Thank you to the Five Star team! I was referred to Jody and couldn't be happier. After spending several hours at another dealership trying to sell me something on the lot I didn't want, Jody listened to my needs and worked closely with the GM, Kyle to find what I wanted even though it wasn't on their lot. We walked into Five Star Nissan to gather paper work needed because I had an accident and totaled by Juke. We had Gap insurance WHICH WE HIGHLY recommend and needed paper work from dealership. We waked in and were at a small table in showroom gathering all our paper work when Ryan Gamblin the General Sales Manager walked up to us remembering us from when we purchased our Juke about six months ago. At the time Ryan was the Finance Manager. He immediately stepped in said he would help and made all copies we needed to provide to Gap for our insurance, he went the extra mile and sent paper work to Gap and made copies for us. He was concerned with the incidents of the accident making sure I was okay. He asked if we needed a vehicle knowing that when we were in last we traded both our vehicles in as my husband is retired and I am on disability. We were driving a rental at the time and insurance was about to run out of coverage and we never thought we could get into a new vehicle until all the paper with insurance and gap were completed. Within a few hours with the help of our Salesman Jodie Eakins and Finance Manager Patrick Carr and Ryan Gamblin who all went above and beyond to help us we drove out of the dealership with a new Nissan Rogue. What a blessing and God sent dealership Five Star Nissan is too us. Thank you is not enough to say to this wonderful team. My husband said this dealership should be a training school for all dealerships to follow. No pressure only help and concern for us.

Reid Clifton was very understanding & easy to work with. As a woman, it can be hard to trust a dealership's judgement for car service. My car was stalling while in motion and they told me that I had a failed transmission. I felt like I was getting the run around because they wanted to charge me for the service that should have been covered under warranty. After a while of working through some things, they told me that it actually was covered! What I appreciated from Reid is that he communicated with me and answered all my questions. He got me a rental and I was out the door until my car is finished. I also want to recognize Tim Kendrick. He was very pleasant to get to know on the way to pick up my rental. He put all my bags and suitcases from my car into the van and the rental. He also opened doors and was overall kind. He had a great sense of humor as well. I had a very difficult situation trading in 2 cars with negative equity for a car that I could afford. I wanted a specific payment and I also had a sick baby at home. I had already spoken with several dealerships on different cars when Ryan called me about a car he had on his lot. It wasn't even on the list of cars I was looking at, but it fit the bill perfectly! When he told me about the 2015 Hyundai Genesis, I looked it up and fell in love... when he told me that Melissa would come and pick up the 2nd car for me I was pleasantly surprised... but when he said that Melissa would actually bring the Genesis and loan paperwork to my house because of my sick baby, it blew me away! The car is amazing, but the customer service is really outstanding! Melissa and Ryan have made what is usually a long drawn out process easy and painless. They worked really hard to get the deal done and get the payment right where I needed it to be. I can't imagine trading in this car because I love it so much, but if and when the time comes that I do, you can be that I won't be going anywhere else. Melissa and Ryan have earned a lifelong customer! Thanks guys!!!

No offense but I detest to haggle with a car sales person over the price & warranty and any other pros or cons that may come up. I knew exactly what I wanted I priced my 2012 Maxima on Kelly Blue Book and researched the carfax report. Melissa was great she checked the car out for me & assured me it was very clean with no smoke smell. She got all my information via text we finalized the deal & she even had the car delivered to me that night, at my house, talk about service! Mislead and belittled when trying to address the situation

