The worst Buying experience I have ever had! I purchased a used car from Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Eagle Ram. When I was finishing the purchase. I instructed the the closing department that I live in Kentucky. They told me no there's no problem. I find out when I get it licensed in Kentucky that took the wrong amount of money out for the tax. In addition, Should never charge me a sales tax at all due to the fact that Kentucky charges me sales tax direct. Then they charged me for calling a few times for my insurance card. Took the money from the tax that was incorrectly issued to me. So so I have filed a complaint the Tennessee department of Commerce.... Please be aware of this dealership

I purchased the 2011 Nissan Maxima a couple weeks ago, and I was very pleased with my experience.Steve and Greg were very knowlegable about sales. They worked with me to get a decent deal for the car I really wanted and needed.The overall staff/ co workers were courteous, also the office and car lot was very clean and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership on Murfreesboro rd. Franklin, TN to my friends and co workers. The only thing I would suggest is the salesman go into more detail about the internal condition of car's engine and accidents reported on the carfax report...other than that, it's an awsome dealership! Worst car buying experience ever! Brought Durango back same day I purchased it as the AC stopped working. Service department admittedly lied about the progress of the service for 21 days! After finally getting the vehicle back; I dont even have floor matts! Instead of them trying to make a bad experience better; they can't even give me the floor matts I paid for. Pathetic!

I first purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 Limited on December 31, 2015. Anthony Bush was my salesman. I first spoke to him over the phone. Since my credit wasn't all that gr8, I was unsure if I was able to purchase a vehicle from there. Since numerous others turned me down after explaining my credit situation and providing my credit score. After speaking with Anthony for a few days, he assured me I was approved for a new vehicle. I drove from Murfreesboro to Franklin and was met with Anthony. I was very impressed by his experience as a car salesman how he was not a pushy salesman and wanted to help in any way. I wanted to purchase another vehicle but had to work on my credit. So after getting my score from the low 500'self to 699, I made a phone call and spoke with Anthony Bush and told him what I was looking for and how much down I was willing to put down. Within 2 days I drove back and purchased a 2016 Chrysler 200 C. Anthony made sure everything went smooth and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He even offered to bring the car to me, but however with my work schedule, that wouldn't work. He takes pride in his job and takes care of his customers, especially returning customers. I would greatly recommend Anthony Bush to anyone who is wanting to purchase a vehicle from Franklin Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

This most recent purchase we worked with Krysta in sales and bought a 2016 RAM 2500. Krysta was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the exact vehicle that we wanted. We were given an exceptionally good value for our trade and the final price on the new truck was right in line with what we were hoping for. The only thing they could possibly improve on is to somehow acquire more land for a larger lot. In Franklin, that's going to be very hard to do. Overall we are very pleased.

I went into the dealership on the fence about buying a new vehicle. After dealing with Chris Wojnar I was sold. Chris's knowledge on the Wrangler model was impressive and helped me feel comfortable buying the vehicle. He got me the price I wanted, the trade in value I wanted, and even worked in a couple things like tint and weather matts to sweeten the deal a little. At no point did I feel pressured. Buying a car should be an exciting experience and it was for me because I was comfortable and trusted Chris. I walked out with a New 2016 Wrangler, leaving behind my 2015 Mustang GT, and couldn't of been happier. If you want to purchase a vehicle I recommend this dealership and specifically Chris Wojnar. You won't regret it.

The buying process was not applicable because they had no parts in stock for a broken alternator on my Chrysler 300 (2012). The wanted me to buy a new car instead of wait two days to get a new alternator when I was on my way to Michigan. Had to get an Autozone alternator installed at the dealer so I could finally get home after a stay in a motel in Franklin. Told them I got to the motel via a tow truck...and my car got to the dealer via a tow truck. Glad the tow trucks work in Franklin!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was so grateful for the genuine approach that Brian took. His follow-up was timely, he was prepared, and was never pushy. Brian was so patient with me and devoted his full attention to making it a positive experience. Additionally, Michael the Sales Manager and Amy the Finance Director were excellent! After purchasing a used 2014 Dodge Challenger on 3/10, the week of 3/17 we noticed shaking after we'd slow down from reaching 75 mph. After taking it into the dealership to get it repaired (brakes/rotors), we were called with an actual quote to have the car fixed. Unsatisfied with the response we received, David (Manager) was able to arrange the repairs at a cost we deemed fair. Many thanks to David for his diligence to our situation. It shows that even a large dealership is capable of giving each and every customer the time/attention they so very much deserve. My husband will be dropping off his car this week for service; he finally will be able enjoy the car he was so excited to purchase.

