I brought a Pontiac Gt6 from them and the first week I got it the car started giving me problems. When I press the gas to go it would hesitate and then jerk and go.. It only did this when I came to a complete stop and when I press the gas to go. I took my car to Amaco and they said I needed a transmission, the warranty people did as well. Paul at friendly auto said they would fix it but never did. They had my car all summer and it's still doing the same thing I dropped it off for back in May. They also said they fixed my brake (abs) issue but that's doing the same thing to. They also changed my tires out and gave me messed up ones.. They gave me two loaner cars to drive that didn't match what I brought and my husband messed up one but I've been doing everything I'm suppose to including paying my car payments. I've had loaner cars for nothing cause my car still isn't fix. They say they did me a favor but all they done was lie to me especially when I've been nothing but upfront and honest with them. Can someone pls help me.

I had the BEST experience at Friendly Auto Gallery! I spent all summer searching for a dependable car that I both like and could afford (I'm a single mom). Having searched the city for two months, I was becoming less than optimistic. On the advice of a coworker, I looked at Friendly's website and found several cars I liked. Despite the fact that the dealership was not close to my house, I went to test drive those cars that weekend and drove home in a really nice Land Rover. The salesman was really nice, and actually knew a lot about cars. The financing was quick, easy, and very reasonable (They matched me with Gateway One Lending). I am a VERY happy customer, and I'll definitely make all future purchases with Friendly Auto Gallery.

Wow, here once again. After buying my first car from these guys, only two months later it was totaled in an accident and I was once again in search of a new car. I didn't even bother to look around, I went right back and told them what happened and they actually were able to find me the same car! I am truly grateful to the whole staff for going out of there way for me. These guys are truly the best and highly recommended.

We worked with Paul to buy a 2015 Subaru Outback for thousands less than it would have been at a Subaru dealership. Not only was it a no pressure atmosphere, Paul went out of his way to help us get the car at a price and payment that worked for us. If you are looking for a used car you should definitely give these guys a look!

My car was not doing so well and my parents found a car here and two days later it was mine. I had been to a few dealers and when you tell them you are just looking they will seriously not leave you alone. Here both Mitch and Cardoso were super friendly and didn't pressure me to buy for one second. They kindly worked with me and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! These guys are truly a friendly auto gallery.

I just got in from buying a car from these guys. Seeing a car I wanted, my wife and I set aside some money and the next day set out to pick it up. The dealer wanted more than we had, but a little negotiating got us to a price we could both stand and me on my way home in a car I've wanted for some time.

This company really lives up to there name. Everyone here is so friendly. From the time I put my application online, I got a call from Mr. Gelson the next day and he made my buying process sweatless. He told me don't worry about anything and that he promised me that everything was gonna be fine and that he would get me into a vehicle and for some reason I believed him and had peace with the whole process. I'm happy to say that I drove home my GT6 convertible yesterday 3/15/16, Mr Gelson kept his promise. All I had to do was go there sign papers and get my keys to my car!!! Thank u Mr. Gelson and Friendly Auto Gallery and Joanna, she was nice and helpful too. I would highly recommend these guys...

Looking high and low for a used car for my college daughter. Went to look at another car on the lot. Daughter didn't like so we looked at another car on the lot. Felt like we got a good deal and the car was in immaculate condition. Paul the owner was great to work with and the salesrep was as well.

Our experience at Friendly Auto Gallery was great. The staff was friendly,their name most definitely describes them. They made us feel welcome by offering our son a hot chocolate and we felt comfortable there. Every car we drove was in great condition. Garren is very knowledgeable, courteous, business friendly and willing to work with his customers. The Ford Edge was the vehicle of choice and Garren made sure the vehicle was in good condition before leaving the lot.

I was actually in the market for a vehicle at visited this lot. I truly believed that Garrin was on the up and up, but found out differently. Upon test driving and looking over the vehicle, I took the car for diagnostic. There were a few issues that were found by a reputable and objective dealership. I introduced these issues with Garrin. Instead of agreeing to fix a "couple" of these problems, he chose to patchwork the problem and past the cost on to me. This was proposed without even reducing the price. I found that a couple of the issues were known by him initially, but he hadn't been forthcoming. He's NOT reputable at all!!

I have bought over 20 cars in my years and at best the experience was "ok". We called friendly auto gallery and talked to Natalie about a car we saw online and the entire conversation was answering the questions that my wife and I had, not once feeling she was pushing for a sale. We missed out on several vehicles that were listed for sale but Natalie would follow up with cars that were similar to what we were looking for. We finally made our way to the dealership and all I can say is wow. We have always bought from larger dealers so we didn't expect the quality of vehicles, the staff is so upbeat, and the process was painless. Natalie and her staff are truly the best at what they do. I have never had such a great experience.

Garren is amazing. He is low pressure, knowledgeable, professional, personable and honest.... yes a car salesman that is honest. The credit process is fast and very simple and I was approved even with bad credit. Hands down the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I just recently seen a dodge challenger on cars.com from this dealer and its been about 2 weeks now still no picture. I called the dealer and told him I was interested when I first seen the add because I'm loking for a car for my teenage sons to share. this was on a Friday and he told me pictures would be on the web by tuesday that the car was in detail shop, i said Ok . the following Saturday after the tuesday I drove to cummings from Ellijay ga to look at the car and it wasnt on the lot. I ask if he still had the car and he told me it was in the detail shop and it would definetly be there on Monday or Tuesday of this week which is weeek of 8-11-14. I looked yesterday 8-14-14 still no p[ictures of the car on the web so I called the dealer and he said its in detail shop and if you want to come by this evening which is thursday 8-14-14 it should be on the lot. I live in Ellijay which is about 50 miles away so I'm not drivng over there not knowing if the car is there or not. I ask the guy if the car had been wrecked and he said no just getting detailed. i'm sorry, but it dont take 2 weeks to detail a car. I'm looking on his web page today still no pictures of the challenger on line for me to look at. So i'm kinda disappointed. I cant drive 50 miles to see something that might or might not be there when I get there. I just wish he would post pictures of the car if he truly has one so I could look at it online before I drive 50 miles it not be what I'm looking for.

I was looking for a first vehicle for my teenage daughter. I saw a vehicle on line at Friendly Auto Gallery. The sales team was more than helpful to me. My daughter had me convinced to purchase her a Mustang. The gentleman Garren that was helping me with a purchase took me to the side and explained about auto insurance and her age. He himself is a parent and had more vehicle knowledge to tell me this was a mistake. He ended up selling me Honda Civic which is more practical. For his honesty I will never purchase elsewhere again.
