The worst car buying experience I have ever had.
The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I instructed the the closing department that I live in Kentucky. They told me no there's no problem. I find out when I get it licensed in Kentucky that took the wrong amount of money out for the tax. In addition, Should never charge me a sales tax at all due to the fact that Kentucky charges me sales tax direct. Then they charged me for calling a few times for my insurance card. Took the money from the tax that was incorrectly issued to me. So so I have filed a complaint the Tennessee department of Commerce.... Please be aware of this dealership
Good Experience... Good people... Good purchase
I purchased the 2011 Nissan Maxima a couple weeks ago, and I was very pleased with my experience.Steve and Greg were very knowlegable about sales. They worked with me to get a decent deal for the car I really wanted and needed. The overall staff/ co workers were courteous, also the office and car lot was very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership on Murfreesboro rd. Franklin, TN to my friends and co workers. The only thing I would suggest is the salesman go into more detail about the internal condition of car's engine and accidents reported on the carfax report...other than that, it's an awsome dealership! They will work with you. * SPECIAL THANKS to:Leo, Steven F., and Finance Specialist-Greg.Sincerely,Ed Austin
Worst car buying experience ever! Brought Durango back same day I purchased it as the AC stopped working. Service department admittedly lied about the progress of the service for 21 days! After finally getting the vehicle back; I dont even have floor matts! Instead of them trying to make a bad experience better; they can't even give me the floor matts I paid for. Pathetic!
I first purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited on December 31, 2015. Anthony Bush was my salesman. I first spoke to him over the phone. Since my credit wasn't all that gr8, I was unsure if I was able to purchase a vehicle from there. Since numerous others turned me down after explaining my credit situation and providing my credit score. After speaking with Anthony for a few days, he assured me I was approved for a new vehicle. I drove from Murfreesboro to Franklin and was met with Anthony. I was very impressed by his experience as a car salesman how he was not a pushy salesman and wanted to help in any way. I wanted to purchase another vehicle but had to work on my credit. So after getting my score from the low 500'self to 699, I made a phone call and spoke with Anthony Bush and told him what I was looking for and how much down I was willing to put down. Within 2 days I drove back and purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 C. Anthony made sure everything went smooth and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He even offered to bring the car to me, but however with my work schedule, that wouldn't work. He takes pride in his job and takes care of his customers, especially returning customers. I would greatly recommend Anthony Bush to anyone who is wanting to purchase a vehicle from Franklin Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.
My dream car
My experience was above and beyond. My salesman Stephen Farrar worked with us and made sure I had everything I wanted in my jeep. I can't thank him enough! I have finally gotten my dream car!! Thank you!
My new Journey
Just a few short words to tell how much I enjoyed my experience at your dealership. My salesman Stephen Farrar was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to see that I received everything that needed to be done on my new Journey. Service needed to be done and was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, I would rate my experience as very pleasant (all 10"s) and would consider your dealership for future purchases.Thank you,Peggy Thurber
Great experience having my car serviced here! brought my car in for maintenance (oil change, new air filter and tire rotation) was waiting in service and they got my car taken care of much faster than expected. Clean waiting area, friendly and courteous staff. Will definitely be back!
bought a new Trailhawk from Anthony Bush
Had a amazing time with Anthony He made the process of buying easy and didn't try to take advantage of me like Gary Mathews in Clarksville. I'm so happy with my new vehicle
Buy your next car from Anthony Bush
Anthony was honest straight forward with me he didn't waste my time and it made my car buying process easy
Bought a Jeep from Anthony Bush... Amazing
Anthony Bush was amazing full of energy and made the process quick and easy.
Had a amazing time with Anthony Bush and Adam
I bought a lifted Jeep and had a great time With Anthony Bush. I't was amazing.
Amazing first time buying experience!!!!
Anthony Bush was amazing he made the process so simple. I couldn't ask for a better salesman.
Lee Beene - Go See Him for Your Next Car!
I recently visited the Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and salesman Lee Beene was great to work with. Lee was on top of things, made the process a pleasant one, and we found just the right car!
They tell you other parts need replaced and if you ask no questions you pay. They wanted to replace timing belt for $500.00. After asking several questions and asking to see the part it happened to be ok
Lee Beene - Great buying experience!
I enjoyed buying my car here. No pressure! Allowed me to take the time I needed to make my decision! I'm glad I found this dealer and the Jeep I've always wanted!
They easiest car buying process with Anthony Bush
Anthony Bush was so fun to work with. We had a amazing time and bought the right car at a amazing price. He was very kind not pushing just for the sale he really listened to what I told him and he picked the right car the first time. If you go to Franklin Chrysler I definitely recommend Anthony.
Best car buying experience ever
Had a amazing time with Anthony Bush purchasing my new Grand Cherokee Summit. The process was very simple and easy
Excellent service! No pressure!
Showed up to look at a used Jeep. Was planning on buying but felt no pressure to make quick decisions. I would definitely recommend Lee Beene!! None of that slimy sales guy stuff. He's attentive and professional and makes the buying experience easy and enjoyable!
I was well guided by the sales person. He understood what was looking for and he help me find the right car for me.
Easy, No hassle process
Came in for an appointment with Blake. Process of buying was extremely comfortable. No high pressure. Communication was excellent. Trade process was even easier.
I came in with poor credit and not a lot of money with high hopes to trade in my 1994 Ranger and have it make a difference in the price. Chris Wojnar was amazing in helping my stubborn self decide on a 2016 Chrysler 200 which I have really come to love! Awesome customer service, very patient, and very helpful!
Salesman Was Totally Rude
Salesman just went off on me on the phone after he made a lowball offer for my trade in, and I questioned him about it. If the other sales staff is like him, then I would avoid this dealership.
We recently purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 From Chris Wojnar. It was a great experience. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get into a new car. Everyone was friendly and helpful and Ira helped us in the paperwork process, Steve gave Danielle a comprehensive explanation of how the car worked. We are so happy we came in when we did and plan on future purchases and have recommended this dealership to our family and friends. Thank you all again for all your help and guidance.
Krysta Pomin- Best car sales person ever!
Krysta was patient and never pushy- very persistent in finding me the exact car i was looking for. Her timely follow through was exceptional and far exceeded other dealers I had been to. What better feeling than to buy a car from a Veteran combat medic! Thank you Krysta for serving the country and our soldiers!
Fantastic Car Buying Experience!
I cannot say enough great things about Franklin CDJR! Everyone went above and beyond to make this experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Our Sales Associate Krista was phenomenal!
Great customer service
Great experience working with Anthony, loved the enthusiasm he showed!!!!
Extremely wonderful & easy service!
Krystal Pomin was an amazing sales lady. The experience has been absolutely wonderful. The experience with the permi plate was awesome, setting a 81,000 Hellcat on fire & wiping it back to new was Extreme! The overall experience was painless with Krysta Pomin & Ira Mike Smith III & they have been very informative about everything.
Excellent buying experience
We have bought two vehicles from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram over the past 5 years and have had excellent experiences both times. This most recent purchase we worked with Krysta in sales and bought a 2016 RAM 2500. Krysta was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the exact vehicle that we wanted. We were given an exceptionally good value for our trade and the final price on the new truck was right in line with what we were hoping for. The only thing they could possibly improve on is to somehow acquire more land for a larger lot. In Franklin, that's going to be very hard to do. Overall we are very pleased.
I went into the dealership on the fence about buying a new vehicle. After dealing with Chris Wojnar I was sold. Chris's knowledge on the Wrangler model was impressive and helped me feel comfortable buying the vehicle. He got me the price I wanted, the trade in value I wanted, and even worked in a couple things like tint and weather matts to sweeten the deal a little. At no point did I feel pressured. Buying a car should be an exciting experience and it was for me because I was comfortable and trusted Chris. I walked out with a New 2016 Wrangler, leaving behind my 2015 Mustang GT, and couldn't of been happier. If you want to purchase a vehicle I recommend this dealership and specifically Chris Wojnar. You won't regret it.
Best car buying experience!!
It was totally great experience buying a car at this dealer shop. Customers service was great by Jordan William, he helped us very much, very kind person and humorous.
I love my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
I had a great experience at this dealership. Krysta was extremely helpful and patient and stayed well past closing hours. I never felt rushed even though i was there for 5+ hours. The best part was driving away in my new Jeep Wrangler.
Best car buying experience.
I went into the dealership to purchase a new Jeep and had Krysta as a sales rep and she was the main reason for me deciding to get a Jeep that day... she was very knowledgeable and very outgoing and really made us feel welcome and not just another potential sale.... Thanks Krysta.... we will refer anybody to buy a car or truck from you....
extremely poor service
The buying process was not applicable because they had no parts in stock for a broken alternator on my Chrysler 300 (2012). The wanted me to buy a new car instead of wait two days to get a new alternator when I was on my way to Michigan. Had to get an Autozone alternator installed at the dealer so I could finally get home after a stay in a motel in Franklin. Told them I got to the motel via a tow truck...and my car got to the dealer via a tow truck. Glad the tow trucks work in Franklin!
Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had
I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 75th Edition on 4/10/2016 at the Franklin Jeep Dealership. Brian Hicks was my Sales Specialist and he was absolutely fantastic! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was so grateful for the genuine approach that Brian took. His follow-up was timely, he was prepared, and was never pushy. Brian was so patient with me and devoted his full attention to making it a positive experience. Additionally, Michael the Sales Manager and Amy the Finance Director were excellent! Who knew a car buying experience could be fun! They took the time to answer my questions, explain information to me in-detail, and most importantly, made me feel like an extremely valued customer. Not to mention, they worked with me to on getting a fair trade-in value for my Honda and a competitive bottom line for my new vehicle. I would and will recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family and look forward to continuing to work with them for routine services. Thank You for making my experience a great one!
Management strives to satisfy
After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase.
I bought a car had it for 2 months then they called me and said my financing wasn't going thru but they told me the day I bought my car that it was finalized after paying for gas and insurance for 2 months I had to return the car don't buy from these people and every time I called to talk to the finance manager he was busy or wasn't there
I contacted the dealer about a used SUV and set up a time when I was having my truck serviced to drive. The salesman was very responsive, got to dealership early to meet me on my schedule. I had done my research on the SUV based on information provided on thier internet ad, in hind sight that data was not completely accurate so my offer may have been a little low. However the asking price was high along with the processing fees. The manager never offered to come off of the asking price and with the high fees I decided not to buy from this dealership. Also based on a discussion with the salesman about cost of maintenance It appears that they are a little high on service costs so I am now reconsidering where I have my truck serviced. I have been pleased with the service department in the past but there may be a lower cost solution.
A great experience!
Run, don't walk to this dealership for a positive, pleasant new car buying experience! But, remember to ask for Aontony Bush! He is very knowledgable and his approach to finding you the perfect vehicle is top notch. Thank you, Aintony!!!!!
Keith Moulton is the BEST!!!
My company sends us an email that gives us certain perks when we are interested in going on a vacation, on cell phone plans and when looking for a car. Generally I ignore these emails but on a whim I opened it up and saw the car buying program. I bought myself a car back in July 2015 and told my husband we would get him a car in 2016. Out of curiosity, I typed in my husband's dream vehicle. The first one that popped up was exactly what he wanted and at a phenomenal price. I have never done an Internet inquiry for a car before but I thought why not. Within about 10 minutes Keith Moulton contacted me about my inquiry. There were not any pictures of the Jeep I was asking about so I asked Keith to send me a few. Several minutes later Keith called me back and told me that the Jeep I was interested in had been sent to auction that morning. It was the only one that I was interested in because it met every criteria I was looking for for a surprise for my husband. A few days later, Keith called me and told me that he could get the car back for me to look at if I wanted to. Because I had not seen even a picture of the Jeep, I didn't want to put them out expense wise to get the vehicle back. But Keith went ahead and had the Jeep brought back to the dealership. Keith called me to let me know that it was back and sent pictures for me to look at, it was perfect! At this point, I had to let my has been in on the surprise because I was getting it for him and I wanted it to be exactly what he wanted. And it was! We made arrangements to meet Keith to see the vehicle on Saturday, December 26, 2015. I had already filled out an online finance application just in the event it was what we wanted. After we arrived at the dealership and test drove the Jeep, I knew by the look in my husbands eyes, this was the ONE. Keith had everything ready and even discounted the vehicle more than it was already discounted. There were a couple of minor things that we had to asked about getting repaired and Keith was like "absolutely!" It did not take long to buy the vehicle and be on our way. I highly recommend Franklin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone who is looking for a very good car buying experience and I especially recommend Keith Moulton!!! In my nearly 30 years of driving and buying vehicles, I have never had such a pleasurable experience!!!!