I contacted the dealer about a used SUV and set up a time when I was having my truck serviced to drive. The salesman was very responsive, got to dealership early to meet me on my schedule. I had done my research on the SUV based on information provided on thier internet ad, in hind sight that data was not completely accurate so my offer may have been a little low. However the asking price was high along with the processing fees. The manager never offered to come off of the asking price and with the high fees I decided not to buy from this dealership. Also based on a discussion with the salesman about cost of maintenance It appears that they are a little high on service costs so I am now reconsidering where I have my truck serviced. I have been pleased with the service department in the past but there may be a lower cost solution.

My company sends us an email that gives us certain perks when we are interested in going on a vacation, on cell phone plans and when looking for a car. Generally I ignore these emails but on a whim I opened it up and saw the car buying program. I bought myself a car back in July 2015 and told my husband we would get him a car in 2016. Out of curiosity, I typed in my husband's dream vehicle. The first one that popped up was exactly what he wanted and at a phenomenal price. I have never done an Internet inquiry for a car before but I thought why not. Within about 10 minutes Keith Moulton contacted me about my inquiry. There were not any pictures of the Jeep I was asking about so I asked Keith to send me a few. Several minutes later Keith called me back and told me that the Jeep I was interested in had been sent to auction that morning. It was the only one that I was interested in because it met every criteria I was looking for for a surprise for my husband. A few days later, Keith called me and told me that he could get the car back for me to look at if I wanted to. Because I had not seen even a picture of the Jeep, I didn't want to put them out expense wise to get the vehicle back. But Keith went ahead and had the Jeep brought back to the dealership. Keith called me to let me know that it was back and sent pictures for me to look at, it was perfect! At this point, I had to let my has been in on the surprise because I was getting it for him and I wanted it to be exactly what he wanted. And it was! We made arrangements to meet Keith to see the vehicle on Saturday, December 26, 2015. I had already filled out an online finance application just in the event it was what we wanted. After we arrived at the dealership and test drove the Jeep, I knew by the look in my husbands eyes, this was the ONE. Keith had everything ready and even discounted the vehicle more than it was already discounted. There were a couple of minor things that we had to asked about getting repaired and Keith was like "absolutely!" It did not take long to buy the vehicle and be on our way. I highly recommend Franklin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone who is looking for a very good car buying experience and I especially recommend Keith Moulton!!! In my nearly 30 years of driving and buying vehicles, I have never had such a pleasurable experience!!!!

He expressed great concern that the car was the right fit and exhibited great patience throughout the purchase phase. He was committed to working patiently and always seem to under promise and over deliver. He was very dialed in to vehicle features and packages. I found a car on this website. I called them and asked if it was still available. They said it was and to come on down to test drive it. I came down on my lunch break that very same day and low and behold-the car was in the shop and needed a new engine! The the used car manager proceeded to tell me how made the Volkswagen Eos are and that I should look at their other overpriced crap. I told him no thanks and thanks for lying to me on the phone. Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never go back.

What can I say about a dealership service department that loses a car? That was just the case with Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Franklin TN. We scheduled an appointment over ten days out for a software update recall. We delivered our Jeep the day before to ensure our vehicle would be in cue the next day. After not hearing anything all day, we called to determine the status of the repair. When we called, they did not have any record of our vehicle. At first they argued with us about having the Jeep. When we finally got a manager, he conceded the vehicle was there, just they did not know where. It took them almost an hour to call back to let us know they had found our car.They completed the software update in approximately 20 minutes, after telling us it would take a few hours the day we dropped it off. They went further and contradicted the actual recall notice saying it was wrong. When we picked up the car, they were apologetic, but offered nothing for our trouble. To add insult to injury, we received a robo e-mail asking about experience offering a free car wash. They should have done that at the time they knew the mess they made. We are so disgusted, we are contemplating trading our Jeep for some other brand of car. We will at least use a new dealership for any future service.

