Never Give Up!
My situations was surreal. I was all set to buy a truck at a dealer and then I got a text from Mike Duty at Garber. I thought to myself: "how weird is this? Here I am ready to close a deal and this guy texts me that I had not talked to in a couple of weeks."Mike said: "I can beat their deal" I thought: "OK I'll give this guy a chance but you only have one day."To make a long story short. Mike found the same truck, 2016 Ram Big Horn edition with 5,000 less miles for about 20 dollars/month savings. The truck was in perfect condition and beautiful. Such diligence and sincerity. Thats what I experienced from Stephanie and all involved in the purchase of my 2014 Ram Truck. But then again I also bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. None of the staff are pushy, they are helpful and informative. Stephanie helped me find a truck suitable for my needs and she kept us posted on special deals. The special deal is how and why we got the Hyundai. One day Stephanie shared a little of the company history with me and that made me that much more comfortable buying from Garber. I would do it again if I needed another vehicle.
We worked with Mike, who went all out to help us. Other members of the staff were always friendly and courteous, making conversation and offering us drinks. Ryan was on top of things on the finance side, making that part far less painful than people expect it to be.
Everything went smoothly and easily and we are very happy with our vehicle. We live two hours away from the dealer and could not take our vehicle with us on the same day with purchased it; however, they delivered it us the following day, which made things very easy for my husband and I. No complaints.

Best Experience at any dealership we have visited ever!
We needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We gave him our price range and he did his best to work with it. We narrowed it down to Patriot, Cherokee & Journey. Mike took the necessary time to go over each vehicles options. After all that we test drove only the Journey. And of course fell in love with it. We had stopped at one other dealer while we were down in the Detroit area and that salesman I guess didn't need any more business because he certainly did not try to show us what we could get in our price range. we are a married, retired couple and every little dollar makes a big difference to us. Loved our little goody bag that came along with our Journey from Garber. In the near future we will be looking for a 4x4 2500 Dodge Ram p/u with a 8 ft bed to replace our 2002 and 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel 4x4 that we have now. We did not trade either one in because my husband is going to clean them up so we can have enough money for the new gas truck we want to purchase. I met Phil Platco a few months ago at the dealership while I was browsing. We hit it off pretty well. I kept looking for the Challenger I was wanting. One day I came in there to check out leases, and there was the Challenger that I wanted. Phil and the main sales manager worked with me and came up with a great way of financing the vehicle and I bought it. Since July 14 I have been in there to have the rustproofing, paint protection and interior protection done. I enjoyed my time in there plus had a loaner car so I didn't have to stay there for a long time. There was a defect in the serpentine belt and I took it in there just the other day. They replaced it on the spot so I did not have to wait a day or so and that way I could have my car for a dinner date that night even though they were really busy and we're down two mechanics. Overall it's been a great experience and Phil is a great guy not just a great salesman.

Mr. Craig Laferriere was the epitome of Professional Customer Service with outstanding Leadership skills. Not a combination you usually find. Garber is efficient, knowledgeable, has a great inventory and the on-line service is great for busy people! I scheduled my test drive on line (what vehicle and what time I would arrive). The on line communication was almost immediate and I was kept informed of any updates such as who would greet me and a picture of the saleman. Joey answered all my questions (I had a list) but was never pushy. He communication via text, email or phone as needed which was great since I was in the middle of running a garage sale!
Family Friendly Place!
We bought our 2015 Chrysler Town and Country from Andrew at Garber. I told him exactly what I want and he delivered it plus more!! The whole process was very easy and they walked me through every step. I had my 3 kids with me ( 6, 4 & 1) and they did GREAT with them! They were playing games and giving them little snacks to help so we could get the paperwork rolling. Steve is honest

I had heard of the Early Lease Termination Incentive through an email from Steph. From there, she was so helpful to get me into the vehicle I wanted/needed. I did not feel like she was pressuring me or trying to get me into something I didn't want. She understood what my budget was and helped tremendously to make sure in getting this vehicle that I was within it. Ryan in financing was also very helpful. He did not try to push other available options on me and gave his honest opinion. Comfortable and easy experience
When I first came in, Stephanie thought I was a different Dana but that did not stop her from giving me all her attention. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Stephanie, she made the car purchase process conmfotable. She explained everything that I needed to know regarding all paperwork and quickly sent me off with my new whip.
Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I took the car for a ride & he was able the explain all of the fetchers & how they works, however; I have to take the car back to him to program my phone with the car. Other than that, I will go back in the future for another car.

