I came to look at tell new crv that Honda is having lease deals on. They was very busy at the time a man named Carl attempted to help me. Very aggressive and pushy to get information from me. I declined bc I wanted to look and drive the vehicle. More aggressiveness and pure rudeness from this man. I told him to just not to worry about it and he again was rude and walked up stairs. No one else was able to help me. I don't understand why this man was so rude and ran off. I was left standing in the showroom floor. The whole room could feel the tension. Yet no one did anything about it from the dealship. I decided to leave bc at this point I was upset by the way I was treated. Have not decided if I will give them another chance or not. Just very sad that I was treated the way I was

I Eric Hoersting gave a 5 star review because Everytime I go to Germain Honda of Beavercreek I'm blown away with the expert, professional services I receive. Bill Hanson goes out of his way to insure that My Accord is properly serviced and ready for the changing of season. I'm not worried at all about winter coming on as I just had My tires inspected and rotated, all My fluids changed/filled. The crew there at Germain treats Me with respect and they deliver on anything they promise. And I got some cookies and a bag of chips too. Thanks Bill Hanson and the service crew. I'll definitely be back in 5000 miles ready for another experience.

When I purchased my 2010 Odessey Honda from Germain Honda in Dublin Columbus, in 2013, a new battery installed. They did not provide proof of the new battery.This month (Oct, 2016) I took the car in to Germain Honda in Beavercreek for battery replacement because it was a Honda battery. It said it is a honda battery of 2013 and 100 months limited warranty.But at the service shop, I was informed if I do not have the proof of purchase of the battery, they do not apply the limited warranty since some people fake the sticker. I must ask, why label a battery in the first place if you cant trust it?I was simply disappointed the warranty is not offered because you distrust your customers.

This was my first car purchase, and it couldn't have been easier! Scheduling an appointment to look at the car I was interested in was a breeze thanks to Melissa in the internet sales department. The car was pulled up and ready for me as soon as I got to the dealership. Ed Horton was my salesman and he was amazing! So knowledgeable of the car I was looking at; from the pricing, warranty, and all of the bells a whistles of the car. This was a fast and easy transaction. Dan Danner is one of the people that makes his company shine. His professionalism and more than excellent customer service is very sincere. He is very detailed in explaining the detail of maintenance service performed on my vehicles. He also explains what might be expected (i.e., tire tread wear) in the upcoming change of road conditions.The people who answer the phones are very courteous.The mechanics that perform the maintenance are great, too. I commend their great skills in what they do. Also, thanks for the extra step in protecting the interior.The facility is clean. The best thing is that there is hot water in the restroom!

I just wanted to share with you my experience I had at this dealership on 10/17/16. It was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I was interested in a 2016 Accord LX and found it on their website early in the afternoon for $23,840 ($21k with discounts) and immediately called to schedule a test drive. Stacey scheduled me in for 5:30 and when I got there, he was busy. That's not a big deal, so I ended up working with Stephen. Before I took it out to drive, he informs me that this Accord LX is "special." This car has several dealer options installed that brings the price up to $29,900! That price was not advertised, nor noted on the website! After discussing with him how wrong that was with that DECEPTIVE RUSE by your dealership, he went to talk to the manager, and he comes back and says "they feel terrible that I feel DECEIVED" (no admission of mistake or apology) and also said the price of the car will be at $24,500; basically discounting the dealer options off the car. I believed that was fair and proceeded with the test drive. After determining this was the car I wanted, we ran a credit app and numbers for a lease and for financing. When I reviewed the sheet, it had the accessories at cost (about $4,700) included in price of the car. That's not what Stephen told me before I drove the car, he said $24,500 (before the accessories, they did reduce price to $21,899, essentially the advertised discounts from the website.) Then on top of that, if I decided to lease the car, he said the options would have to come off the car?! Honda is advertising a lease special for this model. They are promoting this 16 Accord LX, options should be on the car as well as honoring the lease special. The lease payment presented to me from Stephen was way off what I calculated using the lease payment calculator on Honda's site and they said the lease special wouldn't apply because of those options. He did come back with a "back up plan" offer for a 2017 Accord LX because he could not get me the 2016 Accord LX at the discounted advertised price. That was not the car I came in for!This whole situation was set up with FALSE ADVERTISEMENT on the website. I would've not even come in knowing that. Then they said they would work with the advertised price; then added the accessories at cost in at the table; adding up to TWO DECEPTIONS. I took screenshots of the car listed at $23k and now as of 10/18/16, it's listed at $28k. I'm glad they covered themselves and adjusted the online ad.Worst. Car Buying Experience. Ever!

