Called requesting a price to get some A/C work done on my truck. They said they would call back with the price, still waiting for their call. I went elsewhere to get my truck fixed. When it is time to purchase a new vehicle it won't be from Frisco Dodge

Worst experience ever buying a car-have had more drama and difficulty in the purchase of this car than I have ever had. From a three hour buying process, to having to have two different forms overnighted to me to complete the process, to taking six weeks to start the process to get my tags, to tacking on an addl $1200.00 warranty you are forced to buy if you want the car, to patronizingly stating she would highlight blue for "boy" and pink for "girl" so we would know where to sign like we're idiots. Will never buy here again, and will recommend to anyone that wants to know, DO NOT BUY HERE.

We live 2hrs away from this dealership. They posted a truck we were interested in online, we inquired about this truck BEFORE making the drive to Frisco. The internet salesman said they could make the deal and the truck for available.Low and behold....after the long drive, guess what, the truck was still there to look at but not available for sale, and they did not give a reason why. We were not happy and left empty handed.I would not trust them or make a long drive to do business with them.

Small location. They tack on fees if you do outside financing and also add charges only when you make offer and I'm not talking about TTL either. The car was used and still under factory warranty so they want to charge you a certification fee which was explained to be like an extended warranty except it's not optional. Was also disturbed that the sales manager would not directly address my wife even though she was the one shopping and signing for the car. It would take a lot to win us back as customers. The only good thing about the experience was Jesse the sales associate he was extremely helpful and had a wonderful personality.

I had plans to shop around for a new truck. My first and last stop was Frisco Chrysler Dodge. Salesman, Brock Gresham, did an excellent job finding a truck that met all my requests and needs. Definitely a friendly, welcoming place to buy a vehicle, lots of inventory. I test drove two different trucks and bought the third one i looked at--it had everything i was looking for in a truck! I am VERY PLEASED. Thank you, Brock and Frisco Chrysler Dodge for making it a great experience!

Saw 2013 Challenger R/T Redline online, used dealers quote tab to get their "special" price BUT NEVER received quote by email. On Saturday morning received call from salesman on my inquiry and that vehicle was still available. Once I arrived, I was shown vehicle and then told that CPO/ certification was separately priced than online asking price. So I verified with sales rep that 1. The asking price. 2. The certification price is additional from advertised price along with TT&L. In the end vehicle was overpriced and I advise to please,please read the fine print on how CPO's from this location are priced and advertised. I will not have any dealings with this place.

Buying a car is a very personal thing, its one of those things that will be with you for the rest of your life, even after the car has aged and your excitement about buying it has slipped into the background, but the people you meet during that experience will be a part of you forever, their treatment of you will live in the echoes of your mind long after the cars paint has faded and its something youve traded or passed on to a family member, so when you meet people like Salesman James Carr who kept me smiling and laughing throughout the entire process, or General Manager Shawn Swenson who was standing by my car with a smile waiting for me to take ownership for the first time, shook my hand with a friendly thank me, you quickly realize that this is something that will live with you for the rest of your life. I didnt just buy a car that day, I made friends. Frisco Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, is the only place I will ever buy another vehicle, because its the place where my friends work.

Today I purchased my first truck and the experience was excellent - from the first handshake by Josh and throughout the sales process. Relaxed qualification, informative information on range and models. Continued to review inventory options & physically viewed my choices - followed by professional negotiations with the sales manager Brad supporting. Non pushy negotiations with agreement reached on a very competitive price (which was in range of my budget). Background check and financing via Jimmy all made the experience very Customer friendly. As a sales director with 20 years experience this was exceptional Customer Service - the atmosphere, dealership appearance & friendly staff all confirmed i made an informed, discerning choice. I am delighted with my new Dodge RAM and sincerely thank Frisco JDR and Josh for the great buying experience

I called the dealership looking for someone to help me, and other than having a rough patch getting a fit with the right salesman, the buying experience in purchasing my Wrangler was excellent. Everybody is super friendly and helpful up there. They put me in a loaner jeep for a couple days until mine came in and I appreciated that. Scott is low-key, normal (lol), and not pushy at all. CD knows his stuff as far as parts and after the factory upgrades. I couldn't have picked better wheels or tires for my machine! Overall I am happy my purchasing experience and LOVE my JEEP!

