Going in we knew exactly which truck we wanted as Ford of Londonderry had it in stock. We contacted them online and they paired us up with Daryn Turner. Daryn Turner was awesome to work with, He was very passionate and knowledgeable. He explained how every gadget worked in the truck to my husband. I don't think we had a question that he wasn't able to answer. After we took our truck home, Daryn reached out to us a few times to make sure everything was good. We had a small issue with title paperwork but Daryn responded immediately with great customer service.

My Ford F350 box truck was losing pressure in the brakes and the pedal would go to the floor. My regular mechanic who is very good at his job replaced the rear pads. He said the rear rotors were fine and he had completely done the front brakes six months earlier. They were still losing pressure so he replaced the master cylinder, no luck so he replaced it again. No luck again so he said take it to Ford. Now my nightmare really begins. They started by telling me the rotors he said were fine needed to be replaced. OK do it, didn't fix it. Then they said it was my front brakes which had just been replaced. OK do it, didn't fix it. Then They said my mechanic did not use a genuine Ford master cylinder. Reluctantly I said OK do it. Didn't fix it. My son Googled the problem and told them it was the hydraulic control unit. Fixed $4,300 dollars later. They are a STEALERSHIP. I walked right in and talked to the service manager who said he was busy. Said he would look into it and call me. I have been waiting 18 months for that call.

Ford of Londonderry was great to deal with. I first shopped on their website which was upfront and heavily discounted on the F150s I was looking for. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly Bob Morissette. Bob was very good at listening to my needs and quickly found a truck that matched all my requirements. Bob then took my wife and I on a test ride and showed us all the features of the truck we didn't know about. The price negotiation was very straight forward without all the back and forth games of other car dealerships. The finance process was very straight forward and we were even able to take the truck that day. I have spent 4-6 hours in the past buying other vehicles and I will honestly say I was extremely impressed with how quick and painless the entire process was. While I hope that my truck lasts me many years, if there is ever a need to buy a new vehicle i know where my first stop will be

A few days ago I stopped by Ford of Londonderry to look at a 2016 Ford Focus on my daughter's recommendation. I was lucky enough to get Bob Morissette as my sales expert. He listened to what I was looking for as I considered replacing my 13-year old Camry, and features that were important and not as important to me. We went on a test drive, and that was when I became seriously impressed with the Ford Focus. My Camry has always had rather soft brakes, very poor headlights, and it came with poor grade tires that lasted just beyond twelve months so that they were no longer covered by the warranty. It was comfortable and fairly economical to drive. Now Toyota has upgraded the Corolla with high tech features, but the Camry has not changed much except for body shape in the past twenty years. In comparison, the Ford Focus has edgy brakes, excellent headlights, rear-view camera in reverse, cell phone sync, a digital key pad if you lock your keys in the car, and too many more features to list. It is also comfortable, economical to run, affordable and reliable, and it has an excellent set of Michelin tires. It also has a trunk large enough to hold a small horse that expands into the rear seats across the whole width of the vehicle. The Camry trunk is reasonably roomy but it has a narrow opening into the rear seats which restricts the size of cargo.However, preferences in a car are a very individual thing, but where Ford of Londonderry won hands down over Autofair Toyota was in the courteous and informative attention of Bob Morissette. He answered all my questions fully and didn't make me feel foolish for asking them. He didn't pressure me into my decision to purchase and he worked to find a way to make it affordable for me. I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking at a new car purchase.