I received a notice for a recall on my passenger side airbag inflator. I called Germain Honda, they ordered the part and called me back to schedule an appt when it arrived. I brought my vehicle in and the replacement was taken care of in less than an hour. The waiting room was comfortable with coffee, water and some homemade snacks and fruit available. They even did a free 24 point inspection and went over everything with me. I highly recommend this dealership and will continue to bring my vehicle to them.

The service writer knew right away that we had a serious engine problem and got us in and out with a loaner in about a half hour. We didn't have an appointment. After the repairs were made, we felt some weird steering problem and took it back in. The dealer didn't charge us any more for the rental and found and fixed the problem. The extended warranty saved us big time and has more than paid for itself

Over the 140000 miles I have had my chance to be unhappy with both normal scheduled work{lube oil change tire rotation Etc.}and 1 factory recall.I am pleased to say each time I was in for service It was timely , prompt an clean. The invoice was always close to price quoted.and the interior was as clean as when I arrived. I am amazed at their continuing ability to get it right every time.I have dealt with 4 to 5 service writers and each one is knowledgeable about their product and know how to explain what is required to accomplish the proper outcome.It is a pleasure to do business with good people you can trust!

I am thrilled to buy from Germain Honda of Beavercreek. The ONLY thing keeping this dealer from a 5th star is basically the same issues others habe mentioned. Trade-in-value is not where I'd expect it. It seems that they begin with an outrageously low number and anyone who is in the "know" understands negotiating, however be a little more realistic up front so as to not offend the customer, i took it in good stride and absolutely EVERYTHING else was terrific. From the sales team, finance department, service, parts and the cashiers in the back, I have yet to have a poor experience at Germain. It is the reason I keep going back for new cars and for service even though I live in Washington Court House, OH. Just work on the trade-in value in the future especially given the loyalty (rare these days) and the efforts to secure my current Pilot via trade-in (phone calls, which I do not mind). Keep it up, I look forward to my next Pilot purchase - especially since Honda went away from the boxed look in the rear!!

I found a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe listed on Car Gurus, that this dealership had. It was a good price for the condition and mileage that the car had. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. I was able to get an extra $400 off with the internet deal. But that is as far as I could get. They were unwilling to budge even $50 more on price. I wanted my payments right at $200 a month or a tad under for 60 months. I have limited credit. so I knew it may be a bit of a challenge. They got me financed with payments at $212/month. That was with $5000 down and $3500 for my trade. I wish I could have got at least $4000 for my trade, they initially tried to Low ball me with a $2800 offer. I was told this was the Edmonds.com trade in value. It was in fact the low end for a trade on that car, however they failed to take into account the condition of my trade and the low millage my trade had. when I got home I put it all the information into Edmonds and found a trade in value around $4300. Checking the dealership website they are listing my trade in at a price of $6800 and change. Taking into account the good to great price I got on the 2013 Accord Coupe. Maybe it offset the low trade in offer, I don't know. I just felt they could have done a bit more to work with me to get my amount financed down to $10000 Even. The actual amount was closer to $10900. I did find the sales guy I was working with to be very pleasant and personable. He explained in detail all the features of my new automobile. and made sure all my questions were answered. The Business Manager/Finance guy seemed pleasant He was upfront with me about the extra coverage I did not need such as "gap". He pushed hard for the extended warranty. He made a good case for buying it. I explained to him that there was a reason I was in a Honda dealership and not a Chevy or Ford dealership. My family and I have had great luck with Honda from a reliability stand point. and I hope for continued with this car. Overall the dealership was clean. well laid out and organized. The staff seemed very nice and professional . I would recommend this dealership to a friend,

