. It was not, it was added.We were from out of town and if my ride there had not already left I would not have bought the car! Now for the service dept. I was scheduled to have keyless added and was promised it would be done by lunch. It was completed by 4:00. Also it was put in writing that they owed me a keyless system to be installed and to fill car with gas due to having to make multiple trips there. NO GAS! Their word and their written word is CRAP! These people give car dealers a bad name!

First of all, the salesperson that my wife and I worked with was helpful (which is why I haven't included his/her name in this review); however, the sales manager, Cecil, is a complete fraud. Long story short, he did everything in his power to trick us into buying one of their vehicles at MSRP with an unreasonable interest rate. Plus, he continuously tried to switch us to cars that we didn't want! That guy was a typical "used car salesperson" who thinks that his customers don't know their left from right or basic math. Their selection is mediocre at best and we ended up walking after hours of wasted time. We ended up driving back towards Charlotte and got the car we wanted at an excellent price elsewhere (review to come soon). The "Gerry Wood Commitment" is definitely not worth the time or effort, in my experience, and I would not refer this dealership to anyone if my life depended on it!

I called one afternoon at 2:45pm and Ray worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation and had me out by 3:15 to pick up my child from school on time! That was awesome. The only bad thing was, I just noticed they charged me for a tire rotation but I bought my tires there so I think it was supposed to be free?? I am usually pretty good about checking that but I was in a hurry that day and didn't think about it. I was glad to be worked in and finished so quickly :)