The "one owner" Edge was a problem child within 24 hours, but Dave Farrand stepped up to the plate and provided costly repairs of three different issues at no charge to us. Customer service like that was not only unexpected but just does not happen at most other dealers. Bruce's goal is for you to leave with a full understanding of all the vehicle features and knowing that he will be there to help with any questions after the sale. Ask for Bruce. Period. I drove a 2006 ford fusion for about a year until it was totaled in an accident. I loved the car and I had heard great things about Londonderry Ford so decided to drive over. Looked at a few things but saw a 2012 fusion that caught my attention. Bob Morrissette was with us talking so I asked for the keys. He brought them out i started browsing through the car and then we went on the test drive. Loved this one too so we did the financial stuff everything worked out and I drove it home 2 days after. Bob was great and anyone else I dealt with was awesome. I'm looking forward to keeping my car serviced here as well and any other time I need a car I know where I'll be going. We made an appointment and drove North to look at a possible new truck. We were introduced to Mr. Lee Turner who was our salesperson. I can't even begin to say how wonderful our experience was with Lee. He is a genuine, down to Earth, interesting, NON PUSHY, honest guy. I went into Ford of Londonderry last week to buy purchase the car I've been leasing for three years. The first time I went in, I asked if I needed to make an appointment and the man at the desk told me to just come into the dealership and ask for Chuck. When I returned, I was greeted by a different salesman and after explaining that I would like to buy my car, was told that I needed to make an appointment.The salesman, who never bothered to introduce himself, sat my boyfriend and I at a table and told us to wait. He walked away and came back about ten minutes later. During this time, the man at the front desk was on a personal phone call and loudly clipping his fingernails, which echoed around the empty dealership.The salesman who greeted us began giving instructions to my boyfriend, instructing him that "she will need to bring her car and registration" and asked "when is she available?" WHILE I WAS SITTING NEXT TO HIM. My boyfriend would look at me to answer, and I would answer the salesman's questions.When I come into a dealership and let them know that I would like to give them an additional $10,000+ of my money, I do not expect to be treated with blatant sexism and disrespect. I would fully expect that the sales people I am dealing with treat me with respect as a) I have been a customer for several years, and b) would like to continue being a customer.If I could give 0 stars, I would, because the way I was treated at this dealership was incredibly disrespectful. I will never shop at Ford of Londonderry again.

I worked with Lee to find a car that will work with my busy life style. We looked at many different cars and finally test drove a 2012 Ford Focus. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the cars I test drove. Any questions i had, he had the answer to. I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. Due to a scheduled surgery, Lee was going to be out of the dealership for a while so he put me in the hands of his brother, Daryn. Just like Lee, he was very helpful and spent alot of time with me to make sure I was happy. I was very satisfied with Lee and Daryn and will not hesitate to work with them again in the near future. My experience with this dealership was top knotch! Daryn Turner was the gentleman who helped me out and he couldn't have been more wonderful. As a young woman purchasing a car from a dealership, you imagine all the "fish in a shark tank" scenarios, but it was nothing like that at all. I was actually referred to Daryn by a family friend and I'm glad I was. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for very quickly. There were other models mentioned and shown to me, but he knew I was on a budget and made sure to keep that in mind, rather than selling me something that I would have needed to sell a limb to afford. Throughout the overall experience, the men and women at Ford were all smiles and very friendly. I recently had visited two other ford dealers in the area before trying Londonderry Ford. I met with Bob Morissette after speaking with Terry in internet sales. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle I was interested in was pulled right up front ready for a test drive. After my test drive they valued my trade and we agreed on a fair deal. I informed them that I was in a bit of a time crunch as my wife had to get our kids off of the school bus in 2 1/2 hrs. I was out the door driving my new truck within two hours and we made it home to meet the bus. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to a friend. After my last car buying experience at a different dealer, I went into Ford of Londonderry with a huge chip on my shoulder. Daryn Turner quickly put me at ease with his incredible personality and knowledge. I was treated honestly and respectfully. I never felt pushed or tricked into something I didn't want. He did everything to put me in the right vehicle for my budget. I purchased a 2010 F-150, and it was delivered looking like it just came off the assembly line. Daryn took the time to show me all of the features, and even made sure i didn't leave on an empty tank. I don't think I have friends as nice as this guy!

