We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had many more features at a lower price than any other dealerships we priced out (by a couple thousand). No dealership handling fees. They even tinted our front windows and negotiated an interior repair that normally wouldn't have been covered over the standard warranty on the car. Awful service, bad cars

I went in to test drive the vehicle and told them I'd be back the next day around 6 to come and pick up the vehicle, when I went in it to come sign the papers, it was on a test drive with someone else and they had no idea that I was coming in. So I had to sit there waiting for the couple to come back with my car that I was there to pick up. Super frustrating. Then not even 24 hours after I bought the car, it died. When I called them to tell them what had happened, they told my that my insurance company was supposed to pay for it to get towed, not Gaylord Leasing and Sales. I had to jump it and took it to the place that they told me to take it. After looking at my brand new vehicle, they found that it needed a new battery, a new alternator, and possibly a transmission. When I told them that they would be paying for it because they sold me a bad vehicle, they told me that the place that THEY sent me to was just trying to upsell me and get me to spend more. So they refused to pay for anything. After days of fighting with them, they finally reluctantly agreed to pay for everything, then the car ran fine. Awful, awful, awful experience. They also have people do the review on this website right after you buy your car, when you're super happy. I trusted the reviews on this website and thought that it was strange that there were no negative reviews, but there's why. Stay away.