My friends neighbor Mike Maimone really reached out when he didn't have to this past weekend. I was leaving my friends house when mike stopped me and was talking about how we works for jeep. He gave me his card and told me to call and let him know when I need an oil change or just a routine check-up, and he would make sure I get the best experience and customer service. I had never spoken to mike before, so that told me that he goes above and beyond for his job and shows pride.
Amazing and very professional service.
Mary Kay Montroy and Michael Maimone were the product specialist that sold my wife and I a new car the last week of October 2015. They were both very professional. They were amazing to work with. This was the best buying experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am truly grateful to have had Mary Kay and Michael Maimone as my Sales Associates.I will highly recommend my friends to buy their next purchase from here.Anyone out there looking to purchase a vehicle in the near future I highly recommend you see Mary Kay or Michael Maimone for your best buying experience. THANK YOU for everything! William Christie
The Best around!
I bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from these fine people. It was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. They were all professional and tended to my guidelines. I believe they realize it was MY money I was spending and they wanted to be aware of how to best serve me. If they keep doing that type of business with that type of spirit, I'll keep coming back when I'm in the market to a vehicle. Well done George and Co.
I have been a die hard Ford customer for 35 years. I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from Blake Lorick at Franklin Dodge and had a great experience. Blake is not the typical "car salesman." He expressed great concern that the car was the right fit and exhibited great patience throughout the purchase phase. He was committed to working patiently and always seem to under promise and over deliver. He was very dialed in to vehicle features and packages. Blake's knowledge and demeanor made this purchase a positive one. Definitely worth a visit.
I have had the absolute best experience at this dealership!! The costumer service, the expertise of employees, the quality of service, and the warm and inviting atmosphere, makes this dealership a pleasure to visit. The employees were so unbelievably nice and helpful when I needed to service my car! Not to mention they are very involved with the community. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer
Our salesman Ken Grudge was very personable and helpful. He worked with us to get the best deal possible. He seemed very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchase.
Unorganized and unprofessional
I found a car on this website. I called them and asked if it was still available. They said it was and to come on down to test drive it. I came down on my lunch break that very same day and low and behold-the car was in the shop and needed a new engine! The the used car manager proceeded to tell me how made the Volkswagen Eos are and that I should look at their other overpriced crap. I told him no thanks and thanks for lying to me on the phone. Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never go back.
What can I say about a dealership service department that loses a car? That was just the case with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Franklin TN. We scheduled an appointment over ten days out for a software update recall. We delivered our Jeep the day before to ensure our vehicle would be in cue the next day. After not hearing anything all day, we called to determine the status of the repair. When we called, they did not have any record of our vehicle. At first they argued with us about having the Jeep. When we finally got a manager, he conceded the vehicle was there, just they did not know where. It took them almost an hour to call back to let us know they had found our car. They completed the software update in approximately 20 minutes, after telling us it would take a few hours the day we dropped it off. They went further and contradicted the actual recall notice saying it was wrong. When we picked up the car, they were apologetic, but offered nothing for our trouble. To add insult to injury, we received a robo e-mail asking about experience offering a free car wash. They should have done that at the time they knew the mess they made. We are so disgusted, we are contemplating trading our Jeep for some other brand of car. We will at least use a new dealership for any future service.
We were vacationing in Nashville when we had a problem with. Our Jeep Grand Cherokee . We called the dealership and Mike Pollard, service advisor, arranged to have repairs done immediately. Service was quick and excellent. Everyone was very friendly and outgoing. Special thanks to Mike, Bill Lowman service director and Blake Lorick sales consultant. And to Ronnie Hancock for shuttling half our group to downtown during the repair! Highly recommend this dealership!
Excellent service and attitude. We were on vacation and the day before we were due to leave our oil gauge sounded a warning. We called the dealership and service advisor Mike Pollard got us in immediately. The repair was done quickly and extremely well. Thanks to Mike, Bill Lowman service director and Blake Lorick sales consultant for wonderful southern hospitality!
Personable, professional sales team...
I stopped in to test drive a wrangler on memorial day planning to go test drive a Honda CRV next. I quickly knew this jeep was for me and looked no further. My salesman, Wille Epps was professional, personable, and highly knowledgeable about the jeep. He patiently answered all my questions (and I had many) and he and the other members of the sales team made my car buying experience easy and fun ! I highly recommend Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep to anyone in the market to buy !!
Bought a 2015 Jeep Rubicon
The experience was great! I worked with Kurt and he was a pleasure dealing with. No pressure and very informative!
The people here as so nice when go to service my Dodge truck The price is good They are timely in the service
On 4/24/2015, I had taken my car to Rockie Williams Premier Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for an oil change on my 2004 Crossfire. The hood latch was broken on the hood of the car. I had the oil change in the past and I had never had a problem with any dealership conducting the oil change. I was informed that my entire grill would have to come off because they were unable to get under the hood of my car. I was upset and frustrated. I had went home and did an hour of research and found a solution to my problem. I immediately contacted Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Franklin and made telephone contact with Chris Garner. He informed me that he would ask if the job could be performed and he would call me back. Chris contacted me and advised me that I could bring my car to the dealership on 4/24/2015. I arrived at the dealership and made contact with Chris. He was very welcoming and re-assured me that the oil change could be performed with the broken hood latch on my vehicle. At this time, I made contact with Dakota. Dakota was very professional. He explained several features on my car that I was no familiar with. He advised me that my car will be taken car of. A few moments later, Dakota advised me that James Johnson was conducting the oil change on my car. He asked me if I knew how to open the hood on my car. I informed them of the research that I had found online to open the hood on the car. It took 30 minutes to unscrew the screws to perform the oil change. The guys were all professional. They assured me that the job would be done. They provided me with the total price to get the latch fixed/tires. I was very pleased with their quality of customer service. Mike Pollard was very professional as well. The entire team at this location delivered Dynamic Customer Service. I will be returning to the location in the future. Thanks GUYS..
Finally someone fixed my car right!!!
We bought a Chrysler van from a non-Chrysler large dealership in Franklin, TN. The van shook so badly at 65-75+mph it was miserable. We took it back for them to fix and it was worse. So we decided to take it to this dealership and it just glides down the road and the price was very reasonable.
Ken was awesome!
I have known Ken Stevenson for about a year, he is a fantastic salesman and makes really good deer jerky. He was patient and kind.
Great car buying experience!
Joey was excellent to work with and the other staff there was great! I had a great experience and would definitely reckoned other friends and family to them! Thanks Guys!
CDJR of Franklin is the place to go if you need Jeep service. Samantha was knowledgeable and professional. My jeep had warranty work and they were very good at getting me in and out. Fixed my problem and professional about it. It is no surprise they have the highest reviews in the Nashville market.
Avoid the sales manager at all costs
This dealership was recommended to me by two work colleagues who had positive experiences. I will say that Ted Jones is a very nice man, and treated me well. The sales manager was condescending and treated me like a two year old. While the sales manager is very proud of his degree in finance, he needs some help in customer service. I couldn't recommend this dealership, even though I appreciated Ted's attempt to buffer the sales manager's boorish behavior.
Great Car Buying Experience
Worked with Ken to buy me new-to-me 2012 Jeep Liberty. Great experience. No pressure. Would buy another car there.
Martin Herr is the wrong choice for a General mgr.
Martin Herr the general manager isn't polite as the commercial you see on t,v when choosing this location to buy your new vehicle, We enjoy our salesman, the choices of vehicles & the location of this dealership,We have chose another location to buy our new vehicle after seeing how rude Mr,Herr can be when we visited for the 1st time,
Nice inventory, great facility
We visited this dealer last night, due to a letter we received in the mail regarding the inventory. We met Mr. Kyle Lytle, a salesman there. From the time we met him, we knew we would have a pleasant experience. He took us to the cars we requested and gave us the facts. No showmanship or idle over the top chatter. He guided us to the right car with no pressure whatsoever. The buying process was a smooth as possible, including a little haggling over the monthly payments. They came very close to our goal. Everyone was very polite and personable, especially, Joseph and Martin, the general manager. We have owned several BMWs and can say that we were treated with repect and courtesy, as if we were buying a luxury car. We purchased the car because of Mr Lytle honesty and respect for being intelligent shoppers. Thank you, Lynn and Eileen Humphrey
Dodge Grand Caravan purchase.
I visited two other dealers previous to going to CDJR of Franklin. Due to my experience at one of the other dealers my expectations were not high that I could make an honest deal and be treated with respect. However Denise Daly my sales consultant proved me wrong. I was looking at a 2014 Grand Caravan, but was also shown a 2015 model which suited my needs perfectly. After some negotiation we struck a deal and I drove away pleased with the price on the 2015 and also the trade in on my 2008 Focus. If the after sales support is as good as the sales I'll be buying my next vehicle there. Denise proved not all sales consultants are the same, she went above and beyond to secure me the best deal. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, give CDJR a try.
2 vehicles 1 day
Ricardo was the most professional sales person to deal with, he was very patient and understanding with my needs. I purchased two vehicles and recieved a fair trade in price for both of my vehicles. the whole process was very enjoyable. John the finance manager was great except for the university of Tennessee shirt. that Orange has got to go.
A Great Expierence
From my first email to the last hand shake, it was a very easy pleasant experience.
I have to say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle. Smooth process.
After setting an appointment 2 days prior for our tune up.. We dropped the car off on time and were told to come back this evening.. We live an hour away so we called 4 times to confirm it was ready and received voicemail each time.. We showed up and sat in the parking lot for over an hour to be told the advisor had left early, and our vehicle had been diagnosed and keys had been hung up! The service manager offered to do the $200 tune up for $90 in half an hour, which we did take him up on considering we did not want this entire day to be a waste... But we will not be back, nor will we recommend for any service.
We called 2 days prior to make an appointment for our visit today for a tune up on my husbands car. We arrive on time, waited 15 mins for anyone to even speak to us.. Gave the guy the keys and were told to "come back tonight". We left, ran errands, picked our kids up from school, and started calling to make sure it was ready since we have an hour drive to franklin. After 4 calls to a voicemail we decided to drive down to pick it up since we were originally told to come back in the evening.. We show up, sit in my car for an hour while the advisors and managers try to find our advisor (who left early) then we find out that they did a diagnostic test and hung our keys up! No tune up!! The manager apologized and offered to do the $200 tune up for $90 in 30 minutes.. While we are taking the offer because at this point the vehicle needs it and we don't want to feel like this entire day was a waste- we will NOT be back.
Best customer service I've ever received anywhere!!!A couple months ago I drove from Wisconsin down to Franklin, TN for a wedding. Once in TN my Jeep started making a loud noise. This was on a Friday, wedding was Saturday, planned to drive back to WI Sunday. Concerned about the long drive back to WI, I had to get this loud noise checked out for any safety issues.I stopped in at this Jeep dealership and explained the situation. The auto services department was very backed up with work. Still they agreed to take a look at my Jeep considering the situation I was in. While we waited we enjoyed the customer waiting room and walked around talking to other employees, all who were incredibly nice. After spending a full half hour examining my Jeep, taking all wheels off, checking for any safety concerns for my long drive, they came to get me and told me there was no apparent safety concerns and I should be ok to drive home to WI where I could then have my mechanic at home look at the Jeep closer. Now came the moment of truth, payment! I was stuck out of state with no one else to help me. I figured these guys had me and could charge me anything they wanted. So when the nervous time came to ask them what I owed them, the representative responded with, "how about a hand shake." I asked if he was serious and insisted to pay a little. He just said "call it southern hospitality." I will forever remember their willingness to help someone in their time of need. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go here to purchase my next Jeep and enjoy more of their Southern Hospitality.

