I drive all the way to the Franklin dealership from Nashville because there's no one else I trust with my car! Customer service is always top notch and I can always trust that the work done on my car is a job well done. I really appreciate that the team working there is great to not only get me in and out as efficiently as possible, but they also are great to explain to me what is going on with my car-- why I am having the issue I have and how they fix it. Houston has helped me out the last two times I have been in and is pretty much my hero. I am a college student far from home and when I came in because my breaks were squealing, Houston walked me through the condition of my break pads and the importance of having them replaced (they were really low). I also needed some regular maintenance which the mechanics found and then helped me understand the importance of. It's so nice to have a team with people like Houston who are there to help me as I learn about taking care of my vehicle. Everything is always taken care of professionally, efficiently, and with kindness!

Came to the dealership to look at a used Focus that we saw online. My experience with Ford Lincoln of Franklin was truly exceptional! The sales manager, Mike took so many calls from me with incredible patients. He even gave me his cell phone number. Since I live out of town, he took a video of the vehicle (inside and out) that I was interested in buying! I cant say enough about that guy. He was truly professional and personable. I also worked with Phil. Phil called me almost immediately after I showed interest online. He was extremely personable with NO pressure to buy. That guy has called me several times after I bought my truck just to make sure I was happy! When I finally drove to Franklin, those men greeted me as though we knew each other forever! I could not be more pleased with my car buying experience. It was well worth the long drive to Franklin. By the way; I have absolutely ZERO buyers remorse because I got the best price possible. Believe me, I shopped as far out as the Midwest. I should also mention that their financial guy (Buddy Victory) is also a class act. Buddy made the purchase process incredibly easy. Dont hesitate to give these good people at Ford Lincoln of Franklin a shot for your next vehicle!

I went onto truecar.com to get a final price on a car. At 7am, I sent them my request that I was available only that day and would be there around noon. I showed up at 1pm. The salesperson (Byron) spent 15 minutes looking for the keys and another 20 minutes looking for the car before telling us to come back the next day because the car was being serviced. He had at least 5 hours he could've saved me the effort. Instead I wasted my time sitting in the lobby waiting for an irresponsible salesperson who didn't take my potential business seriously. Don't waste your time.

Stopped into this dealership before heading to another dealership that I had planned on buying from. Jeff Dawson, the salesman was very easy to work with and low key. I but several vehicles a year and didn't want the typical sales job. I do my research and just need to get to it. Jeff was perfect. Even after signing the papers, I got a call back from CJ Mohler the finance manager who found me a better rate the next day. Came back and saved another $ 1200 in interest. Ive never seen anyone work for you after the deal was signed and I drove off the lot. Kudos to Ford of Franklin!

As I began driving to Nashville from Memphis I noticed that my brakes were becoming increasingly difficult to engage. I phoned from Murfreesboro. Ms Youngblood instructed me to bring my car into the Franklin dealership as I was traveling there the next day. She fit me in to the schedule, gave me a ride to work and back (it was only a block) and facilitated my repair in ONE day. It was amazing! Her customer service skills are off the chart! ! David is a great guy to work with. He's very ante tatie to the customers he works with looking for a good vehicle to fit their needs. I bought a car for him earlier in the year and couldn't ask for a better guy to help me figure out a good car. A few weeks ago when I needed to buy another car (because I was in a bad wreck) David helped me find someone in my area in Georgia who could help me find a car. The lease on my vehicle was coming to an end and I knew it was time to begin figuring out which vehicle I wanted next. I knew that I wanted to return to Ford Lincoln of Franklin because the customer service is incredible. They make buying/leasing a car very easy! I drive almost an hour to the dealership from my home in Goodlettsville and I pass SEVERAL other Ford dealerships on the way. I enjoyed talking with Buddy Victory going over the paperwork and finance details because he was very friendly and prompt. I came across Ford Lincoln of Franklin trough USAA Auto Circle service. I was going to order a vehicle, but the new trucks on the lot were a better deal with the best dealer discounts, military discounts and the great rebates, I saved over $11,000. Shop around but I recommend that you make the trip and come here to save time and money. I typically do not enjoy buying a new vehicle, but my experiences at Ford Lincoln of Franklin really changes my opinion. Yesterday, I went over to replace my 2013 F-150. The sales person I dealt with previously was off, but Doug Kaufman, the sales manager worked with me along with a new sales trainee, Bryon. Both guys really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a couple of options that fit my needs and budget. They were very easy going and personable which make the afternoon very pleasant. After wrapping up the sales process, I worked with Buddy Victory, the business manager, on the financing. I have worked with Buddy a couple of times before, and he is a top notch guy. He quickly reviews all of the options for maintenance and financing and gives some no-nonsense advice. You will not go wrong working with Buddy. At the end, Doug and Bryon did a very thorough demo of the truck and its features. Even though I have owned three F-150's, I learned more from this purchase than all of the previous purchases combined. Yesterday was certainly the best car shopping experience I have had.