I went to purchase a car Wednesday. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot, but could find it and they would certify the car. If the car was not was led to believe I would not have to take it. A full cpo inspection would be done prior to me getting the car. That didn't happen. I picked up the car Thursday night. It had two tears in the upholstery. Didn't expect perfection, as it was a 2015 with approximately 14000 miles. The very next day I discovered the back right window did not work, nor did the back overhead lights. I took the car back immediately, this is less than 24 hours. They told me then that the cpo inspection had not been done as it should have, apologized and assured me a full inspection would happen. They had to order parts so they gave me my car back and would fix the problems once the parts came in. The very next day the other back window stopped working. This was late saturday. They are closed on Sunday so I took it back as soon as they opened today, monday. I told them the newest problem and that I wanted out of the car. I no longer trust this car, the problems it is showing, nor the inspection given. Noone told me about a single problem. I had to tell them. I ended up speaking with a manager by the name of Art, possibly the rudest and most condescending person I have met as a customer. He told me I could not get out of that car and into another one unless I paid. He said he has already paid 1200 for something they did to the car and HE was not going to lose the money. So I have a 21000 car that I cannot get out of and will have to continue to bring it in for repairs. My intentions of buying a 1 year old, low mileage car that is supposedly cpo was to not have to have repairs the first few months, much less the first day. He told me I should have known better than to go into a deal with a car that was not on their lot. I would agree IF I fad not been told by them that if the inspection showed problems I would not have to take the car. The full inspection had not been done or if it had, they failed to disclose the problems. Why would they expect someone to be okay with buying a one year old car where the back windows don't work. I am so worried this is just the beginning and problems will continue coming up. Gary Glor and Don Johnson were very nice but it doesn't matter when their management is non receptive to owning their responsibilities to their customers. Don't go there. Management does not stand by what is.being told to their customers. Their supposed 1200 service is much more important.

I hope you will forward this to the owner, manager, and anyone else that matters. I contacted Five Star about the purchase of a 2011 Dodge Challenger that i found online. I was contacted by Casey McCaskill about this car. I made an appointment to drive to Warner Robins to test drive and perhaps purchase this car. I drove down and found out that the car had been sold 2 weeks earlier. I was lied to just to get me on the lot. Being that i was already there i did look around and found a car i liked. We did the paperwork and i was going to drive the car home that evening, and leave my Jeep because i did not have a driver with me. and I had to come back the next day to pick up my Jeep. After doing the paperwork and getting ready to go, I was told i could not drive the car so I drove my Jeep and came back the next day with driver to pick up the car. I finished what i had to do and got ready to go and was told there was only one key to the car. Casey said he would contact the previous owner to see if he still had the other key. So i agreed and took the car. Well again Casey contacted me stating that he had the other key and would mail it. Did not happen. Contacted him again and he stated that he would mail it Monday. This was back on 4/26, I still have not received the key. I have been Lied to from the minute i contacted Five Star Nissan. Now I have had enough. I am going to post this experience every opportunity I get. I am totally disgusted with the way i have been treated.

I bought a car from them 3 weeks ago. I went in after work so about time i got there it was dark. My sales person Donnie was great at first process was smooth and I went home with a car. Well the next day I noticed the bumper had a crack in it. I text donnie a picture and got no response. Which I thought was odd because he had no problem texting me all day prior trying to get a sale. I called the dealership and spoke to the general manager Art he told me to come by. I come by and he said that they could epoxy it. I said you mean glue it? How would that look? He then proceeded to tell me that I should have seen it when I bought it and then he didnt have to do anything for me. It was dark and there was no light out there the car bumper is black. Its not like they provided me with a flash light to comb the car with. He then continued to tell me that if I wanted then could just give me my trade in back and to cancel the sale. All while being very unprofessional in front of his employees. I asked if there was another manger that I could talk to and he laughed and said I am the manger. I felt like he belittled me and treated me this way because not only am I an minority but I am a woman. They never did fix my bumper and I have tried calling and no return call. But i did get a call wanting me to give them a review. I wouldnt go here honestly their customer service is terrible. I would have still bought the car had I seen it and they offered to epoxy it. I just felt like he was very rude to me. I have been waiting to give a review hoping that they would return my calls and fix the bumper but as of 3 weeks later they still haven't!

Once lovely Saturday morning I went in for an oil change, for my recently purchased Nissan Sentra, and received not only a very important oil change, but also the technicians took the time to inspect my vehicle and noticed that my tires needed rotating. Bought a car 16 December 2015. 2 days later notice rear bumper popped out. Returned to dealer. Told part had to be order to repair. After Christmas noticed a ticking sound at moderate rates of speed. Returned to dealer. Heat shield apparently not attached properly. Dealer fixed. Fast forward to end of January. Called dealer to inquire about the status of ordered part. "Hummmm, ma'am are you calling the right dealership?" No part ordered. No record of complaint. This is not acceptable. I tried twice to give this dealership a chance and both times had to walk away. First time went and looked at a car and all I wanted was the price of the car and got 3 prices in 15 minutes. First salesman wanted me go to true car website or USAA to get the price Second actually looked up a simalar car price on true car in front of me. Third guy guy gave me two prices second was higher than first.Really like the car so my wife and went back the next day. We tried to test drive the car at first was not going to let us test the car without a sales person in the car. Then finally after 2o or 30 min. We was able to test drive the car but we had to fill out a loaner agreement form. I have drive 6 other cars this week at dealership and never went threw so much to test drive the car. We got back from the test drive and still liked the car. Again with the price again could not get clear price and we started to leave. I asked them to sign a copy of loaner agreement saying I had return the car with no damage they refused. Said the loaner agreement was to protect them not me. The sales person actually yelded at me in the dealership. I would never do any business with these people. I went that day and bought a new car from Butler in Macon