Outstanding staff and great services
Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep ram of Franklin Tennessee allowed me to purchase a vehicle have always wanted to own my entire adult hood thus far. I was just casually looking at vehicles on-line when I came across this tremendous opportunity. When I found the perfect vehicle for me and my family I immediately called the dealership where the vehicle was located. I got in touch with a young car salesmen by the name of Gavin Nordyke and what piqued my interest about Gavin was he did not come across a as oily car salesmen. Rather he had genuine concern for the customers needs and expectations. This was all done telephonically as we made an appointment for Friday September 5th and talked several times before my appointment. Upon my arrival what I had realized it wasn't just Gavin, but the same enthusiasm and attitude was exemplified throughout the entire staff. I really enjoyed my business interaction there and would recommend any and everybody to frequent or purchase a vehicle from their dealership. Gavin Nordyke did an excellent job and has a very bright future in the car dealership industry. In addition there finance team were determined to find me the best possible deal (outstanding job). Love my Jeep!
We could not have asked for a better new vehicle buying experience. We came from out of state after shopping online because they had the vehicle and color with the options we were looking for. Ken Stevenson and Denise Daly are awesome! Thank you Ken for answering all my questions over the phone and Denise for working with us when we arrived. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. I will return for my next new Jeep when the time arrives.
I love my new car!
I bought a 2014 dodge dart the other day and I loved every minute of the process. My sales parson was Willie. He was kind and very down to earth. In the end, i am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
We dealt with Samantha Shaw in Service Dept and she was wonderful! Will definitely return and start having our Jeep serviced there from now on!
What a nice group of people
We came from another dealer last Saturday. I was about lunch time and while we were in the process of purchasing my new Chrysler 200 hard top convertible. I was asked it I needed another water and I said "Yes please and a bag of chips it you got any around, I am starving" Well they had had sub sandwiches for the employees that day and there were some left over and he brought me one!!! That made my day and that small act will keep me sending business!
Great team to work with
I worked with Adam and Racardo while purchasing our 2014 Chrysler 300S and could not have asked for a better group of people to work with. As far as my car I am extremely happy with my car:)
This place lies to you. They advertised a price and then when I went to lease car they couldn't and wouldn't do it. Salesman Ken was very nice but their managers were and are terrible. They couldn't explain why they wouldn't do it except that it didn't make sense for them. Horrible service and will never go again. They're a bunch of liars.
Friendly, knowledgeable service
Made buying a car easy! These guys are nice and know about their jeeps! I never knew there were so many varieties! Buying was not as frustrating as it could have been, either. Overall a painless experience!
Customer Service Kudos
I needed to get a key made for my van. They did their best to get me in and out in a timely fashion despite the backlog. I want to give special recognition to Samantha, Roger, and Lane; nice people who did their jobs well and treated me to a pleasurable, human experience.
CASEY WAS WONDERFUL!
I worked with Casey on my 2014 wrangler, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! He was polite and professional and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!
I have bought a lot of cars over the years and Franklin was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I dealt with the Internet so I could have my new vehicle delivered to my home. It was so easy. Thanks again Franklin.
I went into the dealership just to look and was meet by a wonderful sales person who let me look and answered all my questions. I said I needed to think about my options and he understood. I called back later that day and told Terry that my wife wanted to look at the truck. He immediately brought the truck to our home so that she could see it and more so went over every feature so we both were comfortable, i was wow, what an experience. We told him about our trade and he took all the info and photos. Here is the best part, he had someone bring out all our paperwork, went through everything line by line, took our trade and show us how we just got the best deal ever. I did my research and guess what, we got the best deal ever.. I love this store and there new management team. This was the best buying experience of our lives and we will be telling everyone. Thanks Terry and everyone at Franklin Ram, Dodge Jeep..
We recently bought a new vehicle from this dealership. The staff was friendly, Professional, And attentive. We will recommend this to all of our friends
This was my first time buying a car, and it could not have been more pleasant. Jimmy Carter was my salesman and he was nice, accommodating, and very professional. I know several people who have gotten their cars repaired here as well and have been very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.
Loyal repeat customer means nothing to them.
I took my 2014 cherokee in for an oil change on a Saturday . I was killing time by walking around and looking at new Grand Cherokees. Denise came up and let me drive 2 of them and I was sold,so we started to to talk trade and vehicle dollars. First they low balled me bad on my trade, then had me paying sticker on the new jeep. So I got on my phone and looked up the jeep on autotrader and it was advertised 7400 less. What kinda shady crap is that.then they try to add a $799 protection package that is bull . The dealer fees are outrageous . I will never return to this dealership again. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them in the past 3 years! If you are looking for a great dealer that does what they say, check out Cross jeep in Louisville .
I purchased what was presented as a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit April 2014. About a week after purchasing the vehicle I discovered that the vehicle did not include the additional Summit package. Without the Summit package the vehicle is worth thousands less than expected. The dealership offered no resolution so I've contacted Jeep, the BBB and a lawyer. In the process of explaining the situation to Jeep we found that the dealership did not follow through with the certification process to extend the warranty after I paid an additional $375 dollars to have that added. I am still in the process of trying to find resolution in this matter and considering the dealerships quick dismissal and lack of ownership or willingness to resolve these problems I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
We dealt with Linda Hart. Awesome sales person and individual. She really helped us with our purchase. We were looking at a 2012 Ram and she suggested we look at a 2014 because of rebates. She got us a 2014 cheaper than the 2012. If you go to this dealership, talk to Linda!!
Customer service isn't supported by the management
Don't get excited about your new vehicle until the management back up their sales person & sales manager. Today Saturday 4.19.14 was going to be my Easter weekend purchase after working with a sales person & the help of the sales manager to have the general manager not supported the offer that was promise. So if you don't like to be talked down to like you are not important as the customer, you don't enjoyed hearing the general manager throwing his sales manager & sales person under the bus, then avoid spending your time at this location until there is a new general manager that cares about people & his staff.
I had a great experience!
The guys at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram treated me like family. I bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited And couldn't be happier!