Best car buying experience ever! After making appointment with my salesman, Phillip Staggs ,he met me in parking lot. My usual experience in the past have been the feeling of ,oh no, what did I get myself into? Instead I felt immediately at ease. Philip Is a guy that you feel at ease with from the very start. Our Sales Consultant, Clyde Maxwell worked very hard to insure that we received the maximum rebates and credits in reducing the price of the vehicles we were looking to purchase. Further, Ford Lincoln of Franklins General Manager, Marcus Smith was very fair in their allowance of the vehicle we were trading. At no time from when we walked in to the Ford Lincoln of Franklin Dealership looking at the Ford F-150s on Monday, April 28, 2016 through our final selection and purchase on Tuesday, April 29, 2016 did we feel any undue pressure by the Sales and Management Staff. As we had looked online at what other Ford Dealerships were offering their vehicles for and what Ford Lincoln of Franklin was offering and ultimately offered we had no desire to go to another Ford Dealership. The process of buying a Ford Fuson was the worse I have ever experience. First of all, it was not the staff but the process of finding the car and getting all the news that my car had been found and would be at the dealership in a couple days. I was told that the car was "available" which in fact it was not. I was asked to turn in my car and I was supplied with a loaner truck. This was very nice. However two days later I was told that the car I was to receive was not available. The salesman offered me another car which I did not want and when they still could not located me another car of my choice, they said that I could order one like I wanted except after waiting over an hour, the person that orders cars had the salesman to tell me that I could no longer order the 2016 model. I asked about ordering the 2017 model and again the salesman had no information on the 2017 models, and did not know what the exterior colors would be for the new year and did not know what date I could start to order a new 2017 model. Also since the dealership had had my car for the last five days, they had thrown away my floor mats even though the deal was not final. Therefore when I came to pick up my car I had to ask for two new screws to put my tag back on and discovered that I no longer had floor mats. To the dealerships credit they offered to pay for new car mats. Overall, I felt that the people were great and helpful, the the rush to sale was a very poor process. Therefore, my wife and I have very missed feelings toward this dealership.

I informed them of the intention to buy the vehicle and asked them to run the numbers while I worked the financing. The next day I was informed the vehicle sold but they had other vehicles at a higher price. From there you work your way up the chain in the sales department. As for the service department even worse. Since I already have a 2011 Ford and live 3 mile from the dealer, I try to use them. Every time I go, the service is non-friendly - they do do treat their customers as a life long valued customer. I understand the owner is an ex-Cobra pilot. I am an ex-fighter pilot. Its disappointing to experience this behavior from a veteran run company. I SUGGEST ALL EMPLOYEES READ EXTRAORDINARY GUARANTEE -- it will teach you the value of a customer and the principle of creating disciples or terriosts. I will never be a disciple for this dealer.