On 4/24/2015, I had taken my car to Rockie Williams Premier Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for an oil change on my 2004 Crossfire. The hood latch was broken on the hood of the car. I had the oil change in the past and I had never had a problem with any dealership conducting the oil change. I was informed that my entire grill would have to come off because they were unable to get under the hood of my car. I was upset and frustrated. I had went home and did an hour of research and found a solution to my problem. I immediately contacted Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Franklin and made telephone contact with Chris Garner. He informed me that he would ask if the job could be performed and he would call me back. Chris contacted me and advised me that I could bring my car to the dealership on 4/24/2015. I arrived at the dealership and made contact with Chris. He was very welcoming and re-assured me that the oil change could be performed with the broken hood latch on my vehicle. At this time, I made contact with Dakota. Dakota was very professional. He explained several features on my car that I was no familiar with. He advised me that my car will be taken car of. A few moments later, Dakota advised me that James Johnson was conducting the oil change on my car. He asked me if I knew how to open the hood on my car. I informed them of the research that I had found online to open the hood on the car. It took 30 minutes to unscrew the screws to perform the oil change. The guys were all professional. They assured me that the job would be done. They provided me with the total price to get the latch fixed/tires. I was very pleased with their quality of customer service. Mike Pollard was very professional as well. The entire team at this location delivered Dynamic Customer Service. I will be returning to the location in the future. Thanks GUYS..

We bought a Chrysler van from a non-Chrysler large dealership in Franklin, TN. The van shook so badly at 65-75+mph it was miserable. We took it back for them to fix and it was worse. So we decided to take it to this dealership and it just glides down the road and the price was very reasonable.

This dealership was recommended to me by two work colleagues who had positive experiences. I will say that Ted Jones is a very nice man, and treated me well. The sales manager was condescending and treated me like a two year old. While the sales manager is very proud of his degree in finance, he needs some help in customer service. I couldn't recommend this dealership, even though I appreciated Ted's attempt to buffer the sales manager's boorish behavior.

We visited this dealer last night, due to a letter we received in the mail regarding the inventory. We met Mr. Kyle Lytle, a salesman there. From the time we met him, we knew we would have a pleasant experience. He took us to the cars we requested and gave us the facts. No showmanship or idle over the top chatter. He guided us to the right car with no pressure whatsoever. The buying process was a smooth as possible, including a little haggling over the monthly payments. They came very close to our goal. Everyone was very polite and personable, especially, Joseph and Martin, the general manager. We have owned several BMWs and can say that we were treated with repect and courtesy, as if we were buying a luxury car. I visited two other dealers previous to going to CDJR of Franklin. Due to my experience at one of the other dealers my expectations were not high that I could make an honest deal and be treated with respect. However Denise Daly my sales consultant proved me wrong. I was looking at a 2014 Grand Caravan, but was also shown a 2015 model which suited my needs perfectly. After some negotiation we struck a deal and I drove away pleased with the price on the 2015 and also the trade in on my 2008 Focus. If the after sales support is as good as the sales I'll be buying my next vehicle there. Denise proved not all sales consultants are the same, she went above and beyond to secure me the best deal. After setting an appointment 2 days prior for our tune up.. We dropped the car off on time and were told to come back this evening.. We live an hour away so we called 4 times to confirm it was ready and received voicemail each time.. We showed up and sat in the parking lot for over an hour to be told the advisor had left early, and our vehicle had been diagnosed and keys had been hung up! The service manager offered to do the $200 tune up for $90 in half an hour, which we did take him up on considering we did not want this entire day to be a waste... But we will not be back, nor will we recommend for any service.

