I had the unique experience of working with sales, service, and auto reconditioning all in the first month... As a Lebanon, Pa native we have bought 4 cars from Frederick over the course of 20 years, most recently, my wife and I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 from the Hershey location. Both Tom and Mitch were consummate professionals- patient, thorough in their process, and ultimately made the sales process a win for all. Not 2 weeks later, I ran over a discarded piece of metal in an alleyway, and was in and out with a new tire in less than an hour. Finally, I inadvertently coated the car with redwood stain while painting a fence- my new car! Frederick's inspected, recommended, scheduled, and executed a refurbishing at exactly the price quoted, even though I'm sure the job took longer than expected.As consumers today, price is always considered to be the most important factor. To me, it's about value. Frederick Certified Pre-owned and its staff truly understand that concept, and make what can be some of the worst potential experiences in a drivers week an absolute joy. Full kudos to management for developing a customer oriented culture and bringing value to our experience. I recommend them without hesitation to all.

My 2013 Ford Taurus SHO was totaled and I found a replacement, of all places, at Frederick Chevrolet. I worked with Matt Kessler and he was great. I'm a couple of hours away in NJ so Matt took extra pictures and even had it driven to the local Ford dealer so I could have it inspected. I'd highly recommend working with Matt and the team. Process was very easy and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The car was cleaned with a full tank and ready to go. Thanks for making this a great experience.

Matt Kessler was the best guy I could have asked to work with. I trusted him almost instantly because of how much he was working with me. I traveled and hour and half just to buy my car there because I just couldn't pass up the service I was given. I highly suggest people to go to this dealership and talk to Matt Kessler. I brought my 2011 Chevy Equinox in for a regular oil change, a factory recall, tire rotation, radiator flush and new coolant, and a rear wiper blade replaced. I always bring my vehicle to this dealer's service repair shop because I know they will give me a good price, and will take care of my vehicle for me. I have always been pleased with their services. They told me the service would take about 1 1/2-2 hours and they were correct. Their waiting room is pleasant. The only complaint I have is they should fix the door of the waiting room so that it does not slam shut, but closes slowly.

We purchased a 2500 chevrolet silverado pickup truck. I had prearranged a date for my husband to meet a particular salesman at Whitmoyer chevrolet, where we had purchased a 3500 diesel truck earlier in the year and had a good experience. I had told him what we were looking for earlier in the week and he had assured me he had trucks to show my husband at their appt time. When he went they had nothing to show him. I then took a chance and called Frederick chevrolet and spoke with Eli who was an exceptional man to deal with. By 4 hours later we drove off the lot with exactly what we wanted. It was 3 days before christmas and yet Fredericks staff stayed 30 minutes late on a saturday to ensure our delivery and our satisfaction. Very good experience. Thank you Eli and Frederick chevrolet.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done in no time at all. The next morning, the check engine light came on. I called service soon after opening time and they had me in at 330pm - the earliest I could make it. A part that has a history of wearing out had worn out, causing the check engine light to activate. The part was in stock and replaced in no time at all. The part - with its carryover defect from the Aveo days - was the cause of not-so-great engine performance over the past months. Thanks to the experience of the Frederick service department, I have a car back to good performance.

Customer service was great. Answered all my questions. Great trade in value on my truck. Friendly and outgoing staff. Only complaint is the last minute changes to the deal. APR changed from original deal an the wrong extended warranty was marked on my paperwork. But they made it right an apologize for the errors an made the right. Love my new truck an will recommend to other people.

I brought in my Saturn Ion 1 for warranty replacement of the ignition switch. The part was ordered and received in a timely manner. I received a follow up call to schedule installation. On the day of the service I was promptly served in a timely manner and the work was done in an appropriate amount of time with a call to tell me my vehicle was ready. The service agent explained to me what and why the work needed to be done. A coupon card was left in the car. I plan on bringing my car to Frederick for future service.

Age and health have greatly reduced our driving so many months pass before routine service visits are due for my two and a half year old 2012 Chevy Impala. I am pleased that a weak spot on a tire was noticed during tire rotation ...(although, of course, I am not pleased that remedying this potential hazard will cost me). So thanks to Frederick personnel for discovering this problem and also to Pete who was so very helpful in arranging for a replacement tire.