After months of researching, I found what I was looking for at the Warner Robins facility. I inquired online and over the phone, I test drove the vehicle and I was upfront telling the salesman (Cordy) that I wasn't planning on making any major decisions today, especially without my husband. He proceeded to ask me " Is your husband the only decision maker in the family, if I can get you numbers today, can we make a deal?" So I left saying I will return after speaking with my spouse. When I returned a week later, I made sure the vehicle was available, told Cordy that I had my own financing and wanted to know the bottom line to drive the car off the lot today. I arrived, they made me wait; said they were trying to see if they had the car,(I knew it was there, I called on my way up to confirm), while waiting, there's some guy sitting across from me eating cookies, didn't acknowledge my presence at all but guess what he later introduced himself as the department manager. By then I told them I was getting agitated since they had me waiting for no reason and I am still waiting on my bottom line. They wanted to talk financing, I repeatedly told them I was content on what I have with my bank and I'm ready to talk numbers, so cookie man gets smart and asked me " what do you want to pay". At that point "I'm like really, so I get to decide, ok"; so I give him a number and he 's blows up at me " no mam, I can't do that"; I say, "well what can you do"; he says "I can't do that"; I say "can you negotiate anything"; he says; "NO"; so I said ok thank you for your time and have a nice day. As I got in my car I get cornered again by 2 more salesmen that just didn't want to accept NO for an answer. Bottom line is, If you like being harassed and don't want negotiations, you should check them out. This isn't even the end of the story, I didn't even get to the part where they sold the vehicle and failed to tell me only to continue emailing me that it's still available. If you want that story just ask me!

I have recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from the Warner Robins, GA location and I am absolutely in love with it!!! Every feature it has I am throughly impressed with, especially the gas mileage it gets!! But what I am more impressed with was the AMAZING customer service I received from Victor Hambrick. I sat down with Victor and told him exactly what I needed from a vehicle, what I was looking for, and my price point. I was honest with him and told him I was in a bind and needed a vehicle ASAP. My previous car had finally given up days before and that was my only transportation back to New York for the holidays while my husband was deployed. Other dealerships I had visited during the day tried to take advantage with pricing, and even tried to talk me into smaller cars, when i specifically needed an suv. Victor actually listened to everything I said, and worked with me to try and get what I needed in such a short time. I was able to purchase my Rogue and finish all the paperwork within 4 hours in one day. Dealing with Victor Hambrick was absolutely the best decision! Went in to look at used 2014 Nissan Titan and was greeted at the door by the salesman that I had contact with through their webpage and the truck was already waiting for me to test drive. After test drive, I had noted that there was a problem with front end shaking and told him that I did not think I would buy it. Patrick went in and talked with manager and they agreed to fix whatever was wrong if I wanted the truck. Made my trade and was sent home in a loaner. Truck was fixed and they had my new truck brought to me at my house, an hour and fifteen minute drive away. This experience with them has disgusted me so much that I wouldn't even go purchase a key battery from them if I had to! My car was having problems and I took it there to be looked at. They did absolutely nothing to my car and charged me $149 to do nothing! When asked to present the results from the diagnostic test that was allegedly done on the vehicle they could not produce the documents. On multiple occasions the service manager John was asked for these documents but he's one of the biggest morons to walk this earth and had an excuse each time as into why it wasn't available. They are a bad representation of Nissan as a whole! Taking people's money and doing no work! I wouldn't lead my worst enemy in their direction!