Financing and post sale was terrible. When the deal was done with our salesman Steve (very good guy). We went Into the Finance guys office the guy was an ex wrestler and tried to intimidate me by 1st adding several items to the sale like a paint protection plan and an extended warranty I kept telling him I did not want it but he kept on and on and even told me that I had no choice. The paint protection had already been put on all. To make a long story I had to threaten to leave before they would move on past the extended warranty. As part of the deal I asked to have the hard tops swapped ( red for black) and remote start added. I went in to get the top changed and I felt like I had the plague Sales did not speak or even acknowledge I was there. I had to go back a few days later to get the remote start installed was told it would only take 2 hours 5.5 hours later I left. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I got a call from my credit union stating that the had not received my payoff so I called left a message 5 hrs later still no call back. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Sales guy was great still is a great guy. But i got a call and they came back and hammered me on my payment. The original was 280 (of course this wasn't final until banks approved.) Then after I had the car for the weekend they call me in to sign some papers. turns out they couldn't get a bank to finance so they were going to finance it through chrysler at 316 or something a month. they came down to 308/month. but still. Now I made a terrible choice which i am realizing a day later. but when i'm 25 miles and almost an hour away from home and deciding well. am i gonna sit here and not have a car or just buy this car and take the raise/month i chose poorly. that was the first and last car i will buy from them.