Recently decided to trade in my '14 CRV lease towards the purchase of a new '16 CRV. First conversed with Mary Hall, one of the "internet specialists", to see if it was worthwhile considering I still had 13 months to go on the lease. Let me tell you, Mary and Germain Honda bent over backwards to work it out so I didn't get penalized for breaking the lease early. No other car dealers were willing to do that. (I was actually considering some other brands of vehicles. I know, shame on me)Anyhoo, I made arrangements for an appointment to speak with a salesperson and had the good fortune to be introduced to Trey Bauer, an extremely pleasant and professional young man. I have a very busy work schedule with limited spare time and I must say that Trey and Ron Behymer, the financial guy, went above and beyond to work with me to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Thanks, guys! I am very well-versed in the new car buying process, having bought probably more than I should have over the years, (actually decades - I'm old plus I have a weakness for that new car smell and things being under warranty) and I have to say this has probably been the least painless new car purchase I have experienced to date. I am a single, 60 year old female and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. No need to go into the gory details. Suffice it to say, make SURE you bring someone who knows the "ins and outs" of trading in your old car and buying another. I was pressured and overwhelmed by their sales and finance person. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. In the end, I was able to get out of the deal that was made that day and buy an older used Honda that I could afford and was satisfied with AND financed by the bank I had chosen ( which I told them in advance but they ignored). My part in this nightmare was being naive and inexperienced. PLEASE make sure you take someone with you that knows how to be firm and deal! I will never go back to Germain Honda.

I had a wonderful experience with Germain Honda. I usually deal with another Honda dealership and was not looking forward to purchasing a new car. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole buying experience. My salesman, Steve, was amazing and knew every detail about the car and was able to clearly show me the differences between buying and leasing. Leasing has never been explained so clearly to me before! My finance guy, David, was so patient and kind. He explained all the options and what every single number meant on every form. I purchased a Honda CRV over the weekend. I visited the dealership on a Thursday after communication on the Internet with one of their Internet Salespeople. I met with my sales person, Lauren, and expressed to her what I was interested in. She had a car available for me to test drive. After driving the car I explained to her that I had two other cars I was going to test drive before making my decision. She answered all of my questions about the CRV. Although she did ask me what they could do for me to get a sale that day, she respected my decision that I was going to wait. On Saturday I went back and ask to drive the car once again and also asked about a certain color. After a second test drive, I told Lauren that I was ready to talk numbers. I was pretty satisfied with the initial offer that was presented to me but was not in agreement on the trade in offered for my other car. After a few more offers and counter offers I decided that I had a deal that I was satisfied with. I also like that there was not a lot of pressure to buy the extended warranties that you get a lot at other dealerships. I also liked the fact that I could take care of my loan from my local credit union right at the dealership. Ted did a great job of taking care off all the details for me.I thought that Lauren did an excellent job in treating me as a valued customer. I will definitely go back to Germain in the future.

Nathan Pence was very knowledgeable and personable to deal with. My husband is in a wheelchair and he helped me put the wheelchair in the back of the CRV twice to prove it would fit. It fit like a glove and this was a huge selling point for me. We bought the car and went into the dealership with no intention of going home that day with a new car. He sold it! He took the time I needed to go over all the functions of the car and is even willing to take the time to sync my (soon to be purchased) smart phone with the car's blue tooth system. I would recommend Nathan to you if you're looking to buy a new Honda and we will ask for him for our future purchases. The dealership was also more than fair on the trade-in of our 2007 Honda Pilot.

I arrived early at Germain Honda for routine service. They were very thorough and deliberate in their actions. I was confident that nothing was going to be overlooked. The Germain team kept me constantly informed as to the progress, I was surprised and very relieved when they told me that a nail had been discovered in my right rear tire. They repaired the damage and possibly saved me from an unhappy future experience on some dark road late at night. The total cost of the service enabled me to depart unstressed and happy.

We were uncertain of what we wanted in a vehicle in the price range we could afford. We set out early on a Saturday morning to eliminate what didn't fit the budget, size, gas mileage, etc. Our first stop was Germain Honda, figuring there would only be a couple of models we could afford. Nathan Pence greeted us with a smile. We test drove the CR-Z and was pretty much sold, although financing with our "good" but not excellent credit was putting it out of range. Nathan worked his magic and got numbers we could work with. No need to eliminate, we were happy with the first car we tried. Nathan explained it didn't matter if we bought or not. He gets paid the same, which I appreciated his upfront approach. Nathan is a 6 star guy on a 5 star scale !!!!!1!!!

