My Best Car Buying Experience

This dealership is not pushy. They are helpful, professional, and friendly. After I purchased my Prius, I realized I was too short to reach the handle to close my hatch. My salesman worked with the service department and they built a tool to enable me to do that on my own. All at no cost to me! That is the Fox Toyota Family experience! This is my first Toyota and I cannot be happier that I chose Fox to make that purchase.

Best Service Department Ever!

Best Service Department Ever! Was traveling from KY to Atlanta with my daughter on 10/7 and car wouldn't start in McDonald's parking in Clinton. Called Fox's Service Dept. at 4:48pm and even though they were about to close, they sent a mechanic out to jump start my car and I drove it over to the dealership for a new battery. Turned out the alternator was bad and they ended up ordering me a new one. They didn't have the part in stock so I inquired about the possibility of renting a car, Ron H. was able to contact the rental agent Denise and she graciously came back to rent us a car so my daughter could spend 3 full days at home for her College Fall Break. I can not thank these people enough for their wiliness to help even when they were ready to go home for the day. They went above and beyond customer service and I will never forget that. Highly recommend them for your service needs!

Excellent Organization

Staff in any organization are a reflection of their leader and in this case the reflection is positive. I have dealt with many dealerships and a great deal of the time exited feeling cheated and anxious, but Fox exhibits a positive, friendly, collegial posture again I feel based upon the manager. I have seen Ronnie Fox meet, greet and shake hands with individuals waiting for their autos to be serviced and he always reflected a warm, "You are my friend" stance both verbally and non-verbally. This interchange always seemed present over the days I was in and around that area and impressed me. William, Gary, and other staff reflected that same attitude of your being their colleague and not just a number on a Gantt chart of increased income for the company. The long term view versus the short term view of most is truly most adaptive and will in the long term produce a more stable cash flow and customer base who like me will continue to point others to deal with Fox. Bravo to your leader and staff for differing from this cycle of deception, deceit, and improper business practices used by many dealerships for shortterm economic gains. Every individual I have spoken to has complimented Fox and referred me back to them when I have discussed how others use improper business practices to "make money". I hope the Fox family will continue to have their sons and daughters involved and with the same ethnical stance, so I can refer my daughter, my friends, and associates to Fox for buying and servicing their cars and trucks. My husband and I purchased a highlander from fox Toyota in early 2015. KC Ramsey was our sales manager. He was awesome! Our situation was unique and he was such a blessing to work with. My husband was dying of cancer and wanted a new car for me and our two children. He picked out all the details and ordered it. KC talked him through every step. We had hoped he would survive long enough to see it and go for a ride. The day he died.. I got a text from KC saying it had just been shipped. I love knowing that each day I am driving my husbands last gift to me. KC was so kind and has checked on me on multiple occasions. Never because he had to, but because he actually cares. Great dealership and salesmen

I was greeted when I arrived by Mr. KC Ramsey. From the minute we began discussing what I wanted to do I knew this was going to be a different experience than what I was used to at a dealership. Mr. Ramsey was very polite and I never felt that I was being pushed into buying a car. He and the finance went above and beyond to help get the car at the price I wanted. Great experience at Fox Toyota

We started our looking/buying process in June 2015. After hearing very positive things about Fox (honesty, transparency, genuine/kind service) we decided to visit. We were fortunate to be greeted by KC Ramsey. He was very knowledgeable regarding our car of choice (Highlander) and has worked diligently for 2 months to get the car we wanted. We most appreciated the "no pressure", and not receiving unwanted calls as we processed the purchase. As your second largest investment (after a home) a buyer wants to be confident they have made a "right choice". We truly feel that by working with KC and Fox we have made a right choice and would come back again. We are not a fan of dealer stickers on cars, etc. but I think "word of mouth" in the end has a greater impact. It was for sure what made us travel from West Knoxville to Fox. I also appreciate the fact that you give your employees Sunday off to spend time with their families and worship if desired. That speaks volumes for your business.

Just wanted to say if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, Fox Toyota is the place to go. Over the years my husband and I have purchased 7 vehicles from our favorite salesman which also happens to be my brother, Tim Jennings. Last Thursday I purchased number 8 which was a 2015 Highlander! (the best SUV ever) if you have never driven a Toyota, then you owe it to yourself to do so. You will love them. As far as I'm concerned, I'll never drive anything else. The people at Fox Toyota are honest, they will give you a good deal, they have a great service department and most of all, they will treat you like family!! Great Truck Purchase Experience

Stopped by on a Friday afternoon to look at a Tundra Crew Max I seen on the lot on my way to work and it was already sold. Lonnie Stooksbury greeted me in the parking lot, asked me a few questions, and went to work searching for my truck. While I was still in the parking lot he returned to inform me he located not just one but two trucks that met my specifications. I was able to select the truck I wanted and Lonnie arranged to have my truck delivered and ready for my pick up Saturday morning by 9:30 a.m. Traded in my used vehicle at a fair price and financing was also easy and painless. Amazing Service!!

I had just bought a new car and could not figure out why my speakers were rattling so much. I took it to Fox four time in the course of three weeks. They changed my speakers again and again for me and never said anything. Come to find out, the rattling I heard in my "speaker" was actually a cup I had in my car door. I took the cup out every time before they serviced my car. SO I know they never heard the rattling but they continued to help me and change my speakers and never mentioned a word of my silliness!!! These people are amazing! I highly recommend this dealership!

Fox Toyota is the only place you should shop for a new or used car!! We bought a new 2015 Tundra and had by far the best experience ever! John and Ronnie went well above and beyond what they had to do to put us in the truck that WE wanted! Never was there a time where we felt pressured or hurried, but actually felt like we mattered and wasn't "just a number". Being a former Marine I know how to give respect to others and John (also a veteran) showed us nothing but respect! I encourage all military veterans past or present to at least give them the chance to earn your business...you will not regret it! Genuine friendliness, professional service, tremendous deals, honest sales, no games. Calm, relaxed atmosphere and NO sales pressure. Knowledgable staff clearly instructed to make your buying experience a comfortable one. If you cannot reach a deal with these folks then you are likely unrealistic about the value of your trade or expect a dealer to give you a vehicle with no reasonable profit. Absolutely a fair and honest dealer that's well worth an hour's drive or more to check them out. They can find just about anything (brand) new and used you want. Always an enjoyable experience!

Amazing Service! Amazing People!!

We have used Fox Toyota for 2 cars now. The 1st was to help our growing family! The second was unfortunate due to a wreck of the first car. Even though we live in Nashville, we are willing to drive to Clinton because do the Excellent care and customer service. They treat you like family! Reliability of previous 8 Toyotas led me to buy my ninth one. Great experience with a knowledgeable salesman, Rick Lee. He never once tried to lead me to a costlier model that I neither needed or desired. Maintenance services at Fox were also a big factor in my purchase. The truck that I really needed was present on the lot.

This relationship began back in 2000-01 when I randomly met Rick Collins out on the car lot one day and asked him to keep an eye out for a good used Tacoma.. The '97 Tacoma truck he found for me was exactly what I was looking for.. Easy to Work With