We were shopping for a new vehicle for my wife and the Fiat 500C was on our list of cars to test drive. Within a few minutes my wife was test driving a 500C in the color and with the features she wanted. Brittany did an exceptional job of instructing operation of the car as well as providing a calm and very pleasurable experience. My wife was smiling ear to ear by the end of the test drive and continued to smile all the way home with her new Fiat. Brittany and the rest of the staff at Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat even made the purchasing process enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and especially the folks at the Fiat group.

I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler and Denise Daly and her sales manager Shane Dotson agreed to sell it to me at invoice. When the vehicle came in, they charged me invoice plus $600, and then they tacked on a processing fee of $598.Additionally, they advertise a really low price on AutoTrader, but unless you qualify for all the incentives, you don't get that price. I would run from this dealership as I was treated poorly. I did not find out that I had been taken until I went home and looked up the invoice on Kelly Blue Book. Then they did not want to speak to me.

STAY AWAY! These snakes will change the agreed on price at finance contract! You will not realize it until you are at the DMV & they show you the bill of sale.

Good luck getting this dealership to call you back after you sign the paperwork. I've called 5 times over the past week and can't get them to call me back. They were supposed to relocate a car for me that was 40 miles away, I ended up with a completely different car that lacked several features the car I wanted had (tow package, traffic for the navigation). I realized this the following day and can't get them to call me back. They will screw you if you get the chance! Go somewhere else if you can and avoid this frustration.
No care for people that are return customers
We just left the dealer ,we were going to trade in our 2013 Rubicon on a new trailhawk Cherokee. We drove the cherokee an liked it. Then I tell the ales mane we want to buy it. I have bought 2 jeeps from them in the past 2 years. They came back with some lowball crazy offer on our trade. I told them I needed $1500 more and the sales man told me to have. Nice day and let me walk. I couldn't believe how they treated a repete customer. Oh we'll there are plenty of other dealers !
Terrible Experience with Relocating Car
I signed all of the paperwork for a relocation purchase on Wednesday and it's now Saturday and I don't have my car and can't get the dealer to call me back to give me the status. The car was only 40 miles away. I should have gone straight to the dealer that had the car instead of working with these people. They need to get their act together and call their customers back promptly. I will never deal with this dealership again!
Yes do not go and buy from this dealer because they will tell you anything. Me and my wife was there and they wanted our ss# and said that they would not run our credit until we get all numbers right on our trade in. We couldnt get to gether on a deal. Now 2 weeks later we are getting alot of letters from banks that run our credit and that's wrong... They are bad people..