We called 2 days prior to make an appointment for our visit today for a tune up on my husbands car. We arrive on time, waited 15 mins for anyone to even speak to us.. Gave the guy the keys and were told to "come back tonight". We left, ran errands, picked our kids up from school, and started calling to make sure it was ready since we have an hour drive to franklin. After 4 calls to a voicemail we decided to drive down to pick it up since we were originally told to come back in the evening.. We show up, sit in my car for an hour while the advisors and managers try to find our advisor (who left early) then we find out that they did a diagnostic test and hung our keys up! No tune up!! The manager apologized and offered to do the $200 tune up for $90 in 30 minutes.. While we are taking the offer because at this point the vehicle needs it and we don't want to feel like this entire day was a waste- we will NOT be back.

While we waited we enjoyed the customer waiting room and walked around talking to other employees, all who were incredibly nice.After spending a full half hour examining my Jeep, taking all wheels off, checking for any safety concerns for my long drive, they came to get me and told me there was no apparent safety concerns and I should be ok to drive home to WI where I could then have my mechanic at home look at the Jeep closer.Now came the moment of truth, payment! I was stuck out of state with no one else to help me. I figured these guys had me and could charge me anything they wanted. So when the nervous time came to ask them what I owed them, the representative responded with, "how about a hand shake." I asked if he was serious and insisted to pay a little. He just said "call it southern hospitality." I will forever remember their willingness to help someone in their time of need. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I didn't live so far away, I'd go here to purchase my next Jeep and enjoy more of their Southern Hospitality.

Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep ram of Franklin Tennessee allowed me to purchase a vehicle have always wanted to own my entire adult hood thus far. I was just casually looking at vehicles on-line when I came across this tremendous opportunity. When I found the perfect vehicle for me and my family I immediately called the dealership where the vehicle was located. I got in touch with a young car salesmen by the name of Gavin Nordyke and what piqued my interest about Gavin was he did not come across a as oily car salesmen. Rather he had genuine concern for the customers needs and expectations. This was all done telephonically as we made an appointment for Friday September 5th and talked several times before my appointment. Upon my arrival what I had realized it wasn't just Gavin, but the same enthusiasm and attitude was exemplified throughout the entire staff. I took my 2014 cherokee in for an oil change on a Saturday . I was killing time by walking around and looking at new Grand Cherokees. Denise came up and let me drive 2 of them and I was sold,so we started to to talk trade and vehicle dollars. First they low balled me bad on my trade,then had me paying sticker on the new jeep. So I got on my phone and looked up the jeep on autotrader and it was advertised 7400 less. What kinda shady crap is that.then they try to add a $799 protection package that is bull . The dealer fees are outrageous . I will never return to this dealership again. I have bought 3 new vehicles from them in the past 3 years! I purchased what was presented as a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit April 2014. About a week after purchasing the vehicle I discovered that the vehicle did not include the additional Summit package. Without the Summit package the vehicle is worth thousands less than expected. The dealership offered no resolution so I've contacted Jeep, the BBB and a lawyer. In the process of explaining the situation to Jeep we found that the dealership did not follow through with the certification process to extend the warranty after I paid an additional $375 dollars to have that added. I am still in the process of trying to find resolution in this matter and considering the dealerships quick dismissal and lack of ownership or willingness to resolve these problems I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

So if you don't like to be talked down to like you are not important as the customer, you don't enjoyed hearing the general manager throwing his sales manager & sales person under the bus, then avoid spending your time at this location until there is a new general manager that cares about people & his staff.

