Drew was amazing, courteous and helpful. The whole experience was great! This is the fourth or fifth time I have dealt with Drew and the staff at Ganley Toyota. They always give me a great deal. I also use their service department and love the friendly atmosphere and great service.

Contacted Rick Clausen initially on a vehicle on "Cars.com". He responded back immediately and I asked for some additional photo's and details - all of which he forwarded over. I think he took them on his own phone and sent everything. Very good attention to detail. Drove 60 miles to the location to see the truck and met with Rick and John Decker. They let me do my own review and the time I wanted without much rush. Every question was answered, every detail was managed and we agreed on pricing and terms for a trade on the Tundra. Processing all the paperwork was painless and I was out in a few hours. When you do your homework on a vehicle, finding a dealer that offers a fair price with some extra value is gratifying. Walked away from 3 other dealerships in the past month while considering similar trucks, but these guys met the criteria I was looking for. Overall - very good experience and would travel again one the next purchase.
New RAV4 Purchase
Came to Ganley to look at 2016 RAV4 SE. Very impressed with car. Had purchased a car previously at the dealership. Discussed options with Ruth Ham. She did a great job at presenting the lease versus buy. No pressure from her. She gave a fair amount for my trade in. I made the purchase and Ruth Ham was key to my decision to lease the RAV4. Negative into a positive
Your sales manager, John Decker went above and beyond. He turned what was a negative experience for my family and I, into a positive. After traveling 40 minutes, two times to your facility and not being satisfied or the vehicle not being ready, we were ready to cancel our transaction. On our last trip we fortunately got John instead of a new car salesman. John not only did what should've been done on day one, but did a lot extra and then had the car delivered to us. I was a store manager for many years and I understand how hard it is sometimes to make things right. John put his self in our shoes and with no questions asked did what had to be done and more. Great Used Car Purchase
Purchased a used Chrysler 300 from Ganley Toyota. I was flying in from out of town and they picked me up from the airport! Roberto started all the paper work before I arrived so the buying process went nice and quick. The car was in great shape and they were upfront about a couple minor blemishes in the paint and leather seats. The price was also the best I found searching multiple states. Definitely worth the flight and the extended drive home!

Bought my car brand new from their showroom.Seat in my car squeaked from DAY 1.They looked at it at 1300 miles,4500,and at 16000 miles.It was out of warranty at the 3rd visit.Michelle Baum is a very unreasonable service manager.I had to talk to Ken Ganley to get them to fix my seat. Ken made me feel like Michelle does not want to do it.They offered me 50% off of the $1200 job.I said no way no how.So finally they were willing to fix my seat.So they fix my seat and take my car for a 19 mile joyride and ruin the front lower control arms that should last to 100000 miles.Only thing that can ruin them is POTHOLES and abusive driving.I had a 30 second phone call with Michelle in which she hung up on me.I called Ken 2 times and he did not respond.They said because they say they did not hurt my car that is the end of the story.My last oil change that was free in the 2 years of maintenance they did not put the paper in the housing.Luckily I got a oil change 2500 miles later.They also while my car was in their possession washed it and then someone flicked hot cig ashes on the hood and the wing.I would be kidding myself if I did not post this.BEWARE of these clowns they will not care about u.I bought 3 cars in 4 years totaling $80k from them.Toyota made record profits and now I see why.When I asked who drove my car they would not say!!

My new 2017 Corolla
Saturday I picked up my 4th Toyota from Ganley and this is my second Corolla. It's loaded with everything I've always wanted mostly the crash safety features and lane changing warnings. Drew Vance went above and beyond to make this a fast and enjoyable experience. His professionalism is off the charts. Patrick Oconnor did an excellent job going over my vehicle and my equipment. Best car purchase experience of my life
My wife and I have purchased many cars over our life time and many Toyota products and this was by far the best purchasing experience either one of us have ever had from the time we stepped in the door to the moment we drove off the lot with our new vehicle. The young salesman who helped us couldn't have been any more courteous or professional and went out of his way to locate the exact vehicle we wanted,even though it was not on their lot. There was no pressure, he listened to what we were saying and responded. I typically hate buying but this young man and Ganley actually made it enjoyable and there is no doubt where we will be purchasing our next vehicle.