Jeff Dawson did a great job for us. My son and i walked in to test drive cars for a future purchase. Jeff was great at showing us the different models and letting us test drive. I ended up purchasing a used 2014 f150 truck that was recently traded in. This was not my intention when we walked in, however Jeff's knowledge of the truck was very helpful in my purchase. Jeffrey Allyn Dawson was our sales person. I am a VERY picky consumer and do NOT like to be pressured. Jeffrey was AWESOME!! Laid back, answered our questions without Any pressure. Sat down and worked out the deal PENDING a clear car inspection from MY mechanic. No problem said Jeffrey. Then they decided they would require a contract based on a clear inspection. Buying a new car is never something I looked forward to and to have to do so unexpectedly was not making me happy. To say the least, this was definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Phil took excellent care of us while we were trying to narrow down the type of vehicle that would work best for our situation. He and Anthony provided us with information for each of the cars we were interested in and took us on more than one test drive so we could compare the difference in ride and handling. Once we decided on the car, John in finance went to work to make sure we got the financing terms that worked best for us. We also had the paint protection applied to the car and this was a very smoothe process as well. The appointment was scheduled and when I brought the car in, they had a rental car waiting. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with, which is exactly why we keep coming back to this dealership. They truly are the best!!

These guys are crooks. They offered me $1,000 bucks less than NADA rough trade-in value on my truck and $7,000 less than clean retail. What is lower than rough trade-in? Beat up and left to die in a ditch trade-in I guess. I won't be going back. Patrick Carlson helped me and cared only about me getting a vehicle that fit my needs. He did not try to up sell me and was genuinely concerned that he met my needs and not the other way around. My car broke down and it had to be towed to the nearest Ford dealer, which happened to be Ford Lincoln of Franklin. Because the rental car place (on site) was not open when I arrived, the owner, Greg Brown offered to give me a ride home. I do not live that close either. The service department called me first thing Monday morning and said they'd have my car ready the next day because they had to order a part. It was ready, when they promised but there was a problem with the replacement latch which was the recall part. They promptly offered me a loaner car (brand new Ford Flex) until my car was fixed. My car was thoroughly washed and looking like new when I picked it up. Every person I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and service oriented. Even though there were a couple things that weren't perfect, they handled it so professionally that I was wowed. I will always do business with them.

I started out researching the internet and found the truck I wanted at Franklin Ford. I liked the internet price, but was afraid it was a gimmick. I contacted them and talked to internet salesman Luis Pena. To my surprise, the internet price was for real!! Luis gave me the easiest, non high pressure sales deal I ever had. He answered all my questions and explained the paper work quickly, got all the rebates with no problem, and I signed the deal. All the staff was very friendly and professional to the final writing of the check. The facilities are super comfortable and convenient.. I came home feeling happy and relaxed from my buying experience with a new 2016 Ford 250 King Ranch truck. Luis Pena and the staff are the greatest and I would definitely buy from them again. typical car dealer. went in to look at trucks for my wife. didn't have exactly what she wanted,but close. louis found a truck about 8 hours away that was what she wanted but told me i would lose the rebates because of the transportation cost. what happened to their policy that says if we don't have it we will get it for you at no cost to you? so we settled for what they had. the payments they wanted were out of our comfort zone so i left. got a call the next day from wendell telling me they got the payments where we wanted them to be. when i ask how, he told me he had come down $1000 on the price,lowered my interest rate and streched out the length of the note. went back and bought the truck.while doing the paperwork i notice no discount. when i ask about it, i was told "i don't remember that".(imagine that) should have left right then. my mistake. the next day i got a call from daniel in finance telling me that they had made a mistake on the date on the paperwork and that it needed to be done over. he said he would fill up my tank for the inconvenience. did the paperwork again. took it home for my wife to also sign. went back the next day to return the paperwork. it was daniels day off (which i knew,but wendell was aware of the arrangement). i saw him walking away as i walked in and the receptionist paged him but he disappeared. i waited for 30 minutes for him before i walked out with nothing but higher blood pressure. went back the next day and waited for 15 minutes and the receptionist finally went and got greg brown (the owner) to come out and talk to me. i got the paperwork issues resolved and he apologized for the trouble. told me to come back and have the truck detailed and filled up and gave me a couple of boxes of chocolate. thats worth a $1000, right? he didn"t seem to be a very good listener. i will not go back there for they"re 2 free oil changes. the only time they will see me is if the truck blows up under the warranty. the truck is a beauty and seems to be of very sound quality and we have gotten very many compliments but when ask where i got it i just tell them don"t go there. i hope that the 3 people i"ve talked to that are truck shopping take my advice. remember guys your truck is a rolling advertisement and you get what you pay for. i hope it was worth it to you. i"m your perfect customer. you got my money and hopefully you will never see me again.

