We purchased a 2017 KIA Sorrento this weekend from Ft. Bend Kia. This dealership is first class in ever way. The facility is second to none and the professional staff cant be beat.They worked with us to find the Sorrento that we wanted and the options that we were comfortable with. After selecting the right car they were attentive to make sure we knew how use the many options that are on the car. The trade value was fair and the entire experience was short and concise. This is the 2nd KIA we have purchased at Ft. Bend KIA in 4 years and when we are looking again in the future this is where we will shop.

I dealt with this dealership and my salesperson over the phone for weeks before I was able to come in and purchased my new KIA Soul! Last week. My salesperson, Arseniy, is the nicest and most courteous sales associate at a car dealership I have ever met. He showed me what I was interested in seeing and did not pressure me, which is what I requested from the beginning. He made it a completely enjoyable car shopping experience! I came in the dealership at 11:30 AM and had concluded the sale and left by 4:00 PM. Those of you who have purchased cars know this is a great time frame to discuss, test drive, negotiate, and do paperwork for a financed vehicle. Our finance person, Maranda, was very personable and helpful; she did appear somewhat 'cooler' toward us once I declined all the add-on warranties/coverages, leading me to wonder if finance people might get an incentive for up selling. Overall she was wonderful, however. My only disappointment in the entire process was their response to my having disability plates. They told me they could not help me with that - I would have to wait until my permanent plates came into the dealership, then take those plates to the DMV and trade them out for NEW disability plates. They said I cannot keep my current plates. Needless to say, I called the DMV yesterday morning to find out what I need to do and they were surprised the dealership would/could not help me with this; they said most dealerships take care of it for disabled customers. All that needs to be done is calling the DMV to check when the new car is in their system, and then paying a small fee to have my current plates transferred to my new vehicle. So, again, that was the only negative thing about the entire experience.I would recommend this dealership - it's small and they have time to tend to your purchasing needs. I HIGHLY recommend Arseniy as your sales person!!!

The staff was very attentive, courteous and helpful, particularly Mr. Nabeel Qureshi and Mr. Clint Carmichael. Purchased fully loaded Kia Sorento from Ft. Bend Kia. The sales people were very knowledgeable and friendly and they had a large selection of vehicles. Not a lot of waiting around like some dealers, straight up and to the point. I got a fair deal without a lot of back and forth. The owner was also present and introduced himself- you seldom see this at other dealers. Car was ready in a short time and the finance manager did not pressure me into something I didn't want. Great dealer to work with. I shopped at 5 or 6 other dealers before deciding on a Kia from Ft. Bend. So far the SUV meets all my expectations.

I purchased my Sportage at another kia dealership. I have been getting my oil changes at ft. Kia about a year & a half. About two Fridays a ago I feel it's strange my compress blew out in purchasing the vehicle 2yrs ago. It's hard to believe this happen I feel auto services tech did something wrong I'm not sure. After getting the A/C unit check out I asked what cause it services Rep saids ( I DON'T KNOW) very strange.

Not only was my sales associate (Jay) amazing, but I was even more bewildered by the Finance Manager (Maranda) and her candor at getting me the best possible loan and all the options I needed, as I needed the car, ASAP for work.I highly recommend Ft. Curtis Josey and Enrique Lance tirelessly worked to get me the Best deal possible and in the End it was Best deal around by far!!! And the winning smile given by the Maranda Martin and her financial knowledge! All the STARS were lined up right at Fort Bend Kia!! Jose Molina was my sales person and he was fabulous! I came in distraught and left a happy camper. He understands how to meet the customers needs, but with realistic options. Jose Molina is the best salesperson I have had in my entire life!! There wasn't any harrassing from him and negotiating wasnt needed. I will recommend anyone who wants a car cause he is the best!! By the way I ended up trading in my hyundai sonata for a few 2015 kia cadenza and I love it!!!

I can't say enough positive words on this review to let anyone thinking about going to Fort bend KIA to buy a car, they don't need to think about it!!! Just get in your old car, drive over there, ask for Jose, he will be the one smiling, & go buy a car from him!!! I have never, ever, had such an AMAZING car buying experience!!! The ENTIRE staff over there is so friendly. and it's not the fake friendly, you know, the kind you see at other dealerships. They are just friendly enough to get your business, then if you have questions or problems with the car you bought from them, & need their help or assistance, the are always unavailable.??? NO.......... Fort Bend Kia folks are always, always ready & willing to help. I must have texted (ya, i said texted, he gives you his cell #, in case you have questions) Jose, a dozen times, when i 1st got my Soul, with questions, that i didn't think to ask when i bought the car from him, & EVERY TIME, he got back with me!!!! I felt no pressure at anytime, even on the extended warranty part of the sale...we didn't want it, the dude said ,"Ok, that's fine, we will close out & get your paper work all ready", & that's what they did! Even the service department is nice & friendly, & quick! I went in for me 90 day service & i was in & out in a timely manner. The Owner of this dealership, is actually there...most all the time!! He actually will come out & speak to you... he so, so friendly too!!!! Like i said, i can't say enough about how AWESOME Fort Bend Kia is, & especially Jose Molina!! Came in just to look. Jose met us in the lot was friendly right of the bat. We went over what I was looking for where I wanted to be on payments and Jose worked with me to get me where I wanted to be. Got me a great trade price for my 2013 really worked with on all my needs. Funny part was just stopped by on a whim to look left super happy with my brand new 2015 Soul!!! I would recommend coming to this dealership and ask for Jose!

I went into the kia dealership to have my kia rio serviced. I asked to be taken home instead of waiting so they sent for a porter, the person who came to take me home was Jose Molina. he was very friendly and had the biggest smile. I mentioned how I would like to have a new car and to my surprise he offered to see what he could do, so I said lets do it for grins. turns out I left that day with a brand new kia soul. he made it such a easy and stress free experience, I never felt any pressure and did not fee that he was just trying to make a sale. he is the best sales person I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone to go see him at fort bend kia.

Bought a 2013 soul in 2012. Love them and the car. Recently had a wreck and am waiting on insurance to see if it's totalled. Hope not but if it is I will likely go back here to buy another. WE had a great experiance, from the moment we arrived we were told that it would be a little bit of a wait, but it was'nt. We were paired with Nabeel and told He would take very good care of us. (And they were right)We were a little discouraged when we asked Nabeel for specific qualities in a Sorento and he said that they did not have it. He reinsured us that we were still in the right place. He took us for a test drive in a Metalic Green Sorento and Brian and I fell in LOVE. This car was almost the opposite of what we asked for and yet we were sooooo happy. Needless to say we left with a 2012 Green Metalic Kia Sorrento and we have'nt been Happier. Thank you so much for all you have done.