Tess in the service department is great! I originally went in for an oil change and when I picked up my car she notified me of several recalls. She helped set up an appointment and made the entire process easy. I work a lot and don't have a lot of time on my hands. She was able to meet all of my needs so that my life was inconvenienced as little as possible. I work in the customer service industry and I know that in today's market highly satisfied is what companies are aiming for. Tess has certainly accomplished this. I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Although the vehicle was not in stock, Lauren assured me that it would be at the store by 3:00 and that I needed to see Billy when I arrived. I met Billy and he acted like he knew nothing about me coming in. He took me to his office and started looking through the computer for the vehicle. He did not even know which one I was there to test drive. When I asked him if the vehicle had arrived, he told me that "Unfortunately, it is late." New Hoang was my sales person. She was great. I had just gotten over a broken leg so I wasn't walking very fast. She walked my speed the whole time I was there. She listen to what I wanted and showed me just what I could afford. She knew that i right not buy on that day but still treated me with respect. The loan person, I think his name was Don, is why I rated five star a 2. He was very pushy. Said I was wasting his time. Showed me car I know I couldn't afford and then wouldn't tell me the price. I had services done to my Altima Nissan 2002 and found the problem with my headlamp bulbs being blown so many times due to recall on headlamps...both headlamps replaced. Belts and cover gaskets replaced, door regulator, new tires with balancing. Free alignment due to Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12noon completed work and had to take car back Monday morning due to low beam not working on headlamp---driver's side found a fuse blown. Everything is good so far. I did gave a shout out to a representative name, Shasta who took my phone call when I first call to tell about my car repairs, she was excellent...I told Nancy that I thought she had the greatest customer personna about her and wanted someone to be aware. Not sure if Nancy relayed the compliment to her or not. I saw her the next day but I did not say a word other than hello. Justin B, service manager was great. Overall, I think the prices should be more consistent instead of it seemsthat prices are being made up as we go or who you are...I hope that is not the case but at times I perceived it that way. Good customer relationships!

We hear a lot of hype these days about sales and service. Most of it is just that, hype. However from the initial contact straight through to walking out the door it was nothing short of stunning when dealing with Five Star Nissan of Warner Robins. From the original email inquiry which Stacy Campbell responded to so fast I was floored! She was very efficient in ascertaining our needs and setting an appointment to view the vehicle I saw on the internet.When we arrived we were quickly taken to Jason Smith who in turn introduced us to Kimiai Trueheart. Mr Trueheart asked us a few questions and then proceeded to show us several vehicles, all of which we would have had an interest in seeing and all within our price range. . We also were shown the specific vehicle we originally inquired about. Mr Trueheart pointed out features and pricing of each vehicle and it was clear he knew his products. At no time did we feel obligated or pressured to buy anything. Since this was my car, I was the buyer. At no time did Mr. Trueheart talk "over my head to my husband", he didn't show me the vanity mirrors, nor did he ask me if "I liked the color". He talked directly to me about the car and clearly answered the questions I asked which made it easier to make a decision. During the actual purchasing process we were never left with the feeling that this was "taking forever". Everyone involved in pulling the deal together were always moving forward with their part of the transaction to get it done correctly. Considering how many vehicles I looked at I can't believe we were there five hours start to finish.After a successful 20-year career in Real Estate I tend to be hard on sales personnel. However I can tell you that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Five Stat Nissan of Warner Robbins and more to the point Mr. Trueheart. I predict he will have a long and successful career in Sales if he continues to deal with people in the same manner as he dealt with myself and my husband. He's really trustworthy and "straight-up" with customers. A Very Rare Trait These Days. Looking for a vehicle...ASK FOR MR. Trueheart!!

After three trips to your dealership, I still have no high beam lights. On my first visit I was informed you did not have the part in stock and would have to order it. I was notified when the part arrived. After sitting there for about an hour I was informed that the part they ordered was not the correct part for my car. They explained it was not their fault as they ordered the part based on the car's vin number and since I failed to tell them I had fog lights installed after purchasing the vehicle it was the wrong part. I informed your service technician the fog lights were on this vehicle when I purchased it. He finally conceded that it might be possible that the lights were added by the dealership before the vehicle was purchased. I received another call that the part was in. I visited the dealership this morning and after sitting there for 2 hours I was informed that the part they ordered was not the correct part. I was again told that since I had added fog lights after purchasing the vehicle that the part they ordered based on the vin number would not work in my car. I explained to your technician that this is exactly what I was told on my last visit and that this was my third visit. He did offer to see if there was a 2011 Maxima on the lot that he could take the part off and use on my car. I purchased the extended warranty on this car and did not want a used part as my warranty was paying for a new part. Little to say I did not leave this dealership happy and will most likely not return for service and/or purchase of another vehicle.