This is a late review, but I purchased my 2010 Honda insight from Ford of Londonderry in February 2015. This was my first time purchasing a car, and after Christmas gifts and higher than desired credit card bills, my credit is unfortunately less than perfect. Furthermore this being my first car purchase, I felt lost and overwhelmed. Prior to going to Ford of Londonderry, I went to a few different dealerships where I felt even more lost after leaving and more anxiety than when I walked in there. Uncomfortable with my options, I continued to look further where then I then saw what is now my car listed on the internet, and contacted Ford of Londonderry. Chris picked up the phone, and he was naturally very pleasant and friendly, and made me feel very comfortable while discussing the questions I had (I was undoubtedly excessive). We then we set up a time to meet at the dealership. When I arrived and they had the car pulled up out front. Chris greeted me and introduced me to Raul, who accompanied me and my friend on the test drive. While on the test drive, Raul talked about the features of the car and answered all my questions. After the test drive I knew for the first time that I wanted a particular car, being the one I just drove. We then went back inside and talked about financing, where we revisited my concerns about my credit. The finance manager Chuck then came out and met with me, where I filled out paperwork and then left to go home, actually feeling excited and hopeful. I was then contacted to say I had been approved and we worked out times and dates to pick up the car. They got the registration and all of the paperwork set for me, and then on payday went to go pick up my car. It was ready outside, I finished signing all of the paperwork and then I was officially a happy car owner! Raul even then went to fill my car up with gas, and had a picture taken of us in front of the car. Ford of Londonderry really made very scary process for a first time car buyer easy, exciting and painless. A big thanks to Chris, Chuck and Raul for helping me through everything, I would not of purchased this car without all of the help and guidance. Chris got me into the dealership, Raul was the best salesman I have ever dealt with, he really cares about the buyer and takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and happy, and Chuck made it possible for me to purchase my car. The car is going great and I couldnt be happier. Ford of Londonderry has my highest recommendation thanks to all of you.

Although I read reviews before pretty much any purchase I make or any service related place I go, I will admit that this is the first review I've written for a company. I do, however, know how important they are and how much this dealership deserves my recommendation. I visited dealerrater.com after I pretty much decided on the car that I wanted, so I could find the best reviews on Ford dealerships near me. Ford of Londonderry was the highest rated and now I can see why. From walking in the dealership, test driving the vehicle, and finding the right price for what I wanted, to picking up and learning about my new vehicle, everyone was exceptionally kind (without the pushy or arrogant salesman attitude) and accommodating. I worked with Jeff Brunini, Chuck Cote in finance, and my sales guy John Kowack. This was my first lease and I ended up with a 2015 Ford Escape SE 4WD with pretty much all the bells & whistles and John did everything he could to get me everything I wanted for the price I was looking for. I could have never imagined ending up with this lease and know I couldn't have gotten any other dealer to match this deal. Once I came back in to pick up my car John gave me a detailed how-to walk through for all the new technology in my car. My car was a 2005 with no bells and whistles before this, so I had a lot to learn. All of my questions were answered with patience and direct answers and John never put stress on me to compromise what I was looking for to get the price I wanted. He never even put stress on me to make a decision...and that's never easy for me. John also took the time to walk me down to the service center so I would be familiar when it's time to service my car. Chuck was excellent with going through the financial and legal docs giving an explanation of everything I signed before I signed it. Jeff was very friendly and kind as well and values his customers satisfaction. Ford of Londonderry is a dealership where you can feel comfortable that you are being treated with respect and honesty. And it is clear that an excellent customer service experience is important to them for EVERY customer that walks in the door. I love my new car and recommend Ford of Londonderry to everyone!

I've never written a review about an experience at a dealer. I can chalk up most experiences as middle of the road. Maybe the sales was great, but service was bad, or service was great but sales were bad or the building was just run down and old but Ford of Londonderry changed it all.The experience from walking in the door, to taking the test drive, to negotiating, to closing, to facility to service was absolute top notch. This is how you treat customers and this is how you ensure a continued business with your customers. Everything started with Bruce in sales. Honest, dependable and to the point he did all he could to help close the sale. Opened his cell phone to me even would respond via a text just an overall good person to do business with. Ensured I saw the facility from service, rentals & body shop to waiting area and snack stations - WOW.Roger was a perfect sales manager. Hit on exactly what I needed to close the deal and made things come together in a timely manner. The closing with Chuck could not have gone easier. 16 minutes and I was out the door ready to take my ride home. Friendly, to the point and honest - a true trifecta. I've never been so pleased with a purchase experience and recommend anyone in the market for a car to put Ford of Londonderry first on your list!Thank you so much for the great experience. We recently purchased a 2014 Edge SEL at Ford of Londonderry. From the moment we stepped foot on the property and our salesman (John Kowack) introduced himself to us, we knew we were in good hands. John helped us locate the vehicle we wanted and he and Dave Farrand happily negotiated with us on our Fusion's trade-in value and the cost of our new Edge. Chuck Cote was also a pleasure to deal with. He made the finance, insurance, and registration part easy for us...it was truly a one stop shopping experience! Even when we changed our mind on the vehicle color we were buying mid-stream, they told us it wasn't a big deal and didn't hesitate to make the necessary paperwork changes and have the new vehicle ready for us to pick up within a few days. Met at the door by Bruce Boutin, put us at ease right away. Told him what we were interestedin, the Edge, Escape, and Fusion. Mostly for my wife.. We are planning to treade in my fordfreestar and i'll use her tauris. He had us drive all three cars, told us about all of them while wewere driving. Got back to the office and talked price, and then asked for info about leasing thecar.. He went to the trouble of getting us the info on all three cars, told us about the rebates and had us check at home to see if my son-in law had leased his car and if so, that would be anotherrebate and it was!!!..Went with the Edge, Bruce spent almost two hours going over all the features and said to come back anytime with more questions..As you must know usuallynot fun getting a car, but Bruce made it much easier..Jack Boynes