A patient, non-pushy smooth experience
I've rated Ganley Toyota 5 stars as I had a very good non-pushy experience with Mike Passio. He took me on the test drive, showed me all the features of the high-end Corolla Premium trim. Was very patient when I told him that I would come back with my wife to get her to test drive the vehicle as well. We even had him let us check out the Camry on second thoughts, and he patiently helped us with making our decision. We took an extra day to discuss and decide on our options and finally settled on the Corolla as it was just as spacious as the Camry in the rear. We even changed from the LE Premium to the LE ECO trim to fit into our budget. Mike took the extra effort to find a car in another dealership with the color we wanted and when I went to complete the paperwork, it was a pleasant experience to see *exactly* the out-the-door price we had negotiated earlier on the phone, put clearly on paper as well. During the course of the paperwork, there were absolutely no hassles. All options were spelled out very clearly by Nate with no obligation or pressure to accept any of the optional services. All in all, a very smooth experience thanks largely to Mike & Nate. Will definitely come back to Ganley for both servicing and new/used car purchases in the near future. Thanks!

Dishonest/Felt like a scam
Very dishonest and poor quality of work. Dealt with two salesman, each told us something different in regards to negotiating price of vehicle. The second salesman said they have no room to negotiate prices as "we only make about $400 per vehicle sold," we found this difficult to believe. Note our trade in was later marked up more than $2500 and only needed an oil change (was a 2015 and had less than 17000 mile and in excellent condition). Did agree on a price for the vehicle we were purchasing, dealer agreed to fix the paint chips to hood and side doors, salesman explained that "my paint guy wet sands and paints" the areas needing repaired. When we picked up the vehicle the paint chips had mismatched touch up paint applied in clumps onto the chips. We have never encounter such a dishonest business that promotes deceiving its consumers and putting out poor quality until working with Ganley Toyota.
Ganley is the only place to go
Just wanted to say that i have never had a car buying experience like i had with Ganley toyota. Ken Ganley and Ruth Ham were excellent. Usually buying a car can be a pain in the butt, but with Ken and Ruth, it was was, fun, and no hidden games. Both were smart, knowledable, and trust worthy. They were never pushy, cocky or disrespectful, like you can get at other dealers. They went out and found the car i wanted, even though it wasn't at their lot, and got it at the price i wanted. The whole process was quick, streamlined, efficent, and very tailored to the customer. That is why i bypassed other Toyota dealerships around Cleveland and drove the extra couple of minutes to Akron. And it was well worth it. Please, if your interested in a Toyota, don't bother playing games, just go to Ganley Toyota and see Ken and Ruth. They were great, and i highly recommend

I had a bad experience at a local VW dealership. The sales Mgr. increased the price of the vehicle by $3000.00 and then lied about it! I live 4 hours away from Ganley Toyota but was searching online when I came in contact with Nathan. It was Sunday and on Monday afternoon my Toyota was delivered! Out of State Purchase
I am from West Virginia, and the prices around here on vehicles are absolutely ridiculous and most do not wanna come down on their price at all. I decided to look out of state, and I was searching for 3 weeks, talking back and forth to many dealers. I had my pay off amount ready, vin number, mileage, and pictures of my truck to send each dealer. Every dealer for some reason put me off, like they thought I was joking and not a serious buyer. It was very frustrating. I finally came across Nathan and his team, made 1 phone call, gave him the information, and he started working right away on it. We had rough numbers figured the next day pretty much. I would have made the trip sooner to get it, but I work through the week on night shift, so I had to wait until satuday morning when I got in from work to make the trip. I told Nathan I'd be making the trip saturday morning after I came in, and it was a little bit better than a 3 hour drive for my wife and me. We arrived at the dealership right around 2-2:30pm, met nathan and his brother, looked at the truck and got right down to business. It was very quick, because they knew I was very tired and needed to get back home, they wasted no time playing the numbers game at all. Had the figures straight laid out. I can tell you now, no other dealership had the price for a Toyota Tundra 1794 edition as they did. They were quick to explain things, and everything in general just flowed. I can guarantee that when my wife, me, or any family want a new vehicle, I'm going to tell them to go visit Nathan of Ganley Toyota, even if I have to drive them myself. Very impressed, amazing service, don't play numbers game with you, and everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great experience over all.

Great leasing experience
The Ganley Toyota lease retention team was terrific. The lease turn-in process was simple and I got a great new lease deal on a 2016 RAV4. The retention manager and his assistants were friendly and very knowledgeable. Their professionalism made a usually stress-inducing process very easy. I came in to possibly lower my pament with a lease option for a New Scion TC or FR-S after Doug Chevrolet screwed me over on not 1, but 2 different vehicles. I was 10k upside down and Shannon Swinehart did everything possible to put me into the vehicle I wanted. However I could not buy just yet, as we could not get the payments lower due to the negative equity I have accumilated- which is not at all their fault. She was very upfront, and honest through the whole entire process. When it comes time too get into a new one, I will most definitely come back and see Shannon!