Lack of Professionalizm
I am very disappointed with my entire experience with this dealership. The salesman Steve Mellish told me my loan was approved by the creditor. Offered me choices of four vehicles because the car I originally wanted did not fall under the payoff amount from my trade-in, . Once I chose the one I "loved", he went back to the financial manager and came back assuring me that I had a car. Because this was at the end of the day on Saturday, Steve told me the banks were not closed and that the car would be detailed and brought to me on Monday. I never heard of this so I questioned that statement. He assured me that I would have the car by noon as long as I faxed or scanned him a copy of my title and insurance. That Monday morning Steve e-mailed me a letter thanking me and hoping that I am satisfied with my new car. I did what was asked including calling and telling him that my information should be in his phone. He thanked me and said he was getting right on it. Once 2:00 p.m. passed, I called this many maybe nine times. I e-mailed him. I called again the next morning, only to get an e-mail saying that the original quote for $2000.00 in the red with my original appraisal was now $4000.00 and then he offered me two more cars. Being disappointed, I emailed him about his lack of correspond and professionalism. Who e-mails in the mist of business and cannot pick up the phone out of courtesy and finish the deal rather good or bad news. Who tells someone to buy insurance on a car then tells them to suddenly say's "oh no", don't get the insurance yet until I talk back to the loan officer. This was over two weeks ago. Finally talked to finance manager who told me that information mustn't gotten crossed and that loan was not approved after a second look at the appraisal of my personal vehicle. According to the Finance manager Paul, he was going to find me something nice that would work out. I have not heard back from him since 4 days ago. This is a terrible dealership. Maybe it's just the pre-owned department. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Went to the dealership to look at a used Jeep wrangler and actually ended up having a lot of fun! The while process was much less painful than I thought buying a car could be and Andrew was very helpful. He made us feel as though we knew each other for a long time. I would definitely recommend coming here to everyone looking for a new car.
Craig Laferriere is the reason we bought our car
As out-of-towners, we had been slowly increasing the radius from where we were looking at cars. After two weeks of going to different dealers around mid-Michigan, we identified a couple cars we liked on the Garber Pre-Owned website. We called Garber and got Craig Laferriere. He had the cars ready to look at when we arrived and went out of his way to give us the opportunities to see all aspects of the different models we investigated. In fact, after driving one car more than once (the one we ended up buying), Craig put the purchase into motion and stayed well past closing to help us get the paperwork done. He and Jeff (finance manager) were great! The paperwork did not get completed before the banks closed, but they let us take the car home - all the way to Alma - overnight and we completed everything the next day. The best thing about Craig and Jeff were that they were there to answer questions, make smart suggestions and were not afraid to put in some experience-based wisdom when necessary. But, LOW-PRESSURE. And, they just felt like people we would hang out with! I highly recommend Craig and Jeff and the team at Garber Pre-Owned lot. Even if you don't end up buying from them, you will learn a lot and have fun.
Great car buying experience

I had a rather poor trade in and Andrew was able to get me more than it was worth. He was patient while I test drove car after car, and when I thought I had made a decision he gave me sound advice on my decision verse other options. Andrew also answered all my car questions even if they were sort of no brainers. I would recommend him as a car advocate to anyone.

Andrew, Jeff, and the folks at Garber made me feel welcomed, and especially made me feel like they genuinely cared about putting me in the car I wanted at a cost that was within my budget. I went in pre-approved through my credit union. I knew exactly the car I needed to fit my family's changing lifestyle. There was no pressure to buy more than what I needed or to finance through an institution that would make the job easier or financially beneficial for them. It was so low key and worth every minute I spent there. By far some of the most down-to-earth people I've ever dealt with in any kind of big-purchase situation. I recommend Garber to anyone looking for a vehicle.
To be honest I walked in with not much hope. I first met Bill Case and he showed me the car I wanted to see my daughter said I didn't want a black one so he showed me a few more. Friendly and professional
I was greeted just before I walked in the door by AJ who asked how he could help me. We chatted a bit about what I was interested in and my needs for a vehicle. After he seemed to have a feel for what I wanted, he grabbed some keys and we went to the lot. AJ explained the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. I felt comfortable and confident when I made my decision to buy my Juke. I feel like it fits me.Ryan explained the financing well. He was thorough and answered all my questions. A few too many papers to sign but not his fault for that.

