We were told $800 would fix our car. A week later the same problem happened again. Now it will be another $500. Their website claims they pride themselves on "diagnosing the problems right the first time," and yet everyone we spoke to said that they replaced the parts they said they replaced, they did not claim they would fix our problem. The customer service was unhelpful and at times condescending and rude. Now, we are out $800 and still have a car that doesn't work.

I have been car shopping for a while. Had a bad experience at overland park fiat. Love the car but finance guy was awful. Tried to shop in our hometown, couldn't find what wanted in a car there either. Looked online for crossovers and came across the Juke. Sent email to Fletcher and that's when Neil made my experience better. We emailed back and forth, had some phone calls and was not pushy at all. Said when can you come down. Told him Saturday. It was snowing at my house when Saturday came, not sure if I wanted to drive down an hour to car shop in thirty degree weather. I called Neil to ask a few questions about the car. He went out in the cold Sat in the car and gave me a rundown of its features. That made me decide I wanted to come drive it. We get there and the car was sitting up front ready for test drive. He took us on various roads so we knew the cars handling. We get back to dealership and pull Neil out of the small back seat and realize that it wouldn't fit our needs and it didn't have heated seats. We then look at one with heated seats but not Awd like I wanted and of course back seat area too small. We go in and do a little paperwork, chat and explain to Neil what we need and what we want in a car as well. This brought the rogue in the picture. Neil found a used one in the color I wanted, didn't have the sunroof or heated seats. He goes out and pulls up one with sunroof, but in silver, still not what I was exactly looking for. He goes back out and pulls up the one. Not my first color choice but definitely my second, cloth heated seat which I like better than leather, sunroof, nav, great stereo, this is the one. We drove it, had some lunch then went back to do the dance. This is what I dislike about car buying. Neil made it painless. We got what we wanted for our trade, only went back once to get to a great price for our new rogue. Rest of the staff was just as amazing in their areas too. Will never car shop anywhere else for our family. Thank fletcher nissan and Neil.

As a wife and mother of two small children, both under the age of 4, I have become a loyal SUV owner for many reasons. Safety being number one. Space number two. Comfort being number three. Nissan has been my choice to obtain all these. While searching for a new vehicle I expect a dealership to put forth best effort to gain my business. Also, my time is valuable and not to be wasted. I like many customers put forth my research before stepping foot on any car lot. I expect my three values to be upheld. Also I expect any salesperson to assume my time is valuable and I am here to purchase a vehicle and not waste my time. Since I represent a large buying group, I hope Nissan also reads this letter and listens.I purchased a Murano from the Nissan dealership in Bentonville, AR four years ago. It was an awful experience. The politest response from that exchange is summed with horrible customer service. After several trips out of town to that dealership my husband and I decided it was the car that would best suit our needs. The dealer we were in contact with was absent minded and did not follow through with plans that we had agreed upon. When we were to pick up our new Murano we had to wait 5, yes that is correct FIVE, hours for the dealership to clean the SUV. I find this outrageous given the dealership had several days to prepare and new the time we would be arriving to pick up the Murano.As a customer, I find this to be an outstanding lack of responsibility of the dealership. I felt my time was far from valued, but rather measured as dispensable and taken advantage of with complete disregard. Rather than feeling the joy and excitement of our purchase it left me with contempt and complete frustration with the dealership. An inexcusable way to treat a customer, especially one who had recently purchased a new car. Why would I ever even consider buying another Nissan again you might ask. If you aren't wondering this then maybe you should re read the previous portion of this letter and let it sink in.Thankfully I fell in love with the Murano. It was safe, offered the space my family needed, and also included the comfort level my family and I enjoyed. As our family has grown our need for space has also grown. We had outgrown our Murano. With the need for space we looked to finding a larger vehicle that would still meet our three primary needs; safety, space, and comfort. Unfortunately, this need for a new vehicle brought forth dread of having to deal with another dealership like the Bentonville branch. Dread of our valuable time being wasted while some sales person provides horrible customer service. In lieu of this dread, we sought out different brands of car and different dealerships. We searched several dealships outside of our town in neighboring areas and also dealerships within our home town of Joplin, MO.Upon visiting the Joplin Nissan branch, we approached with apprehension, surely not all Nissan dealerships were ran like the Bentonville branch. And I'm delighted to write your Joplin branch was nothing like the Bentonville branch. We came in contact with Ryan Huff, a sales associate, of the Joplin Nissan. He showed outstanding knowledge, Nissan loyalty, and dedication to customer service. Ryan, answered questions I had regarding finding a new car with quick response no matter the time of day. Ryan, always respected my time and never disregarded a question, unlike the Bentonville dealership. Ryan, met us several times to look at different options and offered his service every time. We were so pleased to find a pleasant and customer orientated dealership.My husband and I did return to the Bentonville dealership, with dread once again, to compare color options on the 2014 Armada. Not one sales associate of the Bentonville branch approached us. Fine by us, although a loss to that dealership. We did find our new car at the Bentonville store, fortunately we were able to ship it to Joplin and deal with Ryan and the dealership in Joplin. Even with the extra expense, we found negotiations with your Joplin branch a breathe of ease. As a side note even with the Joplin branch manging our new purchase the Bentonville branch still managed to present preventable hang-ups. Everyone at the Joplin branch was friendly and appreciated our business, as a dealership should appreciate its customer. What I appreciated most was arriving to pick up our new Aramada, was to find it waiting for my husband and I. Ryan had it pulled up front and ready to go over the details with us. There was no waiting 5 hours for someone to give us a couple minutes of their day. Ryan didn't even blink at having to stay late to show us how to work every knob and dial. Thank you to him. Nissan should commend his service. Good service is hard to come by. And it should be rewarded, after all good service is what leads to recommendation of future and return customers.I appreciate good service. As you should as Nissan should as a company. Time is not to be wasted but appreciated. Please take value in my letter.