BEWARE!! I purchased a used vehicle and thought that I was being well taken care of. The outcome is that I now have a vehicle that I cannot drive due to misinformation and/or NO information. TWO DAYS after the purchase, the check engine light came on. The following week, I received a phone call stating that I needed to get an e-check before they can transfer my plates. Nice going, guys! Everyone knows that a car with a check engine light will not pass an e-check. So now I am stuck with a unit that I cannot drive without a $1300 fix. As well, you could have told me that the struts needed replacing! Don't write me off as an angry customer. I just want the situation rectified. Update 7/15/16: We are now in negotiations for repair

Pleased with new "used" Prius
We could not be more pleased with our experience buying a Certified Used 2013 Prius from Ganley Toyota. When I took our '04 Rav 4 (which we bought new from Ganley) in for a maintenance check I asked Randy Huckabone in service about the possibility of trading it in on a 2013 Prius my husband had seen on Ganley's website. We already own a '13 Prius and love it.Randy referred me to Ruth Ham who took over from there. In a matter of a couple of phone calls we had traded in our Rav for the '13 Prius. The mechanic spent 3 hours trying to pinpoint my exact problem, but best was he could say was it could be one of several things, and it would be costly. I found the vehicle I was looking for online, a 2014 Dodge Challenger. They had by far the best pricing of any dealership. Buying my new RAV

Worth the drive!
I'd been looking for a used Subaru Forester for a couple months and came across the perfect one at Ganley! ...4 hours away from me. I had a good feeling about it but wanted to be sure I had all the info I could get before I took such a long drive. Nathan was really great to work with and patiently answered all of my many questions. I normally take anything car salesmen say with a grain of salt, but I felt Nathan was very honest and trustworthy from the beginning. I could only come in to see the car on his day off, but he was there to show me and make sure everything was taken care of. He had the Forester ready for me when I came in, and it was detailed very well inside and out--they had even made the large defect in the bumper look like it was never there. After a test drive I decided I had finally found my Forester!Nathan, John, and I had worked out a very fair price before I arrived, and Denise, who handled all my paperwork, was wonderful and made the process very quick and painless. Overall I'm very happy with my experience at Ganley and I'm loving my new car--it was well worth the drive!

I was interested in the newest generation Prius even though my 3rd generation Prius was working great. I decided that I would buy if I could get the deal That I had in mind. To my surprise Ruth Ham readily agreed and with the $1000 Toyota rebate, the final cost came in under invoice. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Great Lease! Great Experience!
Having to find a new car unexpectedly didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling. After checking lease deals at other dealership I found myself at Ganley thanks to Mr. Jared Varner. He suggested a new RAV4 LE. The lease that he proposed to me was exceptionally better than those proposed to me at other dealerships. I knew little about the RAV4 and was hoping that I would not like it because I had my eye on another vehicle and needed an excuse to not go after the best deal. Well, after a test drive there was nothing to dislike. In fact, there was quite a bit to love about the RAV4. Even at base model level it had more than I would have hoped for in any other vehicle at the price. Even the looks of this vehicle are stunning. I would like to thank Jared for all his help. All said and done because of Jared I have my warm fuzzy feeling back.

