I live less than 5 miles from the Warner Robins 5 Star Ford and still drove the 2 plus hours to Stone Mountain to get my truck. Absolutely love this dealership. Drew answered all my questions and helped me find the right truck. Then I worked with Adam and Andrew to upgrade some features before I arrived. As soon as I walked in I was met by Kyshawn and Percy who made the process quick and easy. In and out in 30 minutes!! These folks will bend over backwards to help you and get you a fair deal. In March 2016, tree limbs from a storm fell on my 2011 Buick Regal and damaged the roof, hood, left quarter panel, and bumper of the car. I worked through my State Farm agent and Thomas Hale at the 5 Star Ford, Stone Mountain Body Shop to get the car repaired. Thomas was fantastic - He inspected the car, made sure he knew where all the damage was, told me what they would do to repair the car, and kept in touch the entire time the car was in the shop, informing me of progress and completion date. Thomas was easy to work with and get in touch with to get updates. He made sure the car was repaired completely and correctly, and I was completely satisfied with the repairs and service. I have taken my cars/trucks to 5 Star Ford since 2007 when we bought an Explorer Sport Trac truck there, and have been very pleased with the service over the years. I have especially been pleased with their Body Shop, having had to take cars/trucks there several times. I have worked with Thomas before, and he is customer-oriented - and a critical asset to the dealership! I continue to take my cars/trucks there because of service and quality of repairs as exemplified by Thomas Hale.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Five Star Ford Stone Mountain. I could not have had a better experience. I did alot of research/shopping online with many different dealerships beforehand. I found that about 90% of dealers online make it so hard to shop. The majority of the dealers out there still play the same old car game. With Five Star, I was able to do the majority of my shopping/questions online without even a phone call. In fact the sales manager (andrew) even provided me with the build sheet for my JEEP Wrangler so I could verify what options were on it. And this was from a FORD Dealership! WOW... My test drive was low pressure and the sales team made me feel welcome. When it was time to talk money the sales manager got back with me quickly by email....He made it Super Easy! If you want a really easy, non invasive experience try them out. When you do ask for Magic Mike (Mike Babigian)...he went to bat for me and got me a great price on my 2015 Wrangler! I'll definitely be back in few years to let them earn my business again.

After many months of pondering a new mustang GT Performance Pack, I came upon Five Star Ford. The Internet price was much below any other pricing I had seen. As I live in Fl I called and inquired. Indeed the price was valid and without pressure a later phone call reduce the dealer fee. Thanks Marty. Straightforward so far. Flew to Atlanta wher a rep(Jeffrey) was waiting for me courtesy of Adam. Quick process and NO HIDDEN suprises. I requested a small mark on the car I noticed be repaired(process of repair explained by Greg Kline, collision manager -Thanks) so we were given a loaner car to get lunch which was promptly paid for by Adam while the Most of us view car dealers are cunning wolves. This is no sales pitch, we were treated as 1st class customers. It's more about the price. It's the experience. We received both.

I decided to purchase a new vehicle, but hadn't made up my mind as to exactly what to purchase. I pulled into Five Star and was met by Ajay, Salesman, who asked who he might be able to help me. As one with mobility issues and wearing an insignia representing the United States Marine Corps, he recognized it and asked about it; I acknowledged that it represented the Marine Corps and yes I was a Marine. He stated that his manager was also a Marine. I told him that it is then important that he not mistreat me. He said, "No sir that will not happen." After listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle he excused himself to get the keys to a vehicle. This process took place with six different vehicles 'til he found one that did not exactly match what I wanted, but it came very close. We took it for a test drive and decided I would purchase it. Ajay was very thorough in presenting all the information regarding the vehicle. Once I was satisfied ad decided to go ahead, I was introduced to his manager, and subsequently, the Finance Manager. The transaction was completed and I am now the owner of a new vehicle.

This is the second time I have had an oil change there. I have had appointments both times. First time I waited over 2 1/2 hours. Second time wasn't any better. What is the point of an appointment if you don't honor it. Most people don't have several hours to sit and wait just to change oil. I will go somewhere else next time

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Ajayl Rufai, Sales Professional, with a smile and a very pleasant welcome to the dealership. I was looking for a Ford Edge in a certain color. There wasn't one on the front lot so AJ walked back up to bldg to get a golf cart to drive us to the back lot to look at one in the color requested. I wanted to test drive the vehicle so we rode back to the bldg to get the key. AJ walked back to get the vehicle for me to drive. After the test AJ worked up a price on the vehicle. Then I decided to look at the Explorer and AJ went about looking for one in my color. I test drove and really fell in love with it. AJ again worked up a price and we negotiated some more before reaching an agreement. I paid cash for the Explorer and drove off in a new vehicle with a big smile. AJ was great !! All the dealership personnel were friendly and helpful.

