Justin was a wonderful salesman and I was very pleased with the buying process in the beginning but I was soon overpromised and underdelievered. I was told that the car had new tires(not true), and that they would send me the extra key. After being told many times the key was on the way, I still have yet to receive it. They were also not very willing to discuss the fact that after only having the car for around two weeks, a wheel bearing already needs to be replaced.

I bought a 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE. I love my new vehicle! I have had some bad experiences with sales reps in this adventure to buy a new car. I was so relieved to meet Olivia here. She was delightful! She knew her stuff, don't get me wrong. But this young woman was sweet, patient, knowledgeable, easy to work with, non-pressuring, friendly, and a real treasure. I can honestly say that in my 6 decades rolling around our planet, she is my favorite sales rep yet. Check her out!

I was not planning on buying a car so quickly but after stumbling on this vehicle and comparing it to others it seemed like a good deal. The only disappointment was a tear in the driver seat fabric that was not mentioned to me until I arrived. There was a little haggling that took place prior to the drive up there. However once I arrived the price was as we set with no additional surprises. The finance department worked efficiently to get me out quickly. Overall I had a good experience and would not hesitate to send someone there.

The sales lady I had dealt with while here was a very rude young lady. She was highly unprofessional and very unpleasant to deal with. Due to the rudeness of this young lady she ended up losing out on what could have been a car sale for herself. She also could not stay off her phone long enough to tell about the vehicle I was looking at,and keep on texting/calling her friends and boyfriend back. Needless to say I will be contacting five star Toyota about this girl and informing them of how rude and unprofessional she with potential buyers

The absolute worst car dealership ever. I have bought several cars in the past and this has to be the worst place by far. The sale an I dealt with is the most incompetent person on earth. The managers are no better. I purchased a vehicle over a month ago and am still waiting on repairs to be done. I had it out in my paperwork what repairs needed to be completed and am still waiting. They did have my car for 5 days and said it was fixed. 5 mins after I got it back I called letting them know it was not fixed. After talking to the service manager he informed me he did NOT fix it. So why did they keep it so long. Stay away

I called Cathy Peacock to see if the service department was closed. She stated she thought they were. I made arrangements to come in the morning. My phone rang back and it was Cathy. She had went and checked and asked them to look at my car. They agreed. When I got there, two smiling gentlemen were there waiting for me, Adam Honnell and Marvin Meeks. They worked until they found out what was wrong. Adam has helped me many times in the past. He always has a smile on his face. Marvin went and searched to see if they had the part in stock. He came back and stated that they didn't. He offered to order it for me. They were both so helpful. I know how I feel when it is time to get off, so I can appreciate these two men along with Cathy waiting on me and helping me. Don't hesitate to go to Five Star Toyota to purchase a car or get repairs.

I pulled up to the gas station to get gas after I got off from work. I was on empty because it was raining so hard this morning on my way to work. The gas cap would not open. I made it home and called Cathy Peacock, who I call for everything at Five Star Toyota. I told her what the problem was and asked what time the service department closed. She stated that she thought they were all gone home. I asked what time it opened in the morning. She told me the time and I asked if they had someone who could take me to work. She said sure. I was a little disappointed anxious to take it in the morning. My phone rang and it was Cathy. She hurriedly asked me if I could come right then. I told her sure and flew out the door. She had went and checked and asked them please to check my car. I got there and she and two nice gentlemen were waiting on me. They checked out my car and showed me the problem. They didn't have the part I needed but they said they would order it for me. I am so appreciative that Cathy went the extra mile and checked to see if they were still there. I am not too experienced at buying cars, and it can all be very taxing. However, Five star Toyota made the process quite simple and very relaxing. My sales person, Cathy Peacock, was very welcoming and nice. She was always willing to answer all my questions, and talk me through the procedure. I would recommend people to go directly to her, but I am sure the rest of the staff are equally pleasant. The car I purchased is very nice, and at a great price. I am really enjoying it. Just purchased a 2012 Dodge Challenger on January 1st 2015 to find out there is a recall on the alternator on February 23rd 2015. Looked it up online it it has had a recall since October 8, 2014. They clearly knew this car had a recall on it and now they don't want to do anything about it like it's my fault. No loner car or nothing. I'm having to pay expenses out my pocket for rental.