Very Pleasant Experience
I was selling my 2010 Accord to a family member and decided to stop at Ganley to check out some of the lease and used Camry specials. Nathan greeted me at the door and was very helpful in showing me all the options. Nathan was helpful in following up with pricing and information on leasing through email and text per my request. Service was very nice and the dealers were all very friendly, we got staff members that helped us figure out everything we needed to know. When we had called the dealership we got hooked up with Nathan Beaver and he gave us the address of the place since we were coming from over 100 miles away. When we got there another dealer paged Nathan for us. When he got to us(very quickly) he acted as though we had come from far away and immediatly told us he would get the car and told us that there was a coffee machine and we were to help ourselves. This was the only bad part of the trip, the wait. After he told us that he was taking care of another person we understood and didn't think much of it later. Then came Allison Pritts turn. She was very nice and helped us understand everything financially. Then the fun part the car. I definetly recommend this dealership.
Awesome Dealership and Sales Person
Taylor Erdman goes above and beyond to make buying or leasing a vehicle a pleasant experience. He negoiated a great deal for me and personally made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, which ended up having to be produced to my specifications. My new Tundra is exactly what I wanted and Taylor took it personally to a sister dealership to have the spray on bed liner put in. The truck was produced and shipped ahead of the time frame I was told and they held the truck for me until I could get up there to pick it up from my home in NC. Best Experience Ever!
At first, I wasn't even considering Toyota as a possibility for my new car. Thankfully, my mindset was completely turned around after spending time at Ganley's! I absolutely love my new 2016 blue RAV-4; it's stunning to look at, it has so many technological advances, and it is so easy to drive. Jared, our salesperson, was the best! He was insanely funny, intelligent, and knew how to make the whole experience enjoyable for my dad and I. I'd like to personally thank him for being the amazing person that he is, and I most certainly will never forget this day! So I had been in contact with John Decker for nearly 2 years in finding the 'perfect' Toyota Tundra Crewmax. I searched high and low and John was always willing to try and make a deal even if it meant buying from another dealer with minimal profit in the deal. John agreed to an extremely fair price for my current truck up front and simply bought it outright for close to what I would expect selling it for myself. No complaints there! In the end I ended up purchasing from a completely different dealer out of state. John even agreed to accept the delivery of the truck at his lot to make the transfer process easier. I called this dealership the night before to make an appointment to purchase a car. Taylor made time on his day off to come in to help us with this process. He put the two cars aside that I was debating on and when we arrived for our appointment the decision process was very simple. Taylor worked with us to make sure we were getting everything we wanted. Straight Forward. No BS
I recently bought a used vehicle from Ganley for my wife. I called ahead and spoke with Nathan Beaver. He answered my questions and invited us to come look at the car. On our arrival he greeted us and had the car ready to show. We drove it and liked it, but had already committed to looking at other vehicles that day. We told him we liked it but had to see some other options. He was not pushy at all, but invited us to give us a call when we made our decision. We decided it was the car we wanted that evening near closing time and offered our price. He got back to us the next day and we agreed on a very fair price. He was very polite and helpful and did not press or pressure us at all. He presented the car very honestly. We returned to finish the paperwork and pick the car up and were offered warm drinks. Nathan personally saw us off and thanked us. Allie was very courteous with the paperwork. Overall Ganley was pleasant to deal with and the price we negotiated was quite competitive or better, with absolutely no runaround.
This being my first vehicle purchase from out of state, I was rather skeptical that it would work out. Much like other internet purchases, pictures and information can often be misleading. Weeks prior to my purchase, Michael was able to answer any and all questions within minutes of me contacting him. This really showed his knowledge of the vehicle and his determination to grab me as a long term customer. However, being five hours away from the dealership still made it difficult to pull the trigger on the purchase so I booked an appointment and hopped in a rental. Sure enough, upon arrival Michael Miller and the group at Ganley Toyota & Mercedes Benz was nothing but spectacular. The vehicle was in the exact condition that both he and the internet ad stated. The list price and his ability to give the exact monthly rate based on my credit application was good enough to seal the deal. I took a quick test drive and within the hour I was walking out the door with my dream car. I'd recommend Ganley Toyota & Mercedes Benz as well as Michael Miller to anyone looking for a streamlined car buying experience. Great Salesman & Respected Dealership
We purchased a used Saturn Vue from Michael Miller at a very reasonable price for our daughter. The experience was comfortable and we bought with confidence that it was the right car, from the right salesman and at the right dealership. We were impressed with the thoroughness of the process and the ease of purchasing a quality used automobile. The detailing should be a bit more complete so far as cleaning, but Michael took care of that prior to delivery to us. This dealership and sales rep will be high on our referral list and the drive to Akron was well worth the time.

This is the third car I've bought from Ganley, and I've had the good luck to work with Nate Beaver all three times. Roberto and Lucas were very informative and answered all of our questions about the vehicles we were interested in. Financing was done quickly and they were able to find a bank that would match our low interest rate from our credit union. Vehicle was clean and all paperwork was provided upon delivery. No Pressure and Honest Sales
This was my third vehicle in three years that I purchased and dealt with Brian Maylor and Michael Miller. What a great experience I had dealing with these two again. Both are always honest, helpful and will do anything they can to meet your needs when purchasing new or used vehicles. I have always looked at different options when looking for a new vehicle but always end up closing a deal with Ganley Toyota because of these two. Once I told them what I was looking for they took away all the leg work I had in the search and was able to find a quality used car for the budget we were looking at. Great Leasing Experience
I decided to lease my first car after being given my prior car as a graduation gift. As such, I had no idea how the leasing process worked, all the terms and processes. Ruth was extremely helpful, friendly, funny!, and patient with my questions. She explained things easily and helped me make the best decision for me. She was clearly knowledgeable about the leasing process and about the car I was interested in (a Prius C). She pointed out all the features and even helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth system after the lease was finalized before I drove off the lot. She helped walk me through the paperwork and was extremely friendly and personable as we waited for everything to process. I was there with my partner and she treated both of us to a great experience. I'm very happy that I went with Ganley for my first new car.