On Saturday August 22, 2015 I purchased a 2015 Mustang GT. It had a headliner concern when I bought it but I was told no problem purchase and take the vehicle and bring back on Monday to get a loaner mustang and they would address. Between Saturday and Monday the airbag light would not go off so on Monday August 24 I returned to the dealership. General Sales Manager Roosevelt Adams initially refused to give me a loaner car saying I would have to come back again in a few weeks regarding the headliner because they had to get it approved by Ford. Only when I brought up the air bag light and the safety concerns surrounding the malfunction I was offered a loaner car. A used Ford Fusion with 45,000 miles on it ! ( I bought a new 2015 Mustang GT with 19 miles on it) I advised that I was told I would get another Mustang on returning to the dealership when I initially purchased and I did not want to drive a used Ford Fusion when I had just bought a new Mustang. Roosevelt Adams had an attitude and was very condescending and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I asked to talk to the manager and he placed a business card down and tells me he is the manager. To paraphrase I was basically told this is what we have and I could take it or leave it. I adamantly stated that I wanted the dealership to honor what I was told when I initially purchased the car two days ago, it fell on deaf ears. On Wednesday 8/26 I was called and told the car was ready I drove back to the dealer again over an hour away from where I live and work and I get in the car and the air bag light is still on? Once again they tell me I have to come back and to take the Ford Fusion until they can figure it out. At this point I tell them it is a brand new car, who wants a 3 times repaired brand new car? They have no answers I request another new car as obviously this one has some issues. I specifically bought the car last week to use this weekend but now I have a thoroughly used Ford fusion instead. It is now Friday 8/28 and I still do not have the car that I purchased or another new car and the headliner on the one I initially bought still has to have the headliner repaired. Needless to say I am not happy and I have never been treated this way as a customer at any other dealership of which I have ever purchased a vehicle. I have owned a few cars from many different manufacturers and I have never felt as if I was a burden to the company or that they have done me a favor by allowing me to purchase a defective brand new car and offering to fix it. This is my first purchased Ford product and it might very well be my last especially from this dealership. Please feel free to call me.

I hate car shopping. I've never been a fan of it. Most of the time I don't much care for the salesman either. Often they are pushy with bad hair and smoker's teeth. Sometimes they smell like cheap whiskey. Not the case with Sean Roberts. He was patient and kind and really funny. He has good hair and very nice teeth. He was clean and organized and didn't have whiskey breath. He has great handwriting. I had a unique situation and he dealt with it like a pro. He was back and forth with the service department and the manager more times than I can count. I gave him numbers and he made them work for me as did his twin brother Patrick in the Finance Dept. They don't really look alike, (Patrick reminds me of Jason Bateman) but it's not hard to spot the similarities once you see them together. TBoth Sean and Patrick have such a great sense of humor and a well-developed working relationship. It's obvious they enjoy what they do. Sean even agreed to take my trade in unseen. And the best part was I was only there for a few hours, which went by really quickly. This never happens. In fact, the entire staff at Five Star was phenomenal. All very friendly and professional. All working very hard but having fun doing it. What I thought was going to be a tedious afternoon ended up being enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for another vehicle. Oh, and if I had to make suggestions on improving my experience, I would like to see snack machines and a wet bar in the waiting room. That is all.

Bought a car in February. I came to your lot with my partner to look for his first ever car. A salesman greeted us and showed us a 2004 Ford Focus. I admit I was skeptical due to its mileage but he went on and on how is was checked by your dealer and was in excellent shape. He also raved that it was a one owner car and very clean and I agree on that point. Being that this is his first car we had a budget and the car fit. From day one the car had a bit of a surge at 2000 rpm but was slight so I thought normal. It got progressively worse so I took it to my mechanic who found a broken servo on the intake manifold. This part could not be replaced by itself it required the entire intake at a cost of over 500 bucks. This was the end of May. I thought OK I did buy it as is.Well last Friday the battery light came on and the car died. Took it to my mechanic again to find the alternator went out to the tune of 400 bucks. I am beginning to wonder what if any checks you did on this car. We have owned the car six months and already had to do almost a thousand dollars worth of repairs.So yea I am quite disappointed with this dealership. I called them and the GM told me if we had only called them first rather than having it repaired. Well the first repair I considered yea used car the second was last Friday and the car died after their hours so could not call them. Almost a thousand bucks to date on repairs.

First, I must admit that I drove an hour and ten minutes to get to Five Star Ford due to the fact that they had the best advertised internet prices on the new F-150. After doing much research and comparing prices, I made the long haul with my family in tow. When we arrived at the dealership I was not disappointed. This dealership had a large inventory of F-150s at much better prices than the dealerships closer to home. My salesperson Monica Woodard did a great job of helping me out and catering to my family's need to find just the right vehicle. Monica was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle's features. She was even kind enough to go get several different vehicles in the rain and pull them to the front door of the dealership so that we could check out the different options of each without having to drag the wife and kids out in the rain. She also offered my daughters snacks and took them to the restroom while my wife and I signed paperwork. Even after the sale, she and the sales manager Roosevelt continued to show class as they addressed a minor concern I had. Monica, Roosevelt and everyone else I dealt with at this dealership were friendly and knowledgeable. This was an excellent car buying experience and I will definitely buy here again.