Mark was very professional in every part of our purchase of our new car and so far we are completely satisfied with the purformance and the excellent mileage we are getting with our fuel consumption. Absolutely the best!
First a little background. We are currently in a chapter 13 bankruptcy (Wayne County) Have been looking for a replacement vehicle for an expiring lease for many months. We have been to numerous dealers around our home to no avail. Most ran numerous hard hits on our credit and gave us the run around. None had a clue how to deal with a car purchase in a chapter 13. Not so with Garber. From the first call to Stacy, to Ryan closing the deal, nothing but top notch service and expertise! By far the best car buying experience we've ever had. Everything was in order and communication was outstanding. They actually understood the chapter 13 process and knew exactly what to do- I'm still amazed considering 10 plus local dealers had not a clue. Everything went so smooth despite our almost impossible financial/legal situation. It was well worth the 150 mile trip to deal with Garber.

We initially came to Garber to look at a used vehicle, but after doing some research afterward, we found that with the Hyundai financing special and incentive offers going on at the time, it would actually be cheaper for us to buy new! AJ was fantastic to work with. Very well-versed, and if he didn't know something right off on the new model, he would find out for us!I'm very glad AJ was able to help us both on the used and the new lot for our Hyundai. I wasn't aware that was possible, and when I called the "new" dealership to set up an appointment, I was called "sweetie" or "dearie" or "honey" multiple times by a salesman, which was very condescending and completely turned me off. I was ready to walk away and go to a different dealership, until AJ called back!