Financing and post sale was terrible. When the deal was done with our salesman Steve (very good guy). We went Into the Finance guys office the guy was an ex wrestler and tried to intimidate me by 1st adding several items to the sale like a paint protection plan and an extended warranty I kept telling him I did not want it but he kept on and on and even told me that I had no choice. The paint protection had already been put on all. To make a long story I had to threaten to leave before they would move on past the extended warranty. As part of the deal I asked to have the hard tops swapped ( red for black) and remote start added. I went in to get the top changed and I felt like I had the plague Sales did not speak or even acknowledge I was there. I had to go back a few days later to get the remote start installed was told it would only take 2 hours 5.5 hours later I left. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I got a call from my credit union stating that the had not received my payoff so I called left a message 5 hrs later still no call back. Then after I had the car for the weekend they call me in to sign some papers. turns out they couldn't get a bank to finance so they were going to finance it through chrysler at 316 or something a month. they came down to 308/month. but still. Good luck getting this dealership to call you back after you sign the paperwork. I've called 5 times over the past week and can't get them to call me back. They were supposed to relocate a car for me that was 40 miles away, I ended up with a completely different car that lacked several features the car I wanted had (tow package, traffic for the navigation). I realized this the following day and can't get them to call me back. They will screw you if you get the chance! Go somewhere else if you can and avoid this frustration.

We just left the dealer ,we were going to trade in our 2013 Rubicon on a new trailhawk Cherokee. We drove the cherokee an liked it. Then I tell the ales mane we want to buy it. I have bought 2 jeeps from them in the past 2 years. They came back with some lowball crazy offer on our trade. I told them I needed $1500 more and the sales man told me to have. I signed all of the paperwork for a relocation purchase on Wednesday and it's now Saturday and I don't have my car and can't get the dealer to call me back to give me the status. The car was only 40 miles away. I should have gone straight to the dealer that had the car instead of working with these people. They need to get their act together and call their customers back promptly. I will never deal with this dealership again!

We drove 4 hours to go look at a jeep we found on their website. The sticker on the windshield, and all the ads claimed this vehicle included the soft top as well as the hard top that was on it. We were ready to buy and asked where the soft top was. They "claimed" it was a mistake, a "faux pas" there was no top. Ok, soo....we still want the jeep, how much will you come down since you claimed there was a top, but now there isn't.......get this.......NOTHING! Price if full asking price, only without the top they said came with it...jerks. No one ever expects to pay full price asking price for a vehicle, especially when something they claimed came with it did NOT. Can anyone say BAIT AND SWITCH?????

First off, I can say I have never been treated with such disrespect while shopping for a vehicle before than with your dealership. Jarred, the internet sales manager (I guess that's what he calls himself), has gone overboard with comments, text messages, and remarks. And yes...I have the texts to prove it. Seriously I can give you his cell number, take screen shots, and send all of them to you. When I called to show interest in a vehicle and obtain more information, it turned into an outright barrage of snide remarks, personal attacks, and down right absurdity. Some even telling me that...get this...your dealership wasn't interested in selling me a vehicle, I didn't have enough money to buy a vehicle, and that I "was fired!" Yes...a car lot that said they didn't want to sell me a vehicle. What the %#$at?....Who says that?!?! First off, I own a 2013 Harley Davidson Street Glide, a 2014 BMW X1, and a 2012 Nissan Xterra. Pretty sure I'd have to have money (and I do) in order to buy those vehicles. Secondly, I'm in the financial services industry, make PLENTY OF MONEY, and am in sales. He should learn to listen more than he speaks. That's why God gave you two ears and one mouth. In fact, I'm not even sure why a "reputable" company like you claim to be would even want this guy as part of your team. I had originally shown interest in a truck, but he never took time to listen to what I actually needed. I welcome any call from management, ownership, etc. to allow me a chance to show you the text messages I received from him (and I'll give you a copy of my W-2, just to show you...Jarred...my income). He is the epitome of what a "used car salesman" embodies. Pushy, arrogant, and down right disrespectful. I urge anyone looking to do business with these people to pass on, go find a place that will treat you the way you want to be treated, and feel good about buying your car/truck/SUV. The way your people act, it feels like you're doing me a favor by selling me an overpriced vehicle, not the other way around. Last time I checked, you're in the business of sales. You need my business to survive. And at this rate, and with this type of staff on hand, I'd hardly say you're moving in the right direction.