Called and got a firm price out the door. Drove to them to pick up the car and was told they did not have the car. They said that they found one but it would cost 300$ to have it delivered and I told them I would not pay it. They said they would check and see what they could do while we went to lunch. Had already been there 3 hrs. Came back from lunch and they said low and behold we had one on the lot they didn't know about. Go figure. Test drove it and said OK it's what I want. Went to close the deal and they said they had made a mistake and the price was 750$ more than was quoted. REALLY and walked out. Called Muskogee and got the same model with 530$ more options for 250$ less. Whey would anybody buy from them. The woman manager was very difficult and ignorant of what discounts were available. When I told the Muskogee dealer about it he laughed and was very happy to have my business. Needless to say he got it. I spent nearly 5 hrs trying to deal local with some dumb woman who didn't have a clue how to sell a car.

Salesman was very condescending in his comments to me after our sale when we had an issue. The General Manager stated that this was one of 2 employees that he was surprised behaved that way - apparently they employ a lot of jerks here. I will never buy from Fletcher again. This was my first experience with Fletcher and after speaking with many friends who had a similar experience, I will never buy from them again. My purchase did not matter to them.

I had a complaint and I would like to say that Brant Peterson took care of everything fo rme. He was very efficient andhas such a good customer manner about him. He was very kind and respectful and my Versa was given a very thorough checkup. I can recommend Fletcher Nissan very highly and they will take care of their customers. I will deal with Nissan again and plan to take my car in for usual inspections and oil change. I can't say enough good about the service I received and thank Brant Peterson so much for his help with this.