We were down in Saginaw for doctor appointments (we actually live 2+ hours north). We decided to trade our 2012 Dodge Ram in for a newer truck. We needed to keep the monthly payments at a certain amount which we knew would be difficult being we still owed quite a bit on the 2012. We dealt with Kelly French from the beginning. She was very friendly, no doubt, and did what she could to get us out of the 2012 and into a new truck. She found us a new truck, with the payment basically right where we needed to be. We told her we would make the deal with a few conditions. We wanted the tires from our 2012 truck, we needed running boards (I have a bad back and need them to get into the truck), we also wanted our spacers off of the old truck and we wanted our tonneuo cover as well. Kelly ran this past her " higher ups" and they (I am not sure who these people were that agreed to this) agreed to the deal. They even filled out a "WE OWE YOU" form showing these conditons along with two free oil changes and signed it. (We are also out the free oil changes as we don't have much trust in them anymore and don't feel comfortable bringing the truck back to them. We were given a loaner and told we would have our new truck delivered the next day. This was a Tuesday (August 18th). We didn't receive the new truck until Saturday (August 22nd). The entire week we fought with them because they were unable to figure out how to make the tires fit! They made up a new contract charging us an additional $700 for labor for their mechanics to put the tires on after they had agreed to do this from the very beginning! They basically okayed the deal without looking into it. We feel they rushed into the deal just to make a sale. Once they realized it wasnt a 5 minute fix, they didnt want to eat the cost of extra labor so they made us pay. Why sign a contract if the dealer can change it whenever they feel like it? We surely can't change it. Why even sign a contract?! Then for two days my husband went back and forth with them because they "couldn't make the tires fit on the rims" only to find out they were having issues with the tires and rims for the old truck that we traded in. Again, not our issue! Our truck was delivered Saturday (a gorgeous truck by the way, there's no denying this. It's beautiful). We found after driving it up the road that the tires did not fit under the truck. They rubbed every time we turned the wheel. I called kelly right away on monday as they were closed by this point. My husband and i were definitely upset but were still willing to work with them and be somewhat patient, until, that is, Kelly told me she would "not be ordering a new lift, suspension or anything like that for the truck". That was it for us. I felt they should have done whatever they had to do to fix the truck to make it right. I didn't care if it cost $100 or $1000. They agreed to something and they didn't do it right. I talked to the sales manager and he wanted to pick the truck up and bring it back down to them to see what the problem was. That was great except he couldn't and wouldn't guarantee they would pay to have it fixed. If it was expensive, they wouldn't pay. If it was an easy fix, he would pay. I refused. I felt he was sarcastic and didnt understand why we were concerned and upset. I was told " worry is all in your head". I had every right to be worried, i didnt have the funds to fix their mistakes! Hes not out a thing, we are, especially if the truck got down to them and they decided to not pay to fix it properly. I couldnt chance the truck getting down there, tore apart only to be told we had to pay more money, money we dont have. He also threatened to "just tear up the contract and return our 2012" . i asked him if we were to let them take the truck down there for them to look at how long it would take, his repsonse was "i dont know, it's like a doctors office. There are others in front of you!". The fact of the matter was we purchased the truck the 18th, we should have been told that they would have gotten the truck right in, at least to figure out the problem and what the solution was! We finally told them we were done dealing with them, we would eat the cost (AGAIN) just so we didn't have to deal with them anymore. Kelly called back and gave me two options to try and " make the situation right". They could tear the second contract up that had the additional labor in it and go back to the original contract or send a check for $700 (the amount they charged us for additional labor for putting our tires on) which would help pay for the repairs (actually it doesn't, it only pays us back the labor we paid for). But if we opted for the check, know that "they paid for the repairs". Not true. We got a refund for the labor they charged us. We opted for the check so we had the money up front to afford to fix the truck so we didn't have a brand new truck sitting in our driveway that wasn't right. My husband and I have been together approximately 6 years. In that time span, we have owned a used Ram truck, a used car, a new 1012 Ram (all from our local dealer) and now this brand new 2015. And these are just the ones while we have been together. Individually we have owned other Dodge trucks. This will be our LAST Dodge purchase. We know this won't effect Dodge in the slightest but if this dealership conducts business in this manner with more customers than just us, it will eventually effect at least their dealership. On August 27th, we were doing some banking only to find out that our previous loan on the 2012 truck that was traded in had not been paid off. We hadn't even given this a second thought or we would have checked into it sooner. Our payments on this loan were always automatically taken from our account so we had to deal with our credit union to credit our account back the payment. Kelly didn't know why it wasn't paid. After some checking we got the usual "the check is in the mail for the loan payoff". At this point we also had not received the $700 check. I finally called the corporate customer service office. I explained the situation and told them I don't want to get anyone in trouble and want no issues. We simply wanted our loan paid off and our $700. It was the very next day when they called the dealership and spoke with Mike that our loan was paid off. Mike also told them that our check would be mailed out no later than that Friday (September 4th). We checked the mail every day, taking into consideration the holiday. It should have been here no later than mid week. Kelly kept telling us it was mailed, " it was mailed early this week ". We finally got the check TODAY! (SEPTEMBER 16TH) AND THE CHECK IS DATED SEPTEMBER 11TH. so the entire time we were being told the " check was in the mail " it was NOT! Whether she knew this or not, I'm not sure. Someone was being deceitful to us and possibily to Kelly maybe because they dropped the ball or forgot to send the check out. My husband and I have been together approximately 6 years. In that time, we've owned 1 used Dodge truck, 1 used car, 1 new 2012 Dodge truck (all of these were from the local dealership) and now this brand new 2015 truck. This will be the LAST purchase we EVER make from Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Nissan, Hyundai. I know this will effect them in no way by losing one customers business however, if this dealership conducts business in this manner on a regular basis, I have no doubt that the dealership will be effected. I feel we were lied to, deceived, taken complete advantage of (by way of $$$ by charging us whenever they felt the need to). Kelly is a very polite and kind person. She seems concerned about us however for the amount of times she has brought up us giving them all 10's on their survey, I have to wonder how genuine that concern of hers really is. I know to a point she was stuck in the middle. She had no idea about the mechanics part of the deal. However, she should have made sure it was done as they promised, and that we were never charged for labor for THEIR mistakes. She was the one who made the contract with my husband and I. We did not make any deals with the mechanics. She was also the one who should have made sure our loan was taken care of, especially after I called and made her aware it was not paid off. It took almost another week and me calling corporate (customer service) for it to be taken care of. I know this isn't her job to pay loans off, but she should have done what she needed to to make sure it got done. Same with the $700 check. She doesn't write the checks but she should have done whatever she had to in order for us to get that check in a timely manner. Not make us wait as long as we have. I do have to say that she was extremely respectful to my husband and I the entire time. Whether or not she wanted to, she was. There were times throughout this whole process that I was very upset and it showed. I raised my voice and let it be known that we were very angry. And through that all, she remained extremely respectful. Again, we feel she was the "middle man" and besides doing more to assure the loan was paid off and the check was sent out (perhaps she was given inaccurate information as well), we fully believe Kelly went to bat for us and did all she could to make sure we were happy. Our issues are with the ones (not sure who it was) that agreed to switching the tires and spacers, the mechanics who didn't do the job properly, Mike (manager) who in our opinion was sarcastic and didn't treat us very nice (at least with some of the things that were said on the phone and some of the ridiculous comparisons made to me). We sincerely hope Kelly doesn't have to go through this again and that if any blame is put on anyone, it IS NOT HER! If we HAD to refer anyone to this dealership (will never happen) we would only do so because of Kelly! We hope she was being genuine to us and not only caring about the survey. We feel they get a lot of pressure for these surveys, probably too much pressure. Regardless, if we had only had those few issues with the loan and the $700 with Kelly, we would give all perfect scores and without question refer all of our friends and family to her. We feel that the communication between their departments is terrible and they really need to work on this. The biggest issue that caused so many problems was them jumping into a deal before really looking into it. All they had to do was have a mechanic look at our old truck, the tires and the new truck to see what had to be done before giving the okay!!! Bottom line, this was by far the worst experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle! We were one step away from hiring an attorney. My husband and I are laid back people who don't complain about things, especiallyy husband. I've never heard him raise his voice to ANYONE and once we got the truck here and found out it wasn't done right, he was beside himself. For him to be pushed to that point says a lot.