The sales team was all nice, not at all dismissive when they realized i already was being helped. The call center they use is a bit slow though, they called 3x in 24 hours, and had no idea someone had already called me. They even called once AFTER i bought my car, and i had to tell them i had already purchased and to stop calling me. I worked with Nick Miello, and he was able to locate the exact trim, body style, and color i wanted, and had it brought to the store. I felt like i got a really fair price, especially for buying new. Plus, the store provided an extra $500 in rebates, AND helped me find financing for lower than my credit union was offering. It took a few days for the car to come in, but they did a full detail and gave me a full tank of gas when i came to pick it up, which was unexpected and nice! The only thing that bummed me out a little is that the car was driven over 300 miles to the store, instead of shipped. In the long run it doesn't matter, i was just under the impression until i picked it up that it was being shipped, not driven by someone from a different state. Like i said though, that is minor.Overall, i am happy with my purchase, and would make this store my first stop should i be in the market for a new car, and would recommend anyone looking for a Ford to check these guys out.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect used Murano for a few weeks. My last stop was Five Star on Saturday. I didn't walk away with a vehicle but I had one hell of an experience. My sales rep, Nick, was completely sweet and awesome and did everything he could to get me in a deal short of buying the truck himself. I appreciated his genuine easy manner and the fact he was not even remotely disrespectful or aggressive (which I've dealt with a lot).Nick and Five Star were up front, full of options, and kept things simple. The showroom was simple but immaculate and the time there was comfortable. I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal, but I would go back to try another deal in a heartbeat and I'd recommend them to everyone!

As always i was treated with respect and consideration when i visited the dealership. I went in expecting to just explore buying a new car. Nick Melillo met me and did a very good job of listening to how i was going to use the new car and agreed that the Fiesta would be great for me. He brought around the new car went over the features and then we went for a test drive. I loved the car and we arrived a a fair deal for both me and the dealership. NIck delivered the car to my house as i had no way to get both cars home. I really like that there are a lot of young people working at the dealership proving to me that Ford is developing a strong sales and service force for their customers. I would send anyone with car buying needs to Five Star and Nick.

The deal agreed upon was changed several times when I was signing papers. Watch these guys carefully. Also say no to the overpriced Add ons they try to sneak in. Also, get your own financing before walking in, they will mark that up too. Keep an eye on these high pressure guys or better yet, go somewhere else. I walked out.

I submitted an inquiry late one evening not expecting much more than the usual run around and lack of service like i received from most other dealerships, but what I got was the opposite of the usual. Paul Golden called me early the next morning and was very friendly, helpful and courteous. He quickly sent me a detailed quote with a great price. We spoke again later and he explained all the discounts and incentives on the quote. I had been set on a different new vehicle that was not a Ford but the lower price and the great service was starting to win me over. Later the same day Paul even found a way to discount it a little further to help me shift from the vehicle I had my heart set on as Five Stars price was now far below what you could find the same vehicle or a comparable vehicle at anywhere else. Unfortunately i had been distracted when he told me about the Ford incentives and i failed to ask about them later. I called him that evening to let him know I'd like to come in for a test drive and to discuss making the deal. He said come in tonight if i wanted to and they wouldn't mind staying late if they needed to. Just a minute or so after we hung up he called back hoping to catch me before i left. He realized we hadn't confirmed a detail on one of the Ford incentives and that based on our last conversation i probably didn't qualify for it and i didn't. The fact that he called me before i drove all the way out instead of doing what most dealers would do letting me drive out thinking they could talk me into it anyway was incredible. That's the kind of honesty that not many businesses have anymore. He of course told me that he still wanted to try and help me make a deal that would work for me with that vehicle or maybe something else. I let him know that I wasn't completely dismissing it as an option but i already had something something on the line as a backup if this one didn't work. We stayed in touch over the next few days as i shopped around and he was just as polite and helpful even knowing that i probably wouldn't be purchasing with him. Ultimately i bought something else somewhere else but i would highly recommend Five Star Ford to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. A little shopping around will show you that their Ford prices are better than any Ford dealer around so if all of their employees give the same level of service i received then they truly deserve their five star name.

Great experience from walking in to walking out with my used escape. Was pre-approved before I went in with a bank with high interest, they found me a better deal with their financing(thanks). Was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole process and got my payments down to what I could afford, Thanks to everyone for a great deal and for every ones hard work. Mr. Pope should be proud of his employees.

Richard was excellent. He walked us through the entire process and went above and beyond our expectations in factory ordering the exact model and options we wanted. He was patient and answered every single question we had. His follow-up during the weeks we waited for deliver were outstanding. Larry, the manager, was also helpful and engaged with the process from the beginning.During the delivery Richard went over everything clearly and even went out to the vehicle with us to give us a "tour" of the vehicle. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable!