I have paid cash for my last 3 cars...all being less than $2000 each. Because I'm allergic to the payment I have not looked at buying a car with a payment for 15 years. When I went to Fletcher Dodge, I met up with Keith Kohley. I explained what I was looking for, good mileage, dependable, and excellent mpg. I was interested in Toyota's or Nissan's, because of their reputation for dependability and holding their value...and good gas mileage doesn't hurt either. Keith explained that they might have a better selection at the Nissan dealership and took me over there. I was expecting the high pressure sale, but Keith made this a very relaxing experience. He was low key, patient, helpful, and answered all my questions. When he didn't know an answer he found it. The best part was no bottled responses, he was honest and forthcoming with all my inquiries. This didn't feel like the standard put the customer in a corral and see if we can buffalo him type of dealership I have had previous experience with. I appreciate the manner in which Holli, and Drew conducted themselves, having only limited time with them they seemed very helpful. My only suggestion would be to have them introduce themselves to a prospective customer before coming to them with paperwork concerning money, credit, or anything else. "Hi Jim, I'm Drew/Holli. When Keith is finished helping you find the car that will fit your needs, I'll be working with your credit and financing to get this done. Good Luck and hope we can make your day." As I said they were very professional and friendly but when someone I haven't seen yet walks up to me with paperwork, it does make me feel a bit like, "here it comes, the upsale." That is uncomfortable for me and I'm sure anyone else. I really appreciate everyone and all the help they gave and assistance offered. Keith is a real asset to you and I hope he does well in the future. Thank you again, and I must say that after driving the Nissan Versa to work for a few days the gas mileage has exceeded my expectations, averaging 38.3 from Joplin to Neosho, THIS IS GREAT!!!!!

This is my 4th car I have bought from Frank Fletcher dealership. This is by far my best experience I have had. Misty greeted me when no one else came out as I was looking at cars. She made me feel comfortable and did not pressure me. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima and she went over all the functions on the car before I drove it off the lot. I know there is the manual that shows everything but I had never had anyone take the time to show me all the functions. She also let me know I could call her anytime if I have any questions. Misty is a wonderful asset to Fletcher Auto Group. She goes above and beyond normal customer service! Also Drew Carie deserves the same praise! He was the associate that prepared my loan papers. He had all the papers together and I had signed, I then decided I wanted a product added on and he had to redo all the papers and was very nice and professional. Thank you Misty and Drew for the Excellent Customer Service!

On March 29, 2013 we purchased a 2005 Nissan Frontier with 57,000 miles on it from Fletcher Nissan in Joplin, MO. When I started the pickup to test drive it, I heard a whining noise but just thought it was normal. The salesman told me all the service on the pickup had been done there and it was in perfect condition. After I put 3,000 miles on the pickup, I took it to Nelson Nissan for an oil change. The service manager came out and told me the timing chain was bad and needed to be replaced. I thought he must be wrong, but on June 22, 2013 I took the pickup back to Fletcher Nissan to get the tires rotated and the first thing the service advisor told me was the timing chain was bad and it would cost approx. $1500.00 to replace it. I talked to the salesman I purchased it from and he went and talked to the general manager. The general manager said he would not do anything it wasn't their problem. After I left, I called the general manager back he again said they would not do anything to fix the timing chain but he would let me trade the pickup in if I would buy another one from them. They screwed me once they are not going to screw me again. I understand that I bought the pickup as is, but the timing chain was bad when I bought it. We have been told that this isn't something that happens overnight, it is something that happens overtime and it progressively gets worse until the timing chain breaks. I would bet that if you pulled the inspection sheet the service tech filled out when the pickup was traded in it states that the pickup needed a timing chain and the service was rejected by the sales department. My advise is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Fletcher Nissan in Joplin.

This rating is mainly for the sales associate that sold me the car. Ethan Turner is excellent and I would definitely come back to buy another car from him. I would only recommend people go to Fletcher Nissan of Joplin, MO if they are going to work with Ethan Turner. We bought a vehicle, only to find out they did not have the title. I was given two different waiting times by other employees there, and the loan company gave me a third and different waiting time for my title. When I asked about this to the managers, all they offered was a rental car that did not get any where close to the gas mileage(the main reason for a new car) that our car got. We were told that our title should be in a couple days, and if it wasn't they would give us another rental. That day came and no title and no new rental car despite our complaints. Waiting another 3 days, we were told it would come in and if not we could get a new rental then. Well as you can guess, the same thing, no title, no new rental. I had enough and sent my girlfriend to get our car and drop off their rental car. When she arrived, Ethan Turner was there and he was able to get everything straightened out for us. Ethan Turner saved this company from 3 complaints with the DMV, BBB, and Attorney General for selling a car that wasn't ready to be sold.