We drove 4 hours to go look at a jeep we found on their website. The sticker on the windshield, and all the ads claimed this vehicle included the soft top as well as the hard top that was on it. We were ready to buy and asked where the soft top was. They "claimed" it was a mistake, a "faux pas" there was no top. Ok, soo....we still want the jeep, how much will you come down since you claimed there was a top, but now there isn't.......get this.......NOTHING! Price if full asking price, only without the top they said came with it...jerks. No one ever expects to pay full price asking price for a vehicle, especially when something they claimed came with it did NOT. Can anyone say BAIT AND SWITCH?????
First off, I can say I have never been treated with such...
First off, I can say I have never been treated with such disrespect while shopping for a vehicle before than with your dealership. Jarred, the internet sales manager (I guess that's what he calls himself), has gone overboard with comments, text messages, and remarks. And yes...I have the texts to prove it. Seriously I can give you his cell number, take screen shots, and send all of them to you. When I called to show interest in a vehicle and obtain more information, it turned into an outright barrage of snide remarks, personal attacks, and down right absurdity. Some even telling me that...get this...your dealership wasn't interested in selling me a vehicle, I didn't have enough money to buy a vehicle, and that I "was fired!" Yes...a car lot that said they didn't want to sell me a vehicle. What the %#$at?....Who says that?!?! First off, I own a 2013 Harley Davidson Street Glide, a 2014 BMW X1, and a 2012 Nissan Xterra. Pretty sure I'd have to have money (and I do) in order to buy those vehicles. Secondly, I'm in the financial services industry, make PLENTY OF MONEY, and am in sales. He should learn to listen more than he speaks. That's why God gave you two ears and one mouth. In fact, I'm not even sure why a "reputable" company like you claim to be would even want this guy as part of your team. I had originally shown interest in a truck, but he never took time to listen to what I actually needed. I welcome any call from management, ownership, etc. to allow me a chance to show you the text messages I received from him (and I'll give you a copy of my W-2, just to show you...Jarred...my income). He is the epitome of what a "used car salesman" embodies. Pushy, arrogant, and down right disrespectful. I urge anyone looking to do business with these people to pass on, go find a place that will treat you the way you want to be treated, and feel good about buying your car/truck/SUV. The way your people act, it feels like you're doing me a favor by selling me an overpriced vehicle, not the other way around. Last time I checked, you're in the business of sales. You need my business to survive. And at this rate, and with this type of staff on hand, I'd hardly say you're moving in the right direction.
Can't even do an oil change correctly....
1st time I brought in a Jeep to get the oil changed. Once complete, the jeep was parked outside, windows down in the pouring rain. Once I got in the jeep, I found motor oil all over the steering wheel and seats wet. The dealer only offered me a rag to go clean it up myself. 2nd time, I brought in a Fiat 500 Abarth. Oil change was done, we picked up the car and everything seemed fine. Next time, I decided I would change the oil myself only to find that the dealer had not put the parts under the engine back in correctly and 2 bolts were missing. I returned to the dealer and they found the bolts somewhere in their shop. This dealership will never touch my vehicle ever again. If they can't get an oil change right, what else will they mess up? Conclusion, while the sales experience we've had with them was great, the service department is in-competent to do the job.
Purchased an SRT8 Core from Franklin Dodge.
Purchased a new 2014 Challenger SRT8 Core from Franklin Dodge yesterday. (11/6/2013) The entire buying event was a good one and the Salesperson, Steve Parker, was a pleasure to deal with. After test driving the car, the negotiating process went smoothly taking no more than ten minutes. I felt I received a good price on the new car and they ultimately gave me what I thought I had to have for my trade in. Steve was courteous and stayed busy during the process to minimize my time in the Dealership. I have read the reviews below and I believe they are trying to improve their Customer Service. Based on my experience with Steve, I would recommend this Dealership.
Terrible Sales Department
I went in with financing in hand and the sales staff was simply despicable. They tried to push their financing and I wound up walking out the door not purchasing because they were so concerned about me financing through them they wouldn't even answer my questions.
Reneged on deal!
My wife and I traded in a car for car they had. We had came $492 difference from what we wanted to pay and what they wanted. So we walked out... they called us and said we wished we could have worked it out... We decided to go back a hour later and pay the $492 difference... Then they said while you where gone we wanted to give you more for your trade in and from it's worth less so the new deal was now $1,492 difference! They reneged on their previous deal.. We said look we was only gone a hour! So we walked out again! After taking dinner nearby we realized the car we wanted was a low price for that car and even with the difference we found a deal, but they got a GREAT deal from our trade in and probably will make more off that then the car we bought! Yes we should have walked out the first time but we really miss the days where a mans word was his honor!

My history with this dealership has not been pleasant. I got jacked around getting scratches fixed properly that were noted on delivery. I had to return more than once to receive my Mopar 11 owners kit. I have had my car returned after an oil change with oil spilled on the engine cover. More times than not I experience difficulty getting through on your phone system. And this latest incident with a simple leaky oil filter was the final straw. I will not return nor recommend this dealership to anyone. At some point I plan on upgrading to an SRT vehicle, trust me it will not be with your dealership.

I set up an appointment to have a recall inspection performed on my truck 1.5 weeks ago for Saturday morning. My truck was not looked at until 2:30 in the afternoon after making two calls and eventually making the half hour drive to the dealer. The service department was very unorganized and I'm not sure if the work they said they did was actually performed. I was very disappointed with our visit and unfortunately for the dealer, we will not be returning with our business as we look for a new vehicle.

These guys are crooks... From the bottom to the top if their organization... Bought a 2013 jeep... Against my gut instinct... Have regretted it at every turn... You will regret placing your trust in this dealership... Just one example: they promised if I'd purchase the jeep that they would put step bars on it at no charge... I live an hour and 1/2 away from the dealership... I work two jobs... It was 32 days after purchase before I was able to make the time to go sit hours in the dealership to have them installed... Made the call to set up the appointment and they called back and told me they would not honor the agreement because in the small print on the contract it stated that I needed to have the step bars installed within 30 days or they would not have to honor the agreement... Of course they did not tell me this at the time of purchase... If they would have obviously I would have bent over backwards to get there in time... That's just one aspect of how horrible my experience with this dealership has been... I could literally go on and on... I've never been treated more rudely and disrespectfully at a dealership... The sales mgr was shockingly rude to both me and my father... the owner began cursing at me over the phone... And even those who seemed nice in finance in the end where crooks... Do not trust this dealership... You will regret it... They give jeep a bad name.. Sincerely...
Bought a Jeep Rubicon yesterday
Bought a 2013 Rubicon yesterday and am very pleased with the purchase process. Ted Jones was my sales person and was very easy to work with. I hate buying cars, but he made it painless. He always called me back promptly, keeping me aware of the latest developments. The dealership did not have any other service staff working on sunday, so he washed my Jeep himself prior to me leaving. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the Jeep brand and taught me all I needed to know about my recent purchase; operation of all features, how to take the top down, put it up, maintanance, etc. I recommend going to him and have already referred a friend to buy from him. Totally hassle free. Thanks Ted.
Took way too long.
I made my initial inquiry through the internet and got an immediate response. I was greeted by the internet salesperson but he was unable to take me on a test drive. The floor salesperson took me for a test drive. I had already driven multiple cars and done my research. The salesperson talked too much, talked over me, used condescending language, and took entirely too long. I couldn't get out of there. The test drive experience/visit took over two hours. I came back the next day to buy because I loved the car so much. I tried to find the same car for the listed internet price elsewhere and was unsuccessful. That is the only reason I went back. I am a cash buyer and the buying process took over three hours. I experienced the same issues with the sales person:talking too much, not listening, talking over me. I ultimately got the internet list price but not without a fight, I was initially told that the internet price wasn't available and had to get online and show him that there was in fact no small print. The condescending language included comments about

Steve Parker the best salesman I've ever got a car from Steve didn't give on our deal he and the team at cdjr work hard to be sure you leave happy.just call ask for Steve and I can almost promise you he going get you riding
Took my car in to get the A/C fixed and $1,100 later, the A/C still wasn't working. The worst part is that they called to tell us the car was ready, and my wife and I ended up picking the car up after they closed (we paid over the phone). It was as if nobody from the service department took the time to get into the car to verify that the problem was fixed. It was almost as if they were guessing what was causing the problem and once they replaced the part, they assumed the problem was fixed without even checking.

I had a good experience in the purchase of a new car. Tuan is very professional and we e-mailed back and forth until I could come out to the dealership. He seemed to know a lot about the vehicle and was most helpful in showing all the features. Overall it was a good experience. I also worked with Jack. Only negative part is that I expected a little more for my trade-in.

My wife and I were sitting in one of the hallways at this dealership. We made the mistake of sitting in front of the Service Managers office. We overheard him scolding an employee for something. This manager was loud and using all of the 4 letter words he knew in his small vocabulary. The employee told him basically to take the job and shove it since he was not able to do anything correctly. I own 3 Chrysler vehicles and let me tell you never again will one of these go here to be serviced. If I was that employee I would have punched that foul mouthed manager in his face. This guy is a disgrace to Chrysler.