I had a really terrific experience. Brandon was the gentleman who helped my husband and I. He answered all of our questions, knew our budget and worked with it and really took his time with us. He was extremely considerate and knowledgeable! I would recommend him to anyone! The only reason this review did not get 5 stars is b/c of how Richard handled our "extra warranty". Although he was very nice, my husband and I had told him multiple times we did not want any extra warranties, services, etc. and he promised our payment would not go up, which it did b/c our bank was going to give us a great APR, so the payment would have been even lower than what was guesstimated to us originally. We were not really told until the end how much the payment would have been without the extra services etc. Richard knew we had just bought a house last fall, so we were really watching our finances and did not want anything extra. This is always the part of the sale my spouse and I loathe b/c it seems like we don't really leave getting what we intended. The price of the car was great, the trade in amount we got was great, our salesman Brandon was great, but the warranty and service push that we had said no to several times was very disappointing (especially when your 7 year old is with you and is wanting to go after 4 hours there.) I understand these guys have commissions to make, but the customer should be the number one priority and if they say no, a no should be accepted the first time!! Especially when they already know you have a budget and just bought a home!

I inquired through a form on the website about an Accord, and Brandon Shaffer (our salesman) contacted me almost immediately. He was extremely helpful. I had done the same with White Allen, Voss, and Castucci, and none of them showed the same customer service as Brandon at Germain. They weren't bad, just not as good. Brandon started working for me right away, and besides the great customer service, Germain's prices were significantly lower. So, Brandon got another sale. This is our second Accord from Germain (formerly Hidy). Thanks, Brandon, and thanks to his manager for a reasonable negotiation!There was only one issue that has me a little upset. During the financing meeting, (the warranty pitch), we were explicit in not wanting to purchase any additional packages, but in the end we purchased one. I think the wording was a bit confusing. It was an additional $782 I didn't want to spend, but we did. I wish that would've went a little better.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. My representative was Josh Storms. He was friendly and professional. We were able to quickly arrange a test ride We left and did some comparison shopping on competing vehicles. During that time Josh followed up with us on any questions or concerns. We made an appointment for a second look at the Honda and checked out some details we wanted verified based on our comparison shopping. We had Josh write up a purchase offer. We made a counter offer. They countered that offer with an acceptable offer. We were able to close and drive the. Vehicle home with a full tank of gas that same afternoon. Before we left Josh asked us a series of vehicle preferences like door lock/unlock drivers side or all etc. he then preprogrammed the into the system and showed us how to access these preferences. If you are not familiar with the advanced features in new cars this really helps until you can delve into the owners manual and work out all the options available.

Was told by the salesman that they were only doing a soft pull on my credit. I was alerted later that day that the dealership actually did a hard inquiry. Contacted the general manager twice and got no response as to why this is practiced. Went to another dealership and ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. I will start off by saying I love my car. When I came into Germain Honda of Beavercreek I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I have to say I was very pleased with the level of service that I received. When I came into the dealership, my grandma and I was greeted by Nathan Pence. I knew at this time that I was looking for a small car that would be safe and reliable, but beyond that I was unsure of what car would best suit me. Looking at the lot, there were so many cars. I was a little overwhelmed wondering how I was going to narrow it down with so many options to choose from. Thankfully, Nathan is very knowledgeable about what he does. We sat down with him and started to discuss what things I was looking for in a vehicle. Nathan took this time to open up a website that showed the vehicles on the lot and they were categorized by the features you want like price and mileage. That was such a big help. While we were looking at the site, Nathan was very prompt in lining up cars for a test drive as well as providing the Carfax report for each car I looked at. The cars I drove were all very nice. They were clean, drove well, and Nathan was very helpful at showing me things about the car. Like how to adjust the steering column, mirrors or answering any other questions I had (which I had many). Doing a ride along with him was very comfortable as well, which for me is saying something because I get nervous driving with new people. He is very friendly and personable. Because of him, I found the perfect car. The moment I walked outside and saw a beautiful blue 2008 Honda Civic LX, I was pretty excited. After I drove it, I knew I had found the one I was looking for. It was a great experience, the people who work there are very professional and I look forward to continuing business with them as I will take my car to them for all my car maintenance needs. I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with a recent visit to your service center.I brought my car in for an oil change at 10:00 on 3/18. When I returned to pick it up at ~ 3:45 pm I was told that they had missed it and it hadnt even been pulled into the service bay yet. I was forced to wait an additional 40 minutes for the service to be completed. Even though I was not charged for the service, I was greatly inconvenienced and ended up being late for a dinner engagement.This morning (3/19) I pulled my car out of the garage to go to work and discovered a large puddle of oil on the floor of my garage. I brought the car directly to the service center and was told that during the prior days oil change the technician lost track of the plug washers and ended up installing two of them by mistake, resulting in a slow leak.This could have been a HUGE issue had I not discovered it in a timely fashion. Fortunately, I did find the leak in a short timeframe, but am now left with a big mess to clean up in my garage and more wasted time sitting in your customer lounge.These multiple instances of inattention to detail are inexcusable and could have resulted in major damage to my vehicle. While I was not charged for the service, I have little confidence in your service center and will take my car to another dealer for future service and repairs. Im walking away from this experience with a very bad taste in my mouth and will certainly not recommend your dealership to my friends or co-workers. There are other Honda dealers in the Dayton area who would be glad to have my business.Funny how the service center employees did not encourage me to go on DealerRater to document my experience. I guess they only do that when they think the customer is satisfied.