I have had many great experiences with the parts and service department with Five Star Toyota. I can't speak for the sales side as well. However, I will not hesitate to have my vehicles serviced and handled by the great guys in the parts and service department. Ray Moon and staff have exemplified radiant customer service and timely turn around. I will refer others for service and parts at Five Star based on these individuals. I wish I could remember the highly skilled mechanic that typically works on my vehicles by name. It has slipped my memory but he is worthy of a raise as well. Kudos to you guys! Keep it up.

I admit. I always appreciate doing business with anyone who remembers who I am and seems to appreciate my business. Robert is that guy for Five Star Toyota. He always greets me in a personal way, calling me by name. He has seen my wife and I in town at other stores, and took the time to come over, speak and ask how the Avalon was running. He has always serviced my Avalon with the level of care that I desire. Both my wife and I are older and so it is imperitive from our perspective that we have a trust level with anyone we do business with. We have that with Robert. I think Five Star Toyota of Milledgeville is fortunate to have an employee of such caliber. My daddy would not do business, no matter how good a deal it might be if he didn't feel a personal trust level. As he might say if he were alive and here, you never go wrong dealing with a "tall timber" kind of man. Robert is tall timber. I went into Five Star Toyota of Milledgeville with a window not working on my 2011 Toyota Camry. I was rather upset because this was the first time that I've ever had any problem out of a Camry and I've owned several throughout the years. The people in the service center called Mr. Kente Kelsey out to have a brief discussion about the possibility of trading in the 2011 for a 2014. I explained to him that I wasn't trying to get a new car right because I had such a "great deal" on the '11. After talking with Mr. Kelsey and the Finance Manager, Lee (sorry I can't think of his last name) I found out that I wasn't getting such a "great deal" on the '11. I must say that I had a very enjoyable car buying experience, I saved money, and my insurance rate went down! Thank you Five Star for helping me get a TRULY GREAT DEAL instead of a "great deal"

I went into five star thinking I was about to spend a ton of money on repairs. Boy was I wrong. Kyle Sheppard was excellent in servicing my car. Instead of having to spend a bunch of money he was able to fix it and I was only charged half of what I was expecting. He was fully aware of what was wrong with my car and how to fix it without forcing me to buy unnecessary parts.

My experience here was great! I called down one morning in need of a car. After speaking with Mrs. Cathy Peacock, and explaining my situation, she told me to come on down and that she'd had the perfect car for me. I was test driving MY car within 5 minutes of arrival. I then signed my paperwork and was on my way. No hesitation then and no regret now. Their customer service is amazing. You're instantly greeted as you walk in and they make you feel right at home. What also was a plus was they made my 5 month old son really really happy. They're genuine people. Not only will you walk out with an awesome car new friends as well.

Five Star Milledgeville Toyota dealer was first recommended by my professor few years ago, for the friendliness and budget. I drove an hour to the dealership because they had the best deal for the car I wanted doing the online search. When I walked in, I have specific car in mind, Camry, an year old model (cheaper) with specific(navigation) option. While they did not have the car they promised online in inventory, Kwanzi, my salesperson, had to locate the car from the other dealership. This time around the number of available cars in the old model gets scarce especially you want specific type of option, and Kwanzi had to spend sometime to locate, one of the 4 Camrys in area. They were also willing to work with the price as well even if the car was not from their inventory. When the new car arrived, it came with a lot more options than I expected, free sunroof! Although it had minor scratches, they were willing to locate the dealership near my place to have it fixed. Once the deal was on, the finance and paperwork went through extremely fast. Overall, I got the car that exceeds my expectation for the fair price, and the shopping went through faster than expected, and having a great relationship with sales person, who's willing to work with you to find the car you want.

When going in for my routine maintenance, oil change I was informed that my oil pan had been stripped out and would need to be replaced. The service manager stated that the threads were stripped out in the oil pan due to normal wear and tear and my free oil change turned into a 400.00 oil change. This is the first time in years I have heard of any oil pan threads wearing out on a vehicle in less than 5 years.
