Really nice new facility. The express service was not express. My previous oil change was cheaper and way faster and I was provided a status printout of all the maintenance items that were checked.

Maintenance Program on 2016 cars

I purchased a worry free maintenance program for my 2016 Jetta, which was to include all scheduled maintenance for three years. When I brought my car in for the 10,000 mile check up, I was told that tire rotation was not included in the program, which was not explained to me when I purchased it. The service rep went ahead and included it in my visit. It was much appreciated.

Day before wedding CEL comes on- No problem!

I took my car in to get fixed; check engine light came on and it turned out I needed new knock sensors (not a quick or inexpensive fix). The staff was very friendly and accommodating; it was the day before my wedding so the situation was stressful but everyone was really kind. I purchased my car here six years ago and I have returned for all my car maintenance needs because I trust VW West Chicago.

When I experienced a problem with my Jetta Sportwagen (the 7th VW I've owned over the years), I went to Fox Valley VW because it was the dealer nearest my new residence. Although I had no prior history with this dealership and had no appointment, service consultant Brandon Lewis had my vehicle inspected immediately. What I thought was a simple rattle in the rear bumper turned out to be a serious problem with the suspension. Parts were readily available, and the repair was completed while I waited. Carlos was competent and tried his best to give us what we wanted. He was very pleasant to deal with. The manager was also very straight forward and gave us a fair deal on our trade in as well as assuring us that the VW we wanted would be ready in two or three weeks. He kept his word and it was ready within two weeks.David, the accountant was helpful and clearly explained everything. Another salesman also helped us with some of our questions when we went to see David for the second time. All in all, it was one of our best car buying experiences--and we are in our seventies.

To start with I went in with no appointment. I needed an oil change, tires rotated an all fluids checked and filled where needed. I talked to Brandon who assured me he could take care of me and that I could wait or they would drive me home or work whatever I would prefer. I decided to wait. Brandon got me in and out in record time. Had myself a free cup of coffee watched a little TV. Brandon found me explained every was fine and I would be good for another 10,000 miles. In and out in record time and the price was right better then those independent oil change places I used to go to and you know these mechanics know there business. Best Dealership I've found in many a year.

Great long distance buying experience!

Alana was great! I had called from Memphis, TN to purchase a car but it had been sold. When the buyers ended up buying something different, Alana remembered me and called to let me know. From check in to keeping me posted on status as i wait, to checking out. Also Jack, service tech works on my car and I can tell he has integrity, knowledge and a great personality! Car is alway fixed perfectly.

I happened to be driving by, had an issue for a couple weeks with my tires and hadn't been able to get in, and even though they were having a busy day, the took me right in and fixed the issue!

Brandon was very helpful as he informed me what would be done to the car, and then contacted me when they needed to do a flush on the coolant system. He knew I needed to leave at a certain time, and did his best to get me out as promised.