My lease was up in December and my car was in mine and my grandmothers name. I originally got the car from a dealership out of state and after speaking to Honda about my options they told me to speak to a dealership close to where I currently live. I went in and met with ED who was so friendly! I wasnt sure if I would be able to keep the car, or if I could get into a new one. He walked me through all of my options and was able find us the perfect car for a price that fit into our budget! All of the staff was very friendly and patient throughout the whole process (even though we kept them in the office after the dealership closed!) March 3, 2016 Shortly after arriving on the lot and selecting an automobile we thought we might be interested in, Nathan Pence approached my wife and me asking if we had found something of interest. Nathan was very polite, friendly and of neat appearance. After answering a few questions, Nathan offered to allow us to test drive said vehicle which we did. Upon returning we were invited indoors and received a quotation on said vehicle. Of course, we could not decide at that moment and told Nathan we needed to sleep on it. We called the next morning and went back to the dealership with our questions about the vehicle, where we received honest answers from Nathan, discussing a variety of issues. Compromises were made to our satisfaction and as they say, the deal was made. On March 2 we returned to make final payment and obtain our vehicle. We could not be more pleased with our purchase. I was in a bind because my car of 13 years was finally starting to quit on me. I'd always heard such great things about Honda in service and in product so I headed to my local dealer, Germain. Turns out, this was a fantastic decision. The whole process was so easy and uncomplicated. Mr. Pence had to do a bit of running around as it turned out the color car I had decided on had been pulled for random testing, but he took everything in stride and I never felt like anything was rushed or pressured. He gave some great backstory to Germain as a dealership as well as other things related to their cars and services. Mr. Pence knew he didn't have full comprehension of all the electronic features of the civic I was looking at and brought in Trey Bauer to help me get started - I honestly feel like I'm now driving a spaceship in comparison to my old car and am grateful for Mr. Bauer's clear instructions. I wish I could recall the last name of the financial employee I spoke with, I just remember his first name was also Nathan. He was also very easy to work with and helpful.

I came to Germain Honda of Beavercreek to see a car I had seen online. I was not intending to buy that day. Nathan went out of his way to make us feel comfortable while we were at the dealership. He was upfront and honest. There was no high pressure salesman pitching. I drove the car and loved it, so I bought it. I chose Germain because I had previously leased a vehicle from Hidy Honda. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Nathan, who at the time was working with another couple. Nathan insisted that he could handle both parties at the same time and proceeded to help my wife and I with our new Accord purchase. First we talked trim levels and test drove the one we wanted while Nathan finished with the other sale. When we returned I noticed an issue with the vehicle we drove and Nathan quickly got the vehicle back to service to check it out. I loved the car, so we proceeded with pricing. I started by telling Nathan that I had been speaking with another dealership and was waiting on an email quote from them. Nathan wasn't going to have me waiting so he asked for the numbers the other dealership had given me and without proof he matched it. We did a little more talking about the different features of the car and ultimately I ended up speaking with the New Car Sales Manager. The manager and I agreed on a price that was LOWER than the offer from the other dealership and left in a new 2016 Accord.

