Easy to work with

There was no pressure to visit and look at cars. They gave me a good price on a new model within about 15 min. Then I was able to email my counter offers. Picking up the car took about 1.5 hours. It was longer than I'd like but much faster than most dealers do. Overall it was a easy low pressure experience. I would def. recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new or used Toyota.

We drove over an hour to make our purchase. We felt that they were fair and efficient. Now, we have a certified car to drive for a long long time. Highlander hybrids are hard to find. They had one and we were satisfied. Well worth the drive to a non cooperate size Toyota dealer.

Service dept is poor.

One star is actually too good for Flow Toyota. Service is not up to par. They will not call you back when they say they will. They put my wife in a precarious position when they checked under the hood to look at the filters only to not notice that battery acid was leaking from a broken post and had spewed all over the engine. Leads me to believe that they didn't look under the hood or replace the filters they charged her for. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I have owned a LOT of cars..more than many would believe. I have dealt with a ton of dealerships. Of all of them...this is the only one that I don't have anything but good things to say about them when describing them. Yes they're a dealership so they can be expensive but fact is...they're ALL expensive and if I have to give my hard earned money to one, I at least want to feel like they appreciate my business. And more importantly I don't want to go to a dealership and feel like I'm bothering them...which has happened many times at other dealerships (Randy Marion comes to mind). Every single person at Flow Toyota (a.k.a Toyota West) is pleasant and they actually want to help you. I have dealt with all areas of this dealership from sales, service, and even the bodyshop and each and every time they were top of the line. Heck they even serviced a non Toyota vehicle for me when the dealer who should have been servicing it didn't have time for me. Congratulations to these guys as being the ONLY dealership ever in my many years of dealership experience to get a full 5 stars overall from me. Like I said...a little pricey (as all dealerships are as far as I'm concerned)....but if I gotta give it to someone I choose them.

love my car but not happy with service and broken promises..

Bought a used 2012 toyota camry.. great car and love it.. but not understanding why I could not get rugs for my car.. the price I'm paying for this car and come to find out after I got it home and took the paper out of the floor It had no rugs in it.. I've bought several used cars before and they all had rugs in them.. i have asked several times for rugs and they keep telling me they will find me some and 6 months later still no rugs...they don't live up to their *ding* warrenty either.. I'm paying all this extra money for the *top of the line* package but haven't got done right.. also when they tell you that they *detail* your car when you bring it in for oil changes and maintence..they need to rephrase that and be honest with customers and tell them they just run it threw the car wash!!!

The service department here is great. I was traveling from New Hampshire to North Carolina this past weekend and blew a tire on my Camry. Luckily I was directly next to the Exit that this dealership is off of. I threw the donut on my car and drove to the dealership. I was in a hurry and they treated me like i have bought and serviced my cars there for 30 years. They had my tire on within an hour and there service department was packed. Chose Highlander over Enclave and Pathfinder. Toyota reliability is second to none. The quality of the ride and quietness in the cab is what sold us on the highlander, Our only regret was not ordering towing with the vehicle. 10 days after purchase my wife had an Accord pull out in front of her (taking my 11 yr old to school). She had to swerve into oncoming traffic and ended up doing a 360 before sliding to a stop. I am so thankful she was driving the Highlander. We just returned from a 1700 mile trip to Florida. 22 mpg. A New Car For Me!

I first saw the 2014 Corolla when I drove my friends, Brandon and Jennifer Hefner to pick up their new Forerunner. I immediately fell in love. After a few weeks of looking at different cars, I ended back up at Flow Toyota. Nick was great, he took me on a test drive, showing me all the features and benefits of the automobile. Son, plugged in the numbers and gave me a test, to make sure I was who I said...which I passed! Went in to get my oil change and told them that the right front tire was still losing air, this had been going on for over 8 months, and they told me that it had a nail in it. (you mean they could not see this after bringing it in 3 different times?) So they put a new tire on it but I was told i really needed to put 2 cause it would not drive right. The car is a 2013. When I got ready to leave I notice it had a different brand of tire that they would have to wait 2 months for my brand to come in.So now I have 3 Bridgestones and 1 Michilan .Now what kind of service I have brought my car in other times and I am convinced that the service dept. really thinks women are stupid!!!!!!

