Recently I was looking for a Ford Edge My husband had purchased a truck from them last year and was impressed with their prices and personnel. I am very happy with my easy transaction from Lake Geneva Ford. Tom, Ross and Brian were all very helpful before , during and after the sale. What a great place!!!!

First time buying a car

It was my first time buy a car from a dealership. I found my ford fusion online. I sent an e-mail to ask about the car and I received a reply within minutes. Steve was even willing to stay late at the dealership so that I could come out and see the car. I ended up purchasing the car and I love it. Steve and Ross were such a big help. From explaining all the financing to me too making sure the buying process was stress free. They really do treat you like family here. If you are looking for a car i definitely would recommend going and visiting Ford of Lake Geneva.

New used car

We love going to Ford of Lake Geneva. Always friendly willing to help when you have a problem. Service department is excellent. I've been shopping at the store for 18 years. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a new or used car. Stop in and see Steve or Tom. Ross in the finance department. And say hi to Brian the owner. They're like my second family.

Painless Experience

Test drove a vehicle early in the morning and then left to test drive two other similar vehicles at other dealerships. This dealership was the most professional and had the best quality car. I purchased a used vehicle that was in great condition for a great price. They addressed all of my concerns and had their mechanics take another look at something that I wanted double checked while I was on my way back in. All of the staff were friendly, and I was in and out in probably under an hour once I returned to the dealership.

Best car buying experience

Awesome Job!!

I want to say that this was one of the best dealers I've ever been to. We went to go see this 2013 Ford Fusion today and ended up taking it home with us. Kirk Krause was our sales man, and he was the best salesman I've ever been with. He was not budging us to buy anything or bugging us like 99.9% of the other sales men. He sat back until we were ready to do what we needed to do. Not only was he pleasant, but also funny. The stand up comedian Ross Hengtgen made our day. His real job isn't a comedian but the sales director who took us through the financials of the car. Some of the time he was crack-en jokes which made it very pleasant and took stress off our shoulders. Again, I am EXTREMELY pleased with this certain Ford and their outstanding work. Thanks Kirk and Ross.

Great dealer and amazing employees, thumbs up!!!

Bought a used car from them and I felt like I was being treated like a family member. All around great experience and would highly recommend them. I live in Chicago and it was well worth the drive up there. Class act for dealers. They did everything right and we're happy to give me a full tank of gas and more for my trade in just to get me into the car. They even did a lot of work to the car I bought and didn't raise the price back up. Thumbs up and A+ all the way!!!

One of the best dealerships.

Today i visited Ford of LAke Geneva dealership to trade in my mini-van to a Ford Explorer and it was a fantastic experience all the way: The car was inpected and whatever needed to be fixed was done, the personnel was very well trained and very close to the customer, the proposed trade in was fair. Also, the prices they offer their vehicles are among the most competitive in the market. Overall, it feels like dealing with people that care much about customer satisfaction.

Great Buying Process

We needed a new (used) car to replace on that was totaled in an accident. We have always loved the Toyota Camry. We saw one at Ford of Lake Geneva at a reasonable price. Other area dealers prices were much higher which would have meant hours of negotiating. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The sales staff was extremely friendly and the owners were very fair in their sales process.

Shopped on line with several dealers and LG Ford was the fairest in price compared to the other dealers. Very good quality car and excellent customer service.

The Kunes Service Department

The Kunes service department is very capable, convenient, and reasonably priced. I always get my car serviced there, and though I could do much of the work myself, they are much better than I am at, not only the necessary service intervals, but at diagnosing developing problems, which saves me money and misery later. I'm at 159,086 miles now and my 8 year old car is still running as good as ever.

BEST PRICES I FOUND ONLINE!

I looked all around, 200 miles from home and Ford of Lake Geneva had not only the best price but the cleanest cars too, they provided me with the autocheck report and helped me with financing too, they were truly wonderful and made it so easy!

Had one of the best "buying a car" experiences ever. The salesman Steve was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgable. I was introduced to the new owner Andy Haros and he took my experience even higher. Make sure you ask for him while you are there. They even introduced me to the Service Manager Tony.