On Saturday, Jan 9th, my 2007 Ford Explorer stalled and the CEL and Wrench lights came on - I had it towed to this dealership as my regular mechanic thought he would not be able to fix it. On Tuesday, Jan 10th I was contacted by Charlotte who told me it needed a MAS sensor and throttle body, and that if the problem persisted it might need a PCM.I authorized the repair along with a repair to my heater - total was around $1200.A week later the CEL light was back on and I had Charlotte order the PCM. It is now Feb 4 and I still cannot get any word as to the statues of the parts order. My wife, daughter, and I have been sharing two vehicles for all this time as my car is not reliable - it has stalled twice and the CEL light is still on. Also, the delaerhsip have charged my credit card $955.68 for this repair and it has yet to be completed.I have not been offered any kind of compensation, not have I been offered a loaner. I googled "2007 Ford Exploiter PCM" and can find them in stock online. The only explanation the dealer offers is "We are doing everything we can" - while my car sits in front off my house because that was the last place it stalled out.Service techs are not empowered, customer relations rep is just window dressing, and the managers don't have the guts to take on and solve customer issues head on. Have called my credit card issuing bank to dispute charges - if things change I'll update the review.

This dealership overstimated repairs on my vehicle by $5,500. A second opinion at a local mechanic fixed the vehicle for $178. I repaired another $250 estimate in one day for $49 and have no mechanical skills. I took the vehicle back to determine the door code (new purchase). I was told it would cost $50 and take at least an hour and have to go into the auto body shop as they would remove panels, hook up a computer, etc.. I left, looked up the issue on YouTube, and with a mirror and 15 seconds determined my door code that is clearly printed inside the vehicle and NOT behind a panel and NOT determined by a computer. Had I believed this large, established business in Franklin, I would be out over $5,500, a week or more without my vehicle, and none the wiser. I rarely if ever write negative reviews as I am also a small business owner. However, the lies, SIGNIFICANT mark-up for work will ensure that I never darken the door of this dealership ever again. I live two hours away so at first I wasn't too thrilled about having to drive to this dealership but they were the only one within reasonable distance that had the car i wanted. Turned out to be well worth the drive. Ryan, my sales person, helped me take care of most of the process over the phone/email prior to my visit so the actual buying of the car was quick and painless. Buddy the finance manager was great to work with as well and got me a better rate than my bank. All of this and the fact that I was able to buy a brand new car for about the same price as most other places were asking for a 2015 model. This is by far the best new car buying experience I have ever had. It was well worth the drive for me!

A fabulous place to do business. My wife had recently bought a new car at a different dealership and the experience had been less than perfect. Since we were not in the same town, he even went and took photos and emailed them to me so I could get a great look at the truck. started online and received a call from the internet manager within a few hours. Once I relayed my needs, he paired me with a salesman (Ryan) that understood exactly what I was looking for. Once Ryan reached out by phone the next day, we had a plan in place. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, he had all of the options available to me within 30 minutes. We were test driving the truck within that 30 minutes, and the first one I drove turned out to be the one I left with. Their internal communication was great, and saved me from re-hashing everything multiple times.

I just bought a new escape from the Franklin Ford dealership. I did my research on the internet and then was contacted by Doug in the sales department. He did a great job and sent me all the information to me by e-mail. I then went to the dealership and made the final details of the purchase. I think I got a good deal and a fair amount for my trade in. We made the final deal in approximately 15 minutes. I understand that it takes time to do the paper work but was a little disappointed that it took almost 3 hours to close the deal. That is the only negative in the entire process. Overall experience was very good. Everyone was very friendly and not pushy in anyway. Thank you Franklin Ford and Doug. This is my 2nd Ford from this dealership.