I had the privilege to meet and work with Breanna Howe and Steve Mellish while at Garber Jeep, Dodge in Saginaw! First contact was on the dealer's web site with Breanna. I started out inquisitive with her and on occasion was difficult with her. She was able to take the heat and I am always that difficult with dealership salesmen or now the long overdue presence of saleswomen on car lots.She immediately gained my respect and I knew that I could work with her in gaining the information I needed on several vehicles and the high probability of completing a purchase through her assistant. I could tell by her language and responses that she was probably just learning the craft of customer service on a car lot. I used key words that I am very familiar with as a prior salesman years before. The names working this business change but the game of sales never changes! However the game is very much cleaner and very, very fair!!I unintentionally missed our first scheduled appointment but assured her that I would make it early the following day. I came through the front entrance of the dealership and did not get ten steps inside the doorway before Steve Mellish came up to me and introduced himself! He explained that Breanna was absent due to a sick child at home. I sat down with Steve and he knew that I was retired military and as I shortly found out, so was Steven! It's a plus + plus to have ex and retired military involved in any sales based business. It's easier to communicate faster and cut through the proverbial red tape when both understand each other right off the bat.We worked quickly and narrowed down the vehicle that was right for not only me but for my wife. We had to have a vehicle that a works for a man 5'18"s tall and a wife barely 5'4"s in height! Breanna was able to make it in to the dealership to find Steve and I working through the sequential steps of purchasing a selected vehicle. We all went to lunch and got to know each other. Steve being retired Air Force and me retired Navy And a young lady trying very hard to learn a business and trying to figure out how two military retirees communicate! All of us went for a test drive and all of us worked through the business at hand!! I would go back to either one of them to purchase any vehicle I may require. Breanna and Steve were able to answer any and all questions that I had with the exception of the next winning lottery numbers! That was a disappointment but there were no others. We stopped to look at third row vehicles thinking no one would bug is , when Jeff Martin approached us and imediaty went right in to what my wife and I were looking for including options and if we were open to suggestions. With Jeff being so knowledgeable about the differences in the vehicles and discussing "what we were actually looking for" and narrowing it down to a couple vehicles, Jeff than told us he was actually the finance and not a sales person! I was shocked to be honest that this person you hear about that does the financing, trys to make you buy all these warranties and they rip you off was actually Jeff the person who greated us after business hours. We ended up not even driving anything do to it being late and just getting back from vacation but we will for sure return to do business with Garber Bay Road when we are ready. Stacy Trombley who we worked with was great listening to what we wanted and getting us the best payment possible. The car we purchased had the engine light go on when we got home I called her right away she had me bring it back, and the service department and Stacy took care of everything within an hour. She even filled the car back up since we ha to drive it back to get looked at. The next car I buy will be from Garber and Stacy!!