David Ott and Roger Nichols made buying our gently used van easy and painless. These two men cannot be beat when it comes to knowledge, friendliness, courtesy and actually listening to our needs. There's no high pressure tactics. What a gift and relief! We are usually apprehensive about buying a car, but not this time! They seem to genuinely care about our needs in a vehicle. We purchased a low mileage like new van for an incredibly low price. We were not high dollar customers, but we were treated like we were. They will follow up with buyers to make sure they're happy with their purchase. I highly recommend you contact these folks if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I'm a 61 yr old female,purchased a 2 yr old Altima from Fletcher with 10k mi on it.At 15k I had tires rotated and again at 18k, with no mention from them about an alignment. Now at 22k mi I need new tires.I trusted them with my car care.Because it's labeled an alignment issue Bridgestone will not give me a credit towards new tires, not that I want them again but FLETCHER takes no responsibility.FLETCHER reported thatthe tires tread was at 7-5/32nds which I didn't believe because I could see the top ofLincoln's head so I went to the Firestone store and the Goodyear store and they measured 3,4,5,6/32nds. I 'll be going with the Goodyear Assurance ComforTred tiresand I told the manager at Fletcher I will not be doing any further business with them,he did nothing.The other issues I have had with FLETCHER: Bought the car and told them their paperwork was wrong they wouldn't admit it and finance company had to correct it. Sales men are like hungry little ants, lying to you and even get angry if you challenge their word. O8 Altima brakes are squeaky and nothing is done about it, that's on Nissan.

Crystal Hart is the Best Sales person I have ever had. She asked what I was looking for and what kind of payments I wanted to stay within. She found what I wanted, within my price range and worked to get me in the SUV I wanted. Crystal never pressured me into something I did not want. Other dealerships I went to was bond and determined I was going to drive off there lot with a new car the day I was looking, even though I told them I was not going home with a new car that day. Crystal was not that way. Holly worked with her to get me the financing I needed. My husband was not wanting me to get the SUV I had picked out. Holly went outside and talked to him the day we went back to get Pathfinder, and got him to understand how much we needed the new SUV. I have a Cleaning Buiness and I needed the extra room and I wanted the 3rd row seating. If it wasn't for Crystal and Holly I would not be in my new SUV. The next time we get ready to buy again, I will be going back to Crystal for sure. I have enjoyed driving my Patthfinder so much, I just love it. I wanted to enter a rating for my salesman because he was the best I've ever met! This was my first purchase on my own. In the past my cars were purchased by my dad, grandpa, or ex-husband. So this was a very big deal to me. He made me feel super at ease and I felt as if I could really trust him. He listened to what I wanted and only had me test drive and look at cars that were in my price range and had the features I was looking for. He has no problem going above and beyond for his customers.

Very friendly service. Excellent call backs from Dave Ott checking on my happiness of purchase. Would reccomend them to anyone. Very pleased with purchase. They didnt hackle me on what I wanted to purchase either. I had visited a dealer in Springfield and they kept trying to sell me a car on the lot that I did not want even though I had told them what I wanted. We finially left Springfield. Fletcher Nissan never balked at my specific request. They immediately found what I wanted, had it transfered, and the deal was made very quickly and efficently.

Our experience at Fletcher's was outstanding. Crystal Hart went out of her way to take care of more little things than I can explain in a short space. She picked up new floormats for our van, on her own time. She came in on her day off to take care of our purchase. During the short time we dealt with her, she became more than a sales rep, she became a friend. We will be back to the Fletcher dealerships to purchase again. I hope that Crystal is always available.

Fletcher Nissan in Joplin gave us a good experience when we purchased our preowned Altima. I arrived at closing time and was still approached and even shown a car. The next day when I arrived to take a closer look and drive the car Crissy was very accomodating. The process of purchasing the car went very smoothly. They did what it took to get us in the car. Crystal was extremely helpful in not only deciding which vehicle would be good for us, but she was very helpful with the whole buying a new car process. Jason was extrememly helpful with all of our financing needs. Monte was helpful explaining all of the maintenance warranty, oil change specials, etc. All together I have not been to a more helpful dealership. I will reccomend Frank Fletcher Nissan, and especially Crystal as a sales representative.