This dealership is scammers. They sold me a SUV that I have been having problems with ever since I drove off the lot. They refuse to help me because I bought the car when a previous owner owned it. Since then there have been 3 more owners. PLEASE........Read all reviews and DON'T DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP or any of the chain dealerships that are associated with them. I don't want you to go through the HELL I have been going through

First off let me say we have never ever met a better salesman than Andy Biddle!!! He is the absolute BEST! Don't try working with anyone but him! The dealership is under new management, and the new owner and GM is very kind, nice, and fair. We had an issue with the we Sales Manager that runs all the numbers, and both Andy and the owner did an excellent job of correcting his mistake and making it right. We got a great trade in value and a great new truck! I'll stress AGAIN... ONLY work with Andy Biddle he's the nicest guy and not just your typical car salesman!
New Chrysler SRT8 Purchase
My wife and I recently purchased a new (2012) Chrysler SRT8 and were impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the car and the patient and courteous ways he explained all of the amazing technology. We were given a relaxed test drive while they were checking out our 2006 Chrysler trade-in. We were able to negotiate a excellent "out the door" price and happily drove the new red SRT8 home. While the whole process did take quite a long time (4 hours), everyone treated us in a friendly manner and everyone appeared to be very professional and knowledgable.
Lowest prices I found through my research
Bought a pre owned wrangler and this dealership had at least 20 used ones and what looked like nearly 100 new ones sitting there. The dealership was very very clean to the point of I wonder if the guy running it is OCD. It did take a while to do the finance papers but , they were the lowest for a wrangler by far from what I determined through shopping nearly every dealer in Nashville.

Thursday - October 11, 2012I go to this dealer with an add from www.cars.com for a 2013 Dodge DartSE for $14,785. Before driving 30 minutes to this dealer my boyfriend called to make sure they had this car with the VIN number from the listing online for the price it was listed and he was told they did. Therefore, we drive to the dealer to be met with shock that the price was so low as the sticker was $3000.00 more! I told the salesman, Clint, right then and there that I could not afford that at this time so there was no need to continue, but he talked me into staying to see what could be done.He tells me that they are going to give me the price, but when they bring me the first work-up they have decreased the trade-in value of my car by $3000.00. Another salesman sat with us and looked up my car on three different websites which all proved that I was correct. He took it back to the "sales manager" (I have this in quotes for a reason and you will find out why shortly). He added another grand to the car, but that still made it $2000.00 less than what it was actually worth. Then, the salesman said something that was already going through my head, "Since we are taking such a hit on the price of the car we can't give you full cash value on your car." Well, that blew the lid right there because my trade in has nothing to do with the price of the car being sold. I did not list that car on cars.com for $3000.00 less than what it should have been sold for. I tried to walk away from the deal at the beginning. The salesman goes and brings the "sales manager" to meet with me who denies what I was just told and said that they were paying me "auction value" for my car. Well, that's not right either because I wasn't selling it to an auction. I eventually had to interrupt him and leave.Saturday - October 13, 2012I get a call at 10:30AM from Clint stating that the GM has agreed to add another $1000.00 my car. I made a deal that if they would add another $200.00 I would come in with a $500.00 down payment. He calls back and says it's good to go come on in. So, my boyfriend and I drive another 30 minutes and arrive at the dealer a little over an hour later to get to this dealer start filling out paperwork, and then I'm told "That car has been sold." First, I know it takes longer than an hour to convince someone to buy the car, work the deal, get all of the paperwork signed, and get them off of the lot. But moving on, I was told I could take a different car home for the same price, but all they had was a silver automatic and I was looking at a Tungsten 6-speed manual. Then, they tried to tell me if they ordered/located the same car I couldn't get the price I was being given. As soon as the sentence "Don't try to pull a bait-and-switch on me" were used and my anger was clearly expressed they located a car for me and agreed to keep the deal the same.Wednesday - October 17, 2012They finally got my car in even though it was only an hour away, but they wouldn't tell me that. I had to find out where the car I was getting was located by researching the VIN number that was on my paperwork. No big deal, whatever. I go in to complete the paperwork and get my car. Before leaving, I realize the gas is almost empty and I don't have an owner's manual. They come to drive the car around so that they can fill it up for me and what do we pass on the way? 2, I repeat TWO, Tungsten Dodge Dart SE vehicles. I didn't get out to compare the old VIN to those cars, but I am willing to bet one of those cars was the one I should have driven away in Saturday. The only reason the Friendliness rating is not set to Very Bad is because they were polite. Liars and deceivers, but polite about it.And since i got the price I went in for they get a Great for that, but it took a lot of battle on my end.
Worst of the Worst
This dealership is the worst of the worst in customer service. You have beg to get someone to call you regardless of the department. Care for a repeat customer is none. Avoid at all cost - drive the distance to go to another dealer.

I have bought many cars in my life and it is easy to say this has been the easiest, most pleasent buying experience. From my sales consultant, Tuan Nguyen's knowledgeable and honest personality to selection and quality of the dealership, evrything was first class. Matt, the general manager, was straight forward with the price and did everything in his power to make the deal work. Thanks guys for my Jeep Wrangeler Unlimited, I will buy from you again!
Ridiculous amount of time to close a cash deal
We purchased a used car and paid cash. We agreed to a certain price, and the agent wrote the contract. We wrote the check. Over 1 1/2 hours later, we finally met with the finance person, who had to finalize the paperwork. We had to complain to the manager before he would agree to see us. When we were in the area, the finance person was sitting in his office, talking to a sales agent, who was standing at the door. The other finance person was sitting in his office by himself. So why did we have to wait sooo long?? The last customer I saw leave that area had been gone over 15 minutes. Then, when we met with the finance person, he said the sales person gave us the wrong numbers, and the actual total was less than the check we wrote, so he just increased the purchase price by app $50 so we wouldn't have to write another check. Seriously??? Yes, we should have pushed the issue, but after waiting for over 1 1/2 hours, we just wanted to get out of there. And no, they did not and have not refunded the difference. The process was cumbersome and irritating, and no, I would not buy a car from them again.

Just purchased a vehicle from them this week & although the process was a few of hours [most deals are that or longer if youre willing to do it] we got a deal that we were happy with & I know the dealership still made money on. We worked with Steve Parker regarding the vehicle we wanted & purchased. His laid back, informative, non aggressive approach to sales is a welcomed trait that some salesman do not have, and was a factor in deciding to work with him & the dealership. He was very responsive via phone & email. The finance team was helpful, worked with us to get the deal we wanted & not just the deal they wanted to give us. I understand that everyone has different experiences with sale people, finance people, & auto dealerships, but for us we cant complain. I will add updates on the future service I receive regarding car detailing, oil changes, etcas I suspect it will be like the good service we received during the sales process. My wife and I stopped by and looked at a vehicle late on a Saturday evening. Despite it being close to closing time Hallie Edward (our sales person) took her time and went over everything with us without rushing and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We had looked at several other dealers and private sellers and the vehicle we bought at this dealership was by far the best deal out there. We bought a used Acura MDX and it looked and ran like it was brand new. We were completely comfortable with our purchase and enjoyed the whole overall experience thanks to Halli. John Lennon (yes that's his real name) in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. We never felt pressured and they were very honest about suggesting what they thought we did or did not need. We would definitely return in the future for another purchase.