Let me preface this review by saying there are trolls, commissioned review writers, and idiots that skew the ratio because theyre ignorant. I am not one of those people, I'm not the smartest or most friendly person. - I walked in with my credit ran and budget ready. I had in mind what I wanted. I was nervous. I talked to Jared Varner and I immediately felt welcome and at ease. The environment was nice and the people were polite. I wasn't able to get the truck I wanted, but Jared did everything he could to make sure I was informed of all my options. He ended up getting me a better interest rate and the better version of the truck I wanted for little over what I had originally budgeted. The staff was easy to talk to in a real life manner and didn't make it seem cold to ask the real questions you want to ask. They were knowledgeable and prepared for everything I asked. I have never stopped at a car dealership with questions and had someone answer as honestly, patiently, and without patronizing, as Mark Kadoutchek when I stopped at Ganley Toyota to talk about the Toyota Highlander. I had looked at the Highlanders years ago before they were all wheel drive and really liked the look and the way they drove. I stopped just to have a look while my husband was at work as I was looking for something for me to drive with room for all the grandchildren. I decided on make, model and color in that first visit, took less than 1 hour! In less than a week, I got the call they had the vehicle I wanted! I have bought quite a few vehicles over the years and never has it been so easy and painless! Great customer service from Mark to Jason to Patrick Zanko and Patrick O'Connor! I will certainly go back to Ganley when I'm ready for my next vehicle, now that I know how easy buying can be!

Excellent to work with
I saw a used car listed online that i was interested in and unfortunately i was over 2 hours away and could not just drive down and check it out. Nathan helped me feel comfortable with the vehicle without seeing it in person yet and was very helpful in putting together a deal before I made the trip over there. The car was just as described and in great shape and we were able to finalize everything very quickly.

You're the Best!
Just leased my third Toyota from Ganley Toyota Akron and I couldn't be happier! The sales staff is friendly, professional , and knowledgable (Allie and Jeremy you're the best!!) They took time to answer all my questions, had me drive several models to compare performance, and transitioned me to my new 2016 Camry with ease. Ganley's service department is also the best I have found. The Service Managers always treat me like I'm their only customer and always take my appointment on time. I'll be back again in three years to lease my fourth Toyota!
This is the second time I've leased through Ganley. Drew Vance, Leasing Manager, is the one who assisted me. To be perfectly honest, I wasn't really sure what I wanted when I came in. I had one thing in mind and Drew LISTENED and came up with some options at very reasonable prices. Then, as he was busy calculated some things, I spotted a totally different vehicle and fell in love with it. So he started over again and managed to come up with the same exact vehicle with every option I wanted. I felt the price was very reasonable.When the car came in the following week, I was extremely impressed with the finely tuned routine Drew and his assistant Ashley Pratt have in place to finalize the deal, demonstrate all the features and then turn the car over to the customer. It was the most pleasant and seamless car buying experience I've ever had.I especially appreciated Drew's professionalism - no double talk or sales tricks. I am a sales rep myself, so I can see those maneuvers coming a mile away and it turns me off. He just spoke with me straightforwardly and honestly and I appreciated it. The next time my lease is up, I will ask for Drew and if he's busy, I'll wait for him.

Simple, Fast and Fair
The response time for all questions during the process was more than impressive. Like how they handled car pick up. Great overall team which made process easy to manage for someone time constrained.
After trying to make a deal on a new Rav locally(Stark County) I decided to call Brian Maylor who I bought a used Corolla off of a couple years ago. I told Brian that the dealership I was dealing with just seemed like they didn't take me seriously. After about a month of research I felt like I could make a educated and reasonable offer but again locally they snubbed me refusing to come down much off their original offer. Brian invited me to come up and said he was confident we could make a deal and he was right. Brian introduced me to Mike Miller my salesman and right away I felt real comfortable talking with him. I Felt like I knew Mike for a long time and we was able to make the deal I was looking for on the new Rav. Usually you dread going to car dealerships but these guys at Ganley are very professional and respectful of your needs. I would recommend this dealership and sales crew to anyone. And then to top it off I got to meet Pat O' Connor in special relations, this guy is awesome! Pat went over every detail from maintenance to operation of the vehicle and all the gadgets. So if you are looking for a great experience in car buying this group is top notch and treats you right. From now on I know where I'm going to purchase a vehicle instead of trying to deal locally. My husband and I checked out Ganley Toyota online before coming in. We were in need of a reliable car, reasonably priced, and within our budget. Zoran Alabakovski did a great job of providing a stress free auto purchasing experience. He treated both my wife and myself with respect by listening to what we asked for and about. I did not feel that he pushed us to purchase any options that we did not want.