I was taking my brother to pick up his truck from the dealer. Brandon came up and asked if he could do anything to help me. I told him I wanted to trade my car in for a new or used one, but had to work in my budget as well. Smaller and better on gas than my old car. He showed me what was available in my price range and gave me details about the car. He then let me test drive the car and went over some of the features while driving around. After the test drive he finished giving me the information on the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I was impressed by his whole demeanor. He was friendly and helpful and patient. He made me feel like I knew him and the others for a long time. It was my first time buying a car on my own and he made it so easy for me to make the decisions I needed. I found the whole staff at Flow Toyota very friendly and helpful. They're a great group of people there.

John was very knowledgeable about the brand new 2014 tundra 1794, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire purchasing processes. You don't find many dealership like how this one operates anymore. We highly recommend this location be the first stop, so you wouldn't waste their time elsewhere.

I had a great experience there. Jose was very helpful without being pushy. Once I decided what I wanted Jose did everything he could to get me what I wanted. Cordell came and assisted Jose and he was also very helpful. The finance guy was helpful. All the employees we dealt with were very polite and courteous and helpful. I have never had that good of an experience at a car dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people. As matter of fact have already told my sister to go there and see if they help her. She asked if I would go with her and I said I would and have her talk to Jose.

Went over to look at used 4Runners and left with a new one! Heck of a sales dept. Lol. But really, Russell did a tremendous job of giving us some great financial options on a new model. He printed all the options out on one easy to read spread sheet. Great price on the new model with a fair trade in value. I say give them a try. Love My Hybrid

I already loved my Toyota Camy that I owned. The only thing that could be better is a Camry Hybrid. I did not know if I could afford to get into a new Camry Hybrid. I recently traded my 2013 Corolla for my new 2014 Camry and I love it!! I worked with Jerry Lambert as well as two other employees (sorry I can't remember their names) but everyone was SUPER NICE and helpful. How to have the best new car purchase experience ever!

1) Plan ahead. Save for your next car, even if you have to start years on advance of your purchase. The better your downpayment, the more choices and flexibility you will have on the day you decide to show up at the dealership! 2) Know what you want. Know what it costs. Know what your trade is worth. Know how much you want to pay, and if you get a loan, how much you are willing to pay each month. 3) Use the Toyota website and build your car. Build it several times, over several weeks, before you set foot on the dealer's lot. Build it several different ways, with different options. Understand what those options are, and if they are a part of a "package". Write down any questions you have and take them with you on the day you decide to go to the dealer. If you do your homework, you shouldn't have many questions. 4) When you build your car on the Toyota website, calculate your payments with various amounts down/trade, and don't let a dealer harass you into buying before you are within the parameters that you have set for yourself. And if a dealer DOES harass and pressure you to buy *now*, even if you have told them you are saving money and you're not ready to buy, walk away from that dealer and take your business elsewhere! (Go to Toyota West!)5) While you are building your car on the Toyota website, pay attention to manufacturer and dealer specials found on the website and watch for TV and radio spots advertising specials. If you're seeing and hearing an uptick in specials, there's a reason, and it is sometimes this: 6) Did the manufacturer just introduce next year's model? If so, there'll be some lot-clearing special offers on the way. Pay attention.7) If you have to drive a little farther, or drive past a different dealership, to get to a dealership that treats you with a cordial and welcoming respect, do it. It's worth the gas and the time. I did all of these things, and I drove a little farther, to purchase my car from Toyota West in Statesville. I would - and will - recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a Toyota, or a Scion. It was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Hands down. Very good experience from start to finish. We visited Toyota West just to get an idea of the options we'd want on our Sienna. Shane was very friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of time to check out a Sienna and take it for a test drive. He appreciated we were just there to look the car over but made us a very good deal before we left, which got us thinking more seriously about a purchase. The next day, Shane and I spoke several times, and he was able to offer further reductions in price. The negotiation process is always stressful for me, but Shane was helpful and straightforward during this process as well. I felt like he and Joe Sckipp went above and beyond to get the "out the door" price on the Sienna into a range that seemed reasonable to us based on the research I'd done. Once we settled on a price, Shane was also able to provide information on financing over the phone. He also had the van cleaned up that afternoon, so that the signing process went quickly and smoothly when we arrived at the dealership that evening. Mike Gurley helped with this process as well by taking us quickly through the financial paperwork. Shane then took the time to get my wife's phone paired with our new van.We have not purchased a new vehicle since 2002, and that was from a Toyota dealership in Virginia. The experience this time around was much, much better. We would definitely recommend Shane, and Toyota West in general, to anyone shopping for a new Toyota.

