I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and this was easily the most pleasant experience I have had. Absolutely no pressure, tossed us the keys to take a test drive by ourselves (so many dealers these days want the salesman with you every second !) and when we returned there was no pressure - in fact, it was quite the opposite - "If you are interested, come on in the office when you get back !". The deal was concluded in 10 minutes and no "gotchas" on the price. Even took $ 100 off as an Internet discount. This was an hour drive for us but I would go back in an instant....

The Lowells treated us very well. I got the impression they were concerned about providing a quality used car at a fair price. We love our new used Lincoln Town Car. In fact, when I test drove it, I noticed it pulling to the left and they not only did an alignment but also replaced another item because it looked like it might be a problem in the future. They took our old car in on trade even thought they can't retail it but they'll sell it at auction- because I didn't want the hassle of selling it myself. I've had bad experiences in some used car lots......NOT THIS ONE! Thanks Wendy!

I bought my 2004 Honda Pilot their last Oct. I new want I wanted and did my research ahead og time so I new the price on the vehicle I was interested in was a very good deal. My Uncle owns a auto shop and looked at the vehicle for me which a very maintenance history. I opted for $900 off the price with no warrantee, paid cash and was on my way. This was no haggle pricing with great customer service at it best. A year later I'm still thrilled with the vehicle and the service.

Thanks to Ful-Line, my high mileage Toyotas have been kept running in great shape. Dave and his staff have diagnosed and fixed what needed to be fixed on my vehicles and are always straightforward and honest. Hopefully I will not be shopping for a car soon, but when I do, I will be going to Ful-Line.

Have known the folks at Ful Line for many years, they're honest people who will only do what you truly need done. Very good mechanics who do the job the right way. I have no purchased a car from them, but have family who has. They have had nothing but good quality vehicles from Ful Line.

I was very impressed with Ful-Line Auto right from the start. When we inquired about a car on their website, they called us within a day. Then, we visited the business and were amazed at their inventory - ALL quality used cars. You can tell that they are quite selective about the used cars that they sell. We get so many compliments on our car because it is in such good shape for an older car. Their prices are very fair. The whole buying process was easy. Had our car in a few days! Then, when we had a few minor problems with the car, they took care of the issues at no cost even though it was not part of our warranty. Fully recommend that you check this place out if you are looking for a used car. The owners are definitely trustworthy people and great to work with!

Decided to get a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse after seeing it on my filtered search through Cars.com. Since Ful-Line Auto has multiple warranties and good reviews, I did not hesitate to buy the car without test driving or looking at it in detail too much. I decided to change the windshield and tires even though it wasn't recommended. The replacements took one day and I was allowed to borrow a loan car free of charge. So far the car drives fine and there aren't any problems. Fast communication through email as well.

This place is great. Very honest and trust worthy people. I visited them hoping to find a car in my price range. Dave and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me cars on his lot and gave his honest opinion on how safe he felt each car was. I test drove the car that same day. They ALWAYS give you the car fax and also printed out a paper that showed all the recent information and work on the car. They make you feel very comfortable and do not pressure you at all. They also have car warranties which I purchased the 1 year. Not only did they do a phenomenal job fixing my car's breaks but i also called them about if they could fix a popped tire. They let me know that it was not covered but went out of their way to fix it anyways and I did not have to pay a single dollar. I would recommend them to anyone looking for decent used cars.

My Daughter needed some work done on her car and we got a quote. she is a busy young lady with college and work. She made an appointment, got a loaner, and had her car repaired without an issue. when the Mechanic found some other issues we were notified and made aware of the costs and given a choice as to whether to take care of them. We had an emission issue and Dave went right to the emission station and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks for the great work, we will continue to get our cars serviced at such a trustworthy dealership.

I was looking for a specific car which they had. The car was in very good + condition and we were able to agree on a purchase price. They were very helpful in getting the paperwork to register the car in Virginia. The staff was very courteous and made you feel like you made a new friend. I had a minor problem post-purchase and they stood by their car repairing it as necessary and quickly.