1st time I brought in a Jeep to get the oil changed. Once complete, the jeep was parked outside, windows down in the pouring rain. Once I got in the jeep, I found motor oil all over the steering wheel and seats wet. The dealer only offered me a rag to go clean it up myself. 2nd time, I brought in a Fiat 500 Abarth. Oil change was done, we picked up the car and everything seemed fine. Next time, I decided I would change the oil myself only to find that the dealer had not put the parts under the engine back in correctly and 2 bolts were missing. I returned to the dealer and they found the bolts somewhere in their shop. This dealership will never touch my vehicle ever again. If they can't get an oil change right, what else will they mess up? Conclusion, while the sales experience we've had with them was great, the service department is in-competent to do the job.

After test driving the car, the negotiating process went smoothly taking no more than ten minutes. I felt I received a good price on the new car and they ultimately gave me what I thought I had to have for my trade in. Steve was courteous and stayed busy during the process to minimize my time in the Dealership. I have read the reviews below and I believe they are trying to improve their Customer Service. My history with this dealership has not been pleasant. I got jacked around getting scratches fixed properly that were noted on delivery. I had to return more than once to receive my Mopar 11 owners kit. I have had my car returned after an oil change with oil spilled on the engine cover. More times than not I experience difficulty getting through on your phone system. And this latest incident with a simple leaky oil filter was the final straw. I will not return nor recommend this dealership to anyone.At some point I plan on upgrading to an SRT vehicle, trust me it will not be with your dealership.

I set up an appointment to have a recall inspection performed on my truck 1.5 weeks ago for Saturday morning. My truck was not looked at until 2:30 in the afternoon after making two calls and eventually making the half hour drive to the dealer. The service department was very unorganized and I'm not sure if the work they said they did was actually performed. I was very disappointed with our visit and unfortunately for the dealer, we will not be returning with our business as we look for a new vehicle.