He not only got the truck I wanted for the same price, but he also got me a better interest rate. I was unable to go to the dealership until I got off of work so my wife went early. My husband and I were so happy to walk into this location. We knew exactly what we wanted and it happened!!! I love my 2008 Buick Enclave. The car wasn't the best thing out of this deal, it was our salesman. Kimiai Trueheart was AWESOME!!! He was a God sent:) He made sure we were happy with the car even if it wasn't our first choice. I fell in love after the first test drive. My mother loves him too. She is happy with her selection as well. We will be back in a few years.

So, I went to Fivestar to see about a used 2007 Tahoe. Started out working with Jodie but had to be passed over to a few other people due to prior engagements. I looked over the Tahoe and pointed out a few issues I saw to which they said would be taken care of. I went on to ask about the vehicle if everything function as it should, if anything was wrong with it, does it leak oil? All to which I was told everything worked, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it doesnt leak oil. So it all seemed to be going great and I purchased the Tahoe. Granted it took me forever to get out of there because their paperwork skills are severely lacking and got messed up multiple times due to the wrong info being on it. Too bad it didnt stay great when I left. Shortly after, I found oil under the bottom of it, the cruise control didnt work, one of the DVD screens didnt function and the CD player would only read half the disc. They finally replaced the pulleys that were squealing but in the end the alternator was contributing to it too which I had to fight about to get them to replace. They sent it to Fivestar Chevy for diagnostics and they replaced the alternator. Too bad that wasnt what was squealing. They refused to fix any of these things that they said all worked completely fine. I didnt pay almost $21K for a vehicle that didnt work; at least that wasnt my plan. Jodie himself is awesome and has been trying to get them to fix the stuff but in the end it isnt his call. The rest of them though, well, what can I say Fivestar gets a ONE star from me and I will not return and would recommend anyone that lives in this area to stay away. There are better dealers out there that will not lie and cheat you. They even reset the oil life monitor and said they changed it but the oil was black. My overall experience was very poor. It has now been almost 30 days and still cannot register the vehicle because they didnt ensure the previous owner signed the title work as it should have been done.

My husband had called around several Nissan dealers in the Macon / Warner Robins area on a Saturday. After getting the lowest guaranteed price from Kimiai Truheart at Five Star Nissan, he invited us to come in late Saturday evening. Even after a very long and busy day, he was very friendly and patient. We signed our paper work and ordered our car. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue that we were to purchase. We received a loner car, which we didn't have to beg for , and I appreciate that immensely. We got our car on Wednesday and again we're very pleased with the ease and timing of our transaction. We were in and out in an hour. Our car was detailed, and filled with gas. We were introduced to the service manager and given two free oil changes. Never, has buying a car been this pleasant. I love my 2014 Nissan Rogue , I was very particular about what I wanted, and didn't get talked into something I didn't want, just because it was on the lot. I have driven a Nissan for the past four years. My first Nissan purchase was through a private seller. Boy, what a mistake!! When that car broke down, I had to towed to this location. While waiting to hear some bad news, I was asked to buy a new car instead. I was sure I wasn't going to be approved. I was wrong!! Over the next couple of years, I rode in luxury-a 2011 Nissan Altima. I received a call about a week ago from Shanita Bryant. She asked me to come in and take advantage of the great deals they had at the time. I was skeptical; however, her professionalism and genuine care convinced me otherwise. This was the best decision I've made in a while. I'm a school teacher, so my money is limited. That was no problem for Shanita. She listened to my concerns & desires. Shanita gave me some great options. I was blown away by her love for her career, along with consideration for customer needs. After listening to her sound advice, I made a decision to purchase a brand new 2014 Altima. This car had less than ten miles on it at the time of purchase. I've been so blown away with the accessories & specifics of this car that I'm almost at 400 miles. I have also referred two other customers to Shanita. I'd advise anyone who is looking for a new or used car to go see Ms. Bryant. She is the best!! I'm a lifetime Nissan customer thanks to her. The finance manager, Shanika, and Ms. Bryant are a duo of great skills!! I'm one happy driver.