Being ignorant to the car buying experience, the first overall emotion I had was fear. Fear that the stereotypical cheesey car salesperson was going to do everything in his or her power to detach as much money as possible from my bank account. Being on a fixed budget this scared me. I began with a simple call to Germain Honda of Beavercreek. From there I was directed to Steve Burden (the direct opposite of cheese), which was the best thing that could have happened.By simple luck, Steve took my call and we set up a time for me to come out and see some of the cars in stock. I was in the market for a new car. From the first time I arrived at the dealership, I felt a sense of calm come over me. I stepped into the dealership and was greeted by Steve Burden. I was hoping he couldnt tell my hands were clammy from our handshake due to my nervousness.We sat down and he started asking questions, all of which were not related to money, but rather what I was looking for and what I wanted. I could tell this was the right person and place for me. We took a test drive and I feel in love with the 2016 Honda Accord EX-L. He could see that as well. We came back and started to work out a few logistics but I could not do anything until I got my other car out of the shop to trade in.A week later I was ready. Steve Burden even gave me is mobile phone in case I had any questions or needed to know anything additional about the car. He called me once to check in on things and let me know that he was working to get the car that I wanted on the lot. That meant a lot to me that I was not bombarded by endless phone calls pressuring me to buy. I arrived and again a sense of calm hit me like a wave when I entered the showroom.Steve greeted me with a smile and we began talking about the car. The usual price talk interchange occurred, with every time Steve fighting to get me the price I needed. Who knew I was on a budget and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and could afford it and most importantly be comfortable with it. After talking and working everything out, I was extremely happy to sign on the line (Press extra hard for those carbon copies).So what defines a great overall car buying experience? Of course, get the price as low as you can always helps, but in my opinion it starts and stops with your sales consultant. It is their job to fight for you and get you what you need, it is there job to make sure you are calm and not stressed, and it is there job to have you drive away happy. My car buying experience started and stopped with Steve Burden and I could not be more happy with the outcome.

I received a trucar estimate from another dealer, forwarded it to Germain and they beat it by $900 AND gave me a Lifetime Warrantee on the powertrain. The sales rep (Ed Horton) met me at the dealership on a 30 minute notice - on his day off - and sold me exactly the car I was looking for at the best price in town. There was no pressure to buy anything else, and no haggling over price. I drove my new CR-V home less than two hours after I walked in the door. I couldn't be happier. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Germain Honday of Beavercreek. Most recently I made an appointment to get fog lights replaced on my vehicle. I typically replace most of my lights myself but these were a bit more difficult to get to. The online appointment system was easy to navigate. I received an email and phone call confirmation of my appointment. I was expecting a pretty expensive bill for the lights figuring I would be charged for the labor to install but instead was pleasantly surprised when I was only charged for the light bulbs. I was let down at nearly every single stage of the new vehicle purchase process. I was promised a price match against a competing dealer then when I showed up to purchase was told they would not honor the price match because the vehicle I wanted was not on their lot. The "new" vehicle I received had a stain on the carpet interior that was never fixed. I filed a complaint with the director of the location requesting a call back so that I could detail my dissatisfaction with the purchase process and even from the top leadership of this dealer they never called me back. I was promised I could take delivery of the vehicle on a Friday but instead I never even received a call to let me know it would be delayed. I called to find out if I would be picking up the new vehicle on Friday and was never called back. I called again on Saturday and was told definitely by Monday. I never got a call on Monday so then I called again and again I never received a call back. I called on Tuesday and was told definitely by Wednesday and no surprise, I was again never called to inform me of the status of receiving my new vehicle. During one of my visits to the showroom one of the managers could easily be heard yelling in an elevated voice and angry tone at one of their employees with potential customers all standing around and easily in ear shot. Multiple times the speaker paging system could be heard with people demanding a certain employee go to a specified location with repeat pages increasing in volume and angry tone. Its a very small step and obvious business sense to page with a polite demeanor "could John please report to X" instead of "John come to the sales office IMMEDIATELY!" ... "John sales office NOW!"An unbelievable amount of extremely poor service and business experiences for a single transaction over multiple site visits and correspondence. Though in the end maybe I'm the biggest idiot considering I still bought my new vehicle from this location. Honestly, the only reason I did was because I firmly believe in supporting local businesses and local employees and this was the only Honda Dealer I was aware of in Beavercreek but never again will I purchase a vehicle from this dealer or any other associated Germain branded locations.