This was the first time that I personally ordered a brand new truck to my exact liking. Even though I had to wait almost two months it was well worth it. Scott Harwerth was great to work with and answered all my questions plus some that I had about my 2016 RAM 1500 truck. Scott was the only reason I stuck with this dealership, he is very knowledgeable and to me a great asset to the Greenway Automotive Group which owns Frisco dodge. I feel that I received a good deal, not a great deal but an honest one. You have to remember that the dealership is there to make a profit and not just give their truck/cars away or they wont be in business very long. I did a lot of research and according to car websites I did get a good deal. So, would I shop there again, yes as long as I continue receive the service and customer care that has been offered to me.

The car prices were better than any other dealer around and Chris Lenges was very helpful online and in person. The trade in value I felt was a little low but they worked on the price to get me where I needed to be. I will definitely be shopping here again as long as Jeep keeps building quality vehicles.

I was very happy to have the opportunity to work with one of the Internet Managers, Felix at Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Felix, the Used Auto Manager and the Finance Manager made the purchase of my 2009 Infinity G37 the easiest auto buying experience ever. Felix made good on his word throughout the whole process. James Carr Exceeded my exceptions in the buying process. I contacted him, explained that i needed a car in 48 hours and he met my needs. Mr. Carr worked with me over the phone and when i arrived at the Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, i signed my paperwork with in 1 hour and was out the door. Highly recommend Mr. Carr as a sales representative and further more highly recommend Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership to anyone in the market for a great ride. We love out Overland and will be in the market for a Wrangler soon.

I took my Wrangler in because I noticed fluid leaking from under the dash on the passenger's side. After a quick chat with the service technician, he agreed that he thought the heater core had a leak. As he took notes on the issue, I informed the technician that I had an extended warranty. He made copies of the card and assured me that they dealt with extended warranties often. The next day I dropped my Wrangler off for service (I would have left it the prior evening, but all the rental car locations were closed). I was told it would be ready in approximately 24 hours. Nearly 96 hours later, I received a call from the dealership; however, I was in a meeting and unable to answer the phone. No voicemail was left. When I called the dealership back later, I was unable to speak with anyone who had any knowledge of the situation. I called three times and received the same general message. At one point I was even told to call back in 10 to 15 minutes because they were too busy to talk to me. After I got off work, I drove to the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told that the heater core was indeed leaking, along with a few other issues that they found. I authorized them to fix all that they found wrong. I was told it would take 48 hours to complete the repairs. I called the dealership 48 hours later to check only to get no answer (literally, no one would pick up the phone). Once again, I drove the the dealership to check on status of the vehicle and was told it would be ready the next day because the service tech broke some clips that had to be ordered. 24 hours later I called to see if it was ready only to have no one answer the phone. Driving to the dealership a third time, my vehicle was finally finished. When I went to pay and I brought up the warranty, the technician that I had been dealing with the entire time told me that this was the first he had heard of a warranty. I reminded him that he made copies of the card on my very first visit. I spoke to the service department manager and was basically accused of lying about the warranty. I was told that it was his tech's word against mine and I would have to take it up with my extended warranty company. (So much for the good ol' days of the customer always being right...) The only reason I am giving them two stars rather than one is because they were willing to pay for my rental car. What started as a one day rental turned into eight. And yes, I had to call the company each day to extend my rental for another 24 hours.

Tried to buy a 2014 Ram at the advertised price on cars.com, was led on by internet sales department until I was ready to buy. Then I was informed that the truck had over $1500.00 in add-on's, the truck in the photo was not the same truck.

First time EVER that my husband and I have bought a vehicle without having to shop 3 different dealers. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted at the terms we wanted at our first stop. Gorgeous dealership!!! Very professional staff. Met 3 different managers, and all were so friendly. Definitely gave off a family friendly vibe. They truly put their customers first. After extensive search for a Wrangler we were able to locate it in Frisco. We were a little apprehensive on making that drive from Waxahachie, but we really wanted a specifically equipped Wrangler. Needless to say we made the trip, and honestly it was the best decision we could have made. We were greeted by their General Sales Manager Todd. He brought us inside and took over the deal from the very beginning. We have never had a sales experience as easy. I can assure you that we will be coming back to Frisco Dodge e we need a vehicle. Beautiful establishment, amazing personal, and great selection.