First of all I will say the people are friendly. Even the owner came over to thank us for coming in. But as is typical of large Dealerships, the price on their used cars is set in stone and no room for bargaining, We were interested in a 2005 Suburban, listed on their web site. Went down on a Sunday and test drove it and looked it over. Really liked the truck and wanted to buy it but they wouldn't budget on the price. They were asking 10,500 and we offered 9,500. Our salesman Lewis,. nice guy, took our offer to Matt and came back with price comparisons with other dealership to prove why we should pay the 10,500. Well here's the catch, a 4x4 suburban is worth more then a 2 wheel drive such as this truck was. So the comparisons would only work if they were on 2 wheel drive Suburban's. Well the ac had a slight problem, it would blow cold in the back but wouldn't blow out the vents in front. Well after we went back and forth on the price with Lewis and then Matt,, we left with an agreement that they would look into the ac problem and see if they could sell the truck for 9500 and call us the next morning. We didn't here from them till 2 days later and all they said was it was in the shop. We tried to reach them the next day and on the third attempt Lewis said the truck had been on the lot two days and had not gone through the inspection shop and now found out they would have to put $600 in to the ac and they would not sell us the truck at $9500. They had more in it then that. First of all they never gave near that much when it was traded in, So even if they fixed the ac and sold it at 9500 they still were making money. But I understand they work on commission and the more they sell a car for the more they make. But I don't understand listing a vehicle for sale if it has to go through the shop first. It should have been listed after going through the shop . We usually shop at small car dealers for our vehicles I guess just go back to one of those from now on.

At beginning they did not have the exact mode we were looking for, then they tried to get the same car from another state (~170 miles away) using a flat trailer very promptly. I would likely specially recommend the sale person (Luis Pena), he is the kindest person to explain everything in detail, and provided us with the best service. He followed up (after two weeks) to see if we had any questions that he could help. I would like to highly recommend this dealership, which makes the business very easy and professional! Rafael was the salesman that helped me, he knew the vehicles inside and out. I had done a bit of research online before coming in, he was able to explain everything I had questions on, and was very upfront with me about the options I had. The whole staff was very friendly, I came in with my 16 month old son, and they helped me corral him while we made the purchase. Each person very genuinely asked how I was doing and that in itself was refreshing. Once I selected my F150, we all sat down to do the "dance." I am very pleased to tell you that there was no dance at all. They came back to me with 3 different options on buying the truck with my trade in, being very careful to explain the pros and cons of each option. They did not try to lowball me on my trade in or sneak something past me. After working with Greg Gibbs at Ford Lincoln Mercury, I walked away having a new appreciation and respect for the hard working men and women at the dealership. We accomplished that mission and Greg was like a lawer and advocate for me. He worked hard and because of the relationship we developed I bought the vehicle and received a great Ford Truck at a fair price. October 31, 2015 I went to Ford Lincoln of Franklin and bought a 2016 Ford Fusion. I have to give a little history here, but I have never in my life bought a car by myself. I always had my daddy or my husband to help me. I went up to Ford Lincoln of Franklin twice to look at cars. I was unsure what I wanted, as I had a full-size Toyota Sequoia SUV. So, I went up and met Jeff Dawson, he helped me pick out a few cars. We went and test drove a few new & used vehicles and I liked the Ford Fusion out of all of them. Mr. Dawson was very understanding and not pushy at all. I talked to finance and got approved for 0% financing. Mr. Buddy Victory helped me out here. Mr. Victory and Mr. Dawson are extremely helpful and not at all pushy. (Unlike another dealership, right down the road.) I did this on Friday and talked to my husband while there and he talked me into going to another dealership to drive other vehicles to make sure I really liked the Ford Fusion. I have to say, I will NEVER go to another dealership after the experience I had at another dealership, even after telling them I already bought another car..... they are weekly sending me correspondence to buy their vehicle. :( Anyway, I called Mr. Victory from the other dealership and asked if they still had the car I wanted and he said yes. I told him I was on my way. When I got there the paperwork was ready and I have to say, this was the most AWESOME experience of my life. I am 47 and bought my 1st car all by myself. I LOVE my car and really respect both Mr. Dawson and Mr. Victory for giving me a drama free buying experience! Also, I bought extra warranties on my car. One had to be installed, I took it up and had an amazing experience on that as well. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Ford Lincoln of Franklin! :)