We leased a new 2014 F150 STX Crewcab in Jan 2015 with Salesman Raul Pereira and Sales Mgr Dave Farrand. This is the truck we wanted and they made it so we were able to afford it. We are very happy with the truck especially with this winter, the truck handles like a champ. No problems at all in the snow. We have had F150 Supercabs in the past which were great also but the the Crewcab has exceeded all of our expectations. Chuck Cote handled the paperwork and made this a smooth and easy process. We also have our vehicles serviced exclusively by Ford of Londonderry and would not go anywhere else. Lee St. Jean gets us in and out of service with a smile.

After doing my research and finding the exact truck with options and color I wanted on the Londonderry Ford website, my wife and I went to the dealership figuring we were going to have to dance with sales for hours to get a price close to what we wanted to pay. We were introduced to Al Finnegan. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to help us find the deal we were comfortable with. Within 30 minutes, the deal was done and we were the proud new owners of a new F-150. We came back three days later (due to 20" of snowfall) to finalize the financing and pick up the truck. Chuck Cote was also very professional and efficient. Within 15 minutes, the paperwork was complete. We were then turned over to Al Finnegan who went through all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions we had. No stress, straight talk, no up sell pressure, just a straight forward no BS purchase. Best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Thank you Al and Chuck!

We just purchased our second new car from Daryn Turner of Ford of Londonderry within the last 3 months. Sometimes a Sales Person can put a dealer over the top and Daryn is that guy. He's been at Ford of Londonderry for 15 years at least and really knows everything about these new Fords. I'm an Engineer and really fussy about my cars and since I read a lot about them usually know more than the sales person about the car that I'm buying. What puts Daryn above the rest is that he knows not only a lot about the Fords but he's a true car professional - he knows about cars in general. I cannot recommend him enough and then in turn Ford of Londonderry.Forgot to mention that Daryn is fair and honest and not pushy none of which I would tolerate. When you get to Ford of Londonderry ask for Daryn Turner.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Focus during Black Friday. Although I am from Massachusetts, I am glad that I made my way up to Ford of Londonderry. The customer service and attention from Art Bauer put me at ease right away. As a former Focus owner, I knew that I wanted to look at similar cars. Art gave me the opportunity to check out the different cars available until I found the one that seemed the best fit for me! One of the most helpful parts of the transaction was that Art' also owns a newer version of the Ford Focus, so he knew the gadgets and gizmos that would be the most interesting. The whole buying process seemed simple and "to the point". I was expecting to have to wait a bit due to the weekend and my location, but I was lucky enough to be able to pick up my new car the very next day! Once you have the opportunity to deal with Daryn Turner you would not want to deal with another sales person or dealership. My husband and I have shopped around for a new truck for a while. We've visited and spoken with various dealerships. Buying a vehicle can be extremely painful... what you see online isn't what ends up as being factual once you see the vehicle in person. And, you often find salespeople to be quick and only interested in selling you whatever they can get their hands on. All of this couldn't be further from the truth in dealing with Ford of Londonderry. Our salesperson, Raul Pereira was truly THE best. He is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and focused on what OUR needs were. We could tell immediately he was an honest person that cared about his customers and he went above and beyond our expectations. The sales manager, Dave Ferrand equally exceeded our expectations. He and Raul were a great team and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, not rushed and happy with the vehicle and service. Even after our purchase, Raul called to share thoughts he had about a truck cover we were considering. He wanted to make sure we had all the facts before making a decision. This level of care and service isn't often seen in this industry, and I commend him for his level of professionalism and for the leadership Dave has developed with his team. I would never shop anywhere else. P.S. Don't be fooled by the appearance of Dave's hard outer shell. He's kind of like an egg. Hard on the outside, very soft on the inside :)