I took my Chrysler to this dealership because check engine light was coming on and had on occasion failed to start until it sat awhile. Explained this to service writer, who was very friendly and professional, along with info as to how engine was running when it did start. He advised he would call the next day with diagnosis and estimate. His call stated; "water pump is bad and leaking water had shorted out a sensor. also since water pump had to be replaced, I should replace timing belt and fan belt. Approx. cost would be $1250.00"Since I had replaced water pump, timing belt and fan belt 25,000 miles ago, I did not agree with this, especially since it was not leaking water nor was it running hot. I picked up the car, took it to a friend who was friends with a mechanic at another Chrysler dealership. Computer showed my car needed a MAP sensor and nothing more. Car was repaired for $211.25.I retired after 38 years in the automobile business and am familiar with service departments etc., and can't blame the service writer because he only had the info the mechanic gave him. I also left voice mail for the service manager to call, but it has not been returned.I left $111.00 with them for trying to sell me $1000.00 parts and labor I did not need.

This dealership was great to work with & Halli was simply amazing! After knowing what car I wanted, she contacted me when the perfect car came in. I even received a more-than-fair price (higher than expected) for my trade-in to make the deal even better. Halli is precious & was wonderful to work with, very informed & eager to help meet my needs. I couldn't have asked for more. I grew up in "MoTown" distrusting used car salesman. I have purchased both new & used cars here in town from other dealerships who never earned my trust & didn't serve me well. (Mr. "Don't You Leave 'Til You See Me's" TV commercials still make me cringe!) This experience could not have been more positive. There are people still doing an honest days work in this industry & this time I found them! Halli--thank you for all your hard work in finding my dream car!! I love it.
First things first, if you read no further than this...
First things first, if you read no further than this sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about what buying a car off a lot - new or used - is actually like. We imagine high pressure sales people, gimmicks, add-ons and duplicity. I encountered none of this at Jeep of Franklin.I originally visited their lot because I was interested in a lease promotion that was being offered by Jeep. I test drove one of their vehicles out of an impressive inventory of Jeeps and immediately found the vehicle I was interested in. As with all lease promotions, the advertised price was for the absolute base-model and the model that I test drove was a step above. Naturally, this increased the price but when I explained the importance of meeting my pre-determined price point I was able to walk with the better equipped vehicle for the price point I had originally set. Naturally, this involved some back and forth but I was impressed that Ted Jones, the sales consultant, was patient rather than dismissive and that the sales manager, Jeff, even called me during off hours to discuss. In the end, I walked out of the dealership - buying, not leasing - a new Jeep that still met my budget. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks and my experience. I will not only recommend Jeep of Franklin to my friends but I will also likely buy my next vehicle from them now. When/if you read this review keep in mind that I am a 100% authentic buyer. If you doubt the sincerity of this review I will notify Ted that he can use me as a reference. When you get to the dealership feel free to ask Ted for my name and phone number and I will be happy to verify everything that I have posted.I sincerely hope that everyone's experience at Jeep of Franklin is as positive as mine was and now that I have written this review (especially if someone contacts me as a reference) I expect Ted and the rest of the staff to treat everyone as well as they have treated me.Best of luck to everyone.

Steve was very friendly and gave used car sales men a good name. He found me several cars at my budget and fought hard to get me that price with his upper management. If I were to buy another used car, I'd ask for him first.

Didn't plan to buy but it was too easy. Ted walked thru the lot with us and my wife found exactly what we needed. Never had a luxury truck before, my friends really like my Laramie and thought the price was very reasonable. Look forward to trading in my Caravan for one with them.

I would return to this dealership solely based on our salesperson, David Hardy. He was kind, funny and friendly. He took his time with me and let me test drive several vehicles and never pressured me into buying any of them. I'd been to several dealerships looking for a vehicle and was not at all satisfied with the salespeople. David made my car shopping experience very nice and pleasant. It was hands-down the best car shopping experience I've ever had! I would definitely return to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin in the future! I love my jeep!

This is the second car I have bought from this dealership in < 3 years. The service department is excellent - early trip in on Saturday morning and you're in + out very timely fashion. Always helpful with questions. Would return there for another purchase, and recommend them highly. The internet service with Steve Parker is easy and helpful - try it out for inquiries!

Each time I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. My salesperson worked to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and even though it was not in the area, had it delivered within 3 days. Working with finance was also an extremely simple process. Although I had already obtained outside financing, I was able to be approved for better rates/terms at the dealership. It has been several years since I had purchased a new vehicle, and I had always dreaded the process. Everyone at the dealership put me at ease and made the experience as simple as it could be. I LOVE my new Wrangler!!

I drove ten hours to buy my car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin! I searched the internet for a used Mini Convertible and found the one I wanted there (a 2010 in horizon blue metallic with brown leather seats, less than 18,000 miles, and in excellent condition.) I contacted them via the internet and received prompt and friendly service. We worked out the general price and the probable trade-in value of my current vehicle over the phone, and then I drove down. When I arrived (near closing time on a rainy night) I found everyone to be welcoming and helpful. Each person, from the trade-in estimator, to the sales agent, to the loan processor, to the manager were professional, sincere and forthright. I felt like a got a great price for a superb vehicle and for my trade-in. It could not have gone better. The entire process went smoothly and all the folks were very pleasant to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from these people, and would drive ten hours in the rain again to do so. (And, I love my new car -- it is perfect!!!!!)

This is my first trip to this dealership. Overall great experience. They are not pushy and don't try to sell you something you don't want. I had to work harder for more on my trade but in the end it was worth it. It was a good customer experience overall.

Jack was straight forward and no pressure. He let me take the car I was interested in home for the night and drive it, since I lived close. Made reviewing the car, that much easier. The business end of it was easy and pretty typical. They have a lot of maintenance options available if interested. They offer competitive rates.

I went to the Jeep store looking for a specific vehicle that had been posted on the dealer website. I was immediately greeted by a sales agent & was on a test drive 5 minutes later. I was given permission to take the vehicle home overnight to show my wife. This was very much appreciated. Really, the entire buying process was very simple and handled professionally. I never felt any pressure from the dealer to buy the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would recommend this dealer to a friend.

I bought a 2005 Dakota 4x4 with 67,000 miles and recently posted a bad review. Well, I'm eating crow because they made the issues I was having go away. They gave me a warranty at cost and detailed the truck. So thanks i really appreciate the customer service. I will be back!!Jim Stanley
Franklin Dodge was the third dealership that we visited...
Franklin Dodge was the third dealership that we visited in order to find a Dodge Journey. We had previously been treated extremely poorly at other dealerships so we decided to leave Huntsville, AL, to go to Franklin, TN. Our visit to Franklin Dodge was by far a superior buying experience from the way we were treated with our trade-in to the way we were quickly lead through and helped during the financing of our vehicle. I cannot recall a time that we ever have had this enjoyable of a car buying experience. They were professional, courteous, and helpful...words that we don't in our family generally associate with the car buying experience!!! We appreciate you Franklin Dodge. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!

I purchased my new 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 9 days ago and I am enjoying it immesnsely. Thanks to Halli, my sales person, the sales transaction went smooth and quick drove in at 4 pm and was driving home at 7 pm. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years and that got to be a record. Halli even had my Jeep all preped and gased up full and my Bluetooth U-connect all set up and my Sirius radio all turned on, and ready me, by the time I was done in finance. Thank you Halli, and the whole team at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin. I will buy from them again and recommend them to everyone.