Better communication between Jerry/Joe and Mike on the timing of the payment would have eliminated confusion at the end. We are very happy with our purchase of a Prius 2 from Toyota West.

We were greeted in the lot of Toyota West by Mr. Cody Gray. We were going to buy a new 2014 Toyota Highlander because our 2013 had been totaled. Mr. Gray listened to our needs and immediately found us a car and demonstrated the features. He was knowledgable of the vehicle and was never pushy in his sales manner. He called on the sales manager to talk price on the car and we feel that we got a satisfactory price .The entire process of buying the vehicle was quick and all employees at the dealership were friendly and helpful.

I came in for an oil change and inspection for my Toyota Camry. I had a promotion to where they were to check and top off fluids and use a higher quality oil. They refused to do it. When the car came back and was supposedly finished there was grease on the inside floor panel of my car. It took them about 15 minutes to get it off because it was a large area that was dirty. Shortly after the service I was sent a coupon for a premium car cleaning. I made an appointment and brought my car in for the premium complimentary cleaning for my vehicle. I went to get in the car and again grease on the inside panel, however it was a smaller area this time. I brought the attention to an employee who asked if she could help me with something. The women came out to inspect. I then notice the car was still dirty but wet and the inside hadn't been vacuumed. The woman then went back to get a cleaner to remove the grease.When she came back out to clean the grease, I again questioned the quality I received on my car cleaning and the poor job that was done. Her response was that she had asked and the response she got was "you didn't pay for it". WOW!!! My response was this, I was given a coupon for a premium car cleaning and because of that I deserve a Half xxx job and more grease in my car? I also discovered a couple months later there was no oil in my car when it was checked. Fortunately I had not gone on any trips or even put nearly the amount of miles that was expected to the next oil change. So what did they really do? Was there an actual oil change or did they not put in enough oil? This business is not honest or trustworthy. Do not risk going to Toyota West and risk high priced shady service.

I appreciated everyone at the dealership that I dealt with. The price was good . The problem I have with the way the deal was done. I did not find out until after the paperwork was signed and the deal was done that there was only one key to this vehicle. I thought well I can probally get a plain key made for a couple of dollars but when I came back the next day to give them my vehicle title I stopped by the parts department and asked about a key and they said it would be 106 dollars. This is just a bad business practice in my opinion. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I had business to attend to at my workplace and decided to stop since it was on my way home. We pulled into the customer parking lot and was warmly & friendly greeted by Jose Bonilla. He was great and explained any questions we had, and insisted that we take as much time necessary to shop the vehicles. He was very helpful in helping us pinpoint exactly what we were looking for and didn't try to persuade us out of anything that we said we wanted. Test Driving was fine and the negotiations were quick and didn't require haggling. My wife and I were treated wonderfully and consistently offered refreshments when we were waiting for paperwork or other items to be taking care of during the transaction. Toyota West is the best dealership to buy your new / used Toyota.

We purchased a 2013 Highlander. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Toyota West. Our sales consultant was Jerry Lambert for this sale and the previous sale last year. (the first sales consultant we purchased from was Chris Haverstick who is now the finance manager). This dealership is by far the "BEST DEALERSHIP" we have ever dealt with. We had a great experience at Toyota West with Brandon. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Never once felt like we were being pushed to purchase. He did a great job helping us weigh through pros and cons of the 2 vehicles we were considering from Toyota and finally settle on the best vehicle for us.They were extremely fair with our trade-in. I showed up pre-approved for a new car loan through a bank with what I consider an extremely good rate. Only to be pleasantly surprised to see that they were able to save me another 1/2 point on my loan.This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Toyota West and with the way we have been treated both times, we will be back!!