Just bought our second car from Ful-Line. My daughter bought her Santa Fe here a couple years ago and had a great experience, so when I was ready for a new car I knew just where to go. I made a great choice of a Honda Element with no pressure on the sale. Fabulous customer service when I showed up on a snowy night near closing time for a test drive since it was the only time I could fit in my schedule. Ive never had such a smooth experience with a car dealer, having 2 kids in their 20's we've been through our share of used cars. Thanks again Mike, Wendy and company, we will highly recommend you to anyone we know.

I was really impressed with Ful-Line Auto... they didn't try to "sell" me. They really listened to what I needed and showed me a lot of choices. All their cars had a "clean car fax," so I know what I was getting. They even let me take a car to my own mechanic to check it out! If you're looking for a reliable used car, this is the place to go. I didn't wind up buying a car right then, but I will certainly go back.

In early June 2012, my father and I drove 1.5 hr to the Ful-Line dealership as we had found a possible great deal on a 2002 Toyota Sienna. When both of us entered the dealership, a middle-aged woman (wife of the dealer owner) asked us in a very on-the-edge tone how she can help us. We asked about the Sienna van from cars.com and she gave us the key. We test drove the van and liked it very much. While test driving, we observed that one of the doors was jammed, and just needed to be fixed. When we came back into the office, we were definitely in for a surprise treatment. We told the lady we liked the van and if there was any flexibility in the price. She immediately appeared to very agitated. I stated to her that it was normal practice to negotiate a bit, and she said there was absolutely no room in the price, and that they had just reduced the price of the vehicle by $500 the day before. I explained to her that we spoke with the owner yesterday before driving all the way here and he had stated to us over the phone that there was some negotiating room in the price. At this time, the two male owners of the dealership walked in and almost started anging-upon both of us (myself and my father). They said that they wouldn be willing to reduce the price at all given the vehicle comes with a 75-day warranty. They sounded as if this warranty was some unique value (The dealers in this northeast region offer 90 days of warranty anyway) At this time, my father and I felt very frustrated, but nonetheless were still contemplating the purchase. Then my father just wanted to confirm if the jammed door would be included in this warranty in case it jams again, and the lady now in a completely impatient mode stated that o!I stated that your own warranty has power doors and locks included. At this time, this lady had the courage to tell us to LEAVE, as she apparently couldn't deal with us. We immediately walked out saying that we wouldn buy a car from a rude salesperson anyway.

I have bought 2 cars from Ful-Line Auto and referred several people there. Their customer service is top notch and the car buying experience is second to none. My first car was from their lot for my daughter. My second was a newer model that I bought as a direct buy, where I met with Dave and Mike and went over what I wanted and they purchased it from the auction. They are very fair on the price and the process went as they explained it would. I have had repair work done there and will only bring my car there. I saw another review where the person complained about a promotion they do for Find Rocky. It he wants to complain about saving $100 if you find the picture of the dog, well, the it shows people will complain about anything. There was no pressure from them either which I welcomed, very unlike other places I have been to years ago. I would 100% recommend buying a car at Ful-Line, very fair there.

I sent them an email asking them if they had a car available still, along with asking how their financing and pricing worked and they told me the car was no longer available and to check their website for a more up-to-date inventory. They didn't answer my other questions at all. I went to their website and they still have the car I was looking to buy on it, one week later. They don't update their inventory on their website or mark any cars as sold, that they've sold or took a deposit on. They try to 'hide' some stupid dog in their pictures that you're supposed to find and get a discount if you find it. When it's blocking important parts of the car the consumer wants to see, it's hard not to miss. I won't be wasting my time with these guys anymore.

internet says - "Price Includes 75 Day or 4500 Mile Warranty, 12 Month or 12,000 Mile Service Guarantee and a Carfax 2 Year Buy Back Guarantee", but you only get the internet price with the 75 day warranty - to get the full year you have to pay the price on the lot which is significantly higher! Interesting adcvertising.