I ordered a 2014 Silverado 4 X 4 standard cab WT1500 long bed pick up in June 2013. I picked it up at the dealer on Monday September 9th 2013. It was a long wait but it is a totally different truck then the 2008 Silverado that I traded in. It has been completely redesigned and as always I look at every detail on the truck topside and underside. The entire suspension has been painted or coated and I see no rusty parts any where on the undercarriage. This is a huge improvement over the 2008. Also the cab is quieter and the doors are tighter at the top so I hear no road noise or wind like the 2008. The 2008 was an awsome truck but this is a huge improvement. I like that you can still get manual windows and a manual shift transfer case and still have the comfort of the cloth seats and the My Link infotainment system in a work truck. I have a need for only the basics in a truck and the black grille and bumpers with the Brownstone Metallic paint are a nice looking combination. In a nut shell I can think of nothing that I do not like on my new 2014 Chevrolet Silverado WT 1500 regular cab 4 X 4 long bed pick up. It is a top quality vehicle and economically priced for the needs of normal everyday use. Simplicity at it finest with all the fit and function.

We set out on a mission to buy a Chevy Cruze. The first one we looked at, ended up getting sold while we were there. Our salesman, Chuck Allwein, then said he would find us a Cruze that had everything we wanted. He did so on a Friday night, from a "sister" dealership. Ran numbers, did credit checks, followed by hand shakes, you bought a car. Then comes the following Monday and we find out that the car Chuck had found us, was previously sold and not marked as sold on the computer. Needless to say, we were disappointed. Chuck said not to worry, he was already working on finding us another one. In which he did that afternoon. All in all, from the highs to the lows, it all worked out and we are very happy with our purchase.

Hmm. Let's see what is my story. Well I have the cobalt and the s 10 and somehow they come due together for inspection. So we brought them in together. Three Lincoln Town Cars listed by Cars.com were given my serious consideration. I chose to deal with Frederick's first due to the color of the car and its history provided by AutoCheck. The personnel I encountered were friendly, professional, and interested in making a deal. What pleased me most was that I was promised a full refund of my money or total repair costs of any conditions my mechanic would discover upon his inspection. I am a widow who lives a 2 1/2 hr. drive from the dealership. Due to some body work that was needed and oil and cabin filter changes as well, Frederick's offered to deliver the car to my home upon completion. This was another big plus. The trade of my 2000 Lincoln Town Car would provide return transportation. The car was delivered in excellent condition and inspected by my mechanic within hours of its arrival. He stated that he was pleasantly surprised to inform me that I had purchased a very fine automobile. The only negative condition he noted was that all four tires had dry rot and were cracking. It would be necessary to replace them before winter. The car had a 90 day/3000 mile guarantee but this unfortunately, did not include the tires. At the time of purchase Frederick's was willing to transfer the two, brand new front tires and the two snow tires I had used for one season to the new car, but ther difference in wheel size would not allow this. Therefore, $250 credit was extended to purchase new snow tires as the other tires were stated to be good. My mechanic discovered that they were not. Frederick's was not willing to grant an additional tire allowance, and this was my only disappointment.

On July 17th, I brought my 2011 Chevy Equinox in for Pa State Inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Chevy Equinox LTZ. The service department at Frederick is superior and the work performed is very satisfactory. My salesperson Rick Barlow, was very helpful and instrumental me purchasing my new 2013 Chevy Equinox. He worked hard at seeing looked after and also the dealer interests. I have one complaint about the Finance person, Belinda, spoke to me about purchasing the GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty, I stated I was not interested in purchasing Gap Insurance or the Extended Warranty. She would not take no as an answer and kept pushing, then went as far to state, if I did not purchase those items I would be charged for the work I had done on the 2011 Chevy Equinox that day, which the salesman said there would be no charge for since I was trading it on the 2013 Equinox. I could not believe Belinda said that to me, it was very unprofessionally and it reflected poorly on the dealership. I felt she was threatening me; buy this or this is what will happen. Fortunately for me the salesman was there while this was taken place, stepped forward said he would take care of the bill.