Got a beautiful new Fusion from Rafael at this store. He took me right to the one I wanted and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me. I got exactly what I wanted and got the price I wanted. The staff was flexible with payment options and I drove off needing only a temp insurance policy. If you want a Ford or Lincoln (and you should because they are superior) give this man a call before you shop. He will let you know what's hot and make sure you get a manufacturer's rebate. My advice, get the black rims, they are too fresh. Would 5 star the facility too but mobile devices have issues....it's a beautiful dealership.

I started looking for a vehicle two weeks ago. I did my work on line. I was told that if I found a Ford or Lincoln that I wanted they would get it for me. I found this one on line and it was out of state. They got it and now I can get it serviced with a local dealership that I have a dealership with which I have an established relationship. They know me and I know them. This was important to me as I plan to keep this one for eight to ten years. I would highly recommend the personnel here.

My husband are both retired and on a fixed income. On Oct 20th, 2015, we were hit by an uninsured motorist and our car was totaled. We narrowed it down to three vehicles and did test drives in all and discussed financing. Visited the dealership with the aspirations of purchasing a new F-250. After speaking with Greg and Pat on wants and needs I took a test in an F-250 and of course I loved it. After that they pulled up a new F-150 to let me drive to feel the difference, just for comparison's sake. It was absolutely wonderful, and it is the truck I left with. Moral of the story is that Greg and Pat let me drive what I wanted, but then showed me the truck that I needed. They could have put me in that F-250 for more money, but took me into consideration and put me in the best vehicle for me. Everyone in the dealership is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and will work with you on what ever you need. Great buying process that was quick and painless. And during the tutorial on the inner workings of the truck, which is like nothing I have ever seen before with all the bells and whistles, I am pretty sure Pat knows as much as the Ford engineers do. You will definitely not be disappointed in buying any vehicle from this group. Couldn't ask for better people to deal with.

I recently bought a car from Ford Lincoln of Franklin and was really impressed with my entire experience! I am often nervous with anything to do with cars, so to be able to feel calm and non-intimidated was a big deal to me! Luis P. was the sales person that I had been communicating with; he had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go as soon as I got there. The process went really quickly and each step of the process was very easy and well explained to me. Buddy in the finance department was awesome to work with, he game me some wonderful "add on" deals and thoroughly explained details and pricing and made the process quick and painless. In regards to the car I purchased, it was exactly what I had wanted. It was nearly a brand new car (less than 7,000 miles) and was priced several thousand dollars under every other dealership in the area. Additionally, they gave me more for my trade-in when I asked [if it was possible]. Overall I got a nearly brand new car for under the asking price that they had listed including extended warranty and other warranty's to ensure the car would be kept in excellent condition. I would recommend this dealership and the staff to anyone who is looking to purchase new car. They were very easy to work with, friendly and knowledgable. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car at a great deal in about 3 hours. I also left feeling like if I had any other questions or needed more information that they were only a phone call away and ready to help me!

After 15 years and 335,000 miles it was time to turn in my old Expedition. When we walked into our local Ford dealer, Mr. Brown welcomed us at the door. After a few questions, he introduced us to Wendell Sherrell (30 years selling Fords at this location). Wendell was a pleasure to work with... When we asked a question we received and honest answer! After a few test drives we determined the F150 was going to be our truck for the next 15 years? We looked over the inventory and found the color, and the upgrades we wanted in our new truck. Wendell and his sales manager the "Coach" helped us with our Expedition trade-in and worked out a payment plan we had predetermined for our budget. Shout out to Amy who handles aftermarket accessories, we are adding a few accessories to make our truck unique to us. As we all know the car buying process is not easy. I would recommend you look up Wendell as he knows the process and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Ford product.