I was in need of a car and had never been to this dealer before. I blocked my entire day open. I arrived about 8:30 and was driving off the lot around 11:30. Salesman was very helpful in listening to my information and working with me and the cars on hand to meet my needs and capabilities. I did not have an appointment, and while I did have to wait for awhile now and them while he worked with a customer that did have an appointment, both, he and the finance manager kept me in the loop on how things were going. The finance manager got me an excellent deal not only on the payments but things that were included such as warranties that were not normally part of a used car sales. The dealership was very clean and everybody that I observed were very professional. This was a very good experience for me and I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a car, they at least consider this dealership.

Germain Honda of BEAVERCREEK is the best! I bought a used CR-V from Germain .. but in Columbus. Worst experience EVER! The sales person, Kevin, assured me it had the 150 point check but after new front brakes, rotors turned in the back and some other minor broken items within a week of purchase, I knew that was an utter lie to sell the car. The battery also died in the next couple of weeks. The car was not detailed nor was it even washed. It still had the last owner's trash in it when I drove it off the lot!! Needless to say, I was anxious of what they might find when I took it in to Germain Beavercreek, 6 months later, for the 35,000 mile check up. My service person was Anthony. Fantasic customer service! Friendly AND honest! Beavercreek Honda took the time to pinpoint each issue I was having with my car. I was lucky as it only needed a little fine tuning and a software update. Did I mention those things were no charge?! I cannot say enough good things about them! They have a new customer for life!

At first I was really turned off when contacting the dealership. First call I received no answer and was routed through an automated system, this happened 2-3 times. Once I got transferred to service the person who answered the phone was able to schedule me the next day. I arrived at the service center and Dan greeted me and got my information and got the car sent back for service. A few hours later it was completed and the dealer shuttle picked me up at home. Once I arrived back to the dealership Dan greeted me and covered the service and assisted me in getting the last paperwork done and out the door. The car was fixed and good to go!

I have an excessieve oil consumption issue with my 08 Honda Accord. I had heen adding oil to it between oil changes. When i was told that the repairi was 4 days, Germain did not provide a loaner vehicle during this recall campaign. When Bill Hanson asked me why not bring it in sooner, I told him that I did not want to spend thousands on the repair and adding quarts of oil does my low cost option see you then accused me of causing the excessive oil consumption and hung up the phone on me, totally unprofessional!!! I then called his boss, Joe Shaw, only to have him not return my call!

I bought a 2006 Civic in June 2015. Within a few days the drivers seat stuck in the forward most position. I am 5'2" so could still drive it this way. I called my sales rep and brought it to the service department to be checked out. They said a coin was stuck in the seat track and it had been removed. Within a week I had the same problem. It felt like one side of the seat adjustment bar was not engaged - the left side would slide but the right side would not move at all. After taking a visual look myself I could see the bar on the right side was not in place. I was able to physically get it back in alignment and was able to adjust the seat position. When I had the windows tinted a few weeks later the seat got stuck in the furthest back position and I had to put my purse and other things behind me to drive it home. Today I took it back to be checked by the service center at Germain Honda and they said it needs a complete seat track assembly costing $1400. I feel like this was the problem from the beginning and a coin on the track was not the true issue. I expected more from buying at a dealership - I have only had the car for 2 months and will be driving with a pillow behind me so that I can reach the pedals. Update 9/22/15 I went to a junk yard and bought a seat for $150 and installed it myself. Nice attempt to blame the window tinting place by the way! One of the men did try to adjust it when he saw I was having trouble. You will not convince me it was not that way when I bought the car and Germain was just unwilling to take responsibility.

Salesman AJ was very helpful and courteous on our visit and knew the particulars of the Honda CR-V which we drove and purchased. The finance person was also very friendly and helpful in obtaining the lowest rate possible on the loan. Word of advice however is be sure to understand the cost of warranties you may be asked to purchase. They are costly and you should read the final printout before you sign. One additional note is that I checked the oil level after I got home and discovered it was 1/2 to 1 quart low and dirty, but the maintenance display said oil level was at 100%. Hmmmm.