These guys are crooks... From the bottom to the top if their organization... Bought a 2013 jeep... Against my gut instinct... Have regretted it at every turn... You will regret placing your trust in this dealership... Just one example: they promised if I'd purchase the jeep that they would put step bars on it at no charge... I live an hour and 1/2 away from the dealership... I work two jobs... It was 32 days after purchase before I was able to make the time to go sit hours in the dealership to have them installed... Made the call to set up the appointment and they called back and told me they would not honor the agreement because in the small print on the contract it stated that I needed to have the step bars installed within 30 days or they would not have to honor the agreement... Of course they did not tell me this at the time of purchase... If they would have obviously I would have bent over backwards to get there in time... That's just one aspect of how horrible my experience with this dealership has been... I could literally go on and on... I've never been treated more rudely and disrespectfully at a dealership... The sales mgr was shockingly rude to both me and my father... the owner began cursing at me over the phone... And even those who seemed nice in finance in the end where crooks... He always called me back promptly, keeping me aware of the latest developments. The dealership did not have any other service staff working on sunday, so he washed my Jeep himself prior to me leaving. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the Jeep brand and taught me all I needed to know about my recent purchase; operation of all features, how to take the top down, put it up, maintanance, etc. I recommend going to him and have already referred a friend to buy from him. I made my initial inquiry through the internet and got an immediate response. I was greeted by the internet salesperson but he was unable to take me on a test drive. The floor salesperson took me for a test drive. I had already driven multiple cars and done my research. The salesperson talked too much, talked over me, used condescending language, and took entirely too long. I couldn't get out of there. The test drive experience/visit took over two hours. I came back the next day to buy because I loved the car so much. I tried to find the same car for the listed internet price elsewhere and was unsuccessful. That is the only reason I went back. I am a cash buyer and the buying process took over three hours. I experienced the same issues with the sales person:talking too much, not listening, talking over me. The worst part is that they called to tell us the car was ready, and my wife and I ended up picking the car up after they closed (we paid over the phone). Thursday - October 11, 2012I go to this dealer with an add from www.cars.com for a 2013 Dodge DartSE for $14,785. Before driving 30 minutes to this dealer my boyfriend called to make sure they had this car with the VIN number from the listing online for the price it was listed and he was told they did. Therefore, we drive to the dealer to be met with shock that the price was so low as the sticker was $3000.00 more! I told the salesman, Clint, right then and there that I could not afford that at this time so there was no need to continue, but he talked me into staying to see what could be done.He tells me that they are going to give me the price, but when they bring me the first work-up they have decreased the trade-in value of my car by $3000.00. Another salesman sat with us and looked up my car on three different websites which all proved that I was correct. He took it back to the "sales manager" (I have this in quotes for a reason and you will find out why shortly). He added another grand to the car, but that still made it $2000.00 less than what it was actually worth. Then, the salesman said something that was already going through my head, "Since we are taking such a hit on the price of the car we can't give you full cash value on your car." Well, that blew the lid right there because my trade in has nothing to do with the price of the car being sold. I did not list that car on cars.com for $3000.00 less than what it should have been sold for. I tried to walk away from the deal at the beginning. The salesman goes and brings the "sales manager" to meet with me who denies what I was just told and said that they were paying me "auction value" for my car. Well, that's not right either because I wasn't selling it to an auction. I eventually had to interrupt him and leave.Saturday - October 13, 2012I get a call at 10:30AM from Clint stating that the GM has agreed to add another $1000.00 my car. I made a deal that if they would add another $200.00 I would come in with a $500.00 down payment. He calls back and says it's good to go come on in. So, my boyfriend and I drive another 30 minutes and arrive at the dealer a little over an hour later to get to this dealer start filling out paperwork, and then I'm told "That car has been sold." First, I know it takes longer than an hour to convince someone to buy the car, work the deal, get all of the paperwork signed, and get them off of the lot. But moving on, I was told I could take a different car home for the same price, but all they had was a silver automatic and I was looking at a Tungsten 6-speed manual. Then, they tried to tell me if they ordered/located the same car I couldn't get the price I was being given. As soon as the sentence "Don't try to pull a bait-and-switch on me" were used and my anger was clearly expressed they located a car for me and agreed to keep the deal the same.Wednesday - October 17, 2012They finally got my car in even though it was only an hour away, but they wouldn't tell me that. I had to find out where the car I was getting was located by researching the VIN number that was on my paperwork. No big deal, whatever. I go in to complete the paperwork and get my car. Before leaving, I realize the gas is almost empty and I don't have an owner's manual. They come to drive the car around so that they can fill it up for me and what do we pass on the way? 2, I repeat TWO, Tungsten Dodge Dart SE vehicles. I didn't get out to compare the old VIN to those cars, but I am willing to bet one of those cars was the one I should have driven away in Saturday.The only reason the Friendliness rating is not set to Very Bad is because they were polite. Liars and deceivers, but polite about it.And since i got the price I went in for they get a Great for that, but it took a lot of battle on my end.

We purchased a used car and paid cash. We agreed to a certain price, and the agent wrote the contract. We wrote the check. Over 1 1/2 hours later, we finally met with the finance person, who had to finalize the paperwork. We had to complain to the manager before he would agree to see us. When we were in the area, the finance person was sitting in his office, talking to a sales agent, who was standing at the door. The other finance person was sitting in his office by himself. So why did we have to wait sooo long?? The last customer I saw leave that area had been gone over 15 minutes. Then, when we met with the finance person, he said the sales person gave us the wrong numbers, and the actual total was less than the check we wrote, so he just increased the purchase price by app $50 so we wouldn't have to write another check. Seriously??? Yes, we should have pushed the issue, but after waiting for over 1 1/2 hours, we just wanted to get out of there. And no, they did not and have not refunded the difference. The process was cumbersome and irritating, and no, I would not buy a car from them again.

