4 years ago I came in with the hopes of getting a car under my name only. Thanks to the sales person Javier he was able to help me achieve that with my credit score at the time. Even though it took the whole day it was worth the wait

Eddie Garrido was my salesman and he was extremely helpful and patient. He never pushed anything. He was knowledgeable about the cars and their features. We had a tough negotiation for the car but a fair one and I think the dealership and myself came out winners.

My experience here today with Luis nava and Oliver Lopez was a great demonstration of how all dealer ships should be with all guests,visitors, and buyers. I felt like I was bombarding them with questions left and right but they answered everything I needed to know with details. I would defiantly refer family and friends to this fine establishment.

Not what I expected

I can say nothing but great things about my car shopping experience. I went in three seperate times because I couldn't make a decision. I was having anxiety about the whole thing. I didn't want to relive the awful car buying experiences I'd had st other dealers. I'm so happy I ended up going to Galpin. Hugo Lopez really put me at ease. He made everything seamless and easy. The complete opposite of what I expected. He was very patient. I had lots of questions and he answered every one of them until I finally decided on a car. Once all the paperwork was completed he walked me through all the features of the car, answered even more questions, and even offered to have me come back if I wanted to learn more about the car. This is hands down the best purchase I've made.

This was my second time leasinv a car from this dealership. Michael Fogelman, who was my salesman both times, worked with me to get me the best deal he could in my price range and made the process as easy as possible. Extraordinary service

Upon walking into Galpin Honda, I was quickly approached by Alan. He was able to show me an array of Honda models and was able to tell me the interior/exterior color combinations per model at the top of his head. He was extremely knowledgeable on specifications (hp, mpg, etc) and was able to help me make my decision quickly. Once I made my decision, he got the paperwork prepared and filled out in a timely manner. I really appreciate the fact that he did not make me wait hours. I was very happy with his customer service skills as he was polite and efficient. Once the paper work was finalized, he did a walk around of the car and even set up my Bluetooth and programmed my favorite radio stations. I would highly recommend this representative as he is the epitome of "helpful Honda"!

What a car buying experience should be!

I was interested in trading in my leased vehicle early to finace a car this time around. I was honestly not certain if this was even possible or if it would be a pain but I was fortunate enough to run into Junior Morales! He made the process so easy and simple I couldn't believe it! Nancy was very patient and helpful

Nancy was awesome, she is sweet, patient, and very helpful in our quest to buy a new Accord Hybrid. She remained cheerful and upbeat even though it was getting really late on a Saturday night. My husband loves his new Accord and is a very satisfied customer! We give Nancy 5 stars, but the dealership itself 4 stars.The only thing is that the finance guy pressured use to buy the SilverCare warranty, we weren't interested, but he was so convincing that we ended up buying. After doing more research and deciding against it, we went back to cancel, and then the finance guy was really rude and angry. I don't recommend people buy the extended warranty.

I went to this dealership because I needed a new car and thankfully I had Mile Naumovski to help me. He showed me almost all cars, he even took me to another parking lot, so I can choose. He explained everything, so I didn't have to waste time when I went through the financial part. SO I am really grateful that I had Mile to help me so I do not waste time or nerves during the process. I have been to many different dealerships many different times. I can say this was the first time I had had a positive and pleasant experience due to their great customer service and professionalism. Buying a car can be a tedious process, but having a helpful sales guy like Ali Ashikali, and the perks this dealership has to offer like a snack bar (with Coffee Bean!), kid's playing area (with Ipads!), and mini basketball hoops to relieve some stress, can make it a lot easier. Not only were we able to walk out with the car we wanted and the terms we wanted, but it took minimal time for Ali to get us the best deal. He understood our situation, respected our time, and took care of us through the whole process. I would recommend this dealership versus any other nearby Honda dealers by far. Definitely coming back here for my next purchase.

Bad experienced.

We came this dealership to buy new Honda after testing the vehicle we decided to moved and sales person has introduced sales manager Christopher. During credit application sales person seek help with Christopher and he said he will be back but he never show up and we wasted our time for nothing...Sales person was good but since manager was ignorant and has no importance for customer therefore we went other dealership bought the vehicle.My suggestion : manager shall be valued to customers rather than holding customers in dealership and be ignorant.

I should have written this review sooner but I've been out enjoying my new car. Originally looking for a used car, I found a 2014 CR-V at Galpin Honda and contacted them via their website to make sure the car was still there. I received an email confirming the cars availability along with a contact name and number so that we could set up a time for a test drive. I placed a call to Victoria and after a brief discussion about what exactly we were looking for, she mentioned that they had a great deal going on new 2016's. The price was right, under MSRP and in the price range we had been finding for used 2014's and 2015's. We set up a time for a test drive and in the meantime, she emailed me the price quote we had discussed and the name of the sales associate. Two days later, email in hand, we met with Nancy Trujillo. Within an hour, we had driven to the overflow lot, found the car we liked, taken a test drive and returned to the dealership to start the purchase process. Nancy was helpful, attentive, willing to answer any question and very personable. While we met with Oliver Lopez in the finance department, Nancy made sure the car was spiffed up, ready and waiting for us.I have never enjoyed car buying in the past. I am not a person who likes to dicker about price. This process was painless, the price quoted in the email was what we paid, no haggling, no pressure, no surprise fees. I Had a great experience at Galpin Honda with Gilbert Jordan ! We went in for the second time to buy a 2016 Honda Civic ! He really helped us get the payment that best suited us ! 'OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE' -- My wife and ventured out of the Central Valley into Santa Clarita and then into the LA area and found ourselves at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. We were looking at a Ford Purchase but I wanted to see how the Honda stood up in comparison -- as it would be we never looked back -- the Honda won us over and it was largely due to Javier Navarro -- one of the Most -- if not the Best -- new car sales persons we have ever worked with -- answered all of our questions in an extremely pleasant and professional way -- walked us through the financing and really understood what we were looking for...this was on our first new Honda a few months back -- liked the car so much and the way Javier took care of us --we just recently went back to him and bought another new Honda from Galpin. Hats off to Javier and Galpin -- we would definitely recommend you both for a new car purchase!

I absolutely recommend Armen Bandari as you sales rep. He is very professional, polite and helpful. I purchased a car from him 3 years ago and never had any problems with the car not the deal. Therefore, I went back this last weekend and purchased another vehicle. I had a difficult time choosing the perfect vehicle for myself. Armen spent 2 full days driving me to different lots to find me the best possible vehicle based on my requirements. New Honda Fit purchase

I knew I wanted a Honda Fit for about half a year, and finally followed through at Galpin. I was greeted at the door by Jose Mozperaza and he ended up taking care of me throughout the entire process. Thankfully he was able to gauge that my priority was getting in and out as quickly as possible, and he stayed on top of and expedited all the internal processes required for both a new car sale and trade-in, even with a few back-and-forths from me on the down payment/financing end of things. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend to any of my friends looking in the car market!

I love my honda and was so sad when my lease was up! But thank the lord for abe! I came in just to look around and see what my options were and how much i would need to save for a new car...