I am a truck driver and have very limited time to pick up a vehicle. I made two cash offers and was told that my offers are to low. They did not budge on their online prices. They were more interested in getting me into the dealership in person so they could waste my time in person. I give them a 3 star only because I was told they could not meet my price upfront and my sales person was nice and seem to be an upfront type of person. I was also told that no one could meet my price. Although i found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted 75 miles away.

I'm giving them a two star rating only because my sales person Beverly was fantastic, other than that, I do not recommend you attempting to buy a vehicle from this dealership online. The vehicle description the dealership supplied for the vehicle, which was advertised as a 2010 Nissan Xterra SE actually was an X trim model and did not have all options that were listed on cars.com nor their own site!! They drove the vehicle to my home..240 miles one way... Just for me to send it back!! I was NOT going to pay SE price for an X model. Thanx for ruining my first experience. The salesmanager Steve was a jerk too. I should have just walked away from the deal when he started pushing early delivery of the vehicle and requesting a check to "hold" for up to a week while I appropriated my downpayment funds. My family and I were/are still very upset over this. PS..adding foglights and running boards to an X model is not the same as an SE. He treated me like a child. When he asked why I sent it back I told him about the listing description and he said he didn't see that, blamed cars.com....well I took pix of their site and description and texted them to him to prove they were misleading customers. His reply, the mobile site is different....my husband is a software engineer and verified that is crap. Info for website and mobile pull the same info from the same database. Stear clear!!

I purchased a '13 Altima for my wife for Christmas on 12/24/12 I was a little nervous because I was running out of time to get the car for her by Christmas every other dealership I shopped gave me the run around and used high pressure tactics to get me to purchase their overpriced vehicle.. I am not one to be pressured to do something I don't want to do .. anyways I spoke with Heather from Five Star I explained what my intentions were , how much I wanted to pay etc all prior to my arrival to the dealership when I got there I was shown the vehicle I had been talking about , test drove it and began the negotiation process which I might add was pain free they kept in mind the number I gave when I first started the process and did not try and get me to move off that number by offering more equipment etc no back and forth haggling etc finance was a breeze the finance rep was a pleasure to deal with she explained everything very thoroughly after that I was given a tour of the dealership my first service appointment was setup I was introduced to the service manager who was very nice I was shown where the parts counter and cashier was to top it all off my first 2 oil changes are free! I must say I am very very happy w/ the service and hospitality that I received during my visit to Five Star Nissan I will be recommending them to everyone I know that's looking for a vehicle

I purchased my pre-owned 09 Nissan Altima from Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins GA as a Christmas gift in'12 I have to say I have never been involved in a easier transaction I was told everything upfront , no games or trying to hide any pertinent information everything was in black and white and out front for me to review before making a decision which to me is most important , financing was easy I had a set number in mind that I wanted to pay and not a cent more when I told my sales rep what that number was he immediately went to his higher ups and told them my expectations after a few mins of back and forth we met in the middle on a number that I could be happy with I will be purchasing a vehicle for my daughter in about 3 months and you can bet I will be going to five star Nissan once again because they truly want to earn your business!

I was a little skeptical to begin with when buying my car but about 1 hour into the process I realized it was going to be much easier than I had expected dealing with Steve in buying my truck was a breeze , excellent communication via telephone and email I had pictures of the truck I was interested long before I arrived to the dealership I was given much more than I had expected for my trade in and I didn't feel pressured like I "had" to purchase right that moment I was given the room to make my decision based on the information I was provided with , it was truly a pleasant experience!

I traveled 6hours to get to Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins GA to purchase a '12 Nissan Pathfinder the reason I traveled so far was because Fivestar was the only dealership within 500 miles of me that had the color / option combination that I wanted I called in after seeing it posted on their website I had the pleasure of speaking with a sales person by the name of Steve , he was very knowledgeable about the product he was able to explain the features with ease also he was able to give me a "ballpark" quote on my trade(s) all this before I got to the dealership I make the trip to the dealership and there it was the pathfinder had been cleaned from head to toe , fueled up and ready for me to test drive after the test drive and a on site evaluation of my 2 trades I received actually more than I had expected for my trades needless to say I was treated very well by Steve and the whole crew at Fivestar Nissan , They are highly recomended if you want a great deal and to be treated like royalty I will definitely be doing business w/ FiveStar Nissan when I get ready for my next vehicle purchase!