We worked with Steve Parker regarding the vehicle we wanted & purchased. His laid back, informative, non aggressive approach to sales is a welcomed trait that some salesman do not have, and was a factor in deciding to work with him & the dealership. He was very responsive via phone & email. The finance team was helpful, worked with us to get the deal we wanted & not just the deal they wanted to give us. I understand that everyone has different experiences with sale people, finance people, & auto dealerships, but for us we cant complain. Despite it being close to closing time Hallie Edward (our sales person) took her time and went over everything with us without rushing and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. We had looked at several other dealers and private sellers and the vehicle we bought at this dealership was by far the best deal out there. We bought a used Acura MDX and it looked and ran like it was brand new. We were completely comfortable with our purchase and enjoyed the whole overall experience thanks to Halli. John Lennon (yes that's his real name) in financing was a pleasure to work with as well. We never felt pressured and they were very honest about suggesting what they thought we did or did not need. I took my Chrysler to this dealership because check engine light was coming on and had on occasion failed to start until it sat awhile. Explained this to service writer, who was very friendly and professional, along with info as to how engine was running when it did start. He advised he would call the next day with diagnosis and estimate.His call stated; "water pump is bad and leaking water had shorted out a sensor. also since water pump had to be replaced, I should replace timing belt and fan belt. Approx. cost would be $1250.00"Since I had replaced water pump,timing belt and fan belt 25,000 miles ago, I did not agree with this, especially since it was not leaking water nor was it running hot. I picked up the car, took it to a friend who was friends with a mechanic at another Chrysler dealership. Computer showed my car needed a MAP sensor and nothing more. This dealership was great to work with & Halli was simply amazing! After knowing what car I wanted, she contacted me when the perfect car came in. I even received a more-than-fair price (higher than expected) for my trade-in to make the deal even better. Halli is precious & was wonderful to work with, very informed & eager to help meet my needs. I couldn't have asked for more. I grew up in "MoTown" distrusting used car salesman. I have purchased both new & used cars here in town from other dealerships who never earned my trust & didn't serve me well. First things first, if you read no further than this sentence then know that you are dealing with a top notch, straight-forward dealership. Everyone (including myself) has preconceived notions about what buying a car off a lot - new or used - is actually like. We imagine high pressure sales people, gimmicks, add-ons and duplicity. I encountered none of this at Jeep of Franklin.I originally visited their lot because I was interested in a lease promotion that was being offered by Jeep. I test drove one of their vehicles out of an impressive inventory of Jeeps and immediately found the vehicle I was interested in. As with all lease promotions, the advertised price was for the absolute base-model and the model that I test drove was a step above. Naturally, this increased the price but when I explained the importance of meeting my pre-determined price point I was able to walk with the better equipped vehicle for the price point I had originally set. Naturally, this involved some back and forth but I was impressed that Ted Jones, the sales consultant, was patient rather than dismissive and that the sales manager, Jeff, even called me during off hours to discuss.In the end, I walked out of the dealership - buying, not leasing - a new Jeep that still met my budget. I honestly can't say enough good things about these folks and my experience. I will not only recommend Jeep of Franklin to my friends but I will also likely buy my next vehicle from them now. When/if you read this review keep in mind that I am a 100% authentic buyer. If you doubt the sincerity of this review I will notify Ted that he can use me as a reference. I would return to this dealership solely based on our salesperson, David Hardy. He was kind, funny and friendly. He took his time with me and let me test drive several vehicles and never pressured me into buying any of them. Each time I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by helpful, friendly and knowledgeable personnel. My salesperson worked to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and even though it was not in the area, had it delivered within 3 days. Working with finance was also an extremely simple process. I drove ten hours to buy my car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Franklin! I searched the internet for a used Mini Convertible and found the one I wanted there (a 2010 in horizon blue metallic with brown leather seats, less than 18,000 miles, and in excellent condition.) I contacted them via the internet and received prompt and friendly service. We worked out the general price and the probable trade-in value of my current vehicle over the phone, and then I drove down. When I arrived (near closing time on a rainy night) I found everyone to be welcoming and helpful. Each person, from the trade-in estimator, to the sales agent, to the loan processor, to the manager were professional, sincere and forthright. I felt like a got a great price for a superb vehicle and for my trade-in. It could not have gone better. The entire process went smoothly and all the folks were very pleasant to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from these people, and would drive ten hours in the rain again to do so. (And, I love my new car -- it is perfect!!!!!)

Thanks to Halli, my sales person, the sales transaction went smooth and quick drove in at 4 pm and was driving home at 7 pm. I've bought a lot of new cars over the years and that got to be a record.