I had been looking for a Ford Edge Sport for about 3 weeks, and had been to about 8 Ford dealerships. I was in new Hampshire and stopped at Londonderry Ford because they had a couple of Edge's n stock and wanted to check out the colors. I was met by salesman Art Bauer, who showed me the cars and all the information I needed with no pressure. I never thought a small Ford dealership would be able to come close to the price I was looking to pay for the new Edge and also give me a fair trade in for my 2011 Explorer. I was wrong! Within 90 minutes of arriving at the dealership I had a deal that my wife and I could live with and had a great experience. Just goes to show that the best deal might be a place you don't expect. Thanks to Art for making the this an easy decision. The whole dealership had great people working there.

I saw on the internet the car I wanted right down to color and options. I set an appointment to test drive the car. When my wife and I arrived at the dealer we were met at the door by Bob Morissette our sales associate. Bob showed us the car, went over it's features and then we went out on a test drive. After the test drive we sat down and went over the car and our impressions. We discussed price and finalized the deal. Through the whole process we felt no pressure was placed on us to purchase. The whole process and the people with whom we dealt with left us with the knowledge and comfort that we were making the right decision to purchase the vehicle.

Went into Ford of Londonderry just to look and see what sparked my interest. Several days later, I ended up driving away with a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. What happened? Their hospitality won me over. Yes, I liked the Fusion, and its 42 MPG avg, over the Nissan Altima I've been eyeing for several weeks. But what won me over was the shopping experience. Bruce connected with me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very informative, answered all my questions and ultimately addressed all my concerns. They did not just sell me a car, they gave me their assurance that they were there for me in case anything came up with the vehicle in the future. He proudly showed me their service dept and how they treat their new customers into the Ford family. I look forward to servicing my vehicle there for routine maintenance. I went to FoL to trade in my 2007 Ford Edge for something newer. Raul was the salesperson I dealt with. I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the Ford products. I bought a certified preowned 2012 Edge that I am very happy with - both the deal and the car. Raul was thorough in going over all the features in the car, especially the adaptive cruise control which I have had no experience with. We even took a 2nd test ride so he could demonstrate this feature. All in all I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I haven't bought a car in 11 years and was dreading it. My last two cars were Saturns (the price was the price - no negotiating). A friend recommend Bob Morissette and he made the experience a very pleasant one. I had no idea what I wanted but within an hour, we found my new car -- Fusion. There was a discrepancy with the price and he corrected it - no problem. Bought the car on a Thursday and pick it up the next day. Raul met us at the door with a handshake and a smile. We were able to quickly narrow down available inventory choices based on my wish list and we were off on our test drive in no time. Raul requested that I do him a favor and switch seats so that I personally test drove the truck, as well as my husband. Although my husband handled much of the negotiating, Raul respected that I would be the primary driver and not only involved me in the test drive, but made sure I was the 'owner' of the entire transaction. Raul then worked diligently with Dave to put together a sweet deal and offered us great money on our trade. All the little details were covered to assure we would be completely satisfied. My wife and I were looking to buy a new car later this year. So we stopped by Londonderry Ford, just to look to see the new Fords and we met our sale person Bob Morissette. I am 63 and have purchased many new vehicles for both personal and business. The experience was unbelievable great! Bob was so friendly, professional and we felt no pressure to purchase a new car. Bob gave us a great offer. However, we told him we had to think about it. When we got home, we hunted on-line, made several inquiries to see if we could get additional prices from other Ford dealers to compare to the offer made by Bob. It only took about an hour when I picked up the phone, called Bob and bought the Fusion. When we picked the car up, we were very impressed by everyone that assisted us by the sales team. We took a tour of the facility and met the service manager and some of his staff. We got a GREAT deal, I strongly recommend if you are looking for a new car, see Bob. You will be a very happy person!