I went in on the night before July 4th to look at a Nissan Juke, and liked the car. After a few minutes of haggling, we came to an agrement, but I wanted to think about it overnight. They agreed, and I researched it that night to discover I had a great deal. I was back at 9 am the next morning to buy the car, and love it!

I have been looking on the internet for a car for many months. I did not want to buy from a dealer because of my last dealings 25 years ago was really bad. So, I bought from private sellers. But in my search I found a 2003 Nissan Altima from Five Star. It had only 70,000+/- miles and I reseached Nissan's reliabiliy. It had good ratings. So, I emailed jodie and made arrangements to see the car. I drove 160 to meet Jodie, he explained that there were "clearcoat issues." He took me over to the vender that was going to paint the car. I inspected the car and there were a few issues but I felt I could live with a few of them but it had to be mechanically sound and it needed to be painted. The vender pointed to a black truck that looked new and said that "it will look like that and last for years." I was impressed and traded my old car in for the Altima. That was June 30. Five star gave me a loan for a week. They delivered the vehicle on Friday. The person who delivered the car said the check engine light came on on the way. Also, the paint did not seem right. I called Jodie and he said he needed to get the car back. I told him about the paint job and I agreed to bring it back. I got a new loaner. and kept it for 2 weeks. I returned the third time and look at the vehicle and it looked like they had just tried buffing it out. There was no paint in areas. So, Jodie goes and gets the vender and walks away as if Five Star had nothing to do with it. I had to pitch a fit in the parking lot. The General manager came to me and insisted that they would paint the car in a paint booth at five star. I told the general manager that Jodie said they would do the second time. But how do you paint a car without a paint booth? This sounded fishy. So, again I was given a loan and kept the loaner for 3 weeks. Jodie called me on a Wednesday and said they were bringing the car. It did not show up. Thursday Jodie called and let me know that they had to put an alternater on it and said that was why the check engine light came on. You would think that they would have checked that in the three weeks they had the car, not on the last day. Finally they brought me my car. I bought it on June 30, and August 11 I recieved it. I did have it one week during that time before returning it. So, I inspect the car and the paint job. It did not look like something you would expect a dealership of painting. This is a 200 dollar paint job at best. also, there idea of detailing a car is a wash job and vacuuming. I am now detailing the car myself. Because of how this ordeal went, I now do not trust this car. They got me good and played the game their way. There is more about this ordeal but I won't go into it. I will say that I may have made a big mistake trusting these guys and buying this car. They got their money and I got this thing. If you do business with them, insist on dealing with only the General manager, don't accept the first offer, and get a much longer warranty that covers most if not all parts of the car new or used. If they are unwilling to agree, walk away. I should have done that. Going back to a dealership was my mistake and I may pay a big price for it. It will be another 25 years before I buy a car from a dealership.