My new Volt had a couple of small issues to fix and Frederick made this as painless as possible.... After the parts were ordered, I just had to show up, and keys for a loaner car were waiting for me. Courteous, efficient personnel performed the small amount of paper work, and off I went to my work. Pick up in the evening was very convenient since Frederick provides an after hours pick up service in the sales show room. The folks there made me feel like family, and I am not the sort to say such a thing lightly.

I met Kirk Newcomer, randomly, playing golf at my local club here in Ocean City Maryland. I guess it was meant to be. My wife and I had been looking for a new Sequoia and would you know it this random nice guy I meet playing golf sells Toyotas. We talk over the next couple hours on the course and by the end of the weekend Kirk found exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Everything happened fast, he took our trade, gave us a great price on the new truck, and even drove it down to deliver it within the week. I was in the market for a new vehicle. Not even thinking of Chevrolet brand.I was favoring the European brands. One day while removing some things from my old vehicle, I came across Kirks business card. (I ran into him locally a few months ago & he remembered me from 2007 when I purchased an ATV from him. After some friendly small talk we exchanged cards.) I decided to look him up on the web, to see what he could tell me about the Chevy line up (also after the way he had treated me during the purchase of the ATV I figured the least I could do was treat him to lunch sometime) When I contacted him he was getting ready to leave for the day and asked If he could return my call in a few minutes. HE CALLED ME BACK ON HIS DRIVE HOME! I probably kept him on the phone for an hour & a half attempting to narrow down my choice of cars. He was the nicest fella. Not once did he make me feel as if I was taking too much of his time. Once I chose the vehicle I thought was right, Kirk even met up with me after work to show me what he had found & discuss options. Little did I know that the Car I had chosen was in New Jersey & he spent his day off driving there to pick it up for me. AT that point I was as anxious as a child on Christmas eve. However due to my schedule I would be unable to take delivery of the vehicle for at least a week and a half. Kirk had the vehicle ready with all of the aftermarket options I'd ordered. Knowing I was tied up with previous engagements & obligations, He spoke to my wife & set up the delivery on a Saturday evening (a week & a half earlier than expected) in the middle of an event I was hosting. At that point. All of my close friends were gathered around at the event, when a low growl came down the lane to where the event was taking place. It was Kirk & my wife, very eager to surprise me with my new Synergy green Chevy Camaro SS. I was completely taken aback. I know kirk had to be on his own personal time since it was 8:00pm on a Saturday night. But he knew how excited about this car I was & went completely out of his way to surprise me! I had stopped in with 3 other local Chevrolet dealerships looking at cars & had a hard time getting any assistance at all, So I left the dealership. One E-mail to Kirk, and before I knew It I had my Rock-star car being delivered to me in rock-star fashion!

My situation was a little different since I had to drive a 150 miles to get the vehicle (due to availability issues for the particular build). I dealt with Kirk from the beginning which was just a phone call and I was able to work everything out. Kirk was also able to get the financing set up before I get to the dealership so I don't waste too much time there. Once I got to the dealership, the staff was super friendly. Kirk explained to me in detail everything about the truck I just purchased (I don't think I even asked one question). My husband found Frederick via the internet and Kirk communicated very well...which led us to their showroom in Lebanon, PA. Belinda listened to us and got us to a monthly payment that WE wanted. Kirk even drove to our house to sign needed papers since we couldn't make it back to their showroom. They really were very honest and helpful and would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a car purchase!

I have shopped at several dealerships in the past, and have been treated with indifference, and even rudeness. Not so with Kirk Newcomer. He was very friendly, and thorough in dealing with me. He had a personal touch(unlike most dealerships I have dealt with), answered any and all questions that I had, and made me feel important. I was a little nervous as I was trading in a car that was sentimental to me. Even though I like to try out a different car each time, I would gladly be a repeat customer of this dealership. I hope it never changes, or that Kirk leaves.

Frederick has changed my opinion of car shopping. I was dreading shopping for a new car. The staff at Frederick made it simple and fun! I didn want to waste my time running around to various dealerships. Kirk Newcomer was willing to talk to me before I came in. He was up front and honest about how he could help my family. He didn hassle or pressure me to look at something I didn want or couldn afford. The staff is very courteous, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with our new vehicle and our experience with Frederick!