This was an amazing experience, they made car buying fun and easy as well as taking care of my needs. I may not have been approved for the vehicle I wanted initially, but Steve didn't give up and neither did Stacy, they found a car that fits my family and our needs. The best part was getting us out of a car that wasn't safe enough for our daughter (2yrs), which they treated wonderfully. All around a wonderful dealership that continued to surprise and impress me through the whole experience.
Excellent Service and a Welcoming Accomodating Atmosphere
It is not very often that a dealership persuades you leave another dealership to drive over 100 miles to visit their location but my father and I felt compelled to give them a shot due to the open honesty conveyed over the phone as we were browsing at Taylor Suburban Chrysler where nary a salesman or associate came to help to assist me and my father in potentially making a major decision.It is refreshing to be respectfully pursued in an inoffensive yet aggressive manner. I can understand that salesmen do not necessarily want to smother potential customers with attention but at least acknowledge our presence... something that the folks at Taylor Suburban Chrysler fail to comprehend as my father and I walked around the entire dealership for nearly 30 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment that we even existed. As soon as we walked through Garber Chryslers doors we were greeted and helped IMMEDIATELY.My father is a Chrysler retiree of over 30+ years and he has very few pleasant things to say about Chrysler and their dealerships yet even he was suitably impressed by the friendliness, openness and professionalism displayed by such talented individuals as Joseph Myers and John Murphy. He was in awe at the modernization of the dealership itself. Cold water dispensers, coffee and hot chocolate was available at out convenience. The dealership is so well maintained that you would think that it had its grand opening the very day before. They even have a play area for children and a flat screen TV with comfy chairs for adults.They made us feel welcomed and appreciated. They wanted to put me into car 3 times as much as I wanted to leave with the choice car desired. How alien yet rewarding it feels to almost be turned from an anonymous peon to a king among men as the overall experience was informative and rewarding as humanly possible.They did not lure us in with the promise of low payments only to see the price jacked up with irrelevant options and fees shoved down our throats. Everything they talked about with us made sense. It was coherent and concise. Any questions we had to ask were answered without reluctance or hesitation. Any and everything within reason was presented before us long before they asked for PERMISSION to run my credit which is a big plus. Businessmen they are and potential customer I may be but we are all still human and the ability to talk to one another without titles is an experience and sensation that is all too rare these days as we normally deal with salesmen that enhance the negative stigma that comes with an already stressful and time-consuming process by treating us as gullible dullards in which their main goal is to extract as much as possible from us monetarily.Customers desire to leave a dealership feeling happy and fulfilled, not disgruntled and filled with a regretful disposition as though we just made one of the biggest and costliest mistakes in our lives after realizing that we may have been suckered in by surreptitious dealerships.Garber Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is one of the best dealerships that me and my father have ever come across and it was an honor to do business with them. Who needs Lexus, Cadillac, Audi, Mercedes and BMW dealerships when you have Chrysler dealerships like this that should serve as a model for all Chrysler dealerships to follow in the future??? In the last month, my wife and I have bought two vehicles from Garber CDJR...a '15 Durango and a '15 Charger. Both times, we had some negative on the trade in's, but the team at Garber was able to get financing for both cars because of fair trade-in prices. I bought the Durango from Dave Tokarsky and he was very thorough in explaining the features of the Durango to my wife, who is the primary driver. I bought the Charger from Mark Newman. Mark listened to my needs, why I wanted to get out of the lease I was in, and was able to get me into the car that I wanted. John Murphy walked us through the finance process and was very knowledgeable. Both times, the cars were delivered very clean. This experience (along with the purchase of two other cars at Garber in the past few years) will keep me a Garber customer for years to come.

We were looking to upgrade to a family friendly vehicle to upgrade from a small sedan. We had tried other dealerships who ended up not having a good inventory or were too high pressured. Great experience with no pressure
I was looking for a used vehicle and needed to stay within a certain budget. I also have 2 kids so I needed enough room for them and all of their stuff. Lee and Jordan helped me secure financing as well as gave me many options to test drive. I come from a GM family so I mainly looked at the GM makes of vehicles and found one that I thought would work ok. Jordan had me tryout a Jeep Patriot and I loved it!! I had a few things to deal with before purchasing the vehicle and the best part was that I didn't have a salesperson calling me every 5 minutes to see if I was going to buy a car from him. Lee and Jordan gave me the help I needed and were always there to answer my questions, but didn't hound me about buying from them. I would definitely recommend them and would buy another vehicle from them in the future.

He hit a home run and it was because he was listening to me right from the beginning. I came into the situation not having bought a car from a dealer for fifteen years. I'd had some ups and downs financially over time. Because of that I was uneasy about the process and what I could qualify for. Jordan got my case to Lee Freeman Finance Manager. This man is on fire. You get in the room with him and he treats you with such authentic kindness and professionalism, you are immediately at ease. I was super impressed with his work here. They both blew me away. When you are buying a car, it's not just a car. It's all the needs it meets in your life. It can be a real difference maker. I do appointment based work and I'm self-employed. They got me exactly what I needed that fit my situation and needs for work and financially. It will make a huge difference in terms of convenience, reliability, and presentation going forward. It's worth five times my very reasonable payment.I am moving out of State down the road with the date dependent on how business goes.