I've bought from 5 star before about 2 years ago. My husband first dealt with Jodie when he bought his 2010 Frontier. When they were getting his frontier to this location, he used the 2009 Altima to come home in. When I drove that vehicle, I fell in love with it. Called Jodie the next day and told him when my husband came in, to get the Altima ready, I'd be there and buy that one as well. The Altima was a great car. Now, I'm trading, not because of the Altima, but I am having back problems, and when it goes out, it's difficult to get in and out of the Altima when I have flare ups. So I traded for the Rogue. Super crossover!!!! Love the color, love the vehicle. I am not one that likes to get the run around, so I tell you up front what I expect, and if it's not reachable, it isn't beyond me to pack up and head home. However, Jodie, and Clinton, along with Art, were very professional and treated you with utmost respect. Even down to the finance guy, Aaron, you couldn't ask for a more professional staff. This is an open issue. I purchased a used car and there are alot of issues with the car but it had the "149 point inspection" and there are alot of issues with the car. The car comes with a "warranty" which basically covers absolutely nothing that its said to do. There are many issues I am just trying to prevent someone from going through this again. I am far from done about getting what I am suppose to get that was promised with the "warranty". Beware. No company should treat any customer this way through a process. I was recently contacted by Ms. Banks regarding trading my 2010 for a 2011. She offered me a deal over the phone to keep my payments the same. She was able to trade my basic model for a fully loaded 2011 and keep my payments very close to where I wanted them to be. Even after a manager came in and told me it was not possible she some how pulled it off. I was not very impressed with my first trade experince with the Nissan place but I am very impressed with Shanika Banks. My husband and I bought a brand new 2010 Nissan Titan Pro-4x from Five Star Nissan and had a pretty good overall experience with our sales representative, but as far as good service goes it ended there. I could write a 10 page letter on how bad that the service has been but I really don't have the time or the energy so I will just sum it up in a few sentences in regards to the Nissan Service Department..... - Over the span of a couple of oil changes and recalls the service team made many mistakes and damaged many different things in our brand new Nissan Titan, when it was brought to there attention before our vehicle ever left the lot they wanted to argue about it each time and made us feel like we were crazy and even when we brought back tools that were left in our truck they wanted to act like they did not leave the tools...ok we just want to give a free tool away, sure.Two days ago I call Tim and he tells me that we are blocked out and can not have our truck serviced at Nissan (REALLY, in this econonmy?!!) and he sent me off to Clay (the manager) and Clay proceeded to tell me that we cost them to much as customers and that "things went wrong" each time we brought our truck in..my response "well fix your team then!"By far the WORST service ever and I would NOT go to Five Star Nissan for anything, they are not worth any stars in my book!

I took my 2005 Nissan X-Terra in for a factory recall on a minor part as well as a check engine light. The service depratment said it would take around 1.5-2 hrs. 4 hrs later, I called back to the shop. My car still wasn't ready. I finally picked it up almost 7 hours after dropping it off, when I was told that my secondary timing chain needed replacement and it would cost approximately $1,600.00. I chose not to have the repair done then due to the poor service I received that day.After researching, I found the problem was common in X-Terras and although Nissan had a service bulletin out on it, they would not cover any part of the repair. I took the vehicle back to Five Star for the repair, which was supposed to take one day, possibly not being ready for me until the end of the day or "at the latest" the next morning. When I asked for a loaner vehicle (something any decent shop willingly provides, in my experience), I was at first refused, with the service department attempting to press me into renting a vehicle from them at a cost of $35.00 per day. I had to negotiate with them at length to provide a loaner, which they eventually did.I received no phone call the entire day as to the status of my vehicle. When I called the next morning, they could not provide me an estimated completion time. I made repeated calles throughout the day inquiring as to the status, but got no estimated completion time until approximately 3:00pm, when they said the vehicle would be ready at 5:45pm and I needed to pick up my vehicle no later than 6:00pm the same day. That didn't work for my schedule, but they were firm that I needed to be there at 6:00pm. I finally spoke with Tim (another rep) who worked with me on the pickup time and attempted to make up for the poor service with some coupons. I was happy with this resolution and picked the car up that evening.As soon as I pulled away, I noticed a very loud squealing from the engine compartment. I attempted to bring the vehicle back that night, but their service staff had gone home and they couldn't do anything until the next morning.I brought it back this morning (30 March 2011) and spoke with the service manager, Clay, who agreed to take the vehicle into service immediately, provide me a loaner, and "make it right" through an unspecified incentive or other option. I took the loaner and made it to work, at which time they called me back saying the squealing came from a belt (unrelated to the repair they performed) and they had replaced it for free. This was their way of "making it right" although the belt had never made a noise before I brought it in. Additionally, the "problem" belt had to be removed and put back on as part of the repair I originally took it in for, so they either caused the problem or completely overlooked it while doing the 2-day long repair I brought it in for.Clay offered no additional incentive to make up for the poor service and lost time I spent dealing with this issue. I have never written a review of any company or service until now. This was the single worst service experience I have had in any type of customer service environment. Not only have they lost my business forever, I will recommend anyone to avoid their service department. I have seen a few other reviews stating Five Star is simply out for your money and I agree. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I purchased my new car via the internet. It was pleasant to deal with Jodie Eakins which did what he could in order to get me a good deal. The rest of the staff was also friendly. There was no surprises when I went to sign the paperwork (although there was a "minor" mistake which they quickly corrected). They did offer me some add-ons, which I rejected, but didn't pressure me into buying them. I would recommend this dealership to others.