While getting the recall air bags on my 2001 Honda Civic replaced at Germain Honda,Beavercreek, I found a friendly salesman, Josh Storms who enlightened me on the Honda Fit abd all the bells and whistles, a car I have loved since I drove my daughter's Fit a couple years ago. . The salesman was pleasant, respected my time and my wishes, didn't contact me unnecessarily as I took time to make my decision (that goes a long way with me!), and gave me his attention and eye contact during the purchasing process. Id like to note just how much I hated Hidy Honda. I went to Germain to try and get an idea of what I would be willing to pay somewhere else, and was impressed at much more professional everyone is now. At Hidy they used pressure sales and underhanded tactics to get you the worst deal possible. Germain wants to sell you a car, but isnt interested in all the other garbage. Their used car selection is excellent, and they are actually fix issue with their trade-ins rather than just throwing them on the lot. The only issue I had with my vehical was the rear suspension, but they fixed it under warranty. Additionally I was only complaining about the passenger rear side, and they re-did the entire rear suspension for me. Their service deparment has improved by leaps and bounds. Best thing Dave Hidy ever did was retire, not only is his business no longer crap, but well never have to see his T.V. adds again.

Having purchased two cars from here when it was under prior ownership, we brought our daughter here when she needed a "new" used car. We test drove a car and worked with Ed (who was very nice and helpful) on a deal on the car. My daughter chose to consider the deal overnight and Ed said he would discuss with his used car manager if they could do any better on the deal. The next day we were informed that the used car manager refused to honor that deal because he didn't know where the finance manager had gotten his numbers and there was no way he could do that. Frankly I was shocked that they flatly refused to honor the deal they had offered.We would not purchase from this dealership nor would we recommend it. I feel it is a real integrity issue. Ed was very nice to work with, but if the dealership won't stand behind their word - what's the point?

Jerry Wright was professional, friendly and kind. He accepted that this was the first shopping trip to look for a larger car and that the buyer was not quite ready to make a decision or take a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles offered. He took his time and did not rush the buyer to finish so that he could move on to another client. He seemed to make no assumptions about the financial ability, age or sex of the buyer. These are extremely rare qualities in a car salesperson and his attitude was greatly appreciated. Thanks to his behavior, both the buyer and her mother will return to this dealership and look for him again. The only thing I did not care for about the dealership is their decision not to display prices on their vehicles. A salesperson must be consulted for the sticker price. That tactic seems less than open and honest to me and made me uncomfortable.

This past week my fiance and I stopped in to test drive the brand new HR-Z and LOVED it! We worked with Steve who helped us and really made us fall in love with this car. We were looking to trade in my fiance's car but when we went to talk numbers, we realized this was not feasible. This did not phase Steve at all. He even ended up staying a half hour late to help us figure out the logistics of a trade in, even though he knew it wouldn't be right then. Overall excellent. Couple minor issues but I think it's that way for most of auto dealers. Need more finance managers. Had to wait about 40 minutes to see finance guy. Granted was a Saturday but seemed way too long. Second was going through all additional warranty crap. I rejected the additional first time then they came back with a "better offer". Really just give me the best rate up front and be done with it. Guy that helped us, Steve was pleasant and explained and answered any questions we had.

I walked in to germaine honda and immediately i was handled with sincere Care. Not the type of care where you feel overwhelmed and creeped out, but the kind of care where you actually know they dont mind bending over backwards to help you out, just like my salesperson Steve did. I have never been so happy to hear that a salesperson would let me call his personal phone number whenever i wanted and as many times as i wanted. I called the guy at least 20 times and every time he was never upset to hear from me 30 minutes after ending a previous call with him. Steve helped me in many more ways than anyone at any other dealership could have ever done. if you need a car GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP NOW even if you dont want a honda they have a HUGEEEEE selection of used cars from fords all the way to nissans. Get a freaking car from germaine honda before you regret wasting your time and money.

I stopped into Germain Honda to check out the 2015 Honda CR-V. when I stopped in I noticed that I wasn't getting pressured my sales vultures like at most dealerships. This young guy (Jay England) walked up and said if I had questions he would be happy to help me, but did't hover over me. That was a great start. When it can time to get serious he was right there answering question and being more of a help then a lot of sales people Ive dealt with over the years. I found my car and met up with the sales manager (Randy Baxter) Good guy from the start. I told him what I needed and that my budget was tight. He didn't pull the usual car guy stuff trying to sell me on more than I asked for. He Delivered! My shopping and buying experience at Germain Honda of Beavercreek was first class.
